mention of Angel SPOILER!!: Professor Hadley Looking up, her wand still in hand, Leah was quite surprised to see Professor Hadley frowning at her. "Oh sorry, Professor. I.. didn't hear." she said, pocketing her wand. But she thought that it was a bit mean of the professor to return the dirty bowls and flour to her work area. She started cleaning up again in the muggle way and soon her area was very clean. That was when the professor announced that their pizzas were ready! It was easy to find her ham and mushroom pizza. Leah picked up plates and taking a pizza cutter, sliced the pizza into pieces. Picking up a spatula, she scooped three up and laid it on the plates. Walking over to the muggle studies professor with one of the plates with her flag on it, the second year said, "Here you go, Professor." Hopefully she liked muggle toppings. Then Leah bounced back to her own work area and picked up the second plate and took a huge bite of her own pizza. It was yummy, considering that it was her first time making a pizza. Taking the last plate, the girl walked to her best friend Angel. "Hey Angel, you wanna try my pizza? Ham and mushroom!" She said, looking pointedly at Angel and her partner's pizza. |
Cris & Adi Jasmine laughed as Cris tried to interest their class in a slice of their pizza. All he needed was a cardboard sign. She was curious to see if he would find any takers. In he meantime, Adi came over to their work area and offered them a slice of his pizza. "I would love to try your pizza", Jasmine said. Taking a piece from the plate that Adi held, she took a bite. "This is very good Adi. Thanks so much for sharing your pizza with us." It looked like they had some serious chefs in the class. |
Alexa already knew how this Muggle Studies stuff worked. She'd have to do all the cleaning herself without magic so instead of standing around while the thing baked, Lex walked about her section of the table, collecting the dirty bowls and such, rounding everything up then heading to the sink. If she thought she could have gotten away with it, she'd have scourgify-ed everything there when the Professor wasn't looking but this wasn't one of those things she felt like risking so tedious washing up on her own happened. Back at the table she got the area wiped as best as she could--which really wasn't that great but hey, at least she tried right? By the time she was done there was talk that so was the pizza? Sweet! Lex got the giant flat spoon thing she'd used to place the pizza inside the oven and fished it out, placing it on a really wide plate back by her desk next to Lottie and Grayson's. A nice meat lovers pizza that they were both free to dig in to. The Gryffindor did her best cutting without being able to use diffindo then grabbed herself a slice. It was good she had no part in making this dough so it could actually taste good, delicious even! "This tastes, brilliant. Help yourselves guys." And she'd have a slice of theirs in a bit, just right now, she was enjoying the meat and cheese. The Professor was having some too, yes? |
Candice + Morduants + Josette The third year turned bright pink at that comment. "Uh, thanks Candice. You're pretty amazing too." he offered with a nice grin. Then he watched as she did all the talking with Professor Hadley. He occasionally nodded here and there in the conversation. Yep. Yep. And now it was eating time! He took a bite of their mushroom and pepperoni pizza. Mmm.. The crust was really nice and thin. It was a little bit crispy on the edges but all in all, it was just really good. He finished up the slice of pizza pretty quickly. "[B]I think we made a pretty good pizza, Candice," he said with a grin. "Nice teamwork!" Simon had figured that he and the ickle girl had made a good team. He glanced across the room and noticed Ethan, Cutty, and Josette trying each other's pizzas. He waved over to them. "Would any of you like to try some of our awesome pizza?" he said, gesturing towards their pizza. |
Adi and Jasmine Cris waited for Jasmine to take a bite out of the pizza Adi had made, waited to hear her verdict, before he in turn, took a bite out of the pizza Adi had offered him. Hey it was ony the gentleman thing to do. Allow the lady to take the the first bite...be the taster....and if she ....and he did. Adi and Benny had made an excellent tasting pizza and Cris told the boy that. "Mmmm...this is really good, Adi. The cheese is nice and gooey and the crust is just the way I like it. I'm sure that Professor Hadley will agree with me too. Well done," Cris gave Adi a friendly pat on the shoulder. |
"Of course it looks yummy. I made it,'' Adi told AJ with an air of fake haughtiness. But then he grinned widely as his friend bit into the slice. "How is it?'' he asked a tad bit anxiously before biting into a slice of AJ's pizza. "Mmmm. This is good!" Wait...it was a lot sweeter than usual pizza. "A little heavy handed with the sugar but sweet is good so I loved it. Great job!'' ........................................ Adi grinned as Cris and Jasmine complimented his pizza. "Thanks, guys!'' He took a bite of the piece Cris gave him. "This is awesome!'' he said after swallowing. "I didn't know you were such a great cook, Cris,'' the third year joked. "And you're most welcome, Jasmine.'' ........................................ "Sounds fair,'' Adi told Benny. He eyed the slice. Were those hot peppers? And anchovies? He took a tentative bite and chewed. Immediately he dropped the slice onto his plate. "How many peppers did you guys put on that thing?!'' he demanded, frantically reaching for his wand. Without pausing to think about this being Muggle Studies and they weren't supposed to be using magic, he held it over his mouth. "Aguamenti!" He was going to drown his mouth in water. Uh huh. |
PIZZAAAAAAA!!!!! They can eat it now?! YIIIIIIIIIIISSSSS!!! Declan pulled out his masterpiece from the oven, all delicious looking and stuff! He may have melted a bit just like all the melted extra cheese on-OH MY MERLIN. HE IS IN LOVE WITH HIS PIZZA. The pizza-lover cut a piece for himself, clearly falling more and more in love with his beautiful, beautiful, culinary art piece. Did he dare bite into it?? He was almost a bit scared to taste it. He might not come back the same from this religious experience. BIIIIIIIIIIIIIIITE. OH MY MERLIN. THIS WAS THE BEST THING HE'S EVER TASTED. The Hufflepuff gestured to his meat-lover's dream to anyone who might want to taste the creation he was incredibly proud of. Not bad for a first-timer, Dec. Not bad at all. |

This Mordaunt saw earlier that his cousin worked all alone...there was a plethora of students to choose from, but why did he fly solo this time, hmm? Shrugging, Ethan got a slice, and jammed it inside his mouth. He better not die, Mordaunt. While chewing, Ethan gave Cutty a thumbs up and moved to another table. Quote:

Watching as Professor Hadley took out the pizzas, Beverly kept a cool and neutral look on her face and scolded her stomach for making grumbling noises. For Merlin's sake, it was behaving as if she's never eaten pizza before. Smartly having cleaned her area while the pizza baked, all Beverly had to do next was cut it into slices before eating. She took a bite of a slice and relished on the taste. Yep. This was some good pizza, all done by Beverly Juniper Wayne. Still chewing, she stuck her toothpick in the center of the slice crust, her name and year and 'EAT ME' on the little tag. If someone wanted to share pizza, then they'd have to approach her. Beverly wasn't the type to approach someone and ask to taste their food. Just no. |
slight catch up and grabbing Tag :3 Once the pizza was cooking, Penelope worked along with the others at cleaning up her area. Cleaning it "the Muggle way" wasn't too big of a deal to her since they'd be waiting for the pizza to cook either way - might as well do something to pass the time. Of course, she would've preferred the pizza to be ready instantly, but that wasn't how cooking worked sadly. So she just kept her focusing on cleaning and throwing away any stray ingredients on the table or floor around her. Then, after washing her hands again and grabbing a couple plates, it was ready! And the kitchen smelled absolutely amazing now. Merlin, this was the best part of cooking. Well...ONE of the best, at least. Actually getting to eat it was the best. The Gryffindor grabbed her pizza and cut out a single normal-sized slice to set aside for Hadley with Penelope's name next to it. There. Now the rest was ALL hers. Text Cut: Tag Eating a pizza was already awesome, but you know what was also fun? Eating with a friend who enjoyed pizza just as much as she did. So after slicing up the rest of the pizza, Penelope piled them onto a plate and took it over to stand by Tag. ...who wasn't eating? "Aren't you gonna eat your pizza? I'm sure it turned out fine." Hers certainly did. She took a bite out of one of her slices. Mm. Pepperoni, sausage, bacon pizza. Yum. |

But he had some trouble chewing, the dough slightly too hard to bite through easily. Though, he finally managed to eat all right. "It tastes all right. Class dismissed ... technically! <3 Josephina watched mostly as the students seemed to be enjoying their pizza ... that or they found it difficult to chew. Clearly improper measurements of the ingredients. But goodness she had lots of samples to try; she was going to be eating for a week in grading these pizzas. Not that she had to eat every last slice, especially if it wasn't good, but yea. Glancing at the time, she nodded, "Alright, just about time to go now so if you're done and once you're all cleaned up and left a sample for me, you may go. Homework should be posted on the notice board in a day or two." Anything else she was missing? SPOILER!!: Ethan And Ethan, the Groove Mastero, had walked over to his table. He smirked as his friend called him the Chef. Simon felt the nickname to be rather befitting of his skills. "We have a pepperoni and mushroom thin crust pizza. The crust is crunchy but the inside is nice and light," explained Simon as he offered a slice to his friend. Meat stuff? To the growing Slytherin boy, the more meat, the better. "I'll have to go and try it. Is there bacon on there?" Everything was better with bacon. His eyes widened when he forgot to make introductions between his partner and his friend. He blushed for a moment becoming rather embarrassed that he'd forgotten to do such a crucial and polite thing. "Candice, this is Ethan. Ethan, this is Candice." Yay.. Friends! Introductions were good. Mhm. |
Professor Hadley announced that class was dismissed. Jasmine grabbed one more slice of pizza and ate it as quickly as she could. Then she started to clean up the remaining dishes. Washing the dirty plates and pizza cutter, Jasmine looked around to see if anything else needed washing. She made sure to give the counter another quick wipedown. Looking at Cris, Jasmine asked, "Are you finished eating?" "I'll wash your plate when you're done." They had already left a slice of pizza for Professor Hadley so that task was completed. This had been a really fun lesson and Jasmine couldn't wait to tell the Professor on her way out. |
Mention of Delcan :3! Alright so the class was over. He was happy and he began to clean his workspace when he noticed Declan was there! He grinned and went to join his buddy. Even the kitchen was beginning to smell good. But he brought his slice with him and said, "Hey mate can I try your pizza in return for mine?" he asked showing his slice. |

Zander took one last, longing look at his pizza. What a shame. It had so much potential before it all fell unto his head. It was supposed to do incredible things. INCREDIBLE THINGS, OKAY!? But alas, all incredible things come to an end, doughy perfection included. He just felt awful for Hadley though. If she really was inspecting every slice like she promised then, YOWZAH! How unfortunate for her. Hopefully next lesson would be a little less... tossing. Because Zander had gone from a Professional Pizza Tosser, to a Professional Downright, Tosser in just a few minutes. Who knows what other cooking havoc he could unleash. So yea, a noncooking lesson would be preferable. He's even willing to bribe :shifty:. Ahem, anyways. Taking one last look at his workplace, he scooped up some stray cheese bits and threw them away. Afterwards he returned to his table and gathered up his floury materials. Ugh. You know what he needs? A nice hot shower. And lots of shampoo. And to get this floury mess out of his hair. Yep. He made his way towards the door with a quick glance at the table to make sure he had left his slice for Hadley, oh unlucky Hadley who had to test his peice. And then looked up at his Professor with a smile. "Sorry about the whole tossing incident," he blushed. "I promise... I'll be more careful next time. And that I won't throw things into the air," hehe oops, that was mistake number one. "Good luck eating all those Pizzas," and then with a wave he walked off and headed towards the dormitories WHERE HE COULD GET THIS PIZZA GUNK OUT OF HIS LUSCIOUS (floury) BLONDE (sticky) LOCKS. |
AJ was chewing on Adi's pizza, and she had to admit that it was pretty delicious. "Mmm... this is great Adi." She ate the rest of the pizza and smiled at her friend's comment. "Too bad we couldn't make a dessert pizza." Then all the sugar she added would have made sense. She glanced at Angel's pizza and thought that she did not want to try it. Who put anchovies on pizza? The smell alone was enough to make her want to throw up in her mouth. Taking one for the team she took a tiny bite. It was gross, and as much as she didn't want to hurt her sister's feelings she just couldn't keep it in her mouth. AJ spit the pizza back on her plate. She was never going to partner up with her sister if they cooked again. |
SPOILER!!: Adi and Angel Gentleman first. That was a switch from the norm of the lady, or rather girl having first dibbs. Which might have been appropriate too given the fact that Angel had been the one to pick the toppings and thus the taste of the overall pizza. Even if he had made almost everything else. The reaction that Adi gave was certainly not what he wanted to see but had been fearful of. Something either too hot ot just nasty tasting in general because of the combination of tastes. Benny tried not to show too troubled an expression but he knew some negative feelings might have shown in his own reaction to his friend. "You'd have to ask Angel since she was in charge of toppings." And he, himself hadn't seen everything that had been done. Hopefully he didn't regret that. Well he still had to try it himself and they already knew that he and Adi didn't have the same sort of tastes. Sweet tooth to sour fiend. But spicy hot was spicy hot...right. Finally taking the chance, Ben took a tentative bite of the pizza slice, chewing it slowly. Okay so there was definitely some heat there. And some salty fish. "Woah...." |

Jasmine SPOILER!!: Jasmine Popping the last bit into his mouth, Cris licked the remaining tomato sauce from his finger before handing over his plate to Jasmine. "Thanks for offering to wash and clean up," Cris smiled gratefully at Jasmine. "You did a great job cleaning up. I guess we can leave now," Cris allowed Jasmine to lead the way as they made their way to where Professor Hadley was standing. "Thank you Professor for giving us the opportunity to make our own Pizza. We made very sure that you got the best slice of our pepperoni, mushroom pineapple pizza," Cris thanked their Muggle Studies Professor, making sure that the Professor knew which one theirs was...you know just in case the toothpick with their names written on it, happened to disappear. Then he stood aside to let Jasmine say a few words to Professor Hadley before making heading out of the kitchens. |
SPOILER!!: Professor Hadley Chewing the last bit of her own pizza, Leah glanced back at her work station. It was sparkly and clean. She returned to her table and packed up her materials, most of them covered in flour. Coming to think of it, her robes were dirty now too. Frowning, the second year shook her head. Ugh, this was one of the reasons she did not like cooking. She picked up her bag and made her way towards the doorway. Looking back at Professor Hadley, Leah smiled and said, "Thank you for the lesson, Professor!" Good luck eating her pizza. She could see her plate with her little name flag on it. The girl walked out of the kitchens full and happy. |

Cris SPOILER!!: Cris Jasmine took Cris' plate and washed it. Then she dried it and put it with the other clean plates. They were oficially finished so Jasmine gathered her things and went with Cris to speak to Professor Hadley. "I really enjoyed the lesson today", Jasmine told the Professor. "I hope you like our pizza." Mission accomplished, she headed for the door. Until the next time........ |
Whew! AJ liked it. It seemed everyone whom he had shared his pizza with enjoyed it. Adi grinned. Dessert pizza sounded awesome! "Maybe we could make our own sometime.'' That sounded like a great idea. Except for the fact that between the two of them, there would be LOADS of sugar. .................................. Adi's cheeks were puffed out to the fullest because he had just uttered a very weird sounding Finite. But thankfully it was enough to get the water flow to stop. He eyed Angel. What was wrong with that girl? Hot pepper and fish. What a combination. The pepper wouldn't have been bad if there wasn't so much on the pizza. He gulped down the water and tested out his mouth. There was still a little of the burning sensation but other than that, he was fine. "You guys ready to go, Benny?'' Adi asked. Not waiting for an answer, he marched over to his desk to collect this things. He would wait on them outside, anyway. "Awesome lesson, Professor Hadley. See you around.'' And with that, he stepped out of the Kitchen, munching on another piece of his pizza. |
