| | House Point Hourglasses Across from Hogwarts' main doors stand four giant hourglasses filled with gemstones. The stones in the bottom indicate the current number of house points each house has earned so far. |

Another place of the castle that Lucy loved was the location of the four giant hourglasses filled with gemstones..
She stood in front of the wall near the hourglasses and pulled out her wand.
Lucy closed her eyes to concentrate and she started to make a large wand mouvment eight-shaped..
She said:"caelum saepio! Caelum saepio caelum sepio!"
This time seemed to feel a sweet heat go out from her wand.
When she opened her eyes she saw a thin fog that went out from the wall..
She said:"Brilliant!"

Why did every professor have to give them homework? AJ had put off starting her charms homework long enough. If she didn't get a move on, she wouldn't have it completed in time, and that wouldn't help her lions at all. Fuller at least let them do something that made sense in the horribly cold winter weather that they were STILL having.
AJ decided that the first place she wanted to try the new spell out was by the house point hourglasses. The lion gave the Slytherin one a dirty look. How did they get the lead after they had been trailing Gryffindor forever? HOW?
The brunette didn't care about the other hourglasses. For all she cared they could all get so cold that the froze and then broke. All the more for Gryffindor. A quick reducto spell and the green gems would be all over the floor. No, that would just attract attention and J would end up losing points herself.
Moving over to the red rubies, she moved her wand in a figure eight movement. "Caelum Saepio." Of course it wouldn't work for her the first time. It has NEVER done that before. She casted several more time without any luck. "Caelum Saepio!" Correct wand movement happened. Fog, she saw fog! WOOT. One down, four to go.

| Charms Homework #2 - Post 3 ♥s her SS family l Wifey is MINE | Naughty Niffler l Whittysaur l #awkwardturtle<# The House Point Hourglasses shouldn't be cold, and so Lux was making her way over to insulate them. The wall by the Hufflepuff one would be getting her attention today. Gryffindor was her favourite House, but she was feeling some Badger pride and Hufflepuff WAS her second favourite.
Selecting a spot on the wall near where the Hufflepuff hourglasses were, Lux drew a figure eight. "Caelum Saepio!" Another figure eight was drawn right by the first, and again she called out, "Caelum Saepio!" Performing the spell one last time, Lux was pretty satisfied with the work that she had done. Maybe other Hufflepuffs would come over and help her out.
Making her way to leave, at the last moment she decided to help Gryffindor out as well. It was her TRUE House no matter where the Sorting Hat had placed her. Pointing her wand at a section of wall near the Gryffindor hourglasses, she made another figure eight. "Caelum Saepio!" The spell was repeated another two times and Lux ran off to work on insulating another area of the castle. |

Hogwarts RPG Name: Anna Keller | Casey! Sardines ♥ // Nomsy, yo She had been walking around the castle for a while, but now Lana had ended up in the Entrance Hall with nowhere else to go in mind. She played with the ends of her sleeves as she looked around. The house point hourglasses caught her eye and she went over to them.
After a minute of close inspection, Lana saw that the Slytherin hourglass was more full than the Gryffindor hourglass. The lion tapped her house's hourglass to see if maybe a few more gemstones would fall to the bottom, but none did.

Marigold was nursing a papercut on her finger with a tissue when she turned the corner and didn't even realize that she walked past the hourglasses. She backtracked, then looked. Whoops. Hufflepuff was not in the lead for the first time she had been at Hogwarts. Well, not her fault. She made to leave, then noticed a girl trying to make more stones fall. She walked closer to the Gryffindor one. "Does that work?" |

Or, well, she assumed she was talking to her, at least. She tapped the hourglass again and shook her head. "No. Probably just because it's magic and how bad would it be if students could just come and tap on it and win more house points? There'd be chaos." Her voice was somber. Chaos would be bad. "What house are you in?" She straightened up but still didn't look away from the hourglasses.
