Waiting.

Caterina was waiting and it wasn't easy. She'd had to arrange for Mo to meet her here so that she could have time to meet with Vivi and collect Dart from her and not get killed in the process so that her surprise could stay a surprise. But Dart was far too excited for waiting, he wanted to walk and run and sniff everyone who walked past. "Darrtttyyyy." She cooed at him, kneeling down to pet the rambunctious crup, "Your daddy is going to be soooo happy to see you."

She supposed that the happy barking he was doing meant that he was going to be very happy to see Mo too.

Mo didn't really understand why Cat wouldn't want to walk down with him, and by the time he made it to the bottom of the hill, he was sore and tired and a little bit cranky and feeling entirely unlike Mo. He rubbed his shoulders as he moved toward the meeting spot.

And someone had brought a DOG, because he could hear it barking, and why were dogs so loud? It made him even crankier, and it made him miss his Dart puppy. Sulky faced, Mo turned the corner and was nearly bowled over by an enthusiastic dog, whipping its tail back and forth at high speed.

"Dart? It's Dart?" Mo peered up at Cat (was it Cat?) and made hopeful faces. "Hullo, pup. You missed me since Christmas? Is Vivi feeding you? Stop licking my mouth, that's unsanitary."

Cat had been busy kissing on Dart and giving him love and hoping that maybe he would calm down a little so as not to ruin her surprise, when he took off and tackled Mo. Whoops. She skipped over to the both of them with her hands clasped behind her back and a grin on her face. "Vivi brought him for a visit." She said with her grin, "And she didn't kill me, either."

That was a total victory for Cat.

She rubbed Dart's head and continued to grin at Mo. "Are you surprised? Are you happy? Do you need a shoulder rub?" Cause she was here to do those things and make him happy. WAS HE HAPPY?

"You look very much unkilled," Mo grinned happily up at Cat before turning his attention back to Dart, who INSISTED on licking Mo's face. And his mouth. Unsanitary. He'd been surprised that Dart was so much bigger at Christmas, but he wasn't much bigger than that now.

And he still loved Mo, even with his graying hair and wrinkles. That was devotion. "I'm surprised. Of course I am. And very happy." How could she doubt it when he missed Dart all the time? As for the shoulder rub, he needed one, but he wouldn't say yes. He didn't want her pitying his weakness like that. "Will you run with him? He wants to run."

Unkilled. That was her. She'd survived yet another Vivi encounter, which wasn't always an easy thing to do. Especially after Vivi's 'Christmas present' to her.

"C'mere, Darty." She wiggled her fingers at the crup excitedly, "We have to go get your daddy's other surprise!" She bounced up and down and started bouncing down the street and the crup took off with her. Cat and Dart ran down to the other end of the street and back, but this time, when they returned, Dart was carrying a basket in his mouth. He took it over to Mo and Cat grinned. "Since we can't exactly take Dart into any shops with us, I got some take out from the Three Broomsticks."

Also, he was getting a shoulder rub later because she knew he needed one.

David had been to Hogsmeade a couple times before with his uncle so it wasn't like it was new, but none of those times had ever been at the same time as the Hogwarts kids. He'd been determined to make sure it happened this year though. If he was going to convince his dad to finally let him go to Hogwarts within the next couple years, he needed to see what Hogwarts was like. He couldn't just waltz into the castle, but mingling with other Hogwarts kids was the next best option.

So after arriving and making sure his uncle walked off somewhere else, the fourteen-year-old looked around the street, wondering where he ought to go and whether he ought to just walk up to anyone who looked about his age. Would that be weird? Nah, he could pull it off. Totally casual. Hogwarts kids were supposed to be friendly anyway, right?

OKAY. Delilah really liked this place, okay? Hogsmeade was so cute. And she'd heard that there were some really good shops around here. Like the joke shop! Yeah, she just had to go there. Not that she was one to play pranks but it would still be fun to check it out, yeah?

She looked down at her feet as she walked down the street slowly. It was SO cold and her face was bright pink already. This stupid weather. Unfortunately, since she didn't look where she was going, the girl accidentally ended up bumping into someone right in front of her. Oops!

"Sorry!"

It seemed like a lot of students were heading for the sweets shop, so David was thinking maybe he should try there first. Or maybe that'd be too desperate or something? Maybe he should try somewhere else like...the prank shop. Zonko's? There weren't a whole lot of people going there, so it wouldn't look like he was lame and just following the crowd, but he also wouldn't look anti-social or anything. Yeah, that'd be good.

He was just about to head there when suddenly something ran into him, catching him completely off-guard. He stumbled forward a step or two, but otherwise didn't fall or anything dramatic like that. All good. Yup.

Turning around to face the girl who'd run into him, he grinned. "It's okay, don't worry. You alright?" That was the nice thing to do, make sure she was okay too, right?

BEAM.

Lux was in a great mood as she strolled down the street with her little puppy, Coco. Every once in a while, she would pull on his leach a little, but in general, her puppy was being very good if not a little curious about the passing people and objects he encountered.

This was where she was supposed to meet Willa, but the thing was that her sister had not told her where specifically on the street to go. As she walked, she kept making sure to keep her eyes out for her a redhead that could only be her older sister.

Willa wasn't to thrilled about going back to her natural hair color but it was for her sister and maybe being ginger wasn't so bad, she had gotten loads of compliments from her boss and co-workers and some strange guys. She loved having attention on herself but today she had to give her baby sister some attention. Willa strutted down one of the streets of Hogsmeade in her brand new high heels, a little risky for winter but it was fashion and it was so worth the risky.

Willa smiled when she saw her little sister. "The most beautiful person ever has now arrived. Now the party can begin." Willa stretched her arms out and spun around before standing in front of Lux.

YAAAY!

There was Willa! Laughing, Lux watched as her sister did a spin, and then gave her a hug while still holding onto her puppy's leash. "I did miss you. And you really are the most beautiful person ever." Lux really loved her sister, and she was so happy that she got to see her again so soon after Christmas. "Where do you want to go, Willa? But I'm not sure about leaving Coco outside?" Even if they could tie his leash to a pole, she didn't want to risk him getting loose or someone taking him. She loved her puppy too much. At least Toffy wasn't a problem, since he was safely in her pocket.

Willa glanced at the little puppy, she crouched down and picked the puppy up in her arms. Willa cradled the puppy as if it were a baby and rocked back and forth, smiling down at him. Coco was a name for a male dog. "I'm fine with going anywhere, I need to show off my new outfit and my new hair." She nodded at her sister but kept her blue eyes on the puppy. "We'll take him inside, they'll just have to deal, the puppy isn't going to freeze to death." That was a horrible way to die for a cute little puppy.

It made her happy to see Willa take Coco up and hold him with love. Willa was going to take good care of her puppy. And even though she was not in trouble for having him with her at Hogwarts, she figured that it was better this way since she had lessons and homework to deal with. "Oooh, where do you wanna go to do that, Willa? We can go where there are loads of people." That way Willa would really enjoy herself.

Willa thought it would be a great idea to train the puppy while Lux would be off at Hogswarts. Maybe she would teach the puppy to play dead so when Lux gets back from Hogwarts she would scare the hell out of her little sister by pretending her dog was dead? Cruel, yes. Funny, hell yes. "Where ever the most people are, that is where I want to be."

Looking around curiously, Lux tried to determine where the most people might be. It was a little hard to tell, but she wouldn't mind going into The Three Broomsticks regardless and having some butterbeer. She really did miss butterbeer. "How about The Three Broomsticks, Willa? We can put Coco down where he won't get under foot, and I'm sure there will be lots of people you can show your clothes off to." They would all win then.

Sweet! Caelen was allowed to visit Hogsmeade! Her mom gave her money and made her promise to not spend it on candy. And she probably wouldn't spend it all now. She wanted to explore Hogsmeade first and figure out what it was like. Was it everything like her brother told her it would be? All the walking around and having fun, drinking tea and buying fun things? The redhead hoped.

Anyway, she had the little bag of currency currently in her bag as she was strolling down the street, letting her frizzy hair down for once. Partly because it finally wasn't looking annoyingly awful and partly because she didn't know what she wanted to do with it. Braiding her hair all of the time was fun, but not very Hogsmeade. And yes, she overthought about stuff like this. All of the time actually. The way her hair fell was important to her. Mostly because it framed her face and ya know, that was a huuge focal point.

She walked down the streets, figuring out where to go first. Or did she just want to walk around? She really didn't know. Too many choices for her to think of. But whatever. She would explore everywhere.

Mo watched Cat and Dart race off down the street, and the longing and jealousy was absolutely obvious on his face. He wanted to run with his crup. He wanted to be able to do the things that his body had been able to do only a few months ago, but he was now too fragile and frail. It was so frustrating, doubly so that he had only managed to shove back to his feet by the time Cat returned.

And Dart. Mo took the basket from the crup, roughing up Dart's ears fondly. "Let's have a picnic. Did you have a spot in mind? Dart would be good in a shop, though, don't you think?"

Delilah directed her blue-grey eyes towards the boy before she nodded with a smile. "Yeah, I'm good. I just.. I didn't look.." She flushed slightly. See, she really should be more careful. The girl looked at him curiously for a moment. No, this boy definitely didn't go to Hogwarts.. or maybe she just hadn't met him before. That was possible, yes. Although, that wasn't very probable. She probably would remember his face.

"Do you go to Hogwarts?" She asked,

Paulie of course happened to visit Hogsmeade when all the little rascals from Hogwarts were here. Actually, he wasn't too bothered by the sixth and seventh year girls walking around in their packs of friends. Nope, didn't mind them at all. Too bad it was cold, though. Cold = very few skirts. But anyway, the others could go. Go away today, Hoggies. You make the lines in the shops WAY longer than usual.

He slipped his hands in his jacket pockets and whistled as he walked down the main road. Now, now. Where should he go first?

Tori was on her way out of Hogsmeade for the day, actually, when she spotted someone......... from the crowd. He always stood out to her for some reason. Not that she had been LOOKING to meet Paulie Foster, but if she happened to bump into him....

The redhead purposefully made her way down the street in his direction, her purse dangling off her arm instead of being worn across her body just for this reason. This was an old trick she'd picked up at the Daily Prophet. Right before her path were to cross Paulie's, she dropped the bag with a crack and oop, allllllllll her purse's contents went spilling across the street.

"Oops," Tori gasped dramatically, though she didn't bend over to pick it up just yet. No, she took the moment of distraction to check Paulie out. Mhmm. He looked fiiiiiiiiine... well, she meant. He looked well.

Still whistling some tune that had been stuck in his head for the entire day thus far, Paulie walked further down the street. Wasn't even all that cold today. Winter was on its way out and the seasons seemed to be timed right this year. Not like sometimes when Winter just went on and on and on.

But what did he care for weather right now? No cares anymore. Nope. Now his attention was focused elsewhere. His head swiveled in the direction that that OOPS came from and whose oops was it but VICTORIA Bunbury's. My, my, did she look fine. Oh, what? He may have been mistaken, but it DID look to him like he Paulie Foster was being checked out FIRST. And no, he totally hadn't been mistaken because he was well aware of how to recognize females who were checking him out.

With a wide grin, he started over to her and when he got there, he kneeled down straight away to start gathering the things. Girly things. Make up things and sunglasses and things. "Correct me if I'm wrong, Princess," he said, glancing up at her with the same grin. "But I think ya were checkin' out one Lemonade Knight back there."

Yeahhhh there was her Paulie, making his way over. Tori just giggled as her Lemonade Knight bent down to pick up her things. All the things. Naturally she didn't stoop down to pick them up herself, because she had trained him well, see!

"I was just so startled by the sight of you," she drawled, twirling a bit of hair about one finger while she watched him. "I dropped my entire purse. How AAAAAAAAAAARE you doing, Paulie Foster?"

He looked well, had she mentioned that? He looked well mhmm. And she hadn't seen him in ages. The 'oops I was startled' little white lie could totally fly.

Michael had been to Hogsmeade PLENTY of times. More times than he could count. And he had been to Hogsmeade with Zahra on numerous occasions.

But this time was certainly different from all those other times. Although he was still unsure whether this was actually a date. Like he had asked her to go and all, but since he had never asked anyone out before and it was Zahra, his BFF, he didn't really know.

He didn't really care either. They were at Hogsmeade together so that was all that mattered.

"So what first? Candy? Butterbeer? Or some new trick cards?" He asked, giving her hand a squeeze as they entered Hogsmeade. He was glad that he had managed to get most of the hair off his face for this outing but he knew that it would be back. He had been trying to shave it off ever since it had started growing.

This ageing problem was starting get old. HAHAHAHAHA!!

Ah, she was good? That was good. Obviously. "Understandable. I'm sure I'm easy to overlook," he said with a grin. Just teasing of course. He was pretty sure he WASN'T easy to overlook. He was fairly tall, for one, and for another, he was pretty above average when it came to looks too. Not that David generally bragged or talked about it unnecessarily, it was just a fact. Just something he was aware of. No false modesty here.

He shook his head. "Nah, I don't. Not yet at least. Hoping to though." Whenever he could get his dad to agree to let him go. "I'm guessing you do though?"
