Despite best efforts to the contrary, it is still quite cold in this area of the castle and rather drafty as you walk down the corridor towards the History of Magic classroom. You are not met with any music this time as you head to the door, but the same large "Make an Entrance" sign is still hanging outside the door in its usual place. It's up to you how you choose to interpret these words.
Once inside, you will find Professor Glendower standing at the front of the classroom, leaned up against her podium, cutting out paper snowflakes. She's wearing a wide smile, ready to welcome you as you come in and take a seat. It is slightly warmer than the corridor inside the classroom, but not by much. Professor Glendower has cast insulating charms around the area so at least it isn't snowing in here at the present moment and hopefully they'll hold up through the end of the lesson. The desk-arm chairs are again arranged in a semi-circle around the perimeter of the room and you might be pleased to find a peppermint humbug at each one.

So.... what if.... we write a song about a ton of different scenarios that are supposed to be bad and say that we'd 'rather meet a yeti' to compare it? Like.... to say that the Yeti isn't nearly so bad as other things?" There was one idea anyways.

Alexa walked to the prop box then tossed them all thick coats. She gave a nod toward the arguing Yeti family (Zahra, Ethan, Cassie), kinda showing them what the target was.
She shrugged into her own coat. "Right then, wands at the ready--but no firing 'cause....yeah...--ahem, wands at ready and follow me. The tracks lead this way and if this goes well we'll be dining on gold plates tonight!"
Then quite deliberately, she took the longer route that led to that yeti family. Apart of her wanted to see if they'd follow after her or stand there confused but she liked having faith in people so instead she said. "D'you lot see these tracks?"
"Thanks—" was only half out of Marigold's mouth before Lex went off. Wait what. Marigold wrinkled her forehead and assumed a perplexed expression. Were they following Yeti tracks before she came or was that just a very en media res way to start off what they were doing? She just stood there and watched and listened and followed because really. What else was she going to do?
She caught the coat Lex tossed at her with one hand and swung her arms into it. She dug through the props bin for a hat to match, but onto found some weird fuzzy one. She put it on anyway.
Oh look. Z and Eth. And Cassie. She tried to catch what they were saying, but all she heard was Zahra being loud. She grinned despite herself. ...and now were they hunters? Okay. She could do this, act as a character. Who wanted to eat Yeti. Blech.
She trailed after the older girl, not checking behind her to see if the others were coming, too. She tried to ignore the growing anxiety in her stomach and in fact, everyone but Lex, because she was in character and helped Marigold concentrate. She took a deep breath, then walked forward quicker to remark casually to Lex, "Looks like we have a few different Yeti tracks!"
When Lucy saw that it was possible to compose a song without hesitation she grabbed a parchment and her quill..
Her grandmother had taught her to play a few notes with the bagpipes and she decided to try to write a little song!
Lucy was a beginner to play the bagpipes but she carried a tune!
Angel was just stood around watching what was going on, she totally saw where Adi looked and she couldn't wait to let AJ know, she knew without a doubt now that Adi was totally in love with AJ and well she couldn't wait to let her sister know all about the mega crush he had on her, she just wished Benny was around so she could speak to him, but alas he must have been busy with his own work.
Angel decided to work on a song for herself.

Sifting through one box, she found some genuine fake fur-ish pieces of material and (what luck) they were white. "Hey Lux", she said. "Look what I found. Maybe we can put some pieces on you in strategic places.". Jasmine didn't know if that would make her look frightening, but at least it would make her kinda furry. While she continued to look for more goodies, Jasmine asked, "Have you found anything good yet?".
So they had the basic idea of there skit, but they needed a beginning and ending. They were probably going to have to wing it a bit on the in between part, but they needed to know how they were going to wrap things up. Jasmine was just a tad concerned because she wasn't exactly the best at improv, but if all else failed, she'd go for the laugh.

Bonnets?! Maddie giggled and shook her head at him. She'd NEVER knit a bonnet. Did people even WEAR bonnets anymore? Silly Mo. Talented Mo too. The small brunette had paused in her efforts to watch him work on the mountainside, fascinated. He had a knack for this, mhm. "That's a REALLY great idea! I used a fake spider to scare my brother Leo once. I hung it from a string and dangled it over his bed. He screamed like a GIRL!" Heh.
After each yeti had eyes, Maddison turned her attention to the camper. She selected pipe cleaners for the head, shirt, pants, and shoes. She even selected a nice shade of green for a little backpack. Then with dexterous fingers, she began to shape the male camper. He had a stick figure quality to him but with a little bending, the first year got him to stand and sit so he looked more lifelike. Not half bad if you asked HER.
"Well don't die or anything, okay? I know you're going to forget ALL about me when you graduate but I'm still sort of attached, OKAY?" Her tone was almost accusing but her expression was soft. She CARED and she hated that she did but she couldn't help it. Merlin help her.
Angel was still trying to think of a second verse for the song.

Angel wasn't sure about the second verse but well it did seem to fit with what they were doing. "What do you think AJ?" Angel hoped her sister wouldn't mind her working on the song but well she really liked doing things like this and they were working on the Yeti costume so everything was looking good.

Things were getting done, and they were actually coming up with a pretty decent dance/song thing. Adi was being super agreeable, and AJ thought they were going to be able to have a good time with it. She was smiling from ear to ear.
The lion just looked at Adi when he confirmed that everything was fine. Great, she would have felt bad if she was hurting her friend. The next order of business was getting the feathers to stick. How was she going to do that? The first year looked Adi up and down as if just staring would give her an answer. "Any ideas on how to get the feathers to stick?" She could lick one and stick it tp hos body, but that would take forever, and Adi probably wouldn't appreciate her spit all over him.
"I like your song, Angel." Could it be that they were all finished with their work. "This is what we have so far... what do you guys think?"

Adi happened to glance once more at Angel and noticed she was watching him. Oh darn. He was positive she had seen his reactions to AJ being so close to him. That girl never missed a thing. She was like the most observant person in the world! Adi shook his head slightly in her direction. Nooo, don't say anything to AJ. He hoped Angel understood what the shake of head meant.
"Definitely not the Permanent Sticking Charm,'' Adi said jokingly. Of course AJ already knew that. "How about he regular sticking charm?'' It was all he could think about.
The Hufflepuff edged over to look into the parchment. "Sounds good. Great job, Angel.'' It was short and to the point.

Did Angel and Adi some sort of secret thing going on between them? It seemed like one of them was always giving the other a weird look. Was she missing something? Did she have something stuck in her teeth? AJ glanced at them both and shook her head.
Anyways... "What's the matter? You don't wanna be a feathery yeti forever?" Seemed a bit close minded to her. A smile lit up her face at her own joke. "Okay, I can do that." Maybe. She could try really hard anyways. It took her several attempts, but she managed to get all of the feathers on Adi. A laugh escaped her lips, and she covered her mouth with her hand. It was a sight to see. Adi looked good of course, it was just funny seeing him covered in feathers.
"One more thing." AJ reached up and rustled Adi's hair, just like old times. "Yeti's need to have wind blown hair." That was a fact.

He waited patiently for her to finish doing her thing. And then she was laughing. "I'm glad I can amuse you.'' Hehe.
Oh! An AJ hair ruffle. It had been a while since he got one of those. "The coolest Yeti ever is ready to sing and dance.'' Uh...he wasn't too thrilled about the dancing still.

So it was going to be Lex, Caleb and her? No and Marigold? She was joining them to. She got beams. Definitely all good people she had in this group. So now what was the four of them going to do? The third years eyes glanced back up to the board but before she could even ask. Lex was already in character. Awesome! The group didn't even have to wasted time figuring out things and planing.
Just as instantly as Lex, Cinna slipped into her own character. She fellowed close behind the two older girls and she turned her head just as they did to see if everyone was coming. Her as darted toward the yeti family. Ahhh she totally got it now. Catching the fur cost that Lex tossed her. She threw it on. She weaved around the path behind the two older girls. "Aye seems to be three sets of prints." Yes, she totally sounded like a pirate yeti hunter.

"Your loss." The feathers would be super warm, but warm air had to eventually come back in their lives, and the feathers would be too hot then. "You do keep me laughing." In fact, she never laughed as much with anybody else as she did with Adi. They both had the same sense of humor she it just worked.
Practice time. "You're such a good yeti." Not only did he make the costume look good, but he was ready to bust out some yeti moves. "Show me what you got!" Adi would be the first one up, and he needed to look and sing really sad like.
AJ smiled at him encouragingly. "Once you're done, we'll go through our part," she said pointing at herself and Angel. She was so excited.

Besides, he was supposed to act grossed out and terrified from the yetis anyways so with Zahra being said yeti, it'd make his job easier. Right. That was the way to look at it .
Just as he was mentally preparing himself for the dramas ahead, he heard Simon call out. Love birds. Had he not remembered that they were only pretending, he may have even blushed a deeper shade of red. But for now, a slight tinge of pink in the cheeks wouldn't look so out of place right. Now uh... What would a O__O boyfriend do in this situation. He bent his knees, following Simon and Sophie, and walked right up next to the two. He even- major gulp- held out his hand for Sophie to hold because... uh... Isn't that what O__O boyfriends do? Someone please give this kid an oscar for trying.
Simon nodded and continued hiking, following the direction that Sophie had said to go in because he had been going in the opposite. Whoops. “Right!” he said as he switched his direction and went towards the three Yetis. Crossing his arms a little, he hunched forward in order to keep warm as if he were walking through a snowstorm. "Wow, this mountain is steep. Who's idea was this?"
The Slytherin stole a glance back at the boyfriend, Zander, to see how he was doing. Simon grinned slightly when he saw that his mate wasn’t freaking out. Good, good. He had been worried that Zander may have turned the colour of red that you’d find in his tie but he didn’t. As the three continued climbing up the imaginary mountain over to the three yetis. The geo-cache machine started to beep so the boy made the beeping noises. “Almost there,” he said as the beeping sped up. They were almost at there destination. All of a sudden, it stopped beeping. He pointed to the ground right before him. “It says it should be right here…”

Ian walked over to the group with AJ, Adi and Angel. Mind if I join your group? He wasn't sure. He didn't feel particularly confident about this particular subject, but he knew about cold things.

Having her very own personal clown sounded nice. "You do make me laugh a lot, but you are so much better than a clown." In this particular situation though he kind of was like her very own clown, but that was because she got to dress him up and make him to do funny things.
"I won't." She made a X over her chest to show that she was serious. AJ watched as he busted out his moves. Aw, they were good. They were going to be awesome. Make way for the best yeti group ever guys. "I don't know why you were worried." His moves and singing were both fine.
AJ was just about to practice her part when she saw that Ian wanted to jopin them. "Hey Ian, c'mon." She was sure that the others wouldn't mind him joining them. "Do you wanna be a yeti or do you wanna just dance and sing with me and Angel?" If he picked a yeti, he wouldn't be able to get out of the dancing and singing part, but she would mention that later. AJ could decorate him really quick too.
He…or rather Zelda was being a good momma to their child, and what about Bruce? He’s being a baaaaaad daddy-o. Hmm. Maybe that’s how male yetis are? They leave their partners and children behind, then continue to be loners? What a sad, ugly life yetis have.
Then…BITING HAPPENED.
“GRRRRRRRYeeeooowwwccccchhhhahahahahaha…ouchouchouchahahahaha!” Ethan shook his hand as Bruce…or Zahra, (he can’t tell anymore) let go of his hand. It’s still intact, but there are bite marks right there. Moving on, as if the bites were nothing. “GRAARRRRRRRRR!!! WHO YE CALLING UGLY?! GRRRRRR. At least I got curls and braids and ribbons!” ZELDA called out angrily. How dare BRUCE call HER ugly? Though he got those curling services for free from a fellow female yeti, SHE still looked FANTABULOUS.
And yes, bad daddy yeti right there. “GRRRRAARRRRRRRR…YOU’RE TOO CRANKY. YOU NEED TO RELAX! Grrrrrr……………you want me to braid your whiskers?”

Bruce's NOSTRILS WERE GROWING, or so Zahra imagined. BRUCE HATED HIS FAMILY. THEY WERE SO NEEDY. AND BOSSY. POPPA YETI-ING WAS HARD.
"BRUCE WILL BITE WHO BRUCE WANTS! BRUCE IS ANGRY! BRUCE'S PLANS ARE RUINED! BRUCE IS GONNA FIND A VOLCANO AND TOSS HIS "FAMILY" IN TO IT!"

Bruce, with his KEEN SENSES, couldn't help but notice he had approaching company. Like, what was WITH ALL THESE PEOPLE?

Suddenly he stopped, jumped back up straight and bowed. "Nope. Not a wrock star." Kyroh decided. "So interview it is!" The first year placed his hands on a nearby desk pulling himself ON TOP of it. As for whether Kyroh was just as much of a loony, Grayson shook his head and said, "You're going to be a COOL Yeti, just you watch!"

Kyroh really didn't look anything remotely close to a scary Yeti. More like a dog that was trying to be scary but still made you want to ruffle its hair. But Grayson didn't have the heart to break his heart so........... "Be careful, you might give a real life Yeti a run for its money," he said, before accio'ing a box closer towards him. Lazy, he was. "We can use a wand for a microphone, I bet. Maybe make it look a bit fancier. Anddddddddd....." He took out some cotton balls and held them up. "You need a BEARD!"

Better than a clown? Cool! Clowns were kind of scary, anyway. And at least AJ didn't laugh at his dance and singing. Now Adi felt more confident about doing this in front of the class. It was right about then that Ian wandered over. "Yo, Ian. Sure you can.'' How could they not have their friend in their group?
So, all Ian had to do was decide whether he wanted to be a Yeti or sing with the girls. Adi just wanted them to get a move on this thing.

Adi had done great, and while AJ waited on Ian's response she decided to go ahead and run through her lines in the song and dance. After all of the prep work it would be sucky if she was the one to mess things up.
AJ picked up the parchment, and decided that there was no way that she would learn the song that quickly. The parchment was going to have to be a crutch. "Watch me real quick, and tell me what you think." Then they could this for real.
AJ looped arms with Angel and started dancing around like she was the happiest girl in the world. She sang the song word for word and at the very end she looped arms with Adi to show that yeti's really weren't that bad. Then it was over. Was all good? Were they ready to go up in front of the class?
Angel was trying to figure out what else she was going to do, she loved the costume that AJ had made for Adi, and she loved the song that she had written now all she had to do was think of a few other things to do.

Why had AJ looped hand with her and why was she dancing oh, yeah that was part of the act, she wondered what else they had to do, she wasn't really sure now, she had gotten confused.
