The Gryffindor played idly with his fork. Food couldn't come any sooner. Actually he didn't feel like anything. He really just wanted to vomit. Okay... Maybe not want to, but the boy felt as if he was going to any moment now! His stomach was just so upset and the flutteries and there was just so much that needed to get done at this feast, but his body just wasn't up for any of it. Maybe he'd just give it to her next term... Yeah. There would always be next term. Ahem. The boy looked up as he noticed someone approaching the table, it was Hufflepuff Adi. "Hi uh-hi Adi," he managed to get out, but then looked straight back down at the empty table.



Still playing with his fork, the Gryffindor just hoped they could get this feast thing over with soon, so that he could take care of the few last minute things still on his mind. As he began pushing the invisible peas from one side of the plate to the other, he looked up and noticed someone else approaching the table. Man, had he and Bay sat down at the wrong place because it looked like a Badger takeover here. Yet he didn't even have the strength to think those thoughts because other more.. nerve-wracking ones were circulating his mind. "Uh-hi Kace.. I-uh-nothing really... Haven't really, y'know uh thought about it since uh we were trapped.. What about you?" Actually with all the harsh weather lately, summer sounded like dream.



Before he could do the thing where he suddenly looked back down at his plate again, someone else had arrived. Oh, Emmy. She was a Gryffindor too so at least now it was 3 to 2. He managed a wave towards the girl and watched as she made her wave over. Man. This was going to be a lot harder than he thought. "Hi uh hi Emmylou," could he just go up to the table now and get this thing over with because it was driving him insane.



The Gryffindor had momentarily gone back to moving his invisible peas back and forth along the edge of his plate. But then at the sound of a familiar voice, he looked up from his plate and gave a week smile to AJ. He liked the girl he really did, but he also had some other thoughts that made it very hard to be as cheerful as she looked. "Hi-hi Aj, I'm..Yeah.. Couldn't be better," at that he tried to chuckle a little. It sounded weak, but it was the best he could manage.

Looking around the decorations, and then back to the firstie he tried another smile again, "We did it... We actually... Did it."



The Gryffindor noticed the smirk. He totally did. Did Bay know that he had gone to visit the older boy when he was still unconscious? Because Zander had been worried the entire time about his first mate ever. And finally the guy was sitting right in front of him. And then, and then it happened. Or actually... It didn't happen. Bay didn't press to ask what was wrong. He just moved on. It was obvious that he had stammered over all the words, that he wasn't in the right state of mind. But Bay just went on. And this, this was why Zander looked up to the guy so much. He didn't press for the details because he knew it made the third year uncomfortable and so he just moved on from it. If Zander wasn't so jumpy he most definitely would have gotten up and enveloped the older boy in a HUGE hug. "Thanks Bay," and he didn't say why. More so hoped that the older kid would just know.

Thank goodness Bay was here. As a distraction and just knowing you had a good friend by your side helped tone things down. Most definitely. "I'm-I'm so glad Bay," Speaking to the lion was starting to come naturally. Bay just put him at ease. This was the distraction he needed. A good mate. "The castle's been empty without you, you know?" It was true too. It didn't feel the same without Bay. Especially in DADA, where he would've totally asked for the sixth year's assistance had he been there. "You.. You haven't missed too much, honestly. It's-it's just been really cold," and that's all. That's all Bay missed. But oh yeah! There was something else too, "Wait a minute... I-I have a potion for you... Actually, it's from Culloden... But well-he-uh-he gave it to me to give to you..." And at the the Gryffindor lifed his bag and stuck his arm in it reaching around for the vial.



Zander momentarily turned around to notice Lex. Finally someone was celebrating their victory!! Really had it been 10 whole years since the last time the Great Hall looked like this? Zander wasn't there to see the other colors, but this. He was sure that this was the greatest look of all. Yet, he was too distracted by something more daunting to properly celebrate. And that made him very, very sad. Could they just get the speach over with so that he could make his delivery and then finally eat and most of all CELEBRATE!

Thankfully talking to Bay had helped ease him up a bit, so he was finally able to focus at leat a little bit on their victory! "Yeah, I can't believe it," he smiled weakly. "We really did it."



The diversity at the lion table was only growing. Especially when a Slytherin... Not just any Slytherin, Simon! Even though the competition was EXTREMELY stiff this term. And the lions had officially managed to overtake the snakes, Zander wouldn't give his friend a hard time about it. Mostly because he was still trying to get over his nerves, but also because Simon had been a great sport throughout. He returned his friends wave with a weak one of his own. "Hi.. Hi Simon," Could his friend noticed the sweating? Hopefully not. But there was a lot of it. As for the congratulations, "Thanks mate... It was really too close,"

Merlin, finally!

End of term. She's never been so happy to reach this particular part of the year as she was today. Never has she wanted to head home as much as she did now. Her bestie's mood had improved considerably at the mentions of a proper summer and Lotus herself couldn't be more excited for it.

It was a little sad, though, to know that most of her friends won't be returning but she was happy for them all the same. Particularly for those who knew what they wanted to pursue after Hogwarts.

Perhaps arriving a little late, the sixth year, soon-to-be seventh year (!!!!), reached the table she'd been looking for. Well, the Gryffindors were the winners this year were they not? And she wasn't about to sit in the yellow table, though she could seat with the Slytherins but she had more pressing reasons for choosing this one.

So, a smile was given to Lex as she sat across from Tag, he also got a smile, of course.

Simon raised an eyebrow when Zander gave him a weak wave. Was something wrong with his best Lion mate? He nodded in agreement. "It was. Next time we won't let you guys go so easily," he said with a wicked wink. He was teasing of course. That's why he winked. He gave his mate an affectionate pat on the shoulder because despite popular belief (thanks to gossip spreading throughout the whole school of him being a hugger), Simon wasn't really into hugging. An affectionate bro-pat would do. Or a high five or fist pump. Those were cool options. "You doing okay, mate?"

Tag was still glancing around the table until he heard his name being called out at him. He turned this way and that way until he connected the voice with the face and waved at Bay. The blonde smiled back at the younger one, not too young, of course. "Not much. Just waiting for the food like everyone else. How about you? You good, ready for the summer holidays?" He asked in return. At this point everyone was ready for the Summer holidays. The blonde was more than ready.



Another voice came to Tag's attention and he turned to it almost immediately. It was Kace, the hufflepuff Tag remembered having some adventures with here at Hogwarts. Not too many but they did hang out every now and then and he was a good kid. "Kace! As long as you don't start crying over me, then I'm totally okay with you missing me. I mean, don't choke yourself up." Tag said, trying to ease the tension of the goodbyes from any of the people that came up to him tonight.

Seriously. He hoped no one would cry.



The blonde watched people come and go from and into the Great Hall and saw Penelope making her way over to their table and then sit next to him. Which made Tag smile.

"Its true. All of it, honestly." He said to her. Of course, Tag would never lie when it came to such words he had used in his entry, nor would he in general in front of people, but he just wanted to add that to Penelope.

Seven years ago they had been so tiny (Tag not so tiny anymore) and excited and ready for Hogwarts and all its food. Now they were not so tiny, hopefully excited for their last Hogwarts meals and excited for a new chapter. At least, Tag was.

"So, is there going to be a feline play day this summer?" It was a serious question. Totally. Tag and Penelope could hang out, as well as their furry felines too.



More people were arriving to the Gryffindor table, which meant, for Tag, it was more chances for him to talk and to keep himself occupied with something. Not that his mind was wandering or feeling sad or anything, cause he wasn't. But it was never bad to have distractions on these types of nights, right? Right.

And here came his girlfriend. The one he'd miss the most, of course. But that didn't mean he'd miss a couple of the younger years here. Because he would. Lotus just had a special place for Tag. It was only natural.

He returned the smile to his girlfriend and asked her the most casual question. "What's up bud?" The blonde could've gone with something else, but this would always be a winner.

Angel realised that she had to drag herself to the end of term feast. She couldn't believe that it had already been a year since she found out she was a witch.

Angel walked slowly into the Great Hall because she didn't want to disturb anyone or anything if she was late, she didn't think that she would be late at the minute but well the packing had taken her longer than she thought because she had lost a few things.

Angel suddenly saw AJ, Benny and Adi sitting together and messing about, she overheard AJ called Benny... Benny-Boo. What was AJ actually doing because well if she was pretending to be her then she was going wrong because she would never speak like that... Cutie-Pie was okay because seriously Benny was a Cutie-Pie but she doubted Benny liked her.

Angel decided to leave them to do what they were doing, she was going to sit somewhere on her own because she was so sad that Professor Bentley was leaving, she had only know her head of house for a year but already it was feeling like they had known each other more with all the plants and things they had talked about.

Er...what was wrong with Zander? Where was the happy-go-lucky guy he had met in Divination and the Kitchen? "You okay, dude? You look a little...down.'' It was obvious he looked down. Way to point out the obvious, Adi.

That did it. Benny Boo? Adi let out a laugh. "Where do you get these names from, Angel?'' And what did Benny have to say about that? Poor fella. "I'm terribly sorry for your girlfriend's behaviour but you have my blessings to officially be a couple." Hehe. Take AJ's/Angel's hands Benny. Adi was silently begging his bestie to do this because it would be even more funny.

And that's when he spotted Angel. The real one, of course. The Hufflepuff expected her to head towards them, to sit next to Benny so why was she sitting so far away and by herself? "Yo, AJ! Come over here,'' he called out.

So.... Was in really the end of term already? Where did the time go? Okay it really hadn't gone by that fast. It had been a long cold winter that was still sticking around. Apparently. We're they going to be able to leave tomorrow? Please. She was very ready to get out. It was summer time. The third year did enjoy her year for the most part. Minus the huge amounts of snow of course.

Somewhat proud of herself, for making it though her first term. She deserved a pat on the back for that. Hogwarts was so much better than being homeschooled. Even being stuck indoors for the past 3 or 4 months. At least she had everyone here. She couldn't imagine being at home and not being able to talk to the people that was here. Like what if it happened last year. She could not have handled that. No contact with people she cared about most.

And there they were well most of them sitting at the Gryffindor table. but the others would be here soon. Look at all of the Gryffindorness in the great hall. Whoop whoop. Her brown eyes fell on the person who she's last seen in the hospital wing. "Bay!" It was Bay and he wasn't in the hospital bed anymore. Could she hug him? She trotted over the rest of the way to the table. Zander was there he got a little wave. "Hey guys!" Kace and Emmy were already there too. They both got hugs. Was she late? Of course she was. She was always the last one to show up for anything. No boyfriend, yet? She won not being the last to show up. First time that ever happened. Lux was already too. "Lux!" She also got a hug.

Jasmine headed toward the Gryffindor table to say goodbye to Lux when she got an unexpected surprise. Bay! Thank Merlin he was out of Hospital wing. With a smile on her face, she walked over to him. "Bay, it's so good to see you up and about. I'm so glad you're doing better. How do you feel?"

Looking over at Lux, Jasmine could see a huge difference in the younger girl's demeanor. She was smiling now and not filled with worry. Turning to Lux, she said, "He looks great and I'm glad to see you looking happier too." It looked like things were working out well for the two of them.

Spotting Lex at the table, Jasmine walked over to her. "Hey Lex, I just wanted to say have a great summer. I hope you enjoy your trip. You'll have to tell me where you finally decided to go." Who knew? Maybe they'd randomly run into each other at some beach in California. Jasmine was hoping that she would get a chance to say goodbye to most of her friends before the feast was over so she kept on the lookout.

One of her little lions actually making there way over to her--just look how happy the kid was, man, this was priceless; made all that last minute organizing worth it it. "Wicked awesome decorations." She replied, grinning as she fis tbumped the Firstie. When was the last time the Great Hall sported Gryffindor scarlet and gold? Proud colours for a proud moment and they OWNED this year. "I'm glad the hat put you where it did." And yes, she might have messed with her hair a bit, sorry if you spent time on it, kay? But this one was cute, and a trooper at that. Sticking around when Lex got overly demanding. "You proved you've got the stuff."

Funny how there were meant to be three of them but she only really knew this one. The other was a claw which sucked all the interest instantly and the one that was meant to be a lion....she didn't know, never really spoke to her, 'cept at the other feast where the girl wasn't much up for talking. "Y'think you settled in fine this last year?"

It's funny how the smallest of gestures could make you realize JUST how much you were going to miss someone. Like Penelope's high five that Lex did meet. It was so simple but so familiar. Alexa had never known Gryffindor without knowing Penelope and it was strange to think that she wouldn't be there when the term rolled in next year.The thought almost had her scowling but she had to remember the great victory they'd won and that Penelope was off to bigger and better things. "I kept saying it was the year of the lion but no one believed me." Seeing the decorations in the Great Hall now they had no choice but to.

"It was awesome being on a quidditch team with you," With all of them that had gone on really, "and sharing a house. Don't think I've ever said it before but didn't want you leaving without knowing." They had fun. Did she remember them all sneaking into the Prefect Compartment that one year?

"Plans for after this place?" What were they?

And what was this?

For a moment Lex knelt on her seat and eye balled the little lion. Wasn't he looking at the same colours she was? Didn't he remember all the last minute work they put into it? Finally, she tilted her head and fixed him with a solid, curious look. "You sound like a kicked puppy and you look like one too. What happened?" And did she really want to know. This end of term would be tainted for her the moment she went to the snake table, did she really want more bad news before then?

Decisions.

"But I don't see what's not to believe, we're awesome. The Hall should look like this every year." But how would she know? She'd be leaving soon enough.

She'd only just been grilling Zander when a flash of yellow walked by her--another flash because there were already a few invaders. In the spirit of the end of term feast and their great victory she didn't tell them to shove off but the girl had her limits. One could only have so many Hufflepuffs in one place, y'kno--"Lottie!" So then, not a Hufflepuff at all. False alarm, limit not reached and Lex grinned at her bestie. "A nice change from the yellow and black banners every year, eh?" Lottie, she was sure, could appreciate this change as much as they did.

She didn't bother asking what brought her to the lion table for the fact she didn't care so long as she was staying and because evident the other 1/4 of her reason was sitting across from her already making his own conversation. Yes, 1/4, we're good at math and Lex was obviously the 3/4. DUH. "Not a drop of snow. We're getting out of here tomorrow and I'll never be happier. Ugh. When's the last time we saw the outside?" The fact she couldn't remember said it had been too long.

Oh but this was new. They didn't usually have Ravenclaws, not unless you counted Dora that came looking for Alice...but there was no Alice anymore. Sad thought really. It was a wonder she made it through the term without Alice and how she would di it again next term. Lex grinned at the Ravenclaw friend she'd made. For a girl who disliked that lot, she had a few of them. "We've decided we'll be all over the place, trying to see what we can but I'll let you know more after it happens." Very excited she was, could Jasmine tell??

"And don't forgot we've got that date for pygmy puff shopping. I'll be sure to leave Felix at home."

”yeah im glad that I didn’t freak anyone out as much as I already did” he said while giving his hufflepuff friend a huge smile. Talking about the weather, Bay totally agreed. This weather was terrible. ”yeah, I don’t like it either, someone really needs to fix it” If he could he would bring a blanket down from his dorm and wrap it around himself. BRRRRRRR……



”its okay, its okay” he reassured his friend.. ”its just a bit achy and you just scared me is all” his heart was still in his throat. Laughing he got the exact reaction he was expecting from Kace. ”well were even now ya?” more smirks coming your way dude.

”gushy stuff… yeah… totally” ahahahah it was just so easy to talk to him. WAIT AHAHAH WHAT DID HE JUST SAY!!! ”omg.. what did you just say? BROMANCE? That’s the best thing I’ve ever heard” and that was the truth.. they were certainly having a bromance that was for sure. ”well.. for summer” he started to answer the other question. ”I was going to do the internship, but I think I missed the deadline when I was like passed out ya know. But I don’t think my parents are going to let me out of their site much, so you’ll have to come visit me” he he he there was no way out of it now.



”im doing much better, just a bit achy” he told her as he saw her sit down. It was so good to be out and about and to see everyone, mostly Lux because well you know the “L” word ahahahah. ”you can stay as long as you’d like Cucumber. I’d doubt anyone would say anything” and if they did Bay wouldn’t be a happy camper. Nope not at all. ”I don’t think anyone could get tired of you!” he winked at her, and that was true. She was so nice and was just one of the best people to be around.



WAIT!! What was Lex talking about.. Looking around the Great Hall more he spotted what she had been yelling about and he felt pretty dumb for not noticing it earlier. ”WE WON?? THE HOUSE CUP?” no way, yeah so much had happened while he’s been “Asleep” wow.. the shock on his face was huge but he shouted with the rest of them! ”GO GRYFFINDOR!!!!!” laughing he looked around to make sure no one was starting at him yelling and being silly.


”no problem at all” d’awwww Zander was just being the best… such a stand up guy. ”empty eh… well.. I’m back now and a bit wobbly so I can take up as much room as you’d like me to” winking over at him. ”yeah everyone seems to be hating the cold.. they should just start more fires… that would be an awesome thing for them to do” he laughed and then his face went more serious… ”wait. Culloden gave you a potion to give to me” red alerts were going off in his head.. DANGER DANGER he thought as he asked Zander some more questions about it ”Dude… do you know what it is?” he hoped he did because all Bay would be doing was to be putting it in his pocket and never drinking it if he didn’t.



”yeah the food couldn’t come any sooner” which was true ever since he got out of the Hospital Wing all he wanted to do was to eat, eat and eat some more. ”im getting better and yeah really ready.. just not excited to hear the wrath from my parents.. really hope they allow me to come back next year” he told the older lion. Then it hit him…. Tag wouldn’t be coming back.. ”dude… I’m going to miss you” which was true, Tag had always been so nice to him.



He smiled even more when he saw that Cinna was here! ”HEY CINN!!!” he yelled over at her, it was like the whole gang was here.. or if he was missing someone then he would see them later. ”how are you???” he asked her as he drank from his goblet some more.




Jasmine.. someone he hasn’t seen in a long time.. ”It feels so much better to be out and about.. and im totally happy that im doing better as well” he gave his ravenclaw friend a big smile. ”just a bit achy but I can totally deal, how have you been?” it has been a while he was wondering what she has been upto.

Lucy was happy because she has had really a strong and wonderful year but now she was feeling a little sad and she wasn't able to move forward her friends and professors to say goodbye..
She closed her eyes for a moment to fix all this magic world and smiled again when she imagined her came back for the new year!

Angel...breaking his heart?...he wanted her to be his girlfriend?

Okay, so now it was getting uncomfortable. Benny didn't know who was trying to outfool the other more but he was being stuck in the middle. Him and Angel...the real Angel. Why did it always have to go in that direction? They were just friends, nothing more and he didn't want to be anything more. At least he didn't think he wanted to be anything more. The Gryffindor shook his head to free the thoughts as well as answer AJ's question, only to find her hands being passed to him.

Now this was awkward.

Especially when Benny happened to spot the real Angel coming towards them. Forget the use of Benny-boo. But she did not sit by them. Was she upset? Was she as thoroughly put out as he was. He sent her a look, almost pleading for help of any sort but she seemed distracted. And Adi was apologizing again for something or other while he continued the charade.

Sigh.

"Why don't you forget the apology..." he said getting up from the table. No way he was staying here. Benny wondered if he could escape but he doubted he could go upstairs and there was no other table or friends he could go see. Finally he just moved to take a spot further down the table, sitting by his lonesome.

Angel totally had no idea what she was going to say to that, she was totally not happy with them at the minute and she wasn't going to be saying anything or go other to them and why was Adi calling her AJ that was just totally weird didn't he know what his own girlfriend looked like.

Angel smiled as she suddenly saw Lucy. "Lucy! How have you been?" Angel beamed. "We did it!! We won the house cup and your an amazing friend." Angel would miss her, "I might see if I can invite you for a sleepover at home if you want to meet up, though since my parents are muggles it will probably be boring." Angel sighed

Angel suddenly saw Benny move somewhere else. "Hey Benny, why don't you come and sit over here." Angel wondered if her friend would. "You really should meet Lucy she's amazing and awesome and such a good friend." Angel really hoped everything would get better between them, she didn't like Benny being mad with her and she really wanted him as a friend.

"Oh!!" Angel then remembered something.

"WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS MY FRIEND AND WE'LL KEEP ON FIGHTING TO THE END, BECAUSE WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS, WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS, YEAH WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS OF THE WORLD!!" Angel giggled, she was going to be celebrating this all summer.

Lux was so glad to hear that Bay was doing a lot better now. Snuggling into him she kissed his cheek then leaned her head against his shoulder. If Lex had a problem with it, she couldn't care less; this was the first time she got to hug or kiss him since before the book club meeting. "I'm so glad you're okay now. Will you come to my beach party?" She was planning to have a beach party and it just wouldn't be the same without him there.

It was awesome that she could stay and his next comment made her beam. "I could say the same for you, sweetie." And it was the truth too, he was the best. Now Jasmine was here and her friend got a big smile. Jasmine was so nice and awesome. "Yes, this is an awesome feast and the food hasn't even come yet! Have any plans for summer?" It would be amazing to see her at the beach party.

Before she could ask, Lux was getting attacked by a Cinna hug. "I was wondering where you were!" Giggling, she hugged her bestie. "You look amazing. So does Emmy." Her besties were so gorgeous. After hugging Cinna, Lux went back to snuggling into Bay. She was staying like this until the food arrived. Yep.

He heard his nickname but not from the duo he had left. Angel had noticed him, inviting him over to join her. Benny briefly glanced at where Adi and AJ remained wondering if they would simply continue with their antics if he went towards her. Like it cemented in truth all that they were saying about him...about her...about both of them. After a few moments of debating the third year got up once more and moved to accept the invitation with a touch of courage.

Maybe he should just ignore things. Besides...making new acquaintances.

"He--" he went to say hello, only to be cut off by Angel's singing. Some song about champions that he wasn't familiar with. But then he wasn't that into muggle music. "Yep..." he confirmed with a chuckle as he tried to relax. "We won."

Looking at Lex, Jasmine could tell that she couldn't wait for her summer trip. "It sounds like a good plan. See as much of the state and as many of the sights as you can. I'll be waiting to hear all of the details.". Jasmine had a feeling that California would never be the same after Lex and Co. rolled through.

Oh and their pygmy puff date. "I won't forget about it", Jasmine said. In fact, she was looking forward to shopping for her pink pygmy puff. She laughed at the mention of Felix. Yes, it was probably a good idea to leave him at home. "Well, I'll see you soon. Enjoy your trip."


Jasmine was happy to see Bay looking better and able to enjoy the feast with his friends. Remembering how he had looked in the hospital wing, it was a big relief to see him well. Then he asked how she had been. Well compared to Bay, she had been great. Realizing that her friend had had a near death experience kind of put things into perspective. "I've been OK", Jasmine said, hoping that she sounded convincing. "I'm just ready to get out of this prison and start my summer." That was the honest to goodness truth.

Turning to Lux, Jasmine answered her question. "Summer? Oh I'm going home to spend time with my family. After that, I'm going to visit my relatives in California. What about you? What are you going to be up to this summer?" it was hard to believe that in a few hours, they would all be going their separate ways.

Lucy was happy to see Angel...
She smiled at her and she said:" my mom also is muggle! There is no problem!
You could send me an owl and we will have some time toghether!
I hope to see you very soon!"

Something was definitely up with Zander, but she had no idea what it could be. Other than a passing hi here and there, and them going on adventures together, AJ didn't really know that much about him. Of course she didn't need to be a Ravenclaw to know that something wasn't quite right. "Don't tell me you actually wanna stay here?" Hogwarts was cool and all, but the whole snow thing had pretty much done her in.

"We DID do it, so cheer up dude." AJ fist bumped him, and flashed him a smile. What could he possibly be sad about? All of the lions should be on top if the world right now.



The mama lion sure seemed to be happy, and she had every reason to be so. She got down and dirty, and did what had to be done to get the lions a win, and AJ looked up to her for that. She hoped that when she was older, that would share that same fire as Lex did. If her first year was any indication, then she didn't think that she had anything to worry about. "Super wicked." Everybody had to celebrate the lions, whether they wanted to or not. HA! AJ nodded at her prefect's words. "I'm totally a lion." Now that she knew what all of the other houses were about, she knew that there was no way she could have been placed in any other house other than Gryffindor.

"Oh yeah, Hogwarts is SO cool. I can't wait for next year." She was excited to go back home for the summer to see her parents and her non magical friends, but Hogwarts was starting to feel like home to her.



Adi's laugh was hard to resist. She was trying her best not to give anything away. As she looked into Benny's eyes though, she knew that they had went too far. It really was just a harmless prank, but he was not feeling it. Not everybody was like Adi and AJ. She could tell that he was embarrassed. The whole him and Angel thing had been a problem all year long, and here she was just making it worse.

Before she could figure out how she was going to respond, he was getting up. "C'mon Benjamin, don't leave." There was no use trying to stay in character now because the real Angel was here and she was already swooping in on Benny. Dangit. Adi won.

AJ then turned on Adi. "See what you did," she teased. She plopped down beside him and ruffled his hair. "Not everybody is as cool as us." she whispered just in case Benny had bat ears or something. AJ looked over to where Angel was sitting with Benny, and waved her over. The last thing she wanted to do was fight when the lions had won. This was a time for celebrating.

Ian saw his friends over at the Gryffie table and wandered over in time to see AJ ruffle Adi's hair. It made his stomach do a flip but he assumed it was because the school term was ending and he'd miss them both. Adi really was in every sense of the word, his best friend.

As he walked up, he placed a hand on each of their shoulders and smiled. How are you, my friends?

Somewhere in him, Adi knew Benny would leave them. He knew the Lion was a sensitive on and still he had no idea why he kept torturing his friend. That's what best friends did? Hehe. Oh well. Adi watched Benny stalk off by himself then eventually joining Angel. He sent the Dragon a grin. Oh yeah, Benny. We know you can't stay away from Angel.

Adi shrugged when AJ said it was his fault. "He'll get over it. Though you would think he was used to all the teasing by now.'' He grinned as AJ ruffled his hair. He liked hair ruffles from her. "You got that right.'' Did AJ relaise he was still holding one of her hands? Because he only just realised that.

Oh! And here was Ian. "Hey, Ian! Sit with us.'' Yes, he couldn't leave his closest Hufflepuff friend out of the chatter now that he was here.

Angel looked at Benny and then she flung her arms around him. "Come on Cutie-Pie join in." Angel giggled as she continued to sing. "WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS, WE ARE THE CHAMPIONSH, WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS, WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS MY FRIEND!!" Angel had no idea what she was going to next but at the minute she was totally having fun and she was flinging herself and Benny backwards and forwards. "What do you think?"

Angel looked at Lucy. "That would be amazing, I'll send you an owl with the answer from my sister." Angel giggled this was going to be epic. "I can't wait to come back and have more adventures next year, though I hope it doesn't snow much next term, I've seen enough to last me until I'm 18.

He grinned at his friends and sat down beside Adi, opposite AJ. How are you guys doing? I've been so busy trying to finish things for end of term, I hadn't gotten any time to hang out.

Out of the corner of his eye, Simon thought he saw someone that he recognized. Wasn't that Zander's friend, Lux? The one he met at the Research Assistance thing for Botros and Flamsteed? He grinned and headed over towards her. "Hey Lux! How are you?" he asked with a happy smile when he noticed how much brighter she seemed today. Had her boyfriend woken up? "Did your boyfriend wake up?" he asked, taking a chance. If he hadn't then this conversation was soon going to be extremely awkward.

So it looked like Benny and Angel would not be joining them. Oh well, they both would do well on learning how to take a joke. AJ was just having fun, and she knew that Adi was too. "Did you really know that it was me the whole time?" she asked and she kicked him playfully in the foot.

She felt a hand on her shoulder and smiled when she noticed that it belonged to Ian. "Sup, Ian?" AJ never did get to hang out with Ian much this year, and that was a bummer. "I can speak for myself when I say that I am doing fantastic." AJ pointed up to the lion colored banners that were everywhere. "I dunno about my friend Adi over here though." AJ was too busy winning at life.

It was when Ian sat down that AJ noticed that Adi was still holding on to one of her hands. How was she supposed to process this? The first year decided to joke it off. Jokes were her go to when she was in a dilemma. "I guess the jokes over now, and you don't have to pretend anymore." AJ slowly took her hand out of his. Don't make this weird, AJ. "Got any plans for the summer, Ian?" There... she would just have casual conversation. There was nothing weird about that.

It sounded like Jasmine had an awesome summer planned. "California sounds awesome. I've never been there before." Lux had gone to Florida a lot though since her sister had a beach house there. "I'm going to hang out with everyone and have a beach party. You should come!" Hopefully Jasmine would be around for it and not in California at the time.

Oooh, Simon! When had he gotten here? Lux felt a little bad for not seeing him earlier, but at least he was in a good mood. "I am amazing. How are you?" Most people had to be happy because it was the end of term and they would be able to go home soon. "Yes, he did!" As she spoke she snuggled into Bay more. She was being clingy right now, but she didn't care because she had really missed hugging him.
