The Lions sit under a beautiful scarlet and gold banner representing their house. Their solid, shiny wooden table is nicely polished with all the place settings perfectly set. The food will arrive after the Headmistress' traditional feast speech. To all Gryffindors, both new and old: enjoy the feast!

Maybe this term around he would use it on the Lion. Hehe.
"Well, you'll always be an old Dragon to me,'' Adi replied as he scanned the Slytherin Table looking for Sophie, Caleb and Cutty. Mostly Sophie. Why had he not found his friends on the Train this term? Ah, well.
"So, Benny,'' the third year continued, his attention now fully on his friend once more. "Had a good summer?''
So the old reference was going to be like his nickname that he might just be getting used to. Great. Ben would be doing his best to try and brush it off and focus more on the dragon mention that reminded him of the cool potion they had done in potions last term that he hadn't blown up. Just blew flames and coughed smoke like the dragon Adi had said he had looked like at the moment both instances happened.
"Yeah I guess so. Took getting used to be normal again." Plenty of running around and reading with no aging issues to complicate things. "What about you?"

He wasn't paying too much attention to the sorting though Benny supposed he should be clapping for the newly sorted lions. One of which was the girl he had met at the station who seemed to be quite happy with the sorting hat's choice for the house. "Welcome to Gryffindor..." he said simply.

Hint. The answer is OF COURSE!

Another familiar face. Or rather eerie ghost presence in the knight's case. "Good evening Sir Nicholas," he greeted back, never minding the ghost being around. Benny nodded at the mention of the house cup. He'd be trying his best again to do his part.

She was a Gryffindor and she couldn’t stop smiling. Honestly, she didn’t know what made a certain house so great, but she was just excited that she got placed at all without any problems. She made her way to her new table looking for her sister and spotted the boy from the sweet shop. ”Adi!” Aj noticed that he was talking to somebody else so she smiled at the boy. ”I’m a Gryffindor.” she said pointing out the obvious. It was too bad that they didn’t manage to get into the same house, but she would still be able to see him so that was a good thing.
AJ had more questions and was just about to launch into them when she spotted her sister.
SPOILER!!: Love #2
Angel was totally delighted, to have been sorted into Gryffindor, she now just had to wait for her sisters to get sorted, she was hoping they would all be in the same house because that would be amazing but Abby was smart and bright and a book worm and Angel had been told they normally went in Ravenclaw so she would just have to wait and see.
Angel just went and sat down in a spare seat, wondering what to say or do, she wondered why the tables were so big, it was a bit scary and she just hoped and prayed that everything would work out and that she could make friends, because boy was this castle so big and this great hall well it was just amazing but nerve wrecking at the same time.
”Angel, I’m a Gryffindor too.” she beamed. This was so awesome and she couldn’t wait for everything to start so she could get some more information. AJ looked around trying to take stock of everything. The castle was absolutely beautiful and she wanted to explore so bad. Even she knew that it would most likely not go unnoticed if she left the hall at this point. ”What do you think?” she asked with her arms spread out showing off the hall.
There was a girl speaking to both Adi and Angel. A girl who looked just like Angel. To say Benny was surprised and confused was an understatement. Were...were they sisters or something? Or was he imagining things?
Leah had looked up from the Hufflepuff table just in time to see a familiar person - or three familiar-looking people getting sorted. She could still make out nervous-looking Angel - her new best friend sitting on the stool. The second year crossed her fingers and prayed for a Hufflepuff, but - well, Gryffindor. Not bad.
Leah, as honorary sister of Angel, felt it as her duty to go up to the first year and congratulate her. She patted Angel's back slightly before sitting down next to her. "Angel! Long time no see! I hope you still remember me and the ice creams," she said, winking. "Congratulations on being a Gryffindor. You must be really brave. We'll still get to meet each other, although we are in different houses." Leah said, hoping her sadness was not reflected.
Angel was just sitting down wondering what to do next when she heard someone speaking to her. "LEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Angel beamed she was so excited to see her friend. "I was going to look for you on the train but I got distracted." Angel giggled, she had spent most of the time on Cuddy's knee which was amazing.
"I hope we can meet up loads." Angel thought it was a shamed they weren't in the same house but still it would be fun to hang out with people and especially best friends.

"Aubrey!!" Angel smiled. "Awesome." She was a bit upset with the fact that Abby had got Ravenclaw but well they couldn't have everything and at least Abby could tell them what the Ravenclaw common room was like and they could still meet up some time and then she could tell them everything and she was looking forwards to her.
Angel smiled at Aubrey. "I think that it is amazing." Angel giggled. "I can't wait to see what else is in this place, it looks huge." Angel was totally happy about it. "I can't wait to make loads of new friends, so what are you going to do now Aubrey?" Angel was totally excited and forgot she was mad with her sister.

The four pointed origami star spun through the air as it made it's way towards its recipient, a one Mr. Hirase. Despite its misleading name being a serious turn-off, the professor was willing to make an exception this one time and snorted from the staff table as his 'shooting star' whizzed through the air and smacked the boy in the forehead between his eyebrows.
Heh.
The origami star then fell to the table, rolled and then wobbled for a moment before coming to a halt. Hopefully Mr. Hirase wouldn't just tear the star to bits out of frustration and miss the message written inside.
SPOILER!!: le message
I think you spelled lose wrong in your message, Mr. Hirase.
Saturday. 1 pm. I'll be waiting outside the Dueling Arena.
And just in case the boy was bad with remembering appointments, Airey had hexed the parchment to imprint the date, time, and location of their dueling arrangements right across the boy's forehead in bold black lettering. Written backwards, of course. That way every time he looked in the mirror he would be able to read it and therefore be reminded. Heh. The hex had been activated the moment the paper had collided with his forehead, so the memo was already present. HEH!

Was Adi's friend looking at her weird? Maybe she had something on her face. She shrugged off the thought and put her attention back on her excited sister. "It is pretty awesome." Her thoughts fell to Abby. "You wanna go see Abby and see how Ravenclaw is treating her?" Adi was over here so surely they could leave their table and visit others. "I bet she got a different house than us because her face is different." It was the only thing that she could think of anyways.
"I'm excited to meet new people as well." Making friends pretty much came natural to her and she wasn't really worried about that. "I'm ready to go exploring." A mischievous look played on her face. "Do you think anybody would notice if I left?" She wouldn't go far...
Bree smiled as she made her way over to the Gryffindor House table. She saw something pop up in front of her. through the table

Bree was so startled she took a whack at it and her hand went through it. She pulled her hand back quickly and then noticed it was Sir Nicholas, the ghost of Gryffindor from what she had read. "I'm so sorry, Your Sir Nicholas, the ghost of Gryffindor aren't you, you just startled me a bit being a ghost coming through the table. I'm Bree by the way.".

Angel suddenly saw he was looking at her sister but she didn't say anything but smirked it would be fun to see if he put two and two together. "So is it normal for ghost to pop up out of nowhere?" Angel had nearly screamed her head of when the ghost came.

AJ nodded as her sister went on about how awesome Hogwarts was. It was just then that she noticed the ghost. This must have been the one that Ian had been telling her about. "We get our very own ghost." she said matter of factly, not really reacting to the fact that a ghost just appeared there. "Yeah, we can always talk to her after this is over." Aubrey was enjoying her current company.
"Why would I go to the professor's table?" That would be the last place that she would want to explore. Plus, she would see them while in their class and she would be able to get to know them then. "Maybe I will just wait for the food." She was pretty hungry and you couldn't expect one to properly explore on an empty stomach could you?

Mr. Ghost. First years could be so endearing sometimes. "Allow me to properly introduce myself," he said with a small bow of the head. He made sure to hold it steady just in case it were to slip. Save that awkward introduction to why the Headless Hunt had yet again rejected his application. "Sir Nicholas de Mimsy-Porpington at your service. Resident ghost of Gryffindor Tower."

Speaking of uncalled for.
Ghostly eyes widening at the second 'attack,' Sir Nicholas' expression softed just a smidgen when the girl apologized. "Indeed I am," he grinned. "But I dare say you have not truly been startled until you have seen this."
And then the ghost reached up with his right hand to tug his head to the side by his hair. If only that half an inch of skin were not there...

He should have known that if he got the piece of parchment back it would do something to him as well. But Kevin hadn't been thinking about that and as he turned around to look at the Staff table and see if Professor Flamsteed had opened up his airplane, he was struck in the head by ...something. Right between his eyes. He flinched as his arms made a wild gesture and knocked over the silverware on to the ground.
Seeing what the source was (a origami star? really...?) and he grinned. He had to admit, he kind of started to like the man but that did not mean he wasn't going to beat him though. He first bend down to pick up the silverware and then grabbed the star. He folded it up, giving the other students around him a nasty look in case they were watching as well and read the message.
Oh cool! So the Professor had not forgotten? Or maybe he had and just pretended he remembered. It was something Kevin would do. Well then it was settled. Saturday was the day he was gonna beat Flamsteed.

Completely unaware that the date , time and place of his duel with the Professor was now written backwards in bold black letters on his forehead, Kevin turned to look at the Gryffindor House ghost gliding to the table. "Of course we're going to help win the House Cup this year!" he said. "What kind of question was that?!" Especially now that he saw how many new Gryffindors they had. With a roll of his eyes, Kevin turned attention to another living person at the table and realised that it was the girl he had met in Diagon Alley. "Yo Angel! You got the house of awesomeness i see!"
AJ nodded as her sister went on about how awesome Hogwarts was. It was just then that she noticed the ghost. This must have been the one that Ian had been telling her about. "I wonder what the Professor would say if you went up and said hi and then I went up and said hi, I wonder if they would be confused." Angel giggled, she had a feeling that a few of the Professor would but she wasn't to sure.
"A GHOST!!!!!!!!!!" Angel was frighten now. "It's not here to hurt us is it and take us to Ghost jail if we misbehave." Angel was worried now surely that was the only reason it would be in a place like that unless it died here of course which would mean that bad things could happen, saying that it was a big castle.

She didn't need to do anything in particular to make an impact, it sort of just seemed to happen to her. "I actually have no intentions of going up there just yet." Thank you very much. Angel didn't always know everything. Was Angel really thinking of doing something that may get them in trouble? That was so unlike her lately. "Left the smothering mothering at home did ya?" she asked playfully. This was a good thing mainly because AJ hated being told off by her own sister and this way she would have a partner in crime, those were important you know.
The ghost appeared again, and this time it took her a bit by surprise, but only because it took some getting used to. Just yesterday she had never seen a ghost before, and now she was waiting to have dinner with one. "So err... ghost man, how does one become a Hogwarts ghost?" Like, did he fill out an application prior to death or something?

"But I thought we decided that it would be best if I tried to be more supportive." Angel giggled seriously had Aubrey already forgot about their deal.
From the corner of his eye, Kennedy caught a slow, snail movement. For a moment he thought someone was slowly dropping dead or something. That was not going to happen on his watch! No way. Unfortunately, it was just Jeremiah. Yeah, he saw him.
What...was he doing?
Was he hiding? Oh Merlin, what a trip! Bending at the waist, peeking under the table, the YATI cocked an eyebrow at the Gryffindor. "What are you doing there, bud?"
SMIRK.
He was dying, he was so sure of it as he raised his hand to his chest and felt his heart beating a million miles a minute. He was a dead man for sure. Closing his eyes he took in a deep breath as he gripped his book under the table. He'd never again get to read the wonderful adventures of Sherlock Holmes.
Never again would he step out of the wall barrier at kings cross to me met by his niece, sister and mother. He'd never get the joy of going to the Library here at Hogwarts to study for crazy exams like NEWTs or OWLs. He'd never get to lay in his Bed up in his room, which he liked by the way cause comfy bed was comfy, and read books from his personal library trunk again. It was all over, right here, right now. This would be the day he died.
He closed his eyes and took in what he was sure was his last breath as he saw Kennedy's feet stop right where he was and welp, Goooodbye Hogwarts. ........................
Wait, huh!? what was he doing!? he was waiting to DIE of course. He looked up at him and shrugged a bit, So he wasn't ......? going to die today? Thank MERLIN!!!! that was a RELIEEEFFF!!! "i erm.." Shake it out Walker, "dropped my Uhhhhhhhh."Think!"Bookmark!" Yup his bookmark! he nodded as he pulled it out from his book, while holding his page, as if he had put it back there just moments before.
Pffffft, He could do this... "I'm pretty sure we both have everything." so he could leave now. Cause anything he had said to the other Gryffindor's about being there for ministry business hadn't been heard by him since he was ell, saying his prayers.

That voice. Adi knew that voice even though he hadn't heard much of it. AJ! He looked around and located the freshly sorted firstie. Darn! He had missed her Sorting! "Hey, AJ! Congrats! I was hoping you would be a Hufflepuff, though.'' Adi feigned a sad face.
But that "sad" face didn't stay for long for he brightened again. "You'll have loads of fun no matter which House you're in.'' That's when he realised there was another girl looking exactly like Aj. O_o Er.. Even Benny seemed confused but there was only one explanation. Another pair of twins had come to Hogwarts! Awesome! "What's your twin's name, Aj?'' And while on introductions, why not introduce these two? "Aj, this is my best friend Benjamin. Benny, this is AJ.'' Take note people, only Adi was allowed to call the other boy Benny. Hehe.
Returning his attention to Benny, Adi yet again wished his best friend would speak more. Well, being besties the two sort of complemented each other. Benny was the shy, quiet, logical one and Adi was the more outgoing and likely to say crazy stuff person. "Well, I'm just glad we're back to normal. That broken leg was the last straw.'' Plus aching old bones were too horrible. Adi never wanted to get old again!
"Summer was awesome. Though I missed everyone here.'' Yep. Staying at Hogwarts was waaaay better.

Angel hoped so anyway because she was feeling hungry and really fancied something cool to eat, like fish and chips or Pizza or well she didn't know. She really just wanted to get to bed as well it had been a long day at Hogwarts and Angel really hoped that she could lay down in a comfortable bed and fall asleep otherwise she'd be doing it here.
"Yeah we did." Angel giggled, she had been surprised her sister had forgotten about it. "Well I can smother mother you if you want." Angel decided to have a bit of fun with her sister. "That shirt isn't on straight, your hair needs a brush, what have I.." Angel stopped and then burst into a fit of laughter. "Yo...yo.... I.... I...." She couldn't say what she was saying because she was laughing too hard.

She was really proud of her house, but she’s be lying if she didn’t say that she kind of wanted to be sorted into Hufflepuff, but that was mainly because she had met a lot of cool people that were already in that house. ”Thanks. I was kind of hoping for that too, but Gryffindor sounds cool.” Really any house that picked her was okay in her books. She was here at Hogwarts, and that was what made her heart soar. ”Fun is practically my middle name so I shouldn’t have any problems there.”
Oh right, she never introduced her sister. "This is my sister Angel and Angel this is Adi.” She looked at the boy who Adi had just introduced. ”Nice to meet ya Benjamin.” Oh, this one was in her house so she would be seeing a lot of him. Should she address the whole triplet thing? Sure, why not! ”I’m actually a triplet, but I only share a face with this one.” she said while pointing at Angel.

”I really hope so.” Her stomach was starting to hurt from the hunger pains. At least she had these guys here to help take her mind off of the hunger. ”What do you think they will serve?” AJ couldn’t help but to wonder if the food would be way different from what they were used to at home.
”No thanks, I’m good.” She already had one mother and she wouldn’t be needing another one anytime soon. Buuut Angel started in anyways. This time she was joking so instead of getting mad Aubrey played along with her. She threw her hands in her hair and messed it up and wrinkled her shirt. ”Is that better mum?” Before long she was lost in laughter with her sister.

Angel was a bit shy, she knew Ben, he was the cute guy, well she thought he was anyway but the other guy she didn't know and he looked like he could get angry and Angel didn't know what to say. "Hi Adi." Angel decided that was the best thing to do, as for Ben or should she say Mr Cutie-Pie has was just being his normal self, she hoped he'd talk to her more later.
Angel looked at Aubrey again. "I have no idea, but I've heard that they have a mixture of all sorts, like fish and chips, and mash potatoes and gravy and things like that." Angel really thought it would be cool if they did have.
Angel then watch Aubrey do the opposite of what she said. "OMG!!" Angel cried with laughter. "yo.....yo...you...." Angel was struggling to control herself. "You... sho...shoul....should s....e see your.... your.... yourself." Angel finally managed to get what she wanted to say out. "I must admit though.... I do... I do... sound like.... like mum.... when... when I..... I go..... like that." Angel continued to giggle as she looked at her sister.

SPOILER!!: Angel and AJ
QUOTE=Harry174;11604029]Angel smiled, when she realised that Benny was talking to her, she had been scared he wouldn't want to speak to her now he was with all his other friends. "It's amazing isn't it." Angel totally thought it would be cool if they continued to be friends, she really thought he was cute.
Angel suddenly saw he was looking at her sister but she didn't say anything but smirked it would be fun to see if he put two and two together. "So is it normal for ghost to pop up out of nowhere?" Angel had nearly screamed her head of when the ghost came.
Angel smiled at her sister. "It's more that pretty awesome, it's amazing." Angel really hoped that her sister wasn't planning on doing anything crazy. "I think I'll speak to her later." Angel beamed, she didn't really want to lose her seats and the way everyone was moving about surely was confusing everyone.
"I think they would." Angel giggled, surely her sister wasn't going to get into trouble the first night. "And before you think about it, don't go and bother any of the Professor at the staff table telling them how much trouble you are going to cause them." Angel rolled her eyes at her sister.[/QUOTE]

Aubrey was enjoying her current company.
"Why would I go to the professor's table?" That would be the last place that she would want to explore. Plus, she would see them while in their class and she would be able to get to know them then. "Maybe I will just wait for the food." She was pretty hungry and you couldn't expect one to properly explore on an empty stomach could you?

"I wonder what the Professor would say if you went up and said hi and then I went up and said hi, I wonder if they would be confused." Angel giggled, she had a feeling that a few of the Professor would but she wasn't to sure.
"A GHOST!!!!!!!!!!" Angel was frighten now. "It's not here to hurt us is it and take us to Ghost jail if we misbehave." Angel was worried now surely that was the only reason it would be in a place like that unless it died here of course which would mean that bad things could happen, saying that it was a big castle.
Angel just stared at Kevin, did he have writing on his head and if so why had he left it there, he would now about it surely, well she wasn't going to tell him because that would be rude if he already knew and she probably should stop staring at him. "Kevin." Angel beamed. "I know it's amazing isn't it!" Angel really thought it was awesome.
Amazing could be a word to describe his house....well their house now that she was properly sorted. So Benny nodded in response to her comment. "Uh huh, that it is." Amongst a whole bunch of other adjectives that were out there and just as fitting at times.
"Occasionally," he remarked with a shrug. "Sir Nicholas is the Gryffindor house ghost...he and the other three like to show up at feasts." That being said she shouldn't be scared of the, well dead man. He was an outright gentleman despite his predicament. "Peeves is the one you have to watch out for. Quite a prankster."

So he wasn't the only one who was confused by the two identical girls. Adi was clearly caught in the middle as well but he knew the other one...AJ. And he himself knew Angel. What was the chances of that? Ben offered a polite half-smile when his best friend introduced them, fighting the urge to frown when he used Benny. No one else better pick that up.
Merlin Forbid.
"Um...nice to meet you, AJ." Hearing his friend continue on, answering his previous questions, Benny nodded in understanding of it all. It was better to be back both young and back at Hogwarts for the next term. Plenty of fun and learning to be had.
SPOILER!!: AJ

Triplet?!
That explained it. The identical appearance, or similar in the case of the third sister who clearly looked different by AJ's own words. "Oh...alright," he said simply taking it all in. Two sisters in the same house...Gryffindor House. At least he didn't have to continue gaping like a fish in surprise because of the new discovery.
"I take it you two met over the summer?" he asked looking between Adi and AJ. Back when he and his bestie hadn't been able to meet up for one reason or another.
Late was something Abbi never was when food was concerned, yet tonight was different. Things had happened on the train and she needed some time out to help her a little, which it did, it always did. She was a thinker and solver and whenever in an issue she always did one of two things, make a plan, or go sulk at her best friend for one. Either way she was never stuck to do nothing about any problem.
Flashing her usual smile she entered the hall and made her way to the usual Gryffindor table, she plonked down and then peered around looking for familiar faces.
Was Lucas here? ...She was hoping she could talk to him.

Spotting Abbi, Lux grinned at her friend and waved happily. The last time they had seen each other was Abbi's birthday party where she had dressed up like Ariel. That had been so much fun!
"How are you, Abbi? Have you seen Lucas?" Lux had not seen her bestie since the party, and it made her sad.
Gryffindor. Gryffindor. Gryffindor. After finally being sorted and kind of arguing with the dusty old sorting hat. Emmy was so happy, she was in the same house and Luxness's Bayfriend, Bart, LOU BOO and Cinnabun! She knew that she was going to meet knew people from all of the houses and she knew that they would all be more fun than the Beauxbatons students, they were just dull to her but if she was more like them then she might have been really good friends with some of them. Just put one foot in front of the other and don't trip...to late. Emmylou was so happy about finally being in a house that she fell face first right near the table.
Did anyone see that? All of them had to of seen that big clumsy fall. Emmylou go up slowly so she wouldn't fall on her face again. The thirteen year old felt her face turn red. Day one and she had already managed to make a fool out of herself with her nerves. She hoped she was fine, she didn't feel any blood dripping from her nose so that was a great sign. Emmylou waved shyly to her fellow housemates.

Looking down at his feet he saw that he still had some yellow feathers.. That was the best time ever, being a bird was way to cool. but being chased by a cat now that wasn't fun, at least Grayson was being a good sport about it because they had all been birds. Bay wanted to try it out eventually. Seeing a few fall off he smiled and he heard someone offer him chocolate frogs. "yes please, my supply is super low" he couldn't wait for them to go to the village so he could buy more.
Munching on his frog he spotted Cinn coming their way!! "awesome!!!! welcome to Gryffindor!!!" he said as he gave her a big smile, it was nice for her to know some people in her house and she already knew some gryffindors.. "I can't wait to show you around!! your going to love our common room" which was true..
"CAWWWWWWWWW"
O_o
It must have been a side effect from the canary creams, slapping his hands over his mouth his eyes were wide with shock. "I'm so sorry" he said while laughing, it was such a good thing that other people were talking so maybe his "caww" wasn't as loud as he thought, looking around he heard Cris yell for him to look out.. instinctively Bay thought he could try to fly away..
Flap….flap….flap…..
"WHY CANT I FLY?" he screamed as he ended up wiggling on the floor.

Lost in her thoughts, Lux was startled out of it when Bay made a loud bird sound. "Are you still suffering effects, Bay?" Honestly, this amused her if anything. It wasn't as if he had been hurt, and she had done the same thing herself. Only thing was she had returned to normal now.
Those WWW candies sure were funny.
As Cris came sliding their way, Lux had hardly any time to react to it because Bay was flapping and wiggling on the floor, screaming about not being able to fly.
Laughing so hard, she ended up falling off the bench and landing beside him where she continued to laugh.
Cinnamon flopped down across from Bay and Lux. Did she mention how excited she was, yet? It probably didn't matter you could see it on her face. She grinned at them. "I don't know, she is up there waiting. She should come through soon though."
She was glad she already knew a bunch of Gyffindors already. Although she still didn't know Bay to well he was already awesome in her book. Especially after the train and the birds that was the best thing ever. "I can't wait to see it and the rest of the castle."
O_O
What was that? Was Bay still a bird? He didn't look like it anymore. She wondered if the others still had some bird like traits. It was all too funny. She laughed at Bay's cawwwww.
Then some guy came sliding into Bay. He gave warning but it was too late. They crashed and Bay flapped his arms like a bird. Apparently like the bird he still though he was.
Only he wasn't and hit the floor. "Well, you don't have wings anymore for one thing?" She laughed. Then Lux started laughing as well and fell off the bench. Cinna snorted with laugher. She got up on her tippy toes and peered over the table at them. Rolling her eyes. "Awww well ain't you love birds just the craziest things." Cute but crazy. Like she's ever admit she wanted that kind of relationship with a guy. She did though. But the thought of it seem silly to her.

Cinnamon was slightly bored, well it was just her hunger causing her boredom. So really she was more hungry than bored. Just to clear things up. So far Hogwarts was was great. But a lot of waiting on people and long long long train rides to get here.
She glanced around the table looking for people. No one special or any thing when she spotted Ab. She grinned not only were they housemates they would also be dormmates too.
"Abb!" She smiled and waved over to her new dormmate.

Cinnamon waited to see Emmy get sorted. So she listened closely for her name to be called. Just like hers was. It seem like it took forever to hear her name get called. Finally when she did get called it seem like it took another forever to get sorted.
Gryffindor? Gryffindor! Emmylou was in Gryffindor with her! Yes! Yes! Yessssss! One of her besties was in the same house as her. Awesome. She grinned at her. But then Em tripped. Merlin's pants why was some of her friends in the floor tonight? She hoped the house elves had mopped extra good.
"Emmy! Are you okay?" She asked as she waved back with a happy grin to see her friend. She patted the empty bench beside her telling her that was she place right there. And she better sit there too. They had things to talk about. Lux to they needed girl time after the train ride. She had questions she wasn't good at the whole being a thirteen old year girl.

That hat, Gryffindor!! Ugh! Why Gryffindor. Her mum and dad would be so happy. She wanted to rebel. Thanks, for nothing Mr.Hat!! And now look here she was... She walked on over to the table. The lion table.
Arista had looked over at the other tables on her way over though, and it seemed it would be okay. The badgers were okay but she was happy she didn't get them. And her mum would have killed her if she gotten Slytherin, that she could have lived with though. At least she would have gotten to rebel, instead they placed her into her mum's family house. She would never hear the end of it. Tradition. Ugh an annoying thing!
Arista was about to sit down when she saw her. Candice. Eep she went and sat next to her. "Candice! Told you we would see each other again!" That is when she noticed the old guy she was talking too... She asked her in a not so hushed tone, "Who is the creepy old guy?" He was not that old but why not mess with the guy! Of course she let the rather rude comment out right before he started to speak.. Good job Arista. Luckily no one would be telling her mum about that rude comment slip up. And why was someone underneath the table! These weird Gryffindors!!

Her brother told her bout it and in fact Willy was one of victim.
"Yes, you are." She said in matter of fact. Ministry? Did he say he's from the Ministry. "What are you doing in Hogwarts then? Are they sent you back here because they want you to repeat another year?" Poor guy.
The blonde girl was looking around the table hoping to see something or someone interesting when her eyes caught someone was hiding under the table.
What's that guy doing under the table? She peeked under the table. "Are you looking for a mouse down there?"
Gryffindors are weird.
Candice looked up when he heard someone was calling her name. Oh. Its the Park Bench girl. What was her name again? Something Royal? "Arista, right?" She hoped that she didn't mix her name. "Hi. You're a Gryffindor too?" She asked while eyeing the girl uniform. Well, at least she already know one girl in her year.
Creepy old guy? 'Someone from the Ministry." Shrug.
Creepy old guy?
CREEPY OLD GUY?!
Well...
Kennedy momentarily blink at the girl before turning his nose up in the air, pretending the candles that illuminated the ceiling was something he's never seen. Breath. It's just a child. She didn't mean it. Kids tend to say stupid stuff like that all the time. Breath...He was not old! Or creepy! GAH!
Flashing the girl a tight smile, he turned toward the little Gryffindor. She was nicer. Besides, the little one already informed the rude one about him. With a slight chuckle, he shook his head. "Nope. I passed with great marks." He didn't like curious minds. They required effort and explaining to. "I'm just here to keep and eye on things."

Thank goodness for Sir Nicholas! Kennedy took this as a welcome distraction and turned toward the ghost with a brighter grin. Sir Nicholas was, after all, the first ghost he'd ever seen in his life back when he was fourteen years old.
With another soft chuckle he shook his head. "Nice to see you too, Sir Nicholas." It...really was. Oddly enough. "No, I haven't forgotten my roots. Just thought I'd make my way down the Hall and leave--" the best "--my house table for last." Not that he avoiding a certain Slytherin sister from flipping out when she saw him. Leaving the best show for last, as well.

She looked back over at the guy. Someone from the ministry... "Ohhh," turning to the 'old' guy she asked, "Ministry...Why is the ministry here? Are you going to overthrow the Headmistress?" A strange idea that poped in her head. But she was believing of it, of course.
A ghost. She had never seen one before. So cool. "Hello Mr. Ghost!" Que smile and a grin. House cup? Of course!!!
Turning back to the rude child, Kennedy had to hold in a grin. Okay. Maybe she wasn't that bad. Kids will be kids. "Why would I overthrow the Headmistress, she's..." Long pause. "Interesting to keep." Too bad he'd missed the opportunity to see her old. Damn.

Dropped his bookmark. Yeah. Like he was going to believe that. "Great, you found it." Kennedy patted the seat the boy had slid down from. "I bet the lighting is better from here to read." And a better place to keep and eye on him. For safety reasons, of course.
Blinking at the Gryffindor, Kennedy put two and two together. Oh, right, he had pestered him and Beverly until he had made sure they both had everything packed. "I know. Wait...did you think that was a goodbye, back at King's Cross?" He chuckled lightheartedly. "You're funny, kid. Come on, sit up so you're ready for when the Headmistress gives her speech." Kennedy waited for him to do so with an expectant smile.
You have bewitched me body and soul, And I love- I love- I love you
Mackenzie skipped into the great hall, she was beyond excited to be back at Hogwarts. She had spent her summer decorating her new flat in London and even with as fun as that had been she was ready to get back to her studies. She had decided over the holiday that she would follow her grandparents profession and become an auror. She really wanted to find out who had killed her parents but more importantly make it so that no other child ever had to go through what she had two years prior. This term she also wanted to get back to playing Quidditch. She loved the sport and needed to be back on the house team.
She found an empty spot near the front of the Gryffindor table and sat down... she really didn't pay attention to who was at the table around her but she was searching the head table looking to see which professors were still at Hogwarts. She would find out who was sitting near her soon... growlllll Mack's stomach reminded her that she hadn't eaten on the train. "ugh" the blonde groaned under her breath. Food would be soon and it would just have to wait. She needed to know what to expect this term in classes.
