Adi was always ready to help with answering someone's question if he could so he didn't mind, anyway. "Nice to meet you, Angel,'' Adi smiled at AJ's sister. Wait, wait, wait! Triplets?! Oh Merlin! This was surely a recipe for mistaken identity. At least with Caleb & Sophie one can easily tell them apart. Adi would need to figure out a way to tell these three apart. She's not really an academic person but she'd try to help them beside Gryffindor is her house now so she might as well try to contribute something. Text Cut: the two Valentine Candice spotted a familiar face and its not the face that she's glad to see. No! Its the annoying girl from the platform. The one that called her Grasshopper. Ian walked up to the Gryffindor table to congratulate AJ (and of course Angel) on being selected for the house of the lion. Of course he was disappointed they didn't get chosen for hufflepuff, but he was sure they'd love their new home. He was in time to see Sir Nick, the Gryffindor house ghost speaking with the girls and he chuckled at their responses. Quote:

It was the ghost of Gryffindor house .. it was amazing! Lucy had never seen a ghost even though his father had told him that the castle was full of ghosts .. Now the ghost was right in front of her and he liked her because he had a very chivalrous manner of speaking, a true gentleman .. indeed, "gentleghost" .. "Hello!" Lucy said: "my name is Lucy, I am happy to meet you and I hope we'll become friends!" |
Everyone Oswin was sooo nervous her stomach was twisting in knots. She was so excited and then what if she failed or it turned out she wasn't actually able to make friends. This was regular first year drama as her mum put it. She squeaked as she saw the big tables and then sucked in her breath. As she walked over she glanced at the other tables reciting in her head I am brave I am brave. |

"any time you want to wear off now would be great" he said out loud to no body as he saw Lux laughing really hard and she ended up landing beside him "ahahahahah" he couldn't help but laugh, her laugh was very infectious. "are you okay hun…" he asked while getting himself off the floor, holding out his hands for her to grab. Spotting Em coming towards the Gryffindor Table he gave her an eye "What house are you in??" he asked her.. please be in Gryffindor…she could hang out with him, Cinn, Lou, Tessa and whole lot more people. Seeing Cinn she made him laugh "yeah thats a bummer, no more wings" she was there when this whole bird thing went down. "you….you…don't…errrr…have your….cat with you??? do… you??" he asked pretending to be scared. but now that he thought about it, he didn't want to be scratched by her cat. "I'll have to go visit Wes and ask him about how long its going to take to wear off" he told everyone as he finally found his seat again and sat down. Spotting a girl he didn't see before he saw that she was sitting by herself. "hey… psssstt…. do you want to join us?" he asked flashing her his award winning smile. The more the merrier right, plus he didn't like to have people sit by themselves when everyone could be friends right. |
SPOILER!!: Adi So three sisters...two Gryffindor and 1 Ravenclaw. Angel, AJ and another that possibly started with an A as Adi thought by his question. He had met Angel on the platform, Adi had met AJ at Sugarplums which was one of if not the favorite shop of his bestie's with the Hufflepuff's sweet tooth. And of course Benny's lack of interaction with him was going to come up. "Oh...um..." The Gryffindor didn't quite know what to say about him not getting in contact with Adi. "In my defense so did you." They had exchanged contact information before the train back home yet they both appeared to have been a little absent minded in their enjoying of the summer. Ben might have said something more but was frozen in place as Angel called for his attention once more, using an unfamiliar descriptor before his name. SPOILER!!: Angel Cutie?! The word had struck him and Benny didn't even register that she was thanking him for telling her about the ghosts. Was it weird that he was even more surprised by the use of the five-letter world, especially towards him, then he had been in finding out Angel was a triplet? He could feel the heat of reddened cheeks in his embarrassment not used to any of it and it took him a couple of minutes before he found his voice. "He's a poltergeist. So...mean and nasty tricks. Mackenzie heard someone near her making that strange noise that people did to get someone's attention and looked over to see a rather attractive boy looking dead at her. She looked around behind her thinking he was talking to someone else but then he asked if she wanted to join him and his friends and he smiled Well why not? she mentally chided herself. The blonde returned his smile and nodded "Sure" she agreed as she made her way to sit next to a few of his friends. Mackenzie held out her hand "I'm Mackenzie, but everyone just calls me Mack" she grinned as she introduced herself. After Four years at Hogwarts she was sure that most of the students her age would at least know her name but apparently she had been successful at not being known. Mack looked around the table to see if she recognized anyone but she really didn't sure she may have passed them from time to time but she had never been introduced to a single one of them. shrug. |
Bay, Cinnamon, Emmy, Abbi, and Mack. :) Sides starting to hurt, Lux could not stop laughing. It was not that she was laughing at Bay or making fun of him, it was more that the whole scene in general had been hilarious. Cinnamon's comment made her laugh even harder. "Crazy love birds indeed, hahaha." The only bird here was her boyfriend. Wiping tears from her eyes, she was happy to see that Bay had started to laugh too. She knew that he wouldn't take her laughing personally since it wasn't meant personally. "I'm okay. Are you, dear?" she asked Bay as she had finally stopped laughing and took his hands so he could help her up. Seriously she did hope he was okay, because she didn't want him feeling really embarrassed for the whole feast or anything. Abbi didn't know where Lucas was either? What was going on here? "I really hope he didn't miss the train or something..." He could not miss the train, because he was her best friend and she needed to say hi to him. He was a Lion, so he would come to the Lion table at some point. Right? Right. "Good to hear! I am doing well too. Excited to start off a new and exciting term." Did she sound like a nerd for being really excited to start school? Oh well. She didn't care how she might have come across; Hogwarts was too awesome. OH GOSH!! EMMY WAS HERE!! Lux had been worried that maybe her friend had missed the train or something. This was totally amazing. "Welcome to the Lions, Emmy!" It was awesome that her best friends were in Gryffindor together. As Bay motioned for a girl sitting alone to join them, Lux was in total agreement. The more the merrier as she always said! Smiling at the girl, she said, "hello, Mack. I'm Lux." |

After practically running to the Gryffindor table after being setting the hat back down he took a seat and watched the other students get sorted. There was the one Dima boy he'd met at Flourish and Blott's he was put into Ravenclaw House. And then it was Kyroh's turn! Ezra watched him put on the hat and say something to the hat, then it shouted Ravenclaw again. That was disappointing. He had hoped the one kid he kind of knew would be put in his House so they could know somebody to room with. He'd have to try and meet up with him later. Now that sorting had finished and he was sitting at the Gryffindor Table not really sure of who to talk to, Ezra settled to just begin eating and looking around the Hall more. Oh and apparently this place had ghosts. Coolness. |
Penelope was here the whole time and watching the sorting, mhm. She did also notice the extra older people around the Great Hall, a couple she recognized. What was all this about? They got an eyebrow raise, but she assumed it'd all be explained once the Headmistress gave her speech. Which would hopefully be SOON because she was hungry...and it was kinda boring just sitting and watching everyone since she hadn't gotten there early enough to sit by her friends at this table. Maybe she should go to one of the other houses' tables for awhile. Her eyes flicked over to the Slytherin table but then was distracted when more and more newly sorted kids were sitting at the Gryffindor table. Nice. She supposed she could welcome them... Quote:

Now only she and Emmy, were in the same house as Louis, Bay, Bart and Abbi. Oh yeah Mitchie too! This was awesomeeeeee. Before she could make her way over to Emmy. Someone else was already there. Louis! "Walrus!" Cinna ran the rest of the way to Emmy. Took her hand on the other side of her and help her up. Once on her feet she hugged her. "Good! Em we're both in Gryffindor." she was now jumping on and down. She turned to Louis now. Still bouncing around. She give him a hug too. Quote:
