Whitlock and Brown stayed rooted for the next shot in this round. The blue stone was still in the lead but when Brown kicked it with the shooter, it ran right against the obstacle and rolled a few steps back. Whitlock, however, managed to get his house's stone a little ahead and closer to the opponents' stone.

"A point goes to Slytherin."

Prefect Barrington took Brown's place in the next shot, he swung it over his head before kicking the blue stone forcefully. It flew across the board towards the Jack Stone, widening the gap with the green stone that was modestly making its way forward as well.

Whitlock seemed to be personally offended by the Barrington's last heroic shot. He gave the Prefect a loaded smile before kicking the Slytherin's stone with determination. It jumped a few times before settling on the board and rolled smoothly with no bumps, unlike the blue stone that was having some trouble getting out of a corner.

The boys stayed for the next shot in this round. Whitlock took another great shot for his house team, deeming the green and blue stone so close to each other. Ravenclaw had to get a good shot for the next one to stay in the lead.

Barrington handed the shooter to his fellow Ravenclaw, Barton, perhaps feeling a stingy shoulder from all that swinging. Barton and Whitlock assumed the position and took a good aim at their stones. The blue stone ran across the board, widening the distance from the green one and getting closer to the goal. The green stone was following behind but got hindered by an obstacle.

Barrington is back for the final round in this intense and exciting match! Whitlock and himself didn't waste any time nudging their stones forward. The green stone moved in a bee-line, crossing the blue's stone's path and stationing right next to it. Both stones were now tied in place.

Professor Botros clutched his cane excitedly, and in his excitement he forgot to announce the tie... until the librarian cleared his throat. "Hmm?" He frowned, quickly recovering, "Oh! Uh, it's a tie between Ravenclaw and Slytherin at the end of round seven. Next round will decide the winner in this match!"

Whitlock, with encouragement from the Head Boy, took the next shot with enough force to get the green stone roll across the board swimmingly, surpassing the blue stone. Everyone in the audience were at the edge of their seats, looking eagerly between the two stones. "Slytherin earns a point, making it in the lead for now." Botros explained to them as he watched the game come to a close end.
