Angel looked at her sister and rolled her eyes. "Yeah it kind of does." Angel wondered where Abby was, she hadn't seen her for ages and she was kind of missing her.

Angel then listen to her sister as she said she was bored. "Oh bored are you?" Angel giggled as she grabbed hold of her sister hair and pulled it playfully. "I could tie your hair to something if you want." Angel giggled as she thought about a few other things. "Or if you want I could throw stuff at you." Angel stuck her tongue out at her sister.

Of course it did. AJ was not in the mood to draw so she just let that whole little subject drop. Standing here was only making her colder. Her sister was going to have to come up with something and fast.

Ugh! Was it just her, or was Angel being annoying? AJ had been kind of testy lately though so maybe it was her. "Yes, because that's what I want to do." she said sarcastically. Really? Would Angel like things thrown at her? "I want to do something fun." and exciting. None of the things that Angel listed sounded like that.

Angel giggled as she looked at her sister and then she got up and hugged her. "I was just trying to cheer you up." Angel giggled as she thought about what she could do with her sister. "I thought you might." Angel stuck her tongue out at her sister.

"Hey I know what we can do if you want." Angel giggled. "We could have some fun with someone." Angel smiled as she thought about what they could do. "We could pretend to be the same person in two places with someone." Angel thought that might be fun.

But she wasn't feel down? Well, kind of, but still. "I just wish this snow would go away." They were at a school full of wizards, and yet nobody could banish the white stuff? Surely there was a spell for that? AJ thought that if everybody pointed their wand and said a incantation at the same time that they could manage to keep it away. It was spoiling all of her fun.

Angel had an idea? "I'm all ears." AJ listened as Angel talked about what her idea of fun was. "That sounds like it could be fun." But she wasn't exactly sure if she was following everything that her sister was saying. "So... how are we going to do this." She blamed her blank mind on the weather.

Angel smiled at her sister. "It's simple, we wear the same clothes, exactly." Angel thought about something. "We then go stay on the same floor and make something cool happen." Angel giggled. "When a student or Professor comes around you say something and then I'll say something from nowhere." Angel smirked. "That sounds sort of fun unless you have any ideas." Angel smiled at her sister.

Same clothes... okay. Make something cool happen? "Like what?" Normally AJ was down for whatever, but this time she was full of questions. If they were going to do something then she wanted to do it right.

Say something from nowhere? Why was AJ so confused? "Like you are a ghost or something?" If that was the case though, they wouldn't have to dress identical. "I don't really have any ideas." But something came to her instantly. "What if we make an obstacle course?"

Coral nodded her head, her hair swinging forward and back with the bobbing of her head. "Okay, that's good to know." Blood was scary. And there was no blood. So everything was safe and super. Didn't think he should walk on it? She couldn't say she minded that at all. "Then stay here for a bit longer. You shouldn't leave until you're ready to." hehehe. She wouldn't mind looking at his face for longer. Or touching his hair. Nigel let her touch his hair sometimes. It was almost a goal. Touch all of the hair on the pretty boys' heads.

Was he laughing? A grin tugged on her lips and she did her best to hide it because there might have been a tiny little bit of rosiness to her cheeks. She shook her head. "Please stop apologizing. It's okay. Really." She might have been a bit more upset had it not been such a nice, pretty boy. But... well, he was. "You could stay.. I like talking too." Incase he thought reading was the only thing she liked doing. Which he probably didn't. She was being silly.

"Umm... Maybe? Yeah, yeah. He's the librarian and my head of house. He could probably fix it..." Duh, CB. Duh. She was disappointed that she didn't think about that herself, though she was also flustered right now. Her brain wasn't totally on her side. It was sweet of him to offer and all but.. "No, it's okay.. I'm kind of attached to this one." and she was super particular about her copy of books. She often looked over one particular copy a few times for imperfections before she bought it. "But thank you. Thats really sweet of you."

Nice girl senses? Very funny. Kyroh said stuff about weird spider senses sometimes. What was with boys and strange senses? "Oh. Then they have to be right, don't they? If they're particular senses and tingling and all that." She was good at making people feel good and not silly or weird. That was her special power. "Well, I did my hair this morning." hehehe. Blushing girl here. Hi. She shrugged at his final question. "I like to try to be sometimes. When people deserve it."

A small smile tugged onto the boy's face, when the girl had said he could stay. Honestly, he wouldn't really have anywhere else to go. The grounds were closed now, awh, and the common room was starting to get boring. Maybe it was just cabin fever or something, but he did actually enjoy sitting there with the girl. "Thanks," he replied with another smile. Then, when she spoke again he found himself getting slightly self-conscious. Stop apologizing? Had he really apologized that much? Oops. "Oh, sorry-- I mean, I just feel really bad, I promise I'm not always like this. Normally I watch where I'm going." Then, as if he thought that she wouldn't believe her, he added "Pinky swear," he even held out his pinky for her, something he didn't normally do. Any contact with girls, ever, made him kind of nervous for some weird reason. Especially with Professor Bentley.

Oh, she liked talking? Good, ehehe. It would've been kind of uncomfortable if he sat there while she read her book, her book that he had accidentally damaged and still felt bad about. "That's perfect because... well, because I like listening." Zander wasn't actually much of a talker himself. Maybe it was because he was always so used to listening to his brothers yell at him... He was working on it though, this shy thing, his mother had said it'd just be a phase. AND he was really making some progress! He had already made so many new friends this term! "I'm, I'm like a professional listener." Heh. What. A. Dork.

Though Zander still felt terrible about ruining the page in her book, he did feel slightly better when she agreed that Kitridge may be able to do something to help. Oh and head of her house? Ah, that explains the reading in the middle of the corridor thing. "Oh, so you're a Ravenclaw then?" Or he could've looked at her school uniform... Duh. Idiot. As the pretty girl went on to explain her book thing, Zander nodded in understanding. "Oh yeah, I get it... My dad's the same way about the ancient comic books he has." Yes they were all old and gross, and the man could've bought new ones for cheap, but he had gone through so much with his copies and yadda yadda ya. Zander didn't really get it, but he could see how the man felt that way.

Ah. Curse him and his stupid mouth going and saying stupid things about comic books that wizards didn't actually read. Stupid. Stupid. Stupid-- wait, she wasn't going to make fun of him? Oh. "Yeah, I mean they haven't let me down once, so I guess they're pretty alright." Heh. "Oh, well you did a great job, is it always that shiny?" And she did have nice hair. Mhm. "But you weren't mean to me and I fell on you, so I didn't deserve your kindness, but you've been really nice this whole time. I reckon that means you're a good person." Not like some other people here. Hmph.

And then it occurred to him. He didn't even know her name yet. Fallen on top of her, damaged her book, told her she looked nice, and he didn't even know her name. Good. "Oh, and uh, I-I don't think I caught your name?" He didn't really know anything about her actually. Other than the fact that she reads books and has nice hair. "I'm Zander by the way, third year Gryffindor." Yes, Gryffindor. Not Hufflepuff, despite what a certain blonde lion may say.

Angel smiled at her sister. "I just want to do something fun." Angel giggled, she was really bored at the minute and really wanted to go outside. "Hey that's not a bad idea." Angel giggled as she thought about how cool it would be to have an obstacle course race with her sister, though she wasn't sure the Professor would like it. "That could be fun, but what would we use as obstacles?"

"Me too." Who wanted to do something that was not fun? "You like it huh?" How would they put this together? They were on the first floor and there were plenty of classrooms around them. "Let's go into one of the classrooms and get stuff." Like books, and desks and stuff.

"You down?" Or if she had a better idea she was all ears. AJ didn't want to necessarily have to stake out and be still. That just sounded like a no good very COLD time.

Ian had decided to take a walk around the castle. He was bored studying and they couldn't go outside, or at least with All that snow he wasn't sure he wanted to. As he was walking around the first floor, he saw two familiar people. He went up and tapped AJ on the shoulder.

While she was waiting on Angels' response she felt a tap on her shoulder. She turned around to find it was her buddy Ian. "Hey Ian." Oh... maybe he wanted to partake in this epic obstacle course that was going to happen whether or not her sister liked it. "Care to join us? We were just trying to think of something fun to do." Pause.

"Or if you have any cool ideas then we are all ears." Something had to happen though, and soon. She was going stir crazy. The walls were closing in on her. This was not cool Hogwarts, not cool at all.

He saw AJ turn around and greet him. He heard something about an epic obstacle course. Where are ya going to find an epic obstacle course? of course the whole castle was an obstacle course if you didn't know anything about it, but he was thinking about the one on that japanese tv show he'd watched Ninja Warrior.

He pondered moment. What about the suits of armor? I'll bet there's loads of places to hide and handle things. Or maybe we could draw up a course through the whole castle and see how long it takes us to make it through. I'll bet with the moving stairs, the course would be different for each of us. It certainly sounded much more fun than sitting trapped in the castle. He wondered if they'd be able to get out anytime soon.

Whoa! Ian could read minds? Or maybe he was just on the same wavelength with her and that wavelength was awesome. "I was thinking about making one up with textbooks and anything else we can find." There weren't a lot of options here ya know. AJ wasn't even that good with the spell work so magic was pretty much out.

Listening to Ian brought another idea to mind. "Oh, I like where you are going with that." So many things they could do. "What if we not only do an obstacle course, but a treasure hunt too?" Then they would need somebody else to hide things. Hmmm... where was another person when you needed them? Maybe her idea wasn't so great after all.

He thought about textbooks. That would probably be loads of textbooks. I'm sure we could come up with something better. I mean this castle has been here for hundreds of years. There must be stuff that we can do an obstacle cou..... Why hadn't he thought of it before. He slapped her on the shoulder and smiled. I've got an idea. I've never been there before, but I've heard of a place here in the castle. It's called the Room of Requirement. It gives you whatever you need at the moment and only shows up when you need it. Not sure how to get there, but I suppose we could look about the castle. That's like a treasure hunt and obstacle course all rolled into one! He gave her a quick enthusiastic hug as he celebrated his brilliance.

"Yeah, it would." Plus, she didn't even know how to levitate anything, and carrying loads of books sounded like the exact opposite of fun. She was listening to him, and popped her head up to see what happened when he cut off in mid sentence. The smile was promising. AJ peered at him with sparkling eyes. The room of requirement. "Great idea Ian." Why hadn't she thought of that? "Adi told me about that room." A weird feeling overcame her at sound of his name. She wasn't going to think about that now though.

AJ embraced him back. "What are we waiting for then?" They had a room to hunt. She looked over at her sister. "What do you think Angel." She hoped that she would come, but either way AJ was going to go. This was beyond cool. They could even turn the room into the beach. She could practically feel the sun rays on her skin now.

He exclaimed his excitement when she mentioned Adi's name. He didn't know any passwords or even where to look. Maybe we should go ask Adi where we can find it. Or at least how to get in or any kind of help. I've not got a clue. The only thing I know for certain about this place is that Mr. Kitridge STILL won't let me into the restricted section.

Angel knew that Professor Hadley was around here but she was scared of just leaving the card at her office without getting into trouble.



Angel really hoped that the Professor would love the card but now she had to find a way to get it too her, maybe she could get it too her next lesson or was there another way for her to do this.

Ummm... maybe it wasn't such a good idea to mention Adi's name. Most likely he would know more information about this room, but she didn't want to be the one to ask him. Matter of fact, she didn't really want to be apart of finding him at all. Still, she didn't want to mention that and risk bringing attention to her uneasiness.

"Hmm... do you have any idea where to look for Adi?" Maybe he was in their common room. AJ could just wait here while he got information from him, right? That sounded like a pretty good idea to her anyways.

Ian shook his head. Not really. Usually I find him in class or in the common room or the dorms. You can't go to the last two and there's no classes at the moment. Where did you normally find him? He wasn't terribly concerned. Maybe the room of requirement would just show up for them.

"We were always outside together." Of course that was completely out of the question now since the snow didn't look like it planned on leaving anytime soon. If she had to guess, she would say that Adi was in his common room, especially since it was too blasted cold even in the castle to do much.

"We don't really need Adi, do we?" She kind of wanted to get off the whole subject where he was concerned. "I'm sure we could figure it out." Maybe it was a door that she could kick down? Did she need to show Ian her little eleven year old muscles?

Ian looked at her. Something wasn't quite right. She didn't seem to really want Adi around. He thought they were such good friends. Is everything ok, AJ? He didn't want to be too meddlesome. Of course he was friends with both of them and enjoyed the time they got to hang out (which had been oddly shortened with the cold and all).

I suppose we could figure it out. I don't know how it really works though. I've never actually gone looking for it. Not even sure where to look or how to go about it. Not sure what the door looks like. For that matter, I don't even know if we'll find it. What if it doesn't think we really need it? He was just a bit flummoxed.

Whoops. It looked like Ian had caught on to her. She should have played it off better, but she wasn't thinking as quickly as she normally would. AJ could just play it off now. "Everything is great," she said maybe just a little too cheerful. It was too late to take it back now. Her and Adi would be fine. At least she seriously hoped so. She was missing one of her besties, but they still needed space.

Anyways. Back to what was important. She listened to what Ian was saying, and was a bit confused with how it worked. "Hmm... so really all we have to is really want it to appear?" Because AJ really, REALLY did want it to so that part wouldn't be a problem for her. "I guess we could just go on each level and think about how much we want this." It would just pop up right? This sounded like a lot of work. What they really needed was to ask an older student. Where was Lex when you needed her?

oh my MERLIN! Sophie had been casually sitting around the common room minding her own business when she happened to remember something. There was homework due today. As in...SOON. How could she have forgotten about it and waited until the last second to rush through things? She was usually so good about these things, but one, she blamed the fact that the end of the school year was nearly here, and two, this place was COLD.

Speaking of the cold, at least the homework was a solution to the cold. Also, if the first floor corridor was still cold, then that meant there was insulation still to be done! Sophie flicked her wand out her holster and held it firmly in her hands. She mentally reviewed then incantation and wand movement before deciding to get started.

"Caelum Saepio!" she finally called out. She waved her wand in a sideways figure eight motion. She decided to do the charm a second time for good measure. "Caelum Saepio!" she said again. Who would believe her if she told them that after running into Mo she didn't run into anyone else? Not on the four flights of stairs it took her to get here? Had something happened? Was she missing something? It wasn't lunch time as yet...but maybe something in the Common Rooms, or perhaps they were meant to BE in their Common Rooms. Whatever the case Lex continued walking because they HAD to be at least one other person in this castle she could give her cookie to.

Not knowing which one she'd given Mo, she Gryffindor had no idea which ones she had left. Hopefully the next person she ran into wouldn't be one of those devotees that just HAD to get their sign or they'd flip.

Hopefully the person was a person. Seriously, where was everyone? This lock in meant extra contact with people? This is the kind of isolation Lex always wanted except right this second when she had homework to get done.
