"Only words I got are inside here." She said, pulling a fortune cookie from her candy bag at random. Was this one Scorpio? Cancer? She hadn't thought to make them when she made them...as if that mattered much.
Pfft. "Need you to eat this--but NOT the fortune inside then read it and pretend to be impressed and a true believer in the holy words of astrology." Easy, right? She even gave a smile. How often did she offer to feed him? This could count as an event...though she was hardly stingy with food when it came to him, not when she stole hi sandwiches and he was such a trooper about it. Ehh... Cambridge was being bossy, which is a huge put off on the best of days. Which this was NOT. But she also was bearing food, which was a huge draw on the worst of days. Which this... very well might be. Who knew? It was certainly a boring one.
"Eat the cookie. Don't eat the fortune. Read the fortune. Pretend you're clever. Got it." He took the cookie and broke it open, crunching happily on half of it as he read the fortune.

"Eat the cookie. Don't eat the fortune. Read the fortune. Pretend you're clever. Got it." He took the cookie and broke it open, crunching happily on half of it as he read the fortune. Who said Ravenclaws weren't smart besides her and Lottie? "Exactly." She said with a grin as he took the cookie and broke it in half. Mo had the right idea, of course she had been as straight forward as possible. No time to waste and she needed to find one more person. When did Divination become so difficult? Having to scour the castle for people wasn't her favourite thing in the world. "Well?" She asked, once he was through reading. Truthfully...she didn't know what she was waiting for. The Professor didn't say they needed to write about it after but like...did she have to ask what Mo thought about it?
The only good thing she could see was he wasn't choking on the cookie. Might have been because Cassia did most of the work with them and not her.... "Sounds like it has anything to do with you?" Fortunes were usually overly generalized, right? Surely Mo could dig deep enough and think of a reason why he wouldn't have friends.
Not that she expected this to be accurate. "You can tell me if it's way off." After all, this was psuedoscientific hokum. It wasn't meant to be right.

And to everyone. This astrology stuff..." Mo shook his head and shoved the rest of his cookie into his mouth. Professor Pretty had been his favorite favorite, and Mo was still dealing with his own Divination abilities... but he wasn't really on board for this current line of teaching.
"Thanks for the cookie, though. You have anything else to eat. I'm hungry. And... thanks for the fortune, I guess."

"Thanks for the cookie, though. You have anything else to eat. I'm hungry. And... thanks for the fortune, I guess." Know something...Mo was sounding a lot like she did about all this Astrology stuff and it was building some extra faith in him. Someone else that could see this for what it was and for that the Gryffindor was relieved. He was perfectly right, the cookie could have been for anyone regardless of the sign it fell under which made no sense if you went off of what Professor Smiles was teaching about this stuff.
Did she have anything else to eat? Maybe. Lex reached into her bag and pulled out two cauldron cakes. "Thanks for being a good sport about it. Those should keep you til you hit the kitchen unless you don't head that far."
And with that she was off. Still one more person to feed. "Have a good one."

As he was exploring more of the floor, he saw a little ravenclaw looking around. She was popping in and out of classrooms. He gave her a quizzical look and wondered if she needed a little help. "Excuse me, do you need any help? If I can venture a guess I say you are looking for something?" The second year had unintentionally slammed the door as she jumped from the sudden voice that seemed to have appeared out of nowhere. Her hand immediately pressed to her chest to feel her rapidly beating heart. Josie then looked up to see a taller boy who had been speaking to her. Nothing out of the ordinary as the second year couldn't seem to process any words in her brain. The only thing she could do was simply open her mouth & make a soft squeaking noise. Words...WORDS Josette....
Did she even know what words were?

Did she even know what words were? Kace stood there and couldn't help but give her a quizzical look. "Ermm excuse me are you okay?" She wasn't speaking with her. He wasn't used to this. When he first met his girlfriend she was all talkative and couldn't stop talking when she saw him. "I can help you if you need it.." he offered.
