 You arrive in the dungeons, ready to serve your detention. You approach a desk situated in front of several doors and can hear strange noises coming from behind each of them. Suddenly, there is an ear-piercing scream and the staff member behind the desk smiles with pleasure. Time for you to sign your soul over in!

Welcome to Detention!
Here is where students come to be punished. Please RP your arrival and signing in in this thread. From here, the staff member administering your detention will assign you a detention room. Once you have been assigned a detention room, post your arrival in that detention room thread and a staff member will be there to instruct you momentarily.
Please keep in mind the following special rules for detention:
Quote: Rule number one: Do NOT complain about being in detention. You are here for good reason and if you don't know why you are here, you obviously need to learn the rules and the proper way to behave at school (RP school or REAL school). This is the perfect place to do that.
Rule number two: Please refrain from making OOC comments if at all possible.
Rule number three: Do not pester us to take you out of detention or complain when your detention is up and we haven't had a chance to take you out. Maybe you'll think twice next time. It is not our fault if you miss classes or Quidditch or can't post in the rest of the school!!
Rule number four: You must post in your assigned detention room a couple times a day throughout the course of your detention to prove to us that you have actually shown up. (We understand there are circumstance where you may not be able to get online, but sometimes, the length of your detention is dependant on how many days you have actually posted. For example, if you are given two days of detention and you only post once a week, your detention will actually be for the two weeks it took you to post.) A professor will give you instructions as to what you will be doing while here.
Rule number five: You must ONLY post in the detention rooms assigned to you in this thread. If you are caught posting in detention rooms you were not assigned to, your detention length will be increased.
Failure to abide by any of these rules may result in the professor extending your detention period. | |

Anyone would have thought that Kevin would have at least protested right? Actually, he wanted to, he REALLY wanted but he wasn't THAT stupid. He was actually surprised that it took them nearly two years to decided to throw him in there. When he saw the check in book, the Gryffindor looked inside . Kevin placed his bag on the floor and opened it up to grab a muggle pen to write his name in the book. Quote:

Year: 2nd
House: Gryffindor
He flipped the pages and realised that no one else had written in it before him. Was he the first one to get detention in this place this year? That was pretty cool. He threw his pen back in the school bag and turned to the Headmistress, folding his arms over each other and narrowed his eyes at her.

Annie mimicked the boy's crossed-arms and eyes-narrowed stance perfectly. "Well????" she stuck her neck out at him sarcastically, "where's the wand?" Duh, Kevin, don't you know how detention works?!

It was kind of funny seeing the Headmistress mimicking his stance and he raised an eyebrow. "What? you don't know how to stand so you mimick me?" was he that awesome? As for his wand? "It's in my wrist holster" he said, grin widening even more as he put his hands behind his back. "But in which ha-aaand~?" Did she really think he would just hand over his wand? bwhahahahaNO

He was just too much. "I'm just giving you a taste of your own attitude," she remarked sharply, already starting to lose her patience with the Gryffindor. The Headmistress straightened up and flicked her wand into her hand with one quick gesture.
"I see you want to do things the hard way," she remarked casually, swishing her wand at him as she spoke. "Expelliarmus." Annnnnnd there, she caught Kevin's wand in her left hand. Easy. She smirked at him and made it vanish wordlessly. "Now, onto detention. You'll be reporting to Hooligan Hole, where you belong."

A taste of his own attitude? Kevin looked at her. " im pretty cool then" he said as he nodded his head in agreement with himself. The Gryffindor had known that the Headmistress was going to disarm him, people were predictable like that. And he was right when he saw the wand pointed at him and he felt the wand slide out of his holster and flew towards her. He had tried to grab it in mid air but failed.
With a loud and annoyed huff, Kevin twirled around and walked towards the assigned dungeon door. So he was an hooligan huh? Well, that was insulting...
