OH! He was kidding. Kyroh grinned. No need to call Sophie just yet then. Especially cause she couldn't enter the bathroom considering she was a girl and everything. "You can call me Ky if you want." At home people never really called him Ky because 'Cai' was his uncle so, yeah problems. He was just Kyroh. And he LIKED being Kyroh. But if Toby wanted to rename him? "Or anything really."

Did Toby not look strong? Kyroh never thought about it before. The Hufflepuff wasn't as tall as some of the guys in his year but Kyroh didn't think that mattered much. Toby WAS strong because he helped him with Culloden and you needed strength for that right? Not physical strength but still. Also he was holding him up right now, so Kyroh had no doubt in the other boys strength.

For some reason Kyroh held his breath as the spell was cast but nothing happened! Letting out the breath of air Kyroh hesitantly tried to move his left foot backwards-and both feet came sliding down. "I'M NOT STUCK!"

Well then, Ky it would be. Or any other nickname that might crop up; nicknames were fun, after all. But Toby needed to probably focus on... this predicament, seeing as it was kind of, y'know, important.

Oh, but hang on. The spell had totally worked.

"'Course you're not stuck," Toby grinned to the first year that could even properly see him, as he held him up carefully. "Not anymore. I unstuck you." Temporarily. The shoes would probably start sticking again soon, but Kyroh would most likely be back on the floor and upright by then. Until then, he held on waited for such a thing to happen and looked up at the gloves that were still stuck way up there on the door. Mustn't forget those.

HIS FEET WERE NOT STUCK OKAY!??! THEY WEREN'T!! Toby have SAVED him!!! AND He was still holding on. Kyroh lifted himself up so Toby no longer had to hold him. He was free now you know! Bending down the first year unlaced the shoes before KICKING them off. He didn't care if he was in the bathroom with only socks on. He'd live with that. Once his shoes were GONE he turned around and stared at Toby. "You saved me again."

He instantly lunged at the other boy wrapping his arms around him for a hug. "YOU ARE THE BEST PERSON EVER!" He WAS! He really was! Toby might not have been his best friend or anything but he was his PROTECTOR and he was the BEST.

Toby was now looking between Kyroh, who was now taking off his shoes, and the gloves that were still up on the door. He had paused while looking down at the first year's feet, and was about to offer up his own shoes so the little Ravenclaw didn't end up freezing his toes off. Before he could say such a thing, however, a little ball of gratitude had bowled right into it.

At first Toby was taken by surprise, but it was only a moment before he let out a little laugh and hugged Kyroh right back. Toby was a big advocate for hugs.

"Well thanks, Ky," Toby grinned down at the kid, and even ruffled his hair slightly. "Y'know, I do try." Which was a lie; Tobias never set out to be the best at anything, but whatever. "Wouldn't be all that great a protector if I just left you there, would I?"

Kyroh DID let go of Toby but only because he didn't want to squish the boy too much. A squished Toby wouldn't be good right? "Well no not really! You'd still be a great protector I just wouldn't call you anytime I got stuck." Kyroh gazed up, simply BEAMING at the other boy. THEN he'd only call him when he needed help with people like Culoden or....or....that other Slytherin boy, that Kyroh really didn't want to think about.

"I think the shoes were defective." Wiggling his toes, even with socks on he could already feel the cold coming to attack him. Dropping down Kyroh reached down under the OTHER stall where he had placed his bag and pulled out his normal pair of shoes. No stick. He grinned once more before pointing up to the gloves. "D'you think you can get those Toby?" It was way to far for him to reach. "And then AFTER i'll let you use the loo." Because....the boy needed to go right? Poor Toby. Needing to go but saving him.

The bathroom. Normally these places were cold on their own but now it was just ridiculous. He was secretly really glad that they had learned such a practical spell. With the wand at the ready, Kevin wrapped his robe closer around him with his free hand and walked towards the the wall on the opposite side of the bathroom stalls.

Pointing his wand at the brick wall, Kevin made an side ways eight in the air and said "Caelum Saepio!" then he walked to the other side and performed the same spell again.

"I think you're right," Toby nodded, watching Kyroh just long enough to see what he was getting out of his bag, before looking back up to the gloves again. "Might be worth seeing if someone in Hogsmeade or Diagon Alley can look at them."

Of course, the gloves. Tobias had been about to help even without the prompt. The Hufflepuff nodded and raised his wand... and paused. "Oh, I don't the bathroom. I just came in here because..."

Toby looked puzzled for a moment. "Y'know, I forgot why I came in here." Heh. Well that was nothing new, Tobes forgot stuff ALL. THE. TIME. The mirror, it was somethin about the mirror. He grinned and shook his head at his own spectacular memory, and looked back to the gloves.

"Advexis... Advexis."

First one glove, and then the other, became suddenly unstuck from the stall door and dropped down to where Toby caught them with his waiting left hand. He turned and gave them to the first year.

"Here y'are, Ky," he smiled, handing them over. "All sorted now? Reckon it's a bit cold to be hanging around in here, right?" Toby was eager to get moving through the castle, was already getting fidgety and shuffly. Kyroh could tag along too, of course, but that kid was probably more interested in working on fixing his climbing things.
