Tobias had raised his wand and had just started to form the 'L' of 'Lignum' when a voice attracted his already tentative concentration. They had to take their wood and vine? Take it wh-?

OH.

OH YES THAT MADE SENSE.

Class was clearly dismissed, and they were allowed to take this stuff with them to practice. Thoughts were already entering Toby's head about practicing this spell, particularly the boat one, down by the lake or something. He was already picturing it.

When he stopped getting lost in the land of imagination, Toby came back to and realised he was already packing his things away. The Hufflepuff also titled his notes and numbered the pages, in case things got messed up in his bag. After pressing his notes together inside his Transfiguration textbook, and adding the vine and wood to the steadily growing contents of his schoolbag, Tobias stood up, swung his bag over his shoulder, and made for the door.

"Thanks Professor." For the lesson and knowledge and stuff, y'know. "Have a nice day." Wavewavewave.

Aaaaaaand Toby left.

Ian was admiring the thought of turning Bart into half-boy. half-fox when his wandering mind was brought back to the present by the teacher's voice. She had told them to take their items with them and enjoy the day. Hmm. Seemed like class was over. This was fine with Ian as he'd kind of grown bored with the whole thing. He wanted to find someone to share boats with and see if they might be able to do some water walking. It sounded fun, and it certainly should produce some laughs.

Sander looked up when Professor Bellaire informed everyone that class was over. He reverted his boat and rope back into a piece of wood and vine, before picking them up and placing them gently into his backpack. Then he walked over to where she was standing.

"Thank you for an interesting lesson, Professor, have a nice day."he smiled at her before exiting out the classroom.

Bri nodded , she planned on practice the spell, until she got the boat perfect. She put away her notebook, quill, wood and vine her bag, before throwing it over her shoulder. She picked up her and and stowed away it in her pocket. She glanced around her making sure her area was cleaned before leaving. "Goodbye Professor. Thank you for the lesson, It was real fun!" She called, while waving goodbye.

Adi was quite beginning to enjoy these spells when Bellaire announced that they were out of time. But at least they could practice out of class. He quickly Reverted the boat and rope to wood and vine respectively and scooped them into his bag.

"Bye, Professor! Great lesson! And bye to you too,'' Adi said and smiled at the child that was with Bellaire and made his way out of the class.

The class was dismissed! Well that was eventful. If every class at Hogwarts was like that, Caelen was sure she was going to have fun. In fact, Hogwarts just seemed like a place where something was always HAPPENING. There was never a dull moment. Which was a huge improvement over homeschooling. There, she learned at a scratched kitchen table and got tests every Friday.

Anyway, the redhead took her vine and placed it into her bag carefully. She was going to need that. The spell still only worked some of the time and she didn't want to have it not work during the next lesson. This was important.

"Bye, Professor!" Was it too early for goodbyes? Probably. But the first year still didn't understand all social functions yet and she was going with it. Offically. Winging mode on.

Having very nearly gotten it his last run, Cutty turned the wood chunk onto it's side causing it to wobble a little bit. He then nudged it with the tip of his wand causing it to spin slightly as he tried to envision it in it's transfigured form again. "Lignum Navicula!" And he touched the wood piece with the tip of his wand sending the magic through the point of contact from wand to wood. For a minute there it looked like it might implode; the grain patterns on the surface shifting and moving along as the wood chunk took on another shape entirely this time of a fully fledged ship.

Cutty leaned over his desk to admire the thing for a bit before hitting it again with a, "Reverto!" Remembering that for him, perfection was the name of the game with Transfiguration. And just in time too, class was dismissed. He checked his schedule to be sure of what was next. Two more classes and then lunch time. If he was slick about it, he could eat quickly and head over to the Irie Room for a little solitude and mind-clearing practice.

WOOT!

Sophie loved those words--the dismissal of yet another class! She looked down at her boat and rope. They would use them for the second part of the lesson? COOL! She was already imagining some sort of survival scene, where they were thrown out to survive the elements!

Awesome.

She packed up her stuff and made her way out the room.

Class was over already? Lux had been having fun making her rope and boat, so she had wanted to try and see if she could do anything else. But she supposed practicing on her own could be fun too!

"Thank you so much for the lesson, Professor! It was cool." Taking up her boat and rope, she exited the classroom.

Normally Leah would have dashed out of the classroom as soon as the word 'Goodbye' had left the professor's mouth, but since the girl had vines and chunks of wood in her hand she slowed down, carefully tipping them inside her bag. Then she put her now a bit dusty journal and quill back inside her pocket inside her robes.

"Have a nice day to you too, Professor. It was a nice lesson." Leah said grinning, walking out of the door. Transfiguration was indeed difficult, but the girl was sure she would get used to it soon.
