"Heeyyyyy." She beamed at her friend, leaning in to hug her. They hadn't spent so much time together recently. It was kind of sad. Grace was kind of overwhelmed with her school work at the moment. There was so much of it. "Oh... my ankle hurts" It wasn't very good. She hoped that it would get better soon. Because she wanted to play in the next game. "I dunno what's wrong with it though" Because she was sure she hadn't hurt it.

Waaiiit. She was shouting? "I'm not...." She was speaking normally right? "Speak louder... I can't really hear you." Which was kind of annoying. It was probably because everyone was screaming and stuff. It was loud around the game of course. "You can't support both. That's silly." The girl laughed, shaking her head.

Ravenclaw were doing well, yes, which meant that bat-waving was a bit more than necessary. Oh, cheering too, but going hoarse was just a part of being in the stands. Elise didn't get to do that much, see?

HEY LOOK IT WAS ELLA! "Hey, Ella!" she grinned, waving her bat a bit in greeting before flipping her hair over her shoulder. It was always nice to see people who had nice hair that she used to go to school with. "How've you been?" Another good question would be 'Where's your boyfriend? The one with the hair? Ice-cream guy? Alec? Yeah, him. Where was he?

Why was she not wearing her glasses? Oh, right. Bludgers.

"MIKA!" she grinned, waving her hand now. The bat arm was getting tired. She'd been hitting bludgers all day, y'know. Yes, you look fantastic but it's cold. She would have probably been better off wearing thicker gloves and a warmer coat. Maybe neon blue would have been good for her. Now go back to commentating, child, she needed understandable commentary every now and then.

AND AIDAN GOT THE SNITCH? "GO AIDAN! GO RAVENCLAW!"

Ana shot an apologetic smile at the man that moved back for her so she could get a seat. Although it faded slightly when she saw how he was looking at her. Was there something on her face?

Ana was going to ask but then got distracted by the match. Both teams seemed really good, and Ravenclaw was actually ahead of them. Sad face. She was confident in the Slytherin teams ability to get the lead back though and so wasn't too worried. What she was worried about was her hearing. With the announcers yelling into the microphones she was sure she was going to go deaf.

Glaring at the boy who was currently screaming out what was happening Ana pulled her lilac earmuffs out of the bag she'd been carrying with her and placed them over her ears. Hopefully that would block out some of the noise and keep it at a tolerable level. Since, with her eyes the way they currently were she was a little reliant on the commentators.

Did that Ravenclaw guy just commit a foul? Maybe she did like that team, they were losing themselves points. Ana did a little happy dance in her seat at that, and the fact that Slytherin managed to hit a bludger. The score would be closer now.

... Take out the Seeker.

Take. Out. The Seeker.

And that voice. Alec turned his head slowly to look over at... ... yeah. THERE she was. BLINK. Not that he minded Elise -- the girl was great! -- but she could be a little... scary sometimes. And, you know, she was cheering on taking out the Seeker. It was probably a really great thing that the girl hadn't tried to, or managed to, take him out before, even if he had been her Seeker for a match.

And she was waving a bat around. Don't get hit... don't get hit... "Hey Elise!" Timid smiles and wave for her. Because... bat. And scary.

Please don't take out the Seeker, Nigel. Especially... not if they were up against each other. Hair bros before Bludger hits. Were they bros?


And Bart seemed to be cheering on really loudly for the Brynny girl, did he know? It made Alec grin and clap along for the... the first year? Second year? That small Ravenclaw Chaser up there. Claps for you.


"Hey!" he called back to Terry, stopping his clapping to wave at the boy. "You enjoying the match?" He would have asked who Terry was supporting but... the boy was a Slytherin. It was obvious. ... Unless he had decided to go against house loyalty today.


And speaking of loyalty... "Hey Professor Hadley!" WAVE.


Girlfriend got grins. Cozy was a compliment, right? "I... thanks! This jumper's really warm," Really. He couldn't feel much of the cold wind apart from when it hit his face and hands. And speaking of face, he DID notice that blush that was happening. He wasn't going to say anything, though. Just grin at it. "Looks like it's a big part of both of our lives." Yeah, he did remember meeting her at a match all those years ago.

"Here." ... Wait. Hugs or hot chocolate first? Hugs? Hot chocolate? ... Hugs. Leaning over and trying not to grimace at the pain, he wrapped his arms around her and gave her a big, squeezy hug. Which only left time for... "Take as much as you want?" he said, holding out the flask once he had let go, "Erm... and it has marshmallows and whipped cream in there."

And... he should focus on the match before he got distracted by girlfriend and face and hair and eyes. Hers. All hers. Distracting girl was distra-- ... FROWN. Why was she holding onto her knees like that? "Maybe you should... take a seat?" And Hadley was right, was she okay? Maybe it'll make her happier to know that her best friend was here? "Hey Sophs!" WAVE.

SNITCH! SNITCH SNITCH SNITCH!

... Which Aidan had grabbed. "Good job, Seekers!" Because... Derry had nabbed the first one too, making it... one apiece, yeah?

Mordred did a fist pump as soon as he saw Slytherin’s seeker get the snitch. “That’s it! Keep it up!” he bellowed as he joined the rest of the spectators cheer for their friends. And…what have they been feeding the students lately? The kid commentator was just…everywhere. Too much sugar, perhaps?

Mordred stuffed his hands in his pockets and looked back quickly to see if Sophie was there. No…Sophie still? Wait…she’s there! Mordred grinned and excused himself from the lower stands and followed his girlfriend to where Alec and Ella were standing. More shouts and gasps emanated from the stands when he was just a few steps away from Sophie. Mordred heard the swoosh of the Snitch nearby which only meant Seekers were just a few breaths away from it.

And he was right. Two seekers raced towards the stand, prompting himself to duck.

Sophie! “Look out!” The former Slytherin closed in the gap between him and his girlfriend and hugged her from the back and forced her to drop. The flapping of robes and the sudden gust of wind passed above them, ruining Mordred’s perfect hair.

Oh and hi girlfriend. “Are you okay?” he asked still hugging her.

Hadley had been so focused on Ella's welfare that she barely heard Bart and his warning to get on the ground. If it wasn't for her hearing of the whooshing, they probably would have knocked her down, the seekers. Whirling around just in time, she blinked and ducked as they whooshed past for .... the snitch? Why was the snitch in the stands? The Headmistress wasn't even here for the snitch to hide in her red hair.

"Eeeeeeeeeeeeeee!" Fina screeched, when she ducked, and then breathed a sigh of relief.

Now. Attention back to Ella.



Her ankle hurt? Chloe frowned, glancing down at it. "Maybe you twisted it on the staircases. The moving staircases can be tricky to navigate and if you stepped on it when one started to move...." Yup. Totally plausible.

.... She wasn't speaking that softly, but maybe the game was a little louder than expected. "Sorryy..." she said, raising her voice slightly, as she glanced toward the pitch in time to see the Ravenclaw Captain commit a foul. Honestly, he was a chaser; did he get confused as to what ball he was meant to be chasing? It was the red one. "Why not? I have two best friends, one in each of the houses playing. But since Hayley isn't with us, I suppose I'll lean towards Slytherin for today." Fairness of the present and all.

So maybe she was feeling a little bit sorry for herself. If she hadn't fallen from her broom, Caterina would maybe be out there playing with her team instead of sitting in the stands watching. Though she'd decided to not think about that much, if at all. She was determined to make the best of this and be the best cheerleader that she could. After all, Slytherin was playing Ravenclaw and there was no secret over why she'd very much like them to win.

Woah! Aidan caught the snitch? YES? "GO MO. GO SOPHIE. GO AIDAN. GOOO RAVENCLAW!" That summed it up nicely, right? Hehe... C'mon. She was feeding the entire Slytherin team after the match, she was totally supportive.

Oh heeeeeeey Delilah. Caterina had been so interested in watching the match that she hadn't really even realized who was around her. She grinned at her friend. "Hey."

The game was going quite well. Two snitches caught one for each team – close game. ”Ascanius Stark is the first to the quaffle – he’s zigging and sagging down the field and dropping to Newell who…is going a bit slowly right now eh?” She muttered and glanced at the slow moving young girl.

”Newell passes to the far more agile Odessa who aims shoots, and BAYLISS BLOCKS!” she grinned at that one. Bayliss was a good keeper. Really good.

”Bayliss throws the quaffle out into play – Branxton is closest…Branxton catches just as Adams sends the bludger his way!" the bludger slammed quite hard into his shoulder the resounding crack was audible throughout the entire stadium. ”Branxton mid throw – slams the quaffle into the back of a teammates head – sadly minus five points for conduct…someone should revisit that rule…Branxton called for Blurting” she muttered as she continued to watch what unfolded. Poor Brynn that looked painful. ”Rhys-Davies catches the quaffle that his her head and passes to Sophie Brown who shoots and will she score! No, Kinsley is too fast for her and saves” she wasn’t smiling nope.

”A recap of the recent Bludger activities, Nigel Barrington hits the bludger and passes it over to Barton – Barton aims, but Merivel stops the hit and shoots it over to a better positioned Adams who sent the bludger over to Branxton moments ago…” the one that resulted in the penalties.

”Sophie Brown passes to a sore Branxton who passes to Rhys-Davies who scores – Kinsley too slow to make a save…and from such an old looking young girl.” Was she taunting him? Nope not at all.

Kinsley too slow to make a save…and from such an old looking young girl. Wait, what? Delilah frowned, clearly not very impressed. You're not supposed to make fun of the players, right? How rude. She ignored her commentary momentarily. Her eyes on the game, occasionally taking a sip of her drink and yelling a bit, too. If her house was play, she'd have been a LOT louder.. and she would have brought banners too. Mhm.

"Caterina!" Delilah turned to look at the other girl with a surprised smile. Wait. Wasn't her boyfriend playing? The Mo guy? The Captain, yes? "Enjoying the game?"

Really so much was going on. He was on his feet, but slipped in his slippers falling towards Mika. Why was she being so quiet anyway he kind of forgot shew as even there. "You might want to speak up, no one can hear you." He grumped a bit grabbing the Mic off of her.

"What my helper here said was BRYNNY GOT THE SCORE AGAIN!! WOOHOO!!!" Proud best friend right here did people see, yep! "Looks like Captain Mo is alright after that shoulder hit, but he's doing some circles with it. WAY TO KEEP IT MOVING CAPTAIN! Anyway back to the match and the quaffle is back in play.

Stark has it and Brynny looks like she is trying to get some revenge for the elbow earlier. She's bumping into his broom pretty good. SHOW HIM ALL THAT GREY HAIR, HE'LL RUN FOR SURE BRYNNY!! Stark tosses the quaffle to Odessa, Odessa is off. Looks like Mo is going to try to steal it, but Odessa throws across field to Newell. Newell is quick isn't she. She heads down the pitch. Brown is against her. Hey aren't they both Sophie. The fight of the Sophies everyone! Which will win. It looks like Newell is quicker. She shoots and Bayliss misses again. Newell for the score.

The beaters seem to be fighting at the other end of the field though. Do they know the match is down pitch? Looks like Barrington is having a bat fight with Adam's. DUDE ASK HER FOR BROWNIES INSTEAD OF FIGHTING HER! They are distracted and the other two are head to head for the bludger. Barton swings and misses nearly falling off his broom, but Merival swings and hits it. It's going straight for the beaters in the batting fight. It slams into Nigel's leg knocking him loose from his broom. DON'T WORRY.. DON'T WORRY he seems like he can pull himself up.

THERE IS THE SNITCH AND THEIR OFF.. Stone is fast he's in the lead. Look at him go, but WAIT looks like Stark is trying something funny. Did he just go in Stone's path on purpose. Well accident or not it worked, Ferrier is off and she is in a nose dive. SHE IS GETTING CLOSE TO THE GROUND! Leveling off and SHE HAD IT.. SNAKES WITH THE SNITCH. Snakes 130-65.


Wow this game was so good and quick. He was exhausted. Needing a nap or something.

"Brynny has the quaffle back in play. She zooms down the pitch and passes to Brown. Brown uses her foot to block on coming Odessa trying to get it out of her hands. She throws it to Captain Mo. Mo heads towards Kinsley. Kinsley looks ready, Mo throws it and Kinsley just misses it. CAPTAIN MO WITH THE SCORE!!

He slid the mic away to his partner.

Salutes from Morded, eh? Ella smiled a little and saluted in return. Were things still weird, or? She’d sort of expected him to come over but she understood being distracted by the game. Perhaps she would go say hi later. Maybe.

And how cute was Josette? The Head Girl watched as she cheered and then seemed embarrassed by the act which was adorable. Something told her that the younger girl didn’t raise her voice much if ever. Just so she wasn’t feeling too embarrassed, Ella followed suit and yelled, “And Go Slytherin!” See? Now she wasn’t the only one yelling.

Wait, had she said teammates? “I didn’t know you played!” This was exciting news though Ella was a bit nervous about bludgers hitting someone so small. “And they are playing well, yeah.” Really well. Both teams were jam packed which talent which was slightly unnerving. Just slightly. N’awww and she’d called her Ellaphant! The blonde smiled and shrugged her shoulders. “M’good, just cold. Wouldn’t miss this, though.” It was a Quidditch day so she was happy.

Bat waving and hair flips from the former Ravenclaw. This amused Ella and she wiggled her fingers back, an amused smile playing on her lips. Elise could definitely be scary but in a good way. It would have been nice to play with her and not against her, that was for sure.

“Looks it,” Alec’s sweater, that is. She was a bit cold in her getup and was keen on getting inside after the match and warming up by the fire. Maybe he’d join her? Today was a no studying day as far as she was concerned and she definitely wouldn’t mind his company. As for the quidditch stuff, she nodded. “Guess so.” And it would continue to be a big part if everything worked out for him, yeah? Yeah.

Hugs! Ella liked that these came first and she winced slightly too as she leaned towards him, snuggling up to him a bit as he hugged her tightly. She snuck in a cheek kiss too while she was there because why not, yeah? When she pulled away, she did her best to get comfy again and accepted the hot chocolate thankfully. “Sounds perfect. Thanks, Alec.” Really, really.

And then several things happened at once, Hadley greeted her and seemed worried about her and Alec was saying she should sit and Sophie arrived which earned a BIG grin from the blonde because haiiiii, best friend! She was about to tell them all that she was okay, just winded but then the seekers were trying to take everyone out, apparently.

Ella watched as Hadley ducked and as Mordred with the hair took out Soph to protect her. How romantic. The blonde’s eyes widened slightly and then she smiled, relieved everyone seemed to be okay. Speaking of, eyes returned to Hadley and she shrugged her shoulders. “M’fine, Professor. Just a bit tired lately. Nothing to worry about.” Hopefully. As for the two love birds, Ella very maturely clapped her hands together and said, “Awwwwwww.”

And could Mika lay off Theo with the comments about his keeping? Merlin. "Come on, Theo!"

What was going on? WHY were the beaters fighting? Delilah kind of wished she had popcorn, you know. Oh and Bart's commentary was SO good. She planned on congratulating him later. So funny.. but the other one, not so much. Rudeness, not accepted.

Oh, WAIT. It looked like snitch had been spotted! Delilah stood up wide-eyed as she watched Derry fly after the snitch... and they did it! Yes! They won! She started to cheer loudly but then remembered that Cat might be a bit upset. Ooops. Poor Ravenclaws.

It was a good game though.

Why was Mika shaking her head no and pointing to her throat.. The girl was tripping wasn't she. Bart looked at her and looked back at the match.

Alright looks like I'm flying solo now, my partner in crime seems to be taken to muteisms. Alrighty then the quaffle is back into play. Stark has the quaffle and he zips past Brown. Brown is on his heels looking for some help with Brynny. They seem to have a plan to get that quaffle. Bumper brooms at it's finest! Stark is grinning at the two girls and tosses it towards Newell. Newell crosses the pitch and heads down the field. the beater seem to be in her way ad she throws to Odessa. Odessa lines up and shoots, but Bayliss isn't letting that one go by. She slams it back out of the way.

While the two beaters were after Newell it seems the Snake beaters are after the beater. They are looking to hurt someone with the grins they are carrying, but Barrington has spotted them and is going full force at the girls. He slows up and smacks the bludger it's going towards the goals and straight into Odessa's throwing arm. Barrington knows Odessa missed the shot right?

Anyway the quaffle is back in the game. Brynny has the quaffle she goes down the field. Newell looks to want to take it. WOW THEY BOTH LOOK SO GREY! Brynny throws to Brown and Brown takes off. Odessa looking a bit in pain gets near her and reaches for it, but bumps into her broom sending her off track. She throws to Captain Mo. Captain Mo lines up and shoots. Kinsley gets a piece of it, but it goes in anyway. CAPTAIN MO SCORES!!


THERE IS A SNITCH IN THE STANDS!! The seekers are coming.. WATCH OUT PROFESSOR HADLEY I THINK THEY LIKE YOU TODAY! They are getting close Stone catches his foot on something or something and is crashing into the stands just as Ferrier catches the snitch. SNAKES HAVE THE SNITCH THEY WIN!!!

CLAWS YOU DID AWESOME KEEP YOUR HEADS UP! THAT'S A WRAP GUYS, COME BACK NEXT TIME BECAUSE QUIDDITCH IS LIFE!

and tossed the mic and watched it fall off the table and to the pitch below. oops. Now rubbing his beard he watched the pitch as everyone got down. Well it was an awesome match up and his best friend did awesome. Getting up he decided maybe he should go talk to his step brother so he stretched a bit and shuffled his feet over to where they were sitting, but then looked up. He wasn't walking any higher his knees weren't letting him.

"Hey Wade.. What you doing here?" Honestly didn't he have a life?

"Definitely." Well, she had been enjoying the game, yeah. Though now she'd realized since it was over... one team obviously had to lose, and it looked like that team was Ravenclaw. Half of her was ecstatic about her house, her friends winning. But the other half knew that the Ravenclaws were going to be disappointed, which meant Sophie and Mo were going to be disappointed and that was something Cat never wanted to happen.

At least Mo and West seemed to be back on friendly terms, that would take the sting out of losing to Slytherin a bit, right? She nudged Delilah. "Looks like duty calls now. I have a team to feed and a boyfriend to kiss." Which she couldn't do at the exact same time, but rest assured, she'd try.

Well, alright. Headboy was right about the sweet cost of nothing that this would be. And'a yus...Slytherin was'a playin' like they meant it! Cutty adjusted his scarf and hoped this lasted. Maybe last year had been a bit of a fluke since there had been what he'd assumed was a last minute change in captains. And such a short period of adjustment too. He listened to Bart's pleasant accent relay the details while he cleaned off his specs.

It was over? Already?

Emmylou felt like she had just gotten here, man time flies by when you're having fun. Emmylou blinked and put her hands in her jacket pocket. She didn't know if she liked wear a jacket so bright red. Emmylou frowned, she wanted the blue team to win but any who a team had won and they were the best of the best. Emmylou really needed to learn the names of these teams because she sounded really weird just pointing out of the colors of the team.

"WOOO!! GREAT GAME. CONGRATS GREEN TEAM!"

The game was over, and Caelen stood up, wiggling her legs so she could get feeling back into them. Quidditch was FUN! It actually was full of excitement, and now Caelen kind of wanted to learn how to play. But then again, that was kinf of the one thing she was afraid of. Because... well a sport more than a hundred feet in the air where you could be knocked off of a broom and plummet towards the grass.

But anyway, it went by really fast. Like she thought she missed a lot. What happened half of the time? She didn't know. But she was going to work on figuring it out, because she wanted to take in more games.


Leaving her seats to walk down, she breathed into her hands. Why in Merlin's name did she choose to wear FINGERLESS gloves? Why did her mom let her buy them? What was wrong with her family? Whatever. That wasn't the issue. Quidditch was fun!

She dug her shoe into the stand as she made her way down, practically jumping down. But she didn't, because well, she was an adult. And there were teachers around. But more of the second one.

She moved the ponytail over to the side of her head and readjusted her hair. Now she had no idea what to do with the rest of her day. Umm, sleep? Eat? Study? Finally read the letter her brother sent her? Probably the last one.

Haha, her house was playing her brother's old house. For some reason, that was quite funny for her. And she didn't know why.

Javy smiled a little against the cold at his colleague. "Indeed it is Mr. Botros.. I take it you're a fan of herbal tea, as well?" The seating was a little rough and a strong cup was due. Airey had later on joined them too it looked like, "Ah, Airey, good to see you.." He was looking sort of not bright today. "Doing alright?" Maybe it was the cool weather or some mixing of star alignments today.

Javy had returned the nod, "Ah, Mr. Radley.." His supporting team. "Why I'm supporting Hogwarts.." Basically, no bias allowed for him.." He had chosen to wear decorated green and blue pants to support this. "but the student in me would have said Ravenclaw."

"Hello Mr, Rehman, Mr. Atreyu." Javy nodded at the two, "Good to see you two supporting your school." Or rather using the chance to get away from the castle.

Later on Slytherin won in the end.. and Javy gave his heartful claps. He was much too tired to get up and join the cheering.

Remember how it was a little windy? "Thanks Indy-bear." It suddenly got warmer now as he wrapped one of his arms around her. Hm, chilly.. "you cold?" Not even waiting for her to answer, he removed his big jacket, he wrapped it over her before they continued watching the match. "This match's pretty good." They both wouldn't be alone together for long.


Wade beamed as he recognised this voice, "Hey there Ads, it's good to see you. " Ruffling his hair afterward. What was up? "Not much out of school, how about you?"

Then look who it was, his former Captain Ella. "Ella! It's been too long!" He positively beamed again at her whilst returning her hug. "Nice glasses.." Had she always worn them secretly? Hm.

"Spiffy?" Wow, it felt like ages since the two saw each other. Beaming towards his ruffling mate, he grabbed Alec for their traditional hair ruffling, his hair was quite shiny today. Wade wondered if he had gotten tips from Nigel over it, since if he didn't know better he would've thought it was gray.. and another hair related thing. "Nice beard mate.." It looked wicked cool to him.


As Wade looked around, he saw a few familiar looking people like his former Professor Airey who had waved towards him, oh, and there was Professor Botros and Hadley as well. They got a wave too.. Once the game was under way, he could've sworn that commentator's voice sounded familar.. and looked familiar. His brows furrowed.

Was that... Bart? He looked more noticable different, maybe it was some costume or experiment with his looks. Wade would have to ask more about that.. Smiling instead once the match was over, "Hello Bart.. nice commentating."

Everything happened SO FAST and Sophie was actually glad that someone made her duck. She was always looking in the wrong direction when it came to Quidditch, apparently. Or not. Oh well, at least someone had- WHAT WAS THAT EVEN, WHAT????????

"MORDRED?!?" WHAT. Welp, no time to think or say anything, because as soon as Sophie realised it was him and shouted his name louder than those old!kids were speaking lately, the Hufflepuff threw her arms around his neck and squeezed him to death like WHOA!

Who caaaared about the game anyway? LOOK! IT WAS MORDRED! In Hogwarts again! How lovely was that!? SO lovely! Did everyone see it was Mordred there? No? Oh well, no matter! Sophie knew and that was all that she cared about.

....The game was over already? Blimey, she had been really late then. Hehe woops. She didn't mind Quidditch as much as she used to. But AW, that meant Mordred would have to leave soon and NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

He should be back for the other games as well. Especially for the last one, even if Hufflepuff wasn't playing - which she hoped they were -, because there was always the after-party and the trophy ceremony and yadda yadda. So heeee would be able to stay around for longer! And OH! There was Christmas too! They would see each other over Christmas break as well, yes?? YES???

Anyway. "Congratulations, Slytherin!" She grinned at Mordred. SHe should congratulate the other SLytherins around her and, obviously, the team. But naaaahhh. Mordred. Hehe!

Lux giggled as she heard the girl sitting beside her in the stands call out that the green team had won. That was so cute. Did she not go to school here? If she had, she would have said 'Slytherin', not 'green team'. "Hello there, I'm Lux!" she told the girl with a friendly smile.

Emmylou turned towards a voice, it was a girl, Emmy smiled at her, she had to be about her age. WAIT?! How did she not know that there was someone sitting right next to her? This was weird but it had been happening to her a lot lately. All the school work she had been getting was making her brain all scrambled or it was the fact that Bart has yelled her name on the microphone during the game or the fact that he looked a lot older than he did in the summer. Emmy waved at the girl.

"Hey, I'm Emmylou."

Was it just her, or did this girl look slightly confused or puzzled about something? Lux wanted to ask her if she was okay, but was not sure if that was a good idea when she did not know anything about her other than her name. "I haven't seen you around before. Do you go here? Or are you just visiting?" Hopefully that did not seem like a rude question, because Lux was only curious.

Emmylou looked around at the stands, then at the redhead next to her. Emmy pushed her long blonde hair around her shoulders, stupid roommates and their makeover ideas, she still wasn't all that happy about wear a skirt to a OUTDOOR Quidditch match in the winter and lets not forget the make up. WHY DID THEY HAVE TO PUT THAT STUFF ON HER FACE. Emmylou blink a couple times and focused back on what the girl was asking her.

"I go to Beauxbatons, one of my friends was doing the commentary."

Slytherin winning the match that day was a delightful treat for the former Snake, given that he didn’t plan on watching the game since he didn’t know that there was a match in the first place. Any Slytherin will claim that the game was the highlight of their day…maybe the whole week, but not for Mordred.

Seeing Sophie again in Hogwarts was the best feeling in the world. Merlin must love him so much seeing that it was his birth month. Talk about getting the best birthday present. Mordred smiled at Sophie as soon as she turned around and gave him a death grip hug. “Hello to you too, Sophie.” He said as he returned the hug. Now, can he kidnap her? No?

Sophie eventually pulled away and congratulated him. “Uh…” he paused and looked at the pitch where the players have dismounted their brooms and went back to their respective locker rooms. “Thanks.” Mordred grinned. The game was over now, and that simply means that he will have to leave soon. The former Slytherin pulled Sophie away from Ellec and gestured her to sit down. “Someone…missed my birthday.” He said as he sat down next to Sophie. Mordred looked at her with a grin. Yes, he felt bad because she forgot his birthday but Mordred let it pass since he knew that Sophie was busy with her NEWTs. Hopefully, it was just NEWTs and nothing else.

“How are you, Sophie?” Like…it’s high time she tells her boyfriend the things that were bothering her lately.

Beverly nodded with a sure "M'hm!" Pride was something she wasn't scared to hide. It was a natural thing for the Slytherin. Rubbing her hands together to warm them up, Bev looked back at the guy. His jacket did look warm, and she was tempted to say yes, but then he'd be cold too. Had he been from any other house she wouldn't worry because after all, they weren't earning any Slytherin house points. She couldn't risk a housemate. "It's okay," she said, "thank you, though."

The cheering around them made it somewhat difficult to hear him, but she caught the name Terence and the last bit of his comment. *Sniff, sniff* Yeah, many of them were going gray, hence the green beanie on her head. Although the gray strands of gray were still visible on the long braid that fell down her back.

"Yeah, it's a struggle," she said with a sigh, but managed a small grin nonetheless. It was no one's fault this was happening. It was totally something in the water they drank. It had to be. "I'm Beverly, and no nicknames." Just in case he was wondering if she had any. Which she did, but Bevy wasn't a favorite. Reminded her of a beaver.

Scoring happened left and right. Sometime during the match she rose on her feet, expectantly waiting for the play-outs. Slytherin was so GREAT. Glancing back at Terence, she shrugged. Okay. Come up with a cheer, she was okay with that as long as it didn't involve dancing or fancy moves. Her body wasn't as flexible nowadays.

Already stocked from the game when Airey spoke again Bev sent him something close to a beam. He was doing fine, that was great news, but then he was ready for this cheering thing. Hiding sounded like a nicer idea.

His cheer though, it was funny and accurate. BUUURRR! And she couldn't quite say no when he was looking at them like that. Stupid adorable man.

She was no Gryffindor and her bravery was sometimes hard to find. But she WAS a Slytherin and pride won over shyness. Red in the face, she shut her eyes and squeaked the chant. "I saaaaaaaaid BURRRR it's cold out here! There must be some Snakes in the atmosphere!"

Oh dear Merlin! She sounded so ridiculous, but it was fun. A giggle escaped her lips and she glanced at both Airey and Terence. It was the latter's turn now. :33

OH BUT WAIT. THE SNITCH. THE REDHEAD CAUGHT IT.

SLYTHERIN WON!

And she had witnessed it. *__*
