The Eagles sit under a beautiful navy and bronze banner representing their house. Their solid, shiny wooden table is nicely polished with all the place settings perfectly set. The food will arrive after the Headmistress' traditional end-of-term speech. To all Ravenclaws, both new and old, really, REALLY old: enjoy the feast! You've earned it.

She nodded at the girl's apology (it was her fault, though she shouldn't feel bad about it), then followed her gaze. There seemed to be some commotion up at the staff table. "I think Healers? It does look like the professors are reaching for that liquid... Unless they're poisoning them?" Marigold had learned anything and everything could happen at Hogwarts.
Sophie continued to watch the staff table even as Marigold offered her own thoughts of the situation. "I don't know who they are, but...they're headed this way," she pointed out. She glanced toward the Slytherin house table and noticed that one of the Healers was heading there, as well. She should go find Caleb and make sure he got a dose, too. Sophie didn't know how long this stuff would last. Did they make sure they had enough for the whole school?
"I'll be back," she said then turned on her heels and headed off without saying anything else. A few minutes later, she'd returned, and...look--Marigold was still there! "I got a dose," she said with a grin. "How do I look?" Because Sophie didn't have a mirror in the Great Hall.
Nigel was still thinking about squid ink and such. When a Healer drops by the table with a giant bucket. Squid ink maybe? No it was something even better. Probably the one thing everyone was asking for. A cure. Merlin, happy day.
NO MORE GREY HAIR!
But he could not get to excited yet. HE guessed this was the time to do the Prefect duties and not just let everyone jump on the Healer with the potion that would cure his HAIR. Still he heard that Elwood was leaving. Mo would probably be sad about that and he liked their head of house. Even though he still though divination was rubbish,
Still this was something truly to be happy about. Grey hair was evil.
"Alright, Everyone. Just be patient and wait your turn if you need the potion. Everyone will be a goblet eventually"
When it was Nigel's turn. He went up and got a goblet of the stuff. It smelled horrible. So he combined in with his current drink of pumpkin juice. Nigel took a breath and chugged it down. Horrible. But hopefully worth it.
NO MORE GREY HAIR!

Giant Squid Ink Attack. This had to be a thing. Noting it for later. "Chin up, Hope. No more hip breaking on your horizon. And I guarantee we'll take the Quidditch Cup next term... especially if we're all back in fighting shape."
Nigel got a look, though, since Mo wasn't really sure they WOULD get better.

They had to drink a full goblet of the stuff? Mo eyed the bucket dubiously, figuring that if someone was going to take that stuff and die, then it probably ought to be him.

Marigold watched as the adults walked to each of the house tables and announced a cure. A CURE!!! Marigold nodded and let the girl - she should ask her name - go to her own table to get a cure. She watched the Ravenclaws return to their normal selves for the couple of minutes by herself. It was actually quite entertaining. She didn't need to get any herself, but she figured she could make sure everyone got one, if need be. Like if someone was in the loo or something? She glanced a bit around, but everyone looked like they were on their way to being young again like she always will be.
The girl had returned and looked dramatically different. Now she actually could recognize her a little from the previous year. "You look good," she said, grinning a bit at the girl. Quite pretty, this one was. "I'm Marigold, by the way."
OH! And this girl was seen a lot with Adi, right? Yeah.
Okay, so Caelen didn't exactly need the potion. She was young as a baby compared to some of the old farts that walked the halls of Hogwarts this term. Which meant that the redhead stood next to a girl that looked about thirteen, named Marigold. They would just kind of do nothing and drink in the excitement, right? Because there was SO much excitement to be had here. It was like a wedding in one of those romantic comedies where some person was trying to split up the love interests and they finally got together. Okay, she REALLY needed to stop stealing her mom's old tapes.
Anyway, The girl with the braid watched everyone return to their old self before the whole houses eyes, pretty and young students yet again they were. And about that potion thing, at least she got this half-right. There was a potion involved, but instead of being the cause, it was the cure. Figures that she would miss out on something big like that. But that meant that there was a missing puzzle piece. The cause.
Actually, the freckled face girl wasn't quite sure of the cause yet. And the one piece of the puzzle that was missing bothered the soon to be second year. She played with her braid as she thought about it, pulling out loose ends of hair that fell out in all of the excitement. What HAD caused this aging issue? And had they caught the person that did it? Because that was kind of an important part of every adventure. Catching the person responsible. And the girl with the deep blue eyes spoke the language of adventure.
But after watching a few more people get potion-ized back to normal -transformed, magicked?- Caelen decided not to think about it. They had to have caught the person who did this. Or else how would they know how to fix the mess that happened with the teachers and the students? They wouldn't, right? Firstie logic: always sound.

Feeling a bit lighter in her steps after the cure potion and her hair maybe turning yellower as she made her way to the Ravenclaw Table, she joined just as her House leaders were trying to calm the others and get them the cure.
"Good evening everyone. Nigel is right, the cure will make it to each of you effected by the aging process in due time, please be patient." She smiled at each of them. Now for the hard part.
She clasped her hands in front of her and continued to look into each of their young (or supposed to be young) faces. "So by now you've heard the news in Headmistress Truebrdige's speech. I will not be returning as Head of House or Divination Professor next term but I would just like to congratulate and thank each and every one of you for making the past two terms as," a tiny tear streaked down her cheek from her left eye and she smiled sadly and wiped it away. "Sorry! The past two terms have been wonderful working with Ravenclaw House, not to mention the other few years teaching a some of you in Divination. Be sure to listen and work well with the amazing Mr. Barrington, Miss Miroslava, and Mr. Branxton and help your new Head of House. I'm going to miss each and every one of you. Feel free to write. "What's... going on up there, do you suppose? Bucket brigade? Giant squid ink attack?" And Mo might have looked at Ni then, 'cause GIANT SQUID INK ATTACK? That was brilliant.
Benjy peered up the peeps and bucket that had caught Mo's attention, and chuckled at the thought of a giant squid ink attack. "My reckoning is on custard," his said with a nod. Clearly he was still dreaming about sticky toffee pudding. Because a good sticky toffee needed good thick custard. Yes indeedy.

Sophie's excitement at the Headmistress' speech pulled him out of pudding heaven, however, and Benjy blinked a few times as he processed though words. CURE. LIVE. Oh yeah! Summertime adventures were totally BACK ON! And no more wrinkly horrible arms meant that he could plan to get a tattoo too. Thinking of which, where was Vesper?
...and his grin widened as the Ravenclaw results were announced. "WHOOP! WHOOP!" he cheered loudly, partly due to his part deaf ear not realising how loud it already was with this amount of people in the Great Hall. "High fives, guys!" he said, holding his hand up ready. Cos they were awesome. AWESOME.

Did it work? "Well?"
He'd already caught a whiff of the potion. Pungent came to mind, right now. "One for me, ta," Benjy said to Mo as he started handing the stuff out. "No juice though." Just in case the Captain thought about watering it down. He didn't really see how pumpkin juice would really make much difference - it'd just mean he'd need to take more gulps. Plus, he was more than ready to be cure of this stupid pre-mature old age. No more delays necessary.

And then their Head of House arrived. Given he'd missed that bit of Truebridge's speech, he frowned a little and wrinkled his nose. "Sad to hear it, Professor." He hadn't been the biggest fan of Divination, truth be told, but he'd still looked up to her as their head of house. "What will you be doing...off the grid?" he asked, curiously. Sounded like an ADVENTURE.
There was a cure! The little girl wasted no time filling up her goblet with the potion. No mixing for her, she could drink it all faster if she drank it straight. Though he was right, it was nasty. She couldn't resist making a face as she drank it, thinking she definitely should have mixed it.
Within seconds Gwen was feeling like a child again. Her limbs were working, she had so much energy, and one glance at her hair told her that it was back to blonde rather than grey. "Look!" she all but shouted. "It works!" She wanted to jump up and down just because she could, but the nasty taste was still lingering. She chased it down with a bit of pumpkin juice, and then really did jump. "I'm so glad," she chattered to no one in particular. "I was so worried about what my parents might think. They might not have let me come back if I came home all old and weird." And her brother certainly would have never let her forget it.

The cuuuuuuure. Sophie was still beating at Mo's arm when he put his arm around her, then she wiggled close to him and watched the staff table with big, excited eyes. THE CURE. COME TO THEM.
And when it did, Sophie tried not to get too grabby for her turn, and she was grateful for Mo supplying her with a goblet full. She, unlike the Ravenclaw Captain, wasn't currently bold enough to try the potion without adding something to make it hopefully taste or smell less awful, so she added pumpkin juice till the goblet was filled to the brim and threatened to spill. "Bottom's up?" she said, but Mo and everyone were already gulping away, so she held her breath and drank as much as she could, an unpleasant expression on her face when she pulled the goblet away to breathe.
..."The guy wasn't kidding about the taste." As bitter as she was that the taste was vile, she finished it off reluctantly - then, without further thought, she whipped around find Tobes over at the Hufflepuff table. She was going to go make sure he got his, too, and then go be excited with him that they probably weren't going to die anytime soon - until Elwood arrived right near them, and brought down everyone's mood significantly.
The woman was even crying.
"Y'can always come back and see us, yeah? Cheer us on?" She hated seeing a professor cry, especially one she liked so much, so she was trying her absolute best to sound at least somewhat encouraging, despite her own discomfort. "There'll always be a place for you in the stands at our Quidditch matches. You're our favorite cheerleader." And they could never have too many Ravenclaw supporters.

Oh, Professor Pretty! No no nooooooo. Mo stared at their Head of House with a dumbstruck expression on his face, trying desperately to figure out what she meant and whether it was appropriate to hug her goodbye and how he would ever ever live in a world without her.
She was crying. Mo was going in. "Don't cry, Professor. You'll always be our Head in spirit. And luckily, you can just use your Sight to see how we're doing and stuff when we aren't together," Mo inched around until he was next to the professor and attempted a hug. What was she going to do? Take house points?
"Thanks for everything. You were the best, I swear." None of the other Heads held a candle to Elwood.
Giant Squid Ink Attack. This had to be a thing. Noting it for later. "Chin up, Hope. No more hip breaking on your horizon. And I guarantee we'll take the Quidditch Cup next term... especially if we're all back in fighting shape."

Hope beamed as Mo ruffled her hair and then ran a hand through it. It still seemed a bit thinner than she recalled, but maybe the fullness would return in a day or two. "I feel great. Even better than ever. Could go for...a lot of things actually." She felt more like herself in that moment than she had in a long time. She watched as more people followed and took the risk with the potion and watched as they began transforming into their younger selves. It was weird, but cool at the same time to watch.
Then there was her Head of House...well....no long Head of House. She looked up with big wide green eyes and her bottom lip jutted out a bit. Did the woman have to leave? Who was going to stand beside her and hold her hand if something went wrong again the next year? Or the year after that? Or the one after that? "You were one of the best, Professor." That seemed like a good thing to say. And with that she looked down and fiddled with the now empty goblet.

The feast was bad enough on it's own since Lily was graduating after seven years at the school. And now to make it worse, the HoH for Ravenclaw was leaving...and crying at the table?!? Lily practically lost it right then and there but held it back enough to give Professor Elwood a small smile. "Thank you for the past few terms, Professor! It's an honor to be graduating at the same time that you leave Hogwarts." Lily said, turning away to start tearing up again. She really had no idea how she was going to make it through the rest of the night.
As the night dragged on, Lily made sure to thank and say goodbye to the important people from her last term or so. First up was captain Mo. The seventh year made her way over to the captain and went in for a hug. "Thank you so much for the past two terms, captain Mo. It was an honor to play on the team under your leadership..." Lily said, choking back another round of tears. "I'll be sure to visit. Good luck in your last term. I'll miss you." She finished up, pulling away and wiping her eyes as the tears started to leak out. Having said goodbye to her captain, the redhead turned to say goodbye to the others. This really was harder than she thought it would be...
