Default Black Lake

The Black Lake lies behind the castle and though it may seem like the water is calm on the surface, you will learn that that is not the case underwater. Creatures have made it their home from Merpeople to Grindylows. The most notable is Bartholomew Henry, the Giant Squid. The lake is a beautiful place for you to hang out.

Mr.Kirby has built a dock and has supplied it with some fishing rods. The lures have been charmed to prevent any magical creatures of the lake from getting hooked. The Groundskeeper will not tolerate any use of live bait, and is running a strict CATCH and RELEASE policy. Failure to follow these two rules will result in serious consequences.

Be careful of Henry and have fun!

He didn't really like talking to her because it made him feel like something was missing.

He heard her question about his hobbies and he thought about it. "Well i love to skateboard, i can teach you sometime." he looked back at her and shrugged. "But i also skip stones and ride jet skis with my cousins in the summer. I do football, basketball and baseball. You know typical guy stuff." he said like it was no big deal.

Then he heard her question and he gave her a quizzical look. "Ermm i do not know if the kitchen has any candy but we can check if you want.." he offered to Melek.
Her eyebrows raised, "Oh? Well thats good for you... congrats?" She shrugged, not really interested in talking about dating stuff... Mel just didn't have that girl gene... yet. Melek watched him start to skip some rocks then glanced back up at the sky, stretching out again. She placed her arms behind her head. "It is so gorgeous out today..." Melek crossed her eyes and let herself feel the slight warmth of the sun on her face. A smile came to her face, making her look slightly sweet.

"Skateboard?" She propped herself up on her elbows and opened her eyes, looking at him. Melek nipped on her lip and debated his offer of teaching her. It was kinda sporty and boyish but he was a nice guy and a good friend. "Yeah... I guess, you could... if you really wanted too..." Mel would be okay if he didnt since she wasnt really that interested in it but she would try it if it made him happy. "Jet skis, football, basketball and baseball?" She looked at him confused, "I dont really know what those are..." Mel grimaced, "I never really tried to skip rocks either..." Melek glanced toward the lake then up at him.

She shrugged, "Eh... we don't have to... I was just wondering... kinda thinking out loud, I guess..." Mel laid back down again and re-closed her eyes. Melek basked in the sunlight, happy that it was nice weather today. She sighed and relaxed a little, stroking the grass blades that were brushing against her hands. "Are you all about sports or do you have another side to you?" It came out a slight mumble as she yawned and rubbed her eyes.

Default ze crowd around Adi :3
Queen of Typos | The OTHER OTHER Roro | WICKED is Good

Text Cut: Adi,Lex,Ben,Beverly,Sohpie

..... Quotes be here

A crowd started to form which was expected. Cassia though didn't focus on that, she focused on Adi's friend who was telling what happened and Adi himself. He seemed in a lot of pain but at least he was still conscious. Which proven when Beverly poked him. Cassia gave her a 'whachu doin' wide-eyed look. Last thing they needed was to have a snake be accused of harming a Hufflepuff.

Looking around the younger ones, she figured that she and Lex were the oldest, not counting the ones who stood further away. So they probably needed to act.

"I don't think we should do anything." she said avoiding the question. She may or may not know a spell and frankly she didn't feel like testing her abilities. GULP . "The healer would know what to do," But the question was, should they go and fetch her or take him there.

She needed to know how bad his injury was. Crouching next to him, the sixth-year took in his form and winced as he tried to sit up. "Is it just your leg that's hurting you?" she asked cautiously.

"Do you think we can carry him?" she looked up asking Lex.

~ Mrs. Steve Harrington ~ It be like that sometimes.

Adi had sank once again flat on his back onto the ground. It was now he realised someone was holding him but he didn't have the strength to look around to see who it was. Oh, just let this horrid pain stop. He closed his eyes and hoped he would sink back into the blissful "sleep".

The second year was sure he was halfway into that "sleep" when he was brought back to reality by that all too familiar, beautiful voice. His eyes fluttered open and he looked up into the concerned face of the most beautiful girl at Hogwarts even though she was sort of wrinkly. "Hi, Sophie,'' he said weakly and managing to give her a smile. Awww look. Was all that concern for him? Maybe he should break his bones more often. Hehe.

Benny was speaking again. Yay. He seemed to realise something was wrong with the leg. Good old Benny. His friend would get him help. Hopefully soon. And yes. Let that person stop poking him. Adi didn't like to be poked. But pokes aside, he had something important to ask. "Did you...find..Guster?'' His beloved toad...

Healer? Did someone say Healer? Was she here? Minerva came to mind at that moment. She wanted to be a Healer right? If she were here, she'd know what to do. He was suddenly aware of someone asking something. He nodded feebly. Just the leg. "Can't walk...'' he mumbled. If they needed to move him, they'd surely need to carry him.

Anyway.

The fact that he was moving on with the conversation made her smile since he obviously worked out that she was not needing the Healer or anything. Wonderful since as much as she liked how he was protective of her, this was not a case where it was needed. "Oh, that would be lovely, Bay. We can watch loads of movies if you want." And do other things besides. Things they couldn't do when he was an old person, like him giving her more piggy back rides.

And now he was asleep with his head in her lap. Lux laughed as silently as possible as she heard him begin to snore. Gosh, Bay was so adorable and really nice to look at as well. Smiling some more, she started to run her hand through his hair hoping that it wouldn't wake him up. He had such nice hair, and it was good to see that it was brown again.

How long was he going to sleep before he would wake up and talk to her again?
Bay was so comfortable.. just sleeping away… not a care in the world… ZzzzZzzZzZzZzZzZzZzZ snoring away he didn't know if it was him dreaming or something happening but something was going through his hair.. it was starting to make him drift off more into a deep sleep.

Bay turned over and curled up even more.. feet now out of the water he was having the best nap of his life..

Aww, Bay was so cute. It seemed as if he liked her hands running through his hair, because he seemed to be really sleeping now.

Part of her wanted to wake him up because she wanted to talk more, but then part of her liked watching him sleep. Besides, what if he woke up grumpy? She had no idea because she had never woken him from sleep before. Grumpy and Bay didn't really seem to go together, though...

Deciding to take a risk, Lux leaned forward and kissed him on the cheek then started gently shaking him.

Waiiiiit!

Shooting the Gryffindor Prefect a "HUH?" look, Beverly glanced down at the Hufflepuff and poked his arm with her wand. POKE POKE POKE.

"He's--"

Ah, there. Finally the prefect realized the Hufflepuff was, indeed, passed-out/dead. Beverly did wrinkle her nose when the girl said no touching. Unfortunately, poking was a form of touching. Weren't Gryffindors supposed to be wild fun? Pfft.

Water to the face worked too...if you wanted to drown him, y'know.

"Is he still breathing?"

Now that was the main question.

No, no, no! Water was actually cascading onto his face! Adi's eyes jerked open and he instantly began spluttering and coughing heavily. Ugggggh! He shielded his face and managed shouted to whoever it was, "Stop that!'' Water in his face combined with the intense pain put him in an even more bad mood.

And who was poking him and asking if he was breathing? Of course he was breathing! Were these people just going to stand here and let him wither in pain? Adi tried to sit up. Looks like he'd have to help himself. But sitting up was a bad idea.

"OWOWOWOW!''
he said through gritted teeth.

She wasn't even sure she'd make it through the summer. She tried not to think about that, though, and tried to remember that Caleb had reminded her they were working on a cure.

So this is how she ended up at the lake. She had been daydreaming about all that and had just wondered out onto the grounds and was absentmindedly making the rounds. Despite the way she felt like she was three steps away from the grave, the walk had been peaceful. Peaceful, that is, until she heard someone yelling out in agony.

Alarmed, she hurried over to the scene as fast as her body would allow her to. That is, to say, it took a good five minutes. She peeked through the croed. "Adi!" she said, her youthful voice not matching her aged body.

Enter the 'no longer just friends, yet not quite a girlfriend yet' Sophie Newell. So, yeah. She was worried. She tried to play it cool, though.

But then Adi was more his priority at the moment to be all honest and he was glad he wasn't alone in it. The Gryffindor was completely out of his mind with worry and didn't know what to do. He nodded this time as the prefect spoke up in answer to his asking for help.

No touching...got it.

Though technically that was relatively a moot point concerning him given Adi had collapsed into him. Oh well. No MORE touching. Benny didn't want to cause any more harm to his bestie as Alexa briefly mentioned they could risk if they did touch him. "It has to be broken...it doesn't look right." Granted he wasn't an expert but was the Hufflepuff's limb supposed to be like that if it wasn't broken?

He was interrupted as small splatters of water reached him due to his proximity to Adi when the older girl dosed him with water in an attempt to wake up the fainted boy. Would it work? One could only wait to see and while they did, Ben really wanted to teach the younger Slytherin how to be nicer. "STOP poking him!" he exclaimed making a face. "And yes he is brea--."

Adi's yell broke through bringing him up short and silencing him as he turned his full attention back to the Hufflepuff. His hold loose on his friend but there as he moved to try and sit up. Ben in turn winching in pain as the other boy screamed again with him much closer than before.

"Um...how...how do we help if we can't touch?"

Oh look...there was the girlfriend.

HA!

SEEEE. Gryffindor Prefect was drowning him BUT he was alive so...that should be all that mattered, right? Leaning her hands on her knees, she grinned at the kid. He didn't look too happy about almost being drowned and poked. Beverly was proudly guilty of one of the two.

The kid was of no help to himself or them for that matter if he stayed knocked out. Like seriously, how the hell were they meant to know what was wrong with him when he'd decided it was nap time? The water would do the trick and in fact it did. It got him shooting up again sputtering and all. Least he had good not drowning reflexes. Those were important in this day and age.

"Ahem, can we focus on the dying kid?" She asked, looking to Benjamin and the Slytherin girl who both seemed to be having a little moment of yells and glares. As fascinating as they were to watch, going at each other wasn't helping.

Lex only briefly glanced at Sophie when she headed over. Nothing wrong with concern, so long as she didn't start freaking out because then Lex would silence her just as she would the other two if they couldn't sort out their differences. Out of courtesy Adi was allowed to scream and be loud but only on account of his busted leg. "Sorry, heard they never found your toad, but he's not our problem right now, you are." And the fact that he apparently couldn't walk.

She glanced over at Benjamin with his question of helping without touching but Cassia was backing the idea up so she wasn't thinking it was a mistake, more like her brain giving a good idea for once. "He can't walk he says so yeah, Cass, you support him on one side, I'll support him on the next and we could probably lift him to the Healer." He was what, a Second Year, a scrawny one at that. He couldn't have been too heavy. "You lot can try finding his toad or you could come with us." She really didn't care which.

Alexa slung one of his arms over her shoulder and looked to Cassia to do the same with the other. "Ready?" A question meant for both Cassia and Adi. He needed to be prepared for the initial jolt that was sure to come.

Melek basked in the sunlight, happy that it was nice weather today. She sighed and relaxed a little, stroking the grass blades that were brushing against her hands. "Are you all about sports or do you have another side to you?" It came out a slight mumble as she yawned and rubbed her eyes.

Kace could tell Melek didn't want to talk about the dating stuff and he didn't either. It made her feel uncomfortable, so he smirked as he was throwing when she changed course of the conversation. "Yeah it is nice out. I love this weather.." he replied skipping another rock.

Then he heard her change her tone when he mentioned skateboarding. "Yeah i do skateboard..." he trailed off and looked at her. "Alright i will take you on your offer. We will do it sometime, when i have it with me that is..." he grinned. He realized his skateboard was back in his dorm. "My skateboard is back in my dorm. But don't worry i won't let you fall on my watch." he promised her.

Oh? So she never heard what those sports are. He forgot sometimes there was a barrier her. "Oh..well Jet Skis are like bikes you can use but in the water. You can go really fast but you gotta watch out for huge waves." he nodded. "I made that mistake in my first try but it didn't stop me from doing it again.." he said pointing to his scar on his arm. "But baseball is a sport you play with a bat and ball and run on the bases and football is when you hold a ball and tackle people and basketball you just shoot a ball in the hoop." he said giving her spark notes for each sport. "But i can teach you how to throw rocks come here..." he said and waving his arm for her to come over.

"Now all you gotta do is find the flattest rock and angle it down and skip it into the water.." he said. "Like so.." he demonstrated and it skipped five times. Then he noticed she went back down to lie on the grass and he did too. He went back with her and laid down. He heard her comment and he had to think about it. "Hmm which side do you want to see?" he asked her.

Sophie wanted to push through the crowd of people to get a better look, but even in her shock, she didn't really think she could do anything useful. She felt kind of numb, really. She'd never really been around somebody in THIS much pain. Especially somebody she really cared for knew well. "What happened to him?" she asked to anybody who would answer. Yeah, he'd aged. She knew that. She'd aged, too, but she wasn't yelling out in pain.

She smiled at him, although faintly, when he said hello to her. "Hey, Adi," she said back.

Then Lex sort of shattered any calmness Sophie might have. "HE'S DYING?!" she called out. She felt a little weak, like she might pass out, but she stayed steady. Nobody her age had ever died. Not in front of her, at least. "I'm going with you," she said to Lex. Yeah, forget the toad. "Can I do anything?" Other than just hang back and walk along, that is.

Hehe.

Now they were going to try and move the poor kid. Well... that wasn't going to help. Beverly's read somewhere that moving someone with a broken bone can make it worse. Like, what if he broke his neck next, y'know? She shrugged, this was going to be on the Prefects' heads, not hers.

"Don't you think he's a bit too frail to be moved around?" she asked.

It was for the kid's own health, 'kay. Not that she cared, but if something worse happened to him because she didn't speak up, she'd feel guilty afterwards. No need to feel guilty at the expense of a Hufflepuff.

"Why don't we get the Groundskeeper? His hut should be somewhere over there, no?" She pointed in the direction she'd once seen it.

Getting an adult would be the smart thing to do, but if they wanted to risk it...

That was on them.

Normally she was hoping to bottle whatever Tobias had in him that made him so energetic and have some for herself so it was weird to see him so...still. Like his true self was being stifled in some way. It wasn't fair, what had happened to them. It also wasn't fair that no one knew how to fix it. Someone needed to get on that.

Lies.

It was just, she knew him. And because of that, Ella frowned slightly at his reply. He didn't seem okay, not really. And maybe he was putting on a brave face or maybe he was resisting the urge to complain because it was unlike him but whatever it was, he was holding something back. Ella knew from experience that while that was fine in the moment, it eventually backfired on you. In her case, usually in a bout of serious panic attacks. "It's okay to not be okay, y'know." She wasn't going to push him on the subject but just so he knew. "Cause I'm not, not really." She was pretty angry about all of it, actually. As for studying, the eighteen year old wrinkled her nose and let her eyes fall on the water again. "I don't know how I'll get through the test with this mem-"

O___O

What the heck was that? Ella sat up quicker than she should have and winced but she was too distracted by the loud cry of pain to pay any mind to her own problems. "Where did that come from?"
Was it though? WAS it really okay to not be okay? Maybe for other people, but Tobias had always been particularly terrified of not being 100% a-okay. Or at least... of other people knowing that. There was probably some kind of deeper meaning to all of that, but Tobias had never thought of it before, and he didn't think of it now. Nope.

Instead, Tobias just thought for a moment about the best thing to say, but when Ella spoke again, about how she wasn't okay, he quickly looked to her again. You see, this? This, he wouldn't stand for. Toby wanted Ella to be okay always always always. The fact that she wasn't was just... well, it broke his tiny Hufflepuff heart.

There was nothing Tobias could really think of saying which wouldn't lead to him getting dangerously close to whining or complaining, so he just kind of nodded and kept lightly swinging his feet. After a few moments of silence, he finally spoke up, feeling as though not saying anything was just as bad in its own right.

"Well... maybe things'll get better." There was that usual hint of optimism that punctuated pretty much everything Tobias said, but it sounded a little too hopeful, like maybe he was having trouble believing it himself.

Toby sort of had an idea of what Ella was going to say before she'd finished saying it, and he nodded his head in understanding. Or at least, as much understanding as he could muster, being only fourteen years of age and having never really needed to take any important exams as of yet. This memory stuff felt bad enough, too, Tobias hated the idea of taking final exams like this.

But then a cry echoed out, and Tobias' eyes widened as he stared out over the lake, looking for the source of the cries. He squinted as far as he could, trying his best to see what had happened, but didn't get to his feet just yet.

When Ella spoke from not too far away from his good ear, which told Toby she was now sitting up too, the third year reached out an arm and pointed at an area some ways off around the lake.

"Over there, I think?" he replied, still squinting to see, even though he knew it was useless. "Maybe someone fell in?" Oh, but that didn't really explain why they'd be in pain. "Or just fell."

There seemed to be a big huddle of people, and Tobias was kind of worried, because someone definitely sounded hurt. He didn't like the idea of anyone being in pain. What should they do? Should they go over? Toby dropped his hand again and looked to Ella for guidance. Whatever she did, he would follow.

Why did everyone think he was dying? His leg was just broken. The pain was INTENSE but Adi certainly was not dying. Nope. He wanted to live. He was going to live. He shot Alexa a look when she mentioned Gus. She was right, of course. Hopefully his toad would come back soon. Or better yet, someone found him.

So it seemed like they had decided to carry him. He was sort of hoping for a more comfortable trip to the Healer. Like maybe one of the older people conjure up a stretcher and levitate him but who was he to complain? At least he was FINALLY getting help. Pressing his lips together so as to not cry out in pain again, Adi gently as he could leaned on the two older girls. In his head he was screaming though. Yep. No one should ever have a broken bone.

Adi next shot a weak look at Benny. He was too exhausted to speak but he hoped the look said find Gus, please. It was a task he trusted his best friend to do. And as for Sophie...yes, Ad wanted her to come. Besides Benny, she was the only one there that he really knew. Plus he felt good just seeing her.

Then an unknown voice spoke up. Groundskeeper? That was actually a good idea. How come none of them had of it before? Adi glanced at the girl. Ohh. He had seen her in classes. Hiii, Snake girl. Was it you doing the poking? The Puffer closed his eyes again and leaned heavily against Alexa. Healer or Groundskeeper?

Oooookay, see this classified as freaking out right here and they couldn't have any of that. Alexa gave a heavy sigh, thinking maybe she could have said it a different way. "Eh...no, he's not dying. The way I heard it, he was looking for his toad and broke his leg--don't ask me how, it takes exceptional skill to be that uncoordinated and I won't be questioning it." They could discuss it amongst themselves at some other point in time, really it wasn't her problem. Feline injuries were more up her alley of understanding.

"Don't worry though, a quick visit to the Healer and he should be just fine." Concerned little thing, wasn't she?

The Gryffindor was about to heave Adi off the ground, now that she'd got his arm secured but then the Slytherin girl was talking...and being persnickity....and giving grand advice.

"Brilliant." Why? Because it saved her the long walk. Thinking of the journey back across the grounds then up all those stairs, Adi might have been nothing bigger than a chicken bone but the walk was still long and he would get heavy on her fading muscles. Plus, it saved him the discomfort that she would have happily overlooked if it was what it took. "You can go tell the Groundskeeper, let him know it's an emergency, tell him the kid's dying--yeah we know he's not but we need some urgency here, kay?" Eyes on Sophie, she wanted to help and looked like she could pull off the urgency card just fine. "Go with her, make sure she sells the story as more than the kid falling and having a hurt leg. Matter of life and death if you will."

So Adi was in luck, there would be no moving him just yet. She watched him resting against her, watched him real closely. Merlin she hoped he hadn't just fainted again, or she'd smack him silly.

"Hey Benjamin? You know what his toad looks like right? See if you can spot it while we wait? It might ease his mind some." And looks to Cassia. This was weird...this being responsible thing. She wasn't sure how she felt about it.

They were getting somewhere it seemed. Beverly glanced down at the Hufflepuff and waved at him a little. Hi. You were dying, and yes, she was poking you too. She didn't assume he died again when he closed his eyes. The poor boy was probably exhausted and in A LOT of pain.

Brilliant, that's what her idea was. She knew it. But there was no time to get all cocky because she was on duty to find the groundskeeper. Big, buff guy shouldn't be hard to find.

"Yes, Prefect," she said with a nod and a salute. Bev didn't know her name, so...Prefect it was.

The third year hobbled off into the direction she'd seen the hut when she heard something about someone tagging along. She didn't need anyone's help, but if they were to make this more theatrical the more the better.

OOC: Anna, idk if this is after or before Ancient Runes.

Fine by him. Though he really wished everyone would stop mentioning death and dying. It was bad enough looking like they were old enough to die any moment and for Adi to be badly injured, did they have to talk about even darker ideas that made Ben's stomach fall? This was his best friend they were talking about...one of the only students who he could actually consider his friend.

Okay...okay...so he was starting to freak out. And mention of Gus still being missing made the Gryffindor feel worse, his head falling in shame. Not even when Alexa mentioned the plan for them to get Adi back up to the school and the healer to help did he look up, only nodding in agreement and torn between going with them and finding Gus. Supporting his friend either way was the least he could do.

Though as Sophie spoke up once more, insisting she would go with them and be by Adi's side, it seemed his decision was made. Benny didn't exactly have the desire to be anywhere with the two of them together. He still hadn't got his brain around them and felt extremely awkward in situations since Valentine's day. He was brought back to the matters at hand as Adi shot a look at him that made him swallow. It was pitiful and the second year didn't like it...didn't like it at all and not even sure he got the silent message his friend was trying to send to him.

Okay Healer or groundkeeper...could they just do it...NOW?

Oh goodie. Groundkeeper it was and the poker would be the one going so she would be away from Adi. Good...good. His gaze briefly moved in the direction she would be going before the rare use of his full name caught his attention and turned quickly back to the Gryffindor prefect. "Right..." he said with a nod. Of course he knew what Gus the toad looked like. So did Conrad and he almost wished he had his owl around to help him look. "I can do that." The younger lion biting his lip and finally moving around where he had last been seen in hopes of finding either signs of Gus or a trail.

So it seemed there were going to carry him. Which was the most logical thing to do since he was in no shape to walk and Cassia wasn't sure she could concentrate that much to be preforming a levitating spell all the way to the hospital wing. She was actually freaking out a little bit internally but made sure not to let it show. It was good to have Lex by her side.

Cassia nodded at the Gryffindor as she flanked Adi on the other side and copied Alexa's moves. It was a good thing he was a firstie and small.

"He'll be fine," she told Sohpie trying to calm the girl down. Because really if anyone starts freaking out, Cassia would like to join in.

But heeey! That was a smart idea. "Good idea," She nodded at Beverly all proud like. Snakes never failed to give good ideas. Well, on Cassia's defense she was trying to come up with a scenario for when they got to the hospital. She'd need to explain everything to her head of house, and although it was in no way Cassia's fault she still found it not so relaxing facing the blond healer. But if they were to fetch the groundskeeper it'd be so much better.

And yes, it was also a good idea that she and Lex stayed with Adi while the two girls went to look for the big man.

"Hang in there, buddy," Her eyes were back on the injured Hufflepuff. It might have looked a bit dramatic but the chance of trying to say something to comfort the boy went by. Eeh. She decided she had to think of something comforting to say. At least his friend, whom name she collected was Ben, went to search for his pet.

No? So...he wasn't catching what she was throwing out there? Okay, then. Ella wasn't going to push the subject because really, she didn't want Tobias to feel any worse than he already did. She wanted him to be happy because he deserved it. Deserved it even more than most people, according to the Head Girl.

The silence was a bit worrisome though. They'd never had quite this long of a lull in conversation before and the eighteen year old couldn't help but wonder what was wrong. Because calling attention to this fact would probably just make things weirder, Ella instead sat in silence and watched her reflection in the water. No wrinkles today which was good. Only strands of grey hair here and there, much less than before thanks to certain charms. Thank Merlin for charms.

Maybe things'll get better. Ella glanced over at the younger badger and could tell that this statement was somewhat forced which made her a bit sad. Hoping her face didn't reflect that emotion, she nodded her head in agreement. "Maybe. I'm sure people are working on it as we speak." Her own tone reflected confidence that she wasn't quite feeling deep down but she felt the need to reassure Toby that things were in motion that would help them out of this mess. She couldn't stomach his hope being squashed when he was normal a little ball of sunshine.

It seemed the person's cry had caught Tobias' attention too and while he looked for the source of the sound, Ella was making her way into a standing position. It was painful to get up but she needed to be sure no one was in serious danger. The lack of splashing in the water told her that no one was drowning unless they went under the water at this point and so she decided someone must have fallen on the ground. "I think we should check it out." Because she sort of had an obligation, being Head Girl and all. Plus she cared about people and the thought of someone seriously injured was a little hard to take.

"Come on, let's go investigate." And she held a hand out to the younger boy , waiting until he was up and ready before she headed towards the small crowd of people she'd spotted a ways away.

...

Adi.

It was Adi and Ella was not pleased to see that the person in so much pain was one of her little puffs. At least Lex and Cassia were there. Comforting, that was. They also seemed to have a plan in motion and so Ella merely stood off to the side, eyes on the Hufflepuff. "You scared us, kiddo. We heard you from a mile away." Green eyes then landed on her fellow student leaders. "Can we do anything to help?"

~ Mrs. Steve Harrington ~ It be like that sometimes.

The pain was knocking Adi out again. He was very much aware he was still leaning heavily against Alexa though his other arm was still around Cassia. And he was still able to hear what she was saying. Uncoordinated, huh? Maybe she should try twisted her old, brittle bone on some rocks and then taking a nasty fall. But right now he didn't have the strength to utter a retort.

Yeah. Groundskeeper was good. The big man will know what to do. Adi didn't think he'd survive the trip all the way to the Castle. He didn't even mind them saying he was dying. Anything to fix him. Who was going to get the giant, anyway? Was it Sophie? He wanted her to stay with him... But it wasn't her voice that replied. It was that unfamiliar girl's.

He was almost out again but Adi also heard that Benny agreed to find Guster. Goody. His friend would find the toad. The two were familiar with each other so hopefully Gus was found. And was that Head girl Ella? Nice, kindly Ella...

Annnnnd Adi was out cold again.

Mom says I have no sense of direction, so I packed my bags and right.

He was out of breath...Orsino Willis Kirby was ACTUALLY out of breath. He looked around the Whole of the Lake to try and rake in where the situation was. He spotted a few students grouped around each other with two Girls supporting a Younger Boy. So the Groundskeeper hobbled his way over and peered down at the Dead Kid in question. He was breathing..."He's NOT Dead.". He turned and looked back at the Slytherin Girl who forced him out of his Hut for this with a stern, and grumpy look. "What seems to be the Problem here? Does this kid need the Healer?" he scratched at his Honeyed covered beard waited for someone to speak up.

That was much better. "Sorry if I was boring you," Lux teased as she knew full well that he sometimes had trouble staying awake. It was part of the whole being an old man thing.

As soon as he was out of her lap, she stretched her legs. The thought of walking to the kitchens and getting food was rather appealing to her. "Okay, sure. Can I get a ride there, horsey?" Probably not, but a girl could dream.

She really wanted another piggy back ride.

Did he have to walk so fast?

Her old, trembling legs could barely keep up with the Groundskeeper, but she kept going. She did it! She brought help and no one died...right?

"I heard he was," Beverly said, raising her palms. She was innocent. "G-Good thing he isn't, yeah?" She sniffled the last of her tears and glanced at the Slytherin and Gryffindor Prefects. She did a good job, right? She made it on time.

Oh, oh. There he goes again, the Hufflepuff just fainted again. "He fainted," she pointed out, though it was pretty obvious, so no weird looks. She got it.

Was big-man here going to carry him away and be all super hero? Eh, eh?

She really wanted another piggy back ride.

Awww, he didn't think she was serious when she said that, did he? Of course she knew he didn't find her boring. Laughing more as he splashed her, she slowly got to her feet and then stretched. "You're never boring either. And don't forget your shoes." As she spoke, she picked up hers and carefully put them on her feet so that she would not lose her balance and fall into the lake or something. Now that would be an interesting experience.

"It's all good, Bay. We can wait until you feel better." Because she did want more piggy back rides at some point. "And when you use that as a cane, it makes me think of my grandpa." Though she totally could understand why he would use it, since his knee was crazy. Poor Bay.

Cassia hoped fetching the groundskeeper wouldn't take long, if anything the boy wasn't getting any better. But then luckily to get her mind off that, Ella joined them. "Hi, Ella," PHEW! Having the Head Girl around's always good. "I don't think so, we sent the girls to get the groundskeeper," she updated her on the status. So doing anything now wouldn't be necessary unless the girls came back with the news that the Mr.Kirby wasn't available for some reason. Which she hoped wouldn't happen.

At least Adi seemed to be breathing and moving a little bit. That was a good sign. She kept an eye on him while waiting.

And theeeere!

It was VERy easy to spot the man when he approached. Wow, he was larger in person. Cassia tried not to stare. She thought it was about time they got themselves someone who looked invincible as the groundskeeper. Now this man wouldn't go down easily. Not that she'd try anything to test it. She'd just give it to him.

She waited until he did a quick check on Adi, in which he hovered above them blocking the sunlight and Cassia thought that it'd be very unfortunate if he fell on the three on them. Oh, boy.

Snapping out of her thoughts, she decided to better answer his question. "He was searching for his pet, Gus," The name was important, okay?! "Then he fell and now he can't stand up or move his leg," Did that sound like he needed the healer. "I think yes, he does," She added in case he was no Ravenclaw.

At Beverly's words, Cassia blinked down at Adi. "Oops," Stupid reaction. "He was awake." Just putting that out there. But that might be better, he wouldn't be in much pain if he was to be carried or moved.
