The seventh year walked along the corridor of the train and down to the back cars, Adeline loved to sit in the back cars of the train, it was more fun back hear and sometimes a lot more peaceful than the cars up front. Adeline found a free compartment and walked into it, she wondered where Asher or Alec were maybe one of them would sit with her or that new girl that she had met on the platform. Before Adeline put her two trunks up she grabbed a book out of one of her trunks and sat down closest to the window. The Hufflepuff opened the book and started reading it.

Hope moved her way down the train corridor until she had found an open compartment in the back. She left the door open, an invitation for other people to sit with her, at their own risk. She didn't run to the window to wave goodbye to her parents, she had promised to write them so there was no need to drag it out. She took her time sitting down trying to decide which seat gave her the best view of the corridor. She finally chose to sit closest to the door, her back to the end of the train. At least this way she would see a majority of the traffic passing by. She pulled out her fifth crossword book for the month and continued from where she had left off earlier that morning.

Ascanius didn't waste any time once he fumbled up onto the train to beeline to the back cars. S'quietest back there and, y'know, he wanted to avoid as much female attention as he could before he found a place to park his bum. His face just seemed to wrangle them all in. Smirk.

Finding a nice, empty compartment in the back, he crawled in and closed the door tightly behind him.

The sixth year threw his feet up on the opposite seat and got nice and comfortable. He felt a whole bunch of power being on the train and knowing that he was a sixth year, year? He was officially an upperclassman now and, well, that opened a whole door of opportunities for him.

For the first time ever Ascanius was actually excited to get back to school. It just felt different this year for a ton of reasons. Yeah, he was pumped.

So move train.

Asher moved along the corridors, taking it all in. Knowing that it was his first time (in a year or two) and his last time riding the train to Hogwarts. He wanted to make this memorable, this whole year memorable. But somehow along the way, he misplaced lost Adeline.

Him knowing her she was probably sitting in a compartment reading a book already. Or something like that. He was about to go back to the front, since he came from that way, maybe he missed her. Just as he expected, there she was reading a book. The Slytherin smiled, and pulled the door to the compartment opened more and let himself in. "Do you want me to put those up for you?" Pointing and grinning to her trunks.

Caleb hadn't actually stopped to see if Sophie was following him. Whoops. He'd been more focused on finding an empty compartment for them! He'd sit and chat for a while, then go for a walk and find a place to read or something so he could get a head start on classes. If he was going to do Quidditch this year, he had to start his schoolwork NOW in order to get the same kind of grades as he did last year. Right? Probably. He wasn't taking a chance.

He plopped down in an empty car and pulled Beans from his pocket and smiled at the little rat. "Nox isn't going to hurt you. I hope you two become good friends," he said to his pet as he rubbed the top of his head. The rat just stood there and looked around, uninterested in his master as usual.

THIS was why Caleb needed Baldwin. He needed a pet who actually CARED about what he did for a change. Sigh.

Bay Lead the way for his little group. Looking over his shoulder the whole time to get a look at the older girl.

"Ohh.. this compartment is completely empty. I'm sure that five of us will fit, don't ya think?" he asked the whole group while holding open the door for them to hopefully go in.

"Lux you can hold on to him for a bit, i even have some treats in my pocket for him if you'd like to give some to him." he said while watching her hold Ziggy.

"ladies, I'm Bay by the way.." he said when he entered the compartment.

Christmas smiled at Bay and said "Pleasure to meet you Bay, I am Christmas" Christmas looked about the rest of the group

Bri followed the group into the compartment. She couldn't help but smile, glad she got away from the crowded corridor, and hopefully she can make new friends with the four other students her.

She grabbed a seat right next to a window before replying to the boy and the other girl. "Hello Bay and Christmas, and... everybody." She said softly, as she blushed not knowing everyone else's name. "My name is Bri."

Tessa kept her eyes moving over the compartments they passed, just in case they needed to back track. Honestly, she didn't want to spend any more time in the corridor than needed.

"Awesome," she muttered, bringing up the rear of their little group. "Good find, this is perfect," she told him with a smile, before sitting down with a sigh. "I'm Tessa," she announced to everyone. "Newly transferred," she added with a grin.

"Nice to meet you Bay," she said, nodding at him. A few purple and red strands of her hair got loose and she brushed them back. "Goodness, that corridor is crazy," she said, shaking her head. "Sorry if I bumped into you earlier," she said to him.

Okay, this Tessa girl seemed really nice and that was a good thing. "Nice to meet you, and thanks." She smiled back at her before following Bay into the new compartment. It was definitely spacious enough for all of them, and that was a good thing since she did not really want anyone to bump into her again.

Happily, she took a seat. "I would love to give him some treats." And she would make sure not to give him too much so that he wouldn't get sick from it. She did not want to make Bay angry with her.

"Hello, Christmas! That is an interesting name. I am Lux."

Turning her eyes to the girl who seemed younger, she added. "Nice to meet you!"

It was winter in the blonde’s heart today. The world, all of it seemed to be colder and less inviting but still her smile was plastered on her face like a pair of licorice lips. But there was something very wrong in the life though; there was the man-shaped-iceberg that had chipped a piece away from her heart. But she couldn’t blame him for being wary of her, after all it was her fault wasn’t it? After all it was a terrible love and right now, it felt like she was walking with spiders. For all she knew this might be the last time that she would take the train to Hogwarts, that is, if things didn’t get any better.

The nearly seventeen year old had tugged her trunk into the luggage compartment and was now searching for a place to sit. And well, she needed to give a shirt back to someone – and fast. It was burning a hole in her bag, well it wasn’t because if it was that would be bad.


Remember to smile, act like nothing is wrong she reminded herself as she found an empty compartment and quickly pulled herself inside. Luna, the little adopted cat was walking by her feet and sniffing in the air for anything to eat.

“I’ll give you some food Lu,” she told the cat who only mewed at her in response.


She knew it was there. The squeaking fluff-food. All she wanted was to play with the bright fluff. It looked like it knew how to find food.

It looked like it was food.

"FEEED MEEEEE the FLUFFY THINGS!" she mewed at the two-legged-tall-thing, her cat-voice straining to get the information across. All she wanted was to eat them.

"Hey Christmas," Tessa said with a nod of greeting to the girl.

"Pleasure to meet you Bri, I'm Tessa," she said, giving the girl a wave and a grin. She propped her feet up on a piece of luggage with a sigh. "That was an insane experience, I'm glad we've found this place," she said, shaking her head.

Tessa shot another smile to Lux as they stepped into the compartment. "Phew," she said, shaking her head. "Id that something you guys go through every year?" she asked, looking around at the group. It didn't seem worth it- if she came back next year, maybe she would ride on the roof of the train.

Bri smiled at the older girl, Tessa. "Hello Tessa! Nice to meet you as well." Bri said "That was pretty crazy! It doesn't help that I am never great with huge crowds." Bri bit her lip, she hoped that doesn't cause a problem when she arrived at Hogwarts

Bay couldn't help but grin, "pleasure is all mine" he thought. "Nice to meet you too Christmas, such a beau--nice name" another blush.

The girl that he yelled at in the corridor said her name was Bri. "Very nice to meet you" he said while taking a seat next to her.

"Hey Tessa." oh she was newly transferred. "oh this is my first term as well.. home schooled" he said while laughing.. "its kind of a transfer right ahaha"

"oh and don't worry about it, it was so crazy out there I'm happy to be out of the way."

Bay took the bag of treats out of his pocket and handed it to Lux. "Here ya go.. just not to much.. its not fun cleaning up fur balls in my hoodie" he was laughing, but it wasn't fun at all.

Bri grew more relaxed as she settled in. "It is all your first time going to Hogwarts as well?" She asked " Are you all excited about it?"

Okay, so NOW Sophie needed Caleb. She had been in an all out eye-rolling mood toward him until that older girl just HAD to go and put her in a bad mood. Now Sophie had to find her brother and hope he didn't remember all those eye rolls from earlier. The last thing she needed was to be turned on by her loyal dog of a brother.

Finding him, she pushed open the compartment door and plopped on the seat next to him. "Caleb," she half-whispered, "that older girl is a BEAST." She paused then added, "But don't let her know WE think so." Yes, she had lumped her brother into those supposedly mutual feelings. "I asked her to sit with us, and she flat out told me NO."

"I don't think I like her, so now you have to not think you like her either," she declared. If she had to, Sophie would lie and say the girl called Caleb a BIRD BRAIN right after he left. Nox slid into the compartment as well, and the door shut behind him.

Alex was in a daze. She couldn't help thinking that this would be the last time she would take this train ride to school. She had mixed emotions as she made her way to the back of the train. She was finally a seventh year! It seemed like just yesterday that she had made her first journey to Hogwarts. She was determined to enjoy every moment of her final year.

Alex peeked into compartments trying to find a seat before things got crazy. She saw a girl who appeared to be about her age inside one compartment. Opening the door gently, she poked her head inside and said,"Hi, mind if I sit with you?"

Tessa shook her head. "I can deal with huge crowds, but that was a huge crowd in a confined place... I prefer the open sky," she sighed, glancing out the window. On a broom, flying over the crazy crowds...

Seeing the younger girl's look, she offered a reassuring smile. "I'm sure it will improve when we get to Hogwarts. Most schools start off this way, but the school itself has plenty of room," she explained.

Tessa nodded again in greeting. "Really? Another transferee?" she was going to ask him what school he had been to- but he answered it already. "Really? How was that?" she asked. "I've been to seven different schools... at least I think it's seven, I've lost count," she explained with a shrug.

Adeline turned one of the pages in her muggle book, the book was alright but her mind was on other things, some more important than others but she just had to push it out of her mind, it would just be better if Asher were here because maybe he feels the same way about certain things. Adeline buried her head back into her book just as she was really starting to get into the book she heard someone come into the compartment.

Adeline threw her book to the floor, got up and pretty much tackle hugged her amazing boyfriend. She pulled away from the hug and gave him quick kiss then went back to hugging him. Adeline looked up at him. "I do need some help with those, thanks." She smiled up at him.

Bri felt better after hearing what Tessa said. Bri noticed that Tessa started to get a far away look when she mention open skys, as she looked out the window.
"Does that mean you play Quidditch?" Bri asked, she didn't know too much about the sport, but she was eager to find out. " I am a muggleborn. So I know very little bit about it. I would like to learn all about. It seems real fun!"

Oh, so it looked like Tessa was a new student like she and Bay were!! "I don't know, because I am new myself, but I am scared to go back into the corridor." While in no means a coward, Lux did not want to be flattened by an older student especially if it was a girl. She was not as fond of girls as she was boys as a rule, but this Tessa girl seemed nice enough.

Laughing, Lux took the bag of treats from Bay and started feeding the Puff. "Does he have them a lot?" Glancing at the creature warily, she wasn't sure if she wanted to show up at the school covered in fur balls. She might not care about fashion like her sister, but that was still rather gross. :/

Bri was watching the girl play with a fluffy sort of creature, that she assumed Bay owned. " Umm.. Excuse me.. but what is that?" She asked as pointed to the creature.

Bay was happy that everyone was getting along. "Ziggy normally has about 8 treats a day, he hasnt had any all day because I was busy, so you can give him About four and he should be alright"

Ohh she was a muggle born, of course she wouldnt know what a Pygmy Puff was. "thats my pet Pygmy Puff, his name is Ziggy you can hold him after Lux is done stuffing his face" he said while laughing.

Oh flying thats something he loves talking about "oh i love flying i cant wait to try out for quidditch! Are you going to try out as well Tessa?"

Genie stepped on the train and began walking the cars. Her mood was already ruined, stupid kids. She'd get her own kneazle one day... and maybe she could dissect it's brain and place it in that little Sophie's head maybe give her some brains...

She found an empty compartment and went inside. She took the window seat and sat down. This had better be good.
