"Three days? You're not getting rid of me that easily, Els," Charlie said, with her first proper grin in what seemed like... forever. Definitely in the day, though. She meant it, too - she was seeing her best friend everyday. OR every two days. Only in the most drastic circumstances would she be not seeing her for longer than that.

Drastic as in Drastic. With a capital D.

"I am okay." But she wasn't complaining that Elodie was going to care.

Pooooke. Poooke to Elodie's side. She was too quiet. For too long. "..........." And then it was Charlies turn to be silent, before offering a small smile. "You're not doing any of that, yes? I'll find a way to make it work." Even if it meant a flight to London, or actually staying with Elodie. That would have been so much fun. "Speaking of Tam, I need to owl her at some point."

With that, Charlie stood up, and held her hand out to Elodie. "Walk?"

"Every three days." Even if it was just a glance. She could cope. Actually, maybe she couldn't. She saw most people more frequently than that, and Choo was as important to her as most. "I will kick doors down and punch anyone I need to." Punching was always necessary when it came to friends. And Elodie liked to punch people sometimes. It was fun.

Venting.

"So you keep saying." It didn't mean that she believed her though. She knew things.

Poking wasn't fair. But Elodie wasn't just going to poke her friend back. She didn't have the ability to when she was thinking over absolutely everything she'd just been informed of. "Bliss left me at the end of last term. You can't leave me at the end of this one." And then Coul would leave her at the end of the term after and then she would leave. And Elodie was damn well fed up of being left. Left behind. Left forever. Just left. People needed to right for the rest of their lives. "You should owl her. She probably thinks you don't want to do it anymore." Not that Elodie was certain that 'it' meant anything special.

They were walking? Sure. Elodie folded the top of the sweetie bag down, took her friends hand and pulled herself up before linking arms with her and making off down the corridor.
