Post 2 Asher followed along with what the older Hufflepuffs were doing. He held out his wand and started commanding "Intaglio Algiz Algiz Algiz....Intaglio Algiz Algiz Algiz!" It was all quite fascinating to him. He was so ready to see them fight, and wanted to make sure the Hufflepuff Suit of Armour would win. "Intaglio Algiz Algiz Algiz....Intaglio Algiz Algiz Algiz!" He looked towards Minerva, Alec, and Ella. "Is this right?" He really hoped he was doing it correctly and not messing anything up. Noticing that Kace and Adi were also doing the same as he, Asher decided to continue doing the spell until an older student told him to stop. "Intaglio Algiz Algiz Algiz....Intaglio Algiz Algiz Algiz!" |
*CLANK* The first suit to move was the Huffelpuff's, it bent at the knees and took the spear off the floor. All runes were glowing and protection was never better! The closest suit to it was the Gryffindor's, and so it pushed the Hufflepuff kids behind and charged at the Gryffindor's suit with the glowing runes in the front! CLANKCLANKCLANKCLANK As if on cue, the Ravenclaw's suit of armour perked up and turned with loud clanking towards the other two suits and started towards them as well, knocking all the Ravenclaw kids to the ground. The Slytherin's suit remained frozen in its place, enjoying the Algiz energy flowing through the armour and glowing off its surface. |
Post 4- *attacks Puffer armour* Lex had only just gotten done carving another set of runes into their armour when out of NO WHERE yellow mascot dude pushes forward shoving their suit of armour. Could you get anymore rude--....wait.... THIS WAS THE BATTLE!!! They could start throwing hexes and such!! Eeeep!!! The rush of adrenaline was unbelievable. They were legit doing this now. Kinda ironic that the puffers would be the first to attack. Without hesitating she raised her wand to the hufflepuff defender. "Bombarda!" One of her favourite ones but she never thought she'd get to use it in class. How well it would work she had no idea. It all depended on what it was truly made of right? In any case she was prepared to send any number more at it. Back off the Gryffindor armour, yo! |
Post 3 That was a good question, actually. Ella smiled at the little first year, Fern, and tapped her chin thoughtfully. "What about...Guy. It's simple and I'm pretty sure it has to do with warriors or something." Maybe. She was about to answer Asher too when their suit of armor started to move. EEP! LOOKATHIMGO! Did anyone else see this? He was moving first and he had a spear and O____O Then they were being shoved and the thing was CHARGING which was sort of frightening, actually. This meant...this meant it was time to shoot spells at the other suits of armor, yes? YES. "Come on, Badgers! Help him out!" KDHKLDKHLKD! "Colloshoo!" That was for the Ravenclaw suit of armor. Stay away from us! |
Post 4 Tag was working through the Gryffindor suit until HEY! Hufflepuffs are actually mean. Or was that just the suit of armour? Either way it was charging the Gryffindor suit. That wasn't very nice, wasn't it? So, slightly startled Tag raised his wand, just now in a more defensive manner and stumbled backwards, Lex was already throwing hexes. Good for her. Checking up the blackboard and glanced around the hexes. Well, Lex was already using bombarda, so Tag decided to advance with her and said, "Lacarnum Inflamarae!" That might weaken the Hufflepuff suits protection. |
Post 3 The battle was starting! Adi watched in utter astonishment as the Badger suit rushed after the Lion's suit. That meant they could enter the battle tooooooo! Awesomeeeeeee! It seemed as if the candy girl had realised the same for she raised her wand and aimed a spell at the Badger armor. Adi quickly did the same- raised his wand but aimed for the Lion's. "Flipendo!'' He spared a quick glance at his House mates. No doubt they'd be joining in just a few seconds! Let's go, Badgers! |
Post 2 Kace was in awe looking at the suits of armor fighting each other. He never seen it before. It was quite cool to be honest. He loved seeing objects like this fight. Then he heard Ella saying they needed to help the suit of armor. Kace snapped out of it. "Oh right!" he said getting his wand at the ready. Now what spell could he use....Ella used Colloshoo. He never heard of that one. "Uhh....Stupefy!" he said pointing to the Ravenclaw suit of armor. Oh wait...that one wouldn't work in this situation. It had metal after all. New plan! "Petrificus Totalus!" he said hoping the armor would freeze into place? |
2 "Guy. Guy sounds good. It looks like a guy." Fern said, smiling back and nodding at Ella when she answered her question. She was just about to start another rune, when all of the sudden she was being pushed by the suit of armor. "Hey! Not cool, Guy!" Fern shouted angrily, but then as she realized where it was headed, she started to pump her fist and yell words of encouragement, "Yeah! Get 'em! Go Guy, GO!" Guy was obviously the best out of all of the suits of armor, which made sense because he was a Hufflepuff. But other students were attacking him, and he was going to need their help! Only... Fern didn't know any of those spells. Watching her housemates, she decided to try the same one that Adi used. "Flipendo!" she cried, targeting the Gryffindor armor and hoping the spell worked. She had tried to copy the same movements as her fellow Hufflepuff. |
Post 3 Asher stood back and watched, wide eyed. The Hufflepuff suit took of for the Gryffindor suit and it was on! "Flipendo" he shouted, hoping to help in some way. He listened as a few other students were calling out spells. "Lacarnum Inflamarae!" He wasn't sure what that one was, but he heard a Gryffindor use it, so he figured it couldn't hurt. Asher looked around for instruction "What do I do? what do I say?" |
The Hufflepuff and Gryffindor's suits were face to face waving spear sticks at each other (it wasn't as overwhelming as it would've been with the spear head but that was the way honorable suits fought). Quote:

The Slytherin suit was still standing still, enjoying being carved. Lettin' the old suits fight it off before it could... finish 'em all. |
Post 3 Adrienne flailed a bit as she was knocked to the ground by her House's own suit of armour while trying to add protection spells to it, and around her some of her classmates were also struggling to get back up. She nursed a tiny scrape on her elbow, not even really visible, for a moment, before getting back to her feet and taking a look at the action. Most of it was really confusing and she had no idea what was happening, but the Slytherin suit seemed like a pretty easy target, since it was standing completely still. Adrienne glanced at the board and then pulled out her wand, pointing it at the Slytherin suit of armour. "Bombarda!" |
Post 4 Asher and Ravenclaw armor This...was insane! Ella found that she was squeaking and wincing and generally moving around a lot as she watched the suits fight each other. It was pretty exciting stuff, yeah? Totally barbaric, sure, but exciting! And then there was an Asher and the blonde hurried over to where he was standing, noting the Ravenclaw suit of armor that was advancing. "Just concentrate on the spell you're using and aim, okay?" And then she eyed the advancing armor and pointed her wand. "Duro!" EEP. "Now you try. Maybe on the Gryffindor one?" |
Post #3 So you know what was bad? Sitting there WATCHING while all the older kids got to actually do the first activity. You know what's now even worse? Being able to DO SOMETHING, and the all the while, the Slytherin suit of armor was at a standtill. BAHHHH. Sophie couldn't do much else at this point, so what she did do was draw her wand, hold it at the ready, and stand in front of the Slytherin suit of armor. Well, not too close, because when it did start moving, she didn't want to get trampled. But in the meantime, she was officially ON GUARD. |

The Gryffindor suit of armour simply followed the Hufflepuff's steps as it was already trying to attack it before it moved. |

The statue was advancing towards him. His feet felt like they were stone. He couldn't even move his feet to run away. He might as well face this thing head on. He had to think of a spell quick! Uh...uh...which spell would work. Bombarda tickled the thing. Umm Colloshoo didn't work. He was gonna try one more thing... He raised his wand and said "Expulso!" to the thing. He hoped it worked. He would be scared if it didn't. |

OH MY MERLIN! Sophie felt herself being raised off the ground with a kind of force no human was capable of. She blinked, and the next thing she knew, she was riding on the SHOULDER of the suit of armor. Again... O_O The suit attacked some Ravenclaw then, and suddenly, Sophie felt like she was the Queen of the World. She was...POWERFUL. She liked this. Yes, yes, this would work. She patted the suit on the back. "Good job, dude," she said. ...but wait--what if somebody suddenly banished the suit or turned it into bubbles or...whatever. "Uhhh..." |
Post 4 Seeing that most of the Puffers were after the Ravenclaw suit, Adi kept his focus on the Lion suit. It was all sort of confusing with all the spells flying everywhere and damage to the suits happening at the same time too. But Adi was determined to keep his focus. Seeing that Flipendo was the only spell of the list he was totally familiar with, he kept on using it. "Flipendo!'' that was aimed towards the Gryffindor suit. |
Post 3 Gryffindor Armor and Fern Minerva watched wide eyed as the Armor started for each other. Well their armor looked to be doing good, but it kept getting way to close for comfort. When she saw the puff and Gryffindor Armor coming close to Fern she stepped in front of the first year. Oh no you don't." No younger student was going to get accidentally hurt on her watch. No way.. She looked at Fer and smiled, "Want to help me. Let's send this Armor away." She lifted her wand and commanded, "Alarte Ascendare" Take that Gryffindor Armor and stay away from her little badgers |
Post 5! YES! Bow down to the great Lion leprechaun Gryffindor you Hufflepuff Armour. Tag was doing brilliantly! Seeing that Hufflepuff Armour kneeling on one knee the boy couldn't contain his excitement and sort of jumped in place while fist pumping the air. The boy was excited, ok! He was doing well today. An he was already weakening that armour's defenses. Then the Gryffindor suit of armour came back around and raised its spear near the Hufflepuff's armour's head but it looked to have hesitated. Glancing quickly up at the board Tag found a hex that seemed like would work perfectly in this situation. Flipendo. If Tag used it perhaps the force of the Gryffindor possibly hitting its enemy's head, and the spell all coming together at once, the Hufflepuff armour could lose all its protection. "Flipendo!" Tag yelped at the Hufflepuff suit of armour. Would it work? |
3 Fern couldn't quite tell if her spell had worked or not, but she was guessing it hadn't because after she cast it the Gryffindor one turned on Guy! Who was just trying to get up from his knees! And then, and then the Ravenclaw armor was coming at Kace! And Fern didn't know what to do because obviously she was worthless at Flipendo, but luckily Ella cast a spell, but then that didn't really work either, and THE RAVENCLAW ARMOR WAS SWINGING IT'S SPEAR AT KACE AND ELLA, AND THEY WERE GOING TO DIE!!!! Fern let out a terrified shriek at the same time Guy came to the rescue, saving her fellow Hufflepuffs. But the Gryffindor one was still coming, and Fern was starting to feel a little claustrophobic with them all in the Hufflepuff area, and she didn't know what to do! "MINNIE HELP!!!" She cried, and cast "Aqua Eructo" at the Gryffindor armor, making a little squiggle motion with her wand and hoping for the best. Like a miracle, Minnie soon appeared and took action. "No!" Fern answered to her question, forgetting to act like she was mature and had it all together, and wiped the sweat from her forehead. Then, nodding at Minnie's suggestion, she looked for the other's responses. Fern needed a plan. She was totally lost here. |
Post #2 Wow! The man wasn't dissing when he said they were gonna fight. Look at this! Destruction! Armors falling down, being knocked off and whatnot. As long as it was restricted to the suits of armors, Cassia approved. She remained by the Slytherin's one as she watched the other houses' fighting among themselves. Cool, huh? Since she and a couple of others craved the rune on the armor, she thought that it was enough and it was time to attack! BE WARE! Somerlad was joining the battle. Stepping away from her housemates who were standing by their armor, the fifth year raised her wand as a serious expression surfaced on her face. No time for fun, only fighting viciously. Wait did that armor get hit in the bum! HAHAHAHA! Okay, she totally chuckled at that. Okay, now she totally was switching to warrior mode... if she succeeded. Was the Ravenclaw armor advancing towards Kace! D: NO he did not! The blond pointed her wand at it but then saw that Ella took care of that. Good. Oh, and the armors collided now... heh. Fun to see except for the Slytherin armor which now moved and was carrying the firstie. hehe. She stepped closer to the two collided armors, the Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw, pointed her wand and shouted. "Depulso!" That gotta hit on of them. |
Post 5 The suits were all getting busy, dropping here, clanking together there. Lex was trying to keep up. From what she was seeing their suit wasn't doing half bad. Even if he'd gone and lost the top of his spear. Eh, it was only getting in the way anyway. Her eyes scanned the area, the Gryffindor suit looked like he had things under control with the puffer one so she aimed at the slytherin suit that was about to attack that other kid. Oh deeear.... Quite the dilemma. It'd have been interesting to watch...but at the same time, she WANTED to attack it. Surely some other suit would attack the girl before the class was over, yeah? Mmk, she'd attack then. "Alarte Ascendare!" Probably a bad idea considering the firstie on his shoulder...details details, she wanted to see something break! |
Post 3 Things were going so fast for Wade. As their suit of armour was doing its best against mainly Gryffindor and Ravenclaw. Most of his house mates were indeed handling Ravenclaw's. Seeing where everyone aimed, got him rushing to help out. "Nice one, guys." Still though, everyone seemed to get a handle on Ravenclaw and Gryffindor but.. Slytherin. Hmm.. His eyes scanned looking for it until he finally found it. It seemed stationary, but maybe it was better to keep it that way. Moving his wand in the unfinished muggle paper clip shape, "Colloshoo!" Working to make it stick.. Literally. |

She peeked out from behind the Gryffindor (thank goodness she was tall) and chose another spell off the board, somehow managing to forget that there was, in fact, a first year on its shoulder that might be injured. "Diminuendo!" |
Post 1 Was it too late to sneak up on his suit of armor and add some Algiz protection? Mo rather thought he'd rather do that than attack the other houses. A good defense was always the best offense, and Mo wanted their suit to look spitting new when the dust settled. "If we can get close enough, can we add more Algiz, sir?" Mo asked, dodging sideways to keep an eye on his suit of armor. In the meantime, he could keep one of those suits of armor from hurting his suit anymore than it was already hurt. He pointed his wand at the Gryffindor suit, shouting, "Incarcerous!." Rope shot from the tip of his wand toward the lion's knight. |
