OOC: If your character is ill or injured, please post in the check in area first.

ATTENTION!

Due to unforeseen circumstances Healer Tillstorm will only be on duty part time for the duration of the term. This means she will not be here every day to look after your little bumps, bruises, headaches, etc. If you have medical issues that need to be taken care of when she is not available you will have to go see your Head of House or the Headmistress.

If you're unlucky enough to catch the healer on duty, you'll need to sign in then have a seat and wait your turn. There is only one part time Healer, but no need to worry your pretty little head, everyone will receive the proper amount of attention. Even if they have to get that attention from their Head of House or the Headmistress.

As if it isn't bad enough having only a part time healer, you will have to stand or sit on the floor to wait your turn thanks to those nasty little repossession goblins taking ALL the furniture from the waiting room.

OOC: Please keep in mind that there may be many people in the hospital wing at the same time. Inevitably, time lines overlap, and I will try my best to get to you as soon as I possibly can. Also, Let's keep the chatting to a minimum.

Grumbling and scratching his arms furiously, Airey made his way to the hospital wing and signed in. Was Cece even in today? Crossing his fingers, toes, and eyes, he flopped down in one seats and squirmed uncomfortably.

Please be in Cece pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaase be in....

Cece had been sitting in her office all day long wondering why she was even there today. Not one student had needed her for anything since she arrived at the school before the sun even came up. Maybe the headmistress had been onto something by making her only part time. Apparently not having a healer there every day meant the students just figured they didn't need her help for anything anymore.

If things kept up like this she just might be out of a job all together come next term.

Or not.

Hearing a bell ring that notified her when someone was checking in she made her way out to the waiting room expecting to find a Hufflepuff student. Much to her surprise though the only person she found was Professor Flamsteed.

"Hello professor. To what do I owe the pleasure of this visit?"

He wasn't sick was he? She didn't even think to check the sign in log once she seen it was a professor sitting there.

Airey continued to grumble and itch his arms and neck and shoulder and pretty much anywhere that he could reach. A look of relief - probably an unfamiliar to Cece considering her typical crowd -spread across his face as the Healer entered and he slowly stood up.

"Um....I can't stop itching you see..." he said slowly. "My skin is really agitated and, um, red..."

Okay, so this wasn't a social visit. The professor had come to see her because there was something wrong with him. "I see. You best come back to the healing area so I can take a proper look at you to figure out what's going on here." Maybe the man was allergic to whatever cheap new detergent was being used for laundry these days.

Astro Homework 3

Seriously, West was getting pretty good at charms lately, he felt. Like certain things were just falling into place and all that. All that practice with Dylan and Sierra and other older students the past few years was starting to really help him out.

Not that this spell was a hard one. THAT wasn't actually the hard part at ALL. The hard part was lugging the thing around and not tripping over and DYING or something. He headed to the waiting room in the Hospital wing next for two reasons: 1, he knew it wasn't going to be TOO dirty given him and Dylan had spent a whole while scrubbing it at the end of term, and 2, because he knew that Tillstorm was only working part time and probably needed that extra help. He figured he'd do it and not tell her. She could just show up to a clean and dust free waiting room , and probably assume it was a house elf.

He appeared with the power cable wrapped around one leg and thrown over his shoulder, which was necessary to keep it out of the way. West started by the door, where people tracked in dust and stuff right? He tapped his vac tube. "Vacavus!" The old shoddy hoover wheezed alive again, lurching comically as West started moving it around, focusing on corners and trouble spots and letting his mind mentally picture an actual black hole sucking up stars (dust) and other space junk (more dust) if they got too it.

"Vacavus!" Seriously. Again. Having to keep doing it was annoying. If only it lasted as long as a black hole did.... or not really, but relative and stuff. He tapped the tube and busied himself, working methodically around the waiting room, under the seating, in the corners, near the doors... essentially everywhere the vacuum nozzle could reach.

He didn't stop until it was empty space. No more dust stars in here.
Resorting to dragging the vacuum again, and thankful it was on wheels, West lugged it out of the waiting room.

Sturnik 05-28-2013 01:23 AM

Sturnik made his way to the Hospital Wing following the human child's directions. He briefly looked down at his list. Waiting room... waiting room.

Ah, yes. Here it was. 'Take the waiting room tables and chairs.'

He shook his bag open. In a manner similar to a butterfly net, the goblin swung his bag over a chair and soon it was engulfed. Then, in a blink of an eye, the chair was gone and the bag was back to it's normal size.

That's one chair repossessed.

He continued down the row of chairs making them disappear with a swing of his bag. Soon the tables were gone too. He continued in such a fashion into the entire room was empty of furniture. He then headed into the next room on his list.

Here too?

Sophia turned up her nose at the empty waiting area. Honestly how much more of this were they going to take? What the heck did they just elect board of governors for if they weren't going to help them out of situations like this?

She was thrilled! that she used her own money to renovate her classroom otherwise those goblins would be in a world of hurt...kind of like her arm right now...which was why she was here.

That rabid child Alice Fischer needed a muzzle. She would seriously be talking to the headmistress about her. Who in Merlin's Beard went around biting people?

One thing was for sure Sophia Bellaire was not leaving this bite up to chance, who knew what kind of diseases the child had? She had to have it looked at.. She marched through the waiting area and straight to the healer...holding the hand that was bitten.

The1HBIC 05-30-2013 01:05 PM

Fuming mad that her office had just been robbed right under her nose, Healer Tillstorm barged into the waiting room of the infirmary only to be stopped by...

EMPTYNESS!

Spotting Professor Bellaire standing there, Cece started to shout. "WHAT THE HELL! WHERE IS HE? WHERE IS THAT FILTHY CREATURE?" It didn't even cross her mind that Sophia was there for medical attention. No, all she was focused on was all of her missing stuff.

First her office, now the waiting room. What was next, the beds?

THE BEDS!

Not bothering to wait for Sophia to answer her, she ran off to the healing area to make sure nothing was missing from there.

DaniDiNardo 07-05-2013 06:33 PM

It looked really different in here. The last time she found herself in this particular room she regretted it afterwards. It all had to do with a certain Healer trying to prove that the Gryffindor wasn't as brave as she was pretending to be by nearly breaking her hurt wrist. Yeah. She remembered but this couldn't be helped.

The feeling in her ears was becoming increasingly uncomfortably. Any noise beyond a certain volume had her wincing.

How was she supposed to know this would happen? Did no one think telling students they should wear protective gear when exploding things was important?? It could save her the aching ears right now. Alexa sunk to the floor slowly and waited to be seen by the Healer. Thankfully it wasn't so busy in here today because the noise would have killed her.

Really, it might just have.

After this visit she would probably sleep. She was meant to be in her Common Room anyway...unless Mr. Firth's punishment had expired? She'd think about that after the Healer got rid of the painful ringing.

Owwwww...

Going to Bed 1

This was really getting ridiculous. Anastasia really needed to do something about getting some furniture back in the hospital waiting room. How could the woman think is was alright for sick or injured students to have to sit on the floor when they needed medical attention?

Seeing Alexa on the floor leaning against the wall Cece shook her head.

Unacceptable. Making students sit on the floor.

Well at least there were still two healing areas left. "Alexa," Healer Tillstorm called over to the girl after looking at the sign in log. "Please follow me."

HOWLER! 07-27-2013 03:54 AM

Come out, come out wherever you are.

These creepy dementors took the hospital wing by storm, starving for people's happiness, needing to suck a few souls for good measure.

... Wait...

No one was here?

*sad face*

Time for the demontors to leave and out they went.
