 In the midst of the Study Tables near the entrance of the Ravenclaw Common Room, is a board that has been charmed to be updated with news from around Hogwarts. The board is a little bit dusty and temperamental since it's not been cleaned over the break, so the announcements may take a few extra seconds to appear this term. ATTENTION EAGLES!
To promote House unity, school spirit, and personal hygienic awareness, this year each House will be taking turns each week to help out with laundry duties. You and the Slytherins will be allowed to use the laundry room (located just off the kitchen) on Tuesdays and Fridays this month. Badgers and Lions will be using the room on Mondays and Thursdays.
Your Head of House, Professor Cerulean, and Professor Elwood will be available on those days to assist with the hand-washing process and to answer any questions you may have. Remember to wear something old that you won't mind getting wet while you do your washing!
OOC note: Ravenclaws and Slytherins will be given their shot at the laundry room May 18-21. Go get it!

"Enjoy a bowl of Hogwarts Ice Cream with our flavor enhancing syrups in the great hall." She said and charmed the ladles to ladle out the syrups on their own. ooc: Everyone eating the syrups: This is the antidote to the GleeIceCream. Even if you weren't under the effects of the ice cream, this syrup will not hurt you and is safe to eat. However it has a smaaaaall side effect... a feeling of loss and sadness, like something's missing from life now that you aren't elated all the time.
