"Oh you don't need an OWL I will send Liesel when I have a letter and she can just send one back." Would Liesel go that far.. Yeah she should be able to by summer. Minerva was just a bit over protective of her little owl. Oh Video call..[b] "I do have a computer, but it's in the States at my grandparents... Ethan doesn't have any at his place, but don't you worry we will figure out something.. Promise! He didn't know Ethan.. They were like together most of the time, she thought everyone knew him by now. Minerva laughed, "Oh Ethan is my boyfriend. He is the Ravenclaw Prefect." she said that so proud.. She had been so proud of him still that he had gotten that leadership role. He so deserved it. "He lives in Germany.. I spend summers there at his parents house." She would have to introduce them. She laughed more at Forrest... "I came from the muggle world and I think I do pretty good with my wand and my broom. You can do just the same Forrest, believe in yourself. You are a wizard... Let the shock go and be the great puff I know you can be." She encouraged the first year. "You can make the team if you wanted.. Plus if Ella said about helping and I can help, I know you could." Oh more ice cream, Min got to her feet.. "Sure let's go to the kitchen." She pointed her finger and screamed, "TO THE KITCHEN" as she marched dramatically towards the castle. |

"We met in DA before school and he said the sorting was actually a 3-hour-long test to see whether we are authentic wizards or impostors." No hard feelings. Kinda. So he had thought. See, in muggle world, they would all have smart phones to take pictures but here, such minutes were always missed. He nodded to show he understood. Maybe she would dress them one day again? Then Forrest would see. Hehe. So Forrest just assumed Liesel was her owl. He nodded and smiled at her. "Thanks a ton!" "Oh yeah, I've seen him around!" He hoped he managed not to make a face at the word 'boyfriend'. He thought girls were dangerous when they wanted to get all kissy-kissy. He would never have a girlfriend, but he didn't reveal that to Minerva. She might be offended since she was dating someone. So Ethan lived in Germany for some reason. Forrest shrugged. And he lived in Saudi Arabia. Parents rarely thought of their children when moving countries. "So you are serious with this relationship," he pointed out flatly, because why else would she move in with him in the summers? Was he supposed to say Congratulations, or something else? Hmm... would it look rude if he stayed silent? Luckily, she promised to work something out to talk to him, and he was distracted again. "Thank you a lot! But no worries really. I'll just write you from DA when I come." He grinned, feeling special again because she wanted to speak to him. People here were so kind! Yeah sure it was easy in theory, but he just couldn't see a spark in himself. He had always been like this though, so honestly it didn't matter. He didn't want to argue with her though, so he said "Thank you again," and avoided her eyes wisely. His eyes always gave him away, so no looking till he forgot about it. And he got up, giggling at her drama. "AND MARCH!" He giggled again as he followed her inside. |
DADA Post # 3 Okay, another free time. Because everyone deserved free time especially when studies become really annoying and cramped together. Kat was a slacker... but she always wanted them finished anyway. So Kat decided to do the rest of her activities out in the grounds... at the Duck pond apparently. Because it felt like a random decision and, really there wasn't anything wrong with that place. Except that it reminded her of good ol' Daichi. Don't mind her... because she was just going to jog around the pond like a normal person. But that wasn't normal. THAT WAS WEIRD. Anyway, Kat did that. She jogged around the duck pond for another 30 minutes because she needed to get this all over with, since the deadline was looming so close. Jog jog jog jog. Look a duck. Jog jog jog jog. She wasn't even tired. Dylan had made sure none of his team members got easily tired. They played Quidditch for lots of reasons... one of them because of their resistance. So yeah. 30 minutes done. Jogging. Check. Yeah. Whatever. She wanted food. |
Post #14; AR assignment So... the instructions had said something about leaving the stripped Gandr out for a month and smoothing its surface every day, yeah? And this is exactly what he was planning on doing. Having grabbed some sand paper from the Ancient Runes side of the castle, Alec walked down to the Duck Pond slowly. He held the Gandr out and with every couple of steps, turned it over so that every inch of the Gandr could soak up as much of the sunlight as possible. Was it meant to change colour when it soaked up a certain amount of sun? Like... maybe... turn a darker shade of brown...? Yeah... he knew nothing about wood. Reaching the duck pond, Alec sat down on a particularly rickety bench and took out a scrap of the sand paper. He held the paper in his hand and started scrubbing at the surface of the Gandr. Smooth... it was meant to be smooth at the end of this... At least that was easier to tell whether he was doing this right or not. |
