Slowly, Harland shook his head. "No, I have a little sister... She's eleven..." He explained, looking up at the sky. "She's called Kristeen. Another historical name, though I'm not sure how..." He shrugged. He and his sister weren't close at all, really. She was bitter because he had what she wanted most in the world; being able to fit in. "I mean... Me. I'm jumpy, I'm hyperactive, I'm weird... He finds me tedious, I think." He shrugged once more, looking at Harrison. "One of their boats were famous, for sure... Uh..." His Mother had told him this once, he just needed to remember. "Biggest one ever made at that point in time. Really famous." "Well, if you like goats, then I'm happy to be one!" Harland announced, before an evil grin set on his face. "Thou hath evoked the anger of Harland! Feel my wrath!" He teased, before pouncing forward and bringing his hands down, beginning to tickle him mercilessly. "Thou ought hath escaped whilst thou had thy chance, mortal!" He grinned. |
Quote:
“Oh,” he smiled, before watching Harley’s face... He didn’t seem to like or care much about his sister, from the way he was speaking. “Is she coming here?” He asked curiously. He knew people with siblings in older years, and they often seemed much more confident. It would be funny being Harley’s sibling, though. He could only imagine a smaller version of Harley, running around and eating a lot of sweets and chocolate. “But... You’re yourself,” he nodded, “and you’re not tedious. You’re really nice,” he smiled, speaking as though Harley knew so already, and that it wasn’t so much of a compliment as the truth. “What was it?” He asked. He wouldn’t know it by name at all, but he could look it up. It was a more interesting name than his own. And it was one that actually didn’t conform to the usual, boring names of people. He chuckled and nodded, before making a small squeaking sound. Quickly throwing his plaited grass to safety and moving away from the ducks a little more, so as not to scare them, Harrison quivered slightly and curled into a small ball, trying to stop the hysterical laughter which reluctantly rang out of him. |

Harland shook his head. "No," he said, "she isn't. She's a squib." He said bluntly. She hadn't shown any magic and was soon going to turn twelve, being one of the youngest in her year. "That's why we don't get on. She feels left out of our family." He understood why, he really did. He just couldn't imagine what it must be like for her, so he couldn't understand why she was so angry about it. He knew it must be horrid, though, having something so close yet being unable to grab it. "My Pa wouldn't agree with you there, I suppose. But thank you. You're not bad yourself." He grinned, nodding. He was better than 'not bad', actually. Harland closed his eyes once more and thought. He knew it, it was there somewher- "Titanic! It was the Titanic!" He suddenly burst out, before a proud grin spread across his face. Yes, he'd gotten it! The small sound that left Harrison's lips only made him smirk, knowing that he was trying to hold back any giggles or laughter. "Aw, are you ticklish, Harrison?" He teased, moving his hands past the other's arms and beginning to tickle his stomach, moving with him as he shifted away from the pond. |
Quote:
“Oh...” he nodded understandingly. For someone who may have wanted to fit in to society, being a squib couldn’t have been easy... “I suppose she must feel bitter and jealous or something. Is Muggle life any better than wizarding life?” He was curious. “Mm, probably not, from the sound of him,” he shook his head, “but what I said is true,” he smiled, “you are a really nice guy.” “Oh...” Harrison said slowly, thinking hard. “Oh, oh! I’ve heard of it, actually... It didn’t make it, did it?” He asked, “your parents named you after the creators of a ship that sunk. Nice,” he smiled. Maybe Harley thought it was joking, but he liked it. Seemed like a pathetic taboo, and they’d broken it. “No, no, no, no, no!” He groaned quietly, laughing a lot as he squirmed more and rolled around in a tight ball, trying to shield himself from the tickling. Either he had gone too long without tickling, or Harley was a very, very good tickler. |
Quote:
"Little animals annoy me... They usually squeak too much, or they're vicious, like those little dogs, chihuahuas..." Harland nodded. He'd been bitten by one of those before, and that had really hurt. "We don't treat our owl badly," he said, looking at him and smiling, "I promise... I didn't take it to Hogwarts, my folks have him... I just use the owlery if I want to talk to them." He shrugged. "But we don't treat him badly." He promised, before frowning at the thought of a young Harrison out by himself, no friends or anything. "I would have played with you if I'd been there!" Harland nodded and shrugged slightly. "I still wish we had a better relationship. I'm doing my best, but... She's just not making it easy... But it's fine! We'll fix it one day!" He smiled, nodding as he spoke. He was sure that one day they'd be fine again, but until then... "I don't know... There's a lot less to fear in the muggle world, but I can't imagine life without magic..." He really didn't know which one was better. "You're a nice guy, too! Then again, you're a Puff, it's to be expected." He teased. Harland scoffed, shaking his head. "Nope. Maybe they think I'm a a shipwreck waiting to happen, eh?" He laughed, grinning. "See, told you my name was stupid!" He said, not realising that Harrison was just joking about the name. "Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes!" He chimed, kneeling over him and tickling him more, beaming at the laughter coming from the smaller boy. He quite liked this, it made him feel happy to be making someone laugh. Sure, it was tickling, but still! |
Quote:
“They’re small and sweet, though!” He protested, smiling, “and I like chihuahuas!” He smiled back as Harley smiled back at him. “What’s he called?” He asked. He used school owls to send letters, and usually also fed them, but he often admired the pet owls, because some of them truly were beautiful creatures. “I trust you don’t treat your owl badly,” he smiled, “you don’t seem like an idiot who hurts animals, or is cruel to them.” He smiled, “thank you... I was happy, though. That’s what matters!” “I guess the best is all you can do,” he nodded, “you have time...” He listened to Harley, nodding and smiling. He actually made the Muggle world sound kind of insteresting. “Is there less to fear?” He asked, nodding slowly. “I never knew.” He smiled again as Harley complimented him, but laughed. “Why would I stick to the expected traits of my house, anyway?” His tone became more serious. “I hate the sorting here... It’s so biased and even more ordered. You can’t meet different people so easily, if you do actually want to.” “Or maybe they’re expecting you to be grand and fancy,” he pointed out. “It’s not silly, though! I actually like it!” He smiled, nodding. “Nooooo,” he groaned again, laughing harder and his face crumpled up. He didn’t usually let go of control like that, usually being more peaceful, but Harley had managed to unhinge that as he squeaked quietly and stayed curled up. |
Quote:
"When she matures, she'll understand, I hope! I think I annoy her, too, though. Being me can really suck sometimes... I seem to anger everyone." He shrugged, but smiled at him. "Except you. You seem to understand me..." Something that he really liked, actually. Harrison had only just met him and he was finding it easy to open up and tell his whole life story. Not that there was much to talk about in the first place. "Well, there're no Dementors there." He said, before quickly changing to their next topic. "I don't think we conform to our houses..." He said slowly, but kept his voice firm. He was about to say something he thought was pretty clever, and it wouldn't happen again, so Harrison had better listen! "I think our houses conform to us. And you can, we have lessons with other houses. I'm hardly ever in my common room. I have no friends in Gryffindor so far, so..." "Grand and fancy?" Harland snorted, trying not to laugh too loudly. "You do? Well, maybe you're just crazier than I thought!" He teased. Finally, Harland backed away, grinning. "Okay, Harrison. I think I'm done torturing you... For now," he added, winking at the other before settling back into the grass, legs out in front of him as he watched him. |
Quote:
“They might be, but it’s just them playing, or saying hello, if they’re not protecting themselves,” he smiled, watching him grip his hand. “Maybe he likes you!” Perhaps he was a little loud around some animals, but it was Harley, he was kind of an exception. Kind of. “Spyros?” He smiled, “it sounds Greek?” He smiled, thinking about the dog, “he sounds adorable. Do you have any photos?” He wanted to see the him, curious as to what made Harley seem quite so fond of him. “You really don’t seem like the sort. But I wasn’t a sweet kid...” He nodded, “I hope so... You’re not annoying though.” He laughed quietly, but looked slightly sad. “You can’t anger everyone, surely. And you understand me... I really like that, having someone who understands, even though we’re not the same.” He smiled at the guy, feeling warm inside. He had a friend, someone who wasn’t a sheep and didn’t conform to everything, but wasn’t exactly like him there. “I suppose not... I’m sure you can sleep elsewhere if you want to,” he pointed out. He nodded slowly as Harley spoke, smiling again. “That’s true, that’s very true...” He said thoughtfully. He liked this guy. A lot. He laughed out loud. “Perhaps your parents had high expectations for you at birth.” As Harley retreated from the tickling, he exhaled and sighed, uncurling and panting slightly, grabbing the grass plait back. “That was very cruel.” He chuckled. |
Quote:
"Oh, I know I'm not annoying! Well, I'm not annoying to myself... I'm just sometimes annoying to others! Just like they are to me! It's how life works, right? You win some, you lose some!" He chuckled, before smiling down at the grass. He was glad that Harrison thought that. "Thank you... I really enjoy your company, also." He told him, before laughing. "Yeah, if I want to sleep in the treehouse or something." He commented, rolling his eyes. Sad thing was, he probably would do that to escape those things. "Really? Seriously? Do you think it sounded clever?" He asked excitedly, beaming happily as he bounced on the spot gently. Result! Hopefully. "Wow, I must have been a disappointment, then..." He chuckled softly, lying on his back and looking up at the sky, watching the clouds go by. "I'm too awesome to be grand and fancy. Well, I'm grand, height-wise..." He didn't know how tall Harrison was, but he looked shorter than him. "So I'm cruel, but not cruel enough to harm an animal? That's a good thing, then!" He scoffed, rolling over so he was closer to Harrison, still lying on his back. |
Quote:
“They are sweet,” he smiled, knowing Harley wouldn’t change what he thought, but still wanting to stand up for the dog. “Really sweet,” he chuckled, “and much sweeter than I’ll ever be.” He nodded in surprise as Harley con firmed it was Greek; that had been a shot in the dark. He chuckled and moved closer to Harley as he pulled his wallet out. The first photo had one of a small Harley, an even smaller owl sitting on his arm. And he called Harrison adorable. “Aawh,” he smiled, “both of you... That’s sweet.” “Well, you’re not annoying to me,” he smiled, “and I don’t think you are heading in the right direction if you do want to annoy me, because I’m just liking you more and more,” he chuckled softly. “It is nice to have a friend.” He said quietly, hoping Harley wouldn’t mind that he saw him as a friend, “and I’m sure you could come into my dorm,” he offered. The others might mind Harley in there, but he didn’t care. Dementors? He’d want to get away from them as quickly as possible. Harrison watched his friend bounce on the spot and chuckled. “Really, seriously, I did think it sounded clever,” he smiled, “ I think you just... get me.” “Nah, you couldn’t have been a disappointment,” he said quietly, lying back beside Harley and looking for birds in the sky. He liked to see owls flying over the grounds. He chuckled. “How tall are you?” “Yeah, just cruel enough to tickle a Harrison,” he smiled, yawning and breathing deeply as Harley rolled over. He gently took the boy’s hand and gave it a friendly squeeze, smiling at him and resting it in the grass again, playing with it. |
Quote:
"Really?" Hey, he wasn't a disgrace to mankind! He actually knew how to talk to people and actually make them like him! Which was good, because Harrison was cool, and he liked people who saw just how cool he was, too. "Yeah, I'm glad I have a friend, too," he said back, smiling at him kindly to let him know that the feeling was mutual, "I wasn't expecting it, but I'm glad." Then, he shook his head. "Nah, I can't run away from my problems. Besides, they left after they... Y'know..." He trailed off once more, before grinning. "I'm really glad of that, because you're awesome enough that I want to get you!" "Maybe not to you, but my parents are expecting great stuff of me," he shrugged, "especially because they taught me... They'll feel like failures otherwise." He said, before chuckling. "5"10-ish... I dunno, I can't remember the last time I was measured!" "Cruel enough to tickle everyone, I find it funny." Harland laughed, before blinking for a few moments as he felt his hand being fiddled with. Was he meant to say thank you? He had never done so for his mother, but then this wasn't his mother... He'd just stay quiet, it didn't feel bad, quite the contrary actually. Smiling, he closed his eyes. |
Quote:
“I am not a sweet thing!” He groaned and chuckled, shaking his head. “I’m a 16 year old boy, and I am not sweet. But you were,” he chuckled, “still are,” he teased, before shaking his head.He looked over at the photo again, smiling and nodding. “Looks it.”He studied the owl. “He really is sweet. Could you possibly show me him if he comes here with a letter?” He asked quietly. He chuckled and nodded. “Yeah, really.” For someone who seemed so confident, Harley really did need some reassuring of things. Harrison didn’t mind doing it, but the idea of Harley being so unsure about himself made him a little sad. When Harley replied, he smiled with relief, relieved and happy it was mutual. He nodded slowly. “I guess you could say that, but they’re actually unhealthy... Just come to my dorm if you need. At least animals aren’t so affected by them, everyone would forget about them.” He sighed, before chuckling softly. “Really not awesome, though.” He nodded, “Yeah, expectations suck. So much... I like not meeting them,” he smiled wryly, “but you like your parents, so I guess it’s a problem. And wow...” he thought how it would look if they stood up next to each other. “That is tall.” “Are you ticklish, though?” He asked, smiling. He wouldn’t be any good at tickling, but it could be used for bribing him. He noticed Harley smile as he squeezed his hand and breathed a sigh of relief, also closing his eyes. |

Harrison chuckled, sitting up slowly and feeding the ducks the last of the bread. He laughed, nodding. “Of course you’re awesome.” Sure, Harley was a little arrogant, but so? He was himself, it was his personality and at least he didn’t hide it. And it was the truth. “Maybe not, but I don’t think the Gryffindors would appreciate a Dementor in their dorms much, either. And people would talk, that’s all they ever do,” he shrugged a little and smiled. “Are you okay, though?” He asked concernedly, “after being so close to them?” It was okay if Harley didn’t really want to say what had happened, but he would have wanted to have known a friend cared if it had been him. Dementors were no laughing matter. He nodded, smiling a bit. “Just... Keep hold of yourself, please?” He asked, “you’ve given me hope. And I guess I am small... I’m not sure how tall. We can measure me, if you want to.” “Mm, yeah,” he laughed, “maybe I’ll stay away,” he chuckled, “but maybe not.” |
Quote:
"Obviously! I don't see the point in skirting past that, it's the truth, and more people should see that!" Harland protested, punching his fist into the air. Maybe people were just blind these days, but that was okay, he could forgive them. It was when people said he wasn't awesome that he couldn't forgive them. "Mhm. It's not as if they're just in the common room. Ran into a few in the Courtyard." He said slowly, looking away from Harrison and up at the sky again. "I suppose so, yeah... And..." He wasn't sure. Was he alright? There was no point in lying and saying he was, because he wasn't exactly, it hadn't been a pleasant experience. "One of them grabbed my face and tried to..." That would probably answer the question, he thought. Who would be okay after that? It hadn't been that long ago, either. He was just trying to push it from his mind, though. "Keep hold of myself?" Harland asked, tilting his head to the side. Why wouldn't he? And what did he mean by that? He smiled as Harrison continued. He gave him hope? He was glad, then. "Nah, it's okay. We'll see once we get up." "You think you could stay away?" He asked, smirking. "I have this aura about me that no one can resist! Well, that I'm sure you can't resist..." |
SPOILER!!: Forrest Minerva was so excited the Forrest seem to warm up to her. She was afraid this little first year wasn't liking her, which she didn't want, she wanted her little badgers to feel they could come to her whenever they needed or just to hangout and have ice cream. She ate some more herself it was so good.. Yes the yummy goodness. Looking out at the ducks Minerva chuckled, "Could you picture Diachi chasing them all trying to collect them to take the ducks home with him." She laughed, totally seeing Diachi collecting his ducks and calling them by name. "You're right we need them here.. " She giggled again, "You know Forrest a few terms ago.. Laura and I dressed them up." Remembering putting a few in clothes she laughed again. She gave him an odd look, "bad for them? How could something this fabulous be bad for them?" There was no way it could be bad for anyone. It was fantastic. Season in August.. got it.. "Well Owl me over the summer and we can make plans to meet up for a game. That will be fun to see." She would totally hangout with her newest little badger. "If you are in the DA this summer we should get more ice cream there.." That would be fun, she was going to go broom shopping with Toby so maybe Forrest could meet up as well. He wanted to see more matches, "Well there is one last match this term. Why don't you come and sit with me. Then if you have questions I can help answer them. Maaaaayyyybbbbeee I could take you up on a broom once and teach you part of the game." That would be super fun wouldn't it Forrest? She smiled, not sure if she felt she was great, but the complement was nice just the same. "Thanks.. I love playing. The injure this term wasn't great, but it comes with the game." Plus her last game was fantastic.. Minerva looked around a bit more for the device. It hopefully was in her room or at least somewhere. Turning to Forrest she smiled, "Yes.. if I find it later I'll show you, but for now.. let's have more.." |

Nodnod. "Just... be careful that the other leprechauns don't get jealous!" Were leprechauns a scary bunch? Who knew. Pizza and mac and cheese and ice cream. This was already sort of like a mini version of the feast they had had back over the winter holidays for Tag's birthday. "Exactly! And... pizza's the best food to have when you're trying to beat your best mate at Mario Kart," Hint hint, Sir Tageth, hint hint. "OH HEY! We can make mac and cheese pizza... one day!" As in over the summer. Maybe. If the blonde Gryffindor wanted to. What do ducks eat? That... was a very good question, actually. And Tag had some very good points in the matter. "Maybe they eat... erm... insects Water insects?" Those were a thing, yeah? "And those are the wild ones because... the ones people keep... would be fed bread, right?" He HOPED so! No ducks should be left to starve. Also, did Tag mention something about... ducknapping? Alec let out a hearty chuckle before asking, "Is that how we're going to start collecting our ducks as pets?" Were they going to be doing the same for puppies too or...? |
Quote:
"He likes ducks? HAHAHA!" Wait, dressed them up? "HAHA! HOW? Weren't you CAUGHT?" His stomach HURT from all the laughing, but who cared? Laughing was GREAT. It bonded people, and currently he was being friends with Minerva. But it was... bad... for them... Minerva was right, how could it be bad, but it should be bad. Or so he remembered... vaguely... "You are right..." No! Yes! No! Gah. She was Minerva. Of course she knew better than him. Owl her... he was suddenly gloomly. "I'll probably be in Saudi Arabia then." Siiiigh. "My father works there." More gloomy looks. Maybe if he begged his mother... hopefully... DA! Of course! He would have to go there at some point, no? His face lit up suddenly again. "DA, SUUUURE! I WILL see you there!" See the determination? Friends required time and care, and he was going to devote TIME and ICE CREAM to Minerva. Friend. It sounded so nice! "Oh, Captain Ella will teach me. But you can join us?" That would be so cool! Two STARS flying with him. Then he would surely survive even if he did fall off his broom. With ice-cream, even the injuries sounded light. He shrugged. "You're cured now fully, right?" And she could eat ice-cream, so no worries really! MORE ice-cream. He took a biiiig piece and sucked on it. "Mhmmmm thi' i' gray!" |
Quote:
"Saudi Arabia? Wow that's really neat. Can you not get OWLs there? Oh wait.. You're muggleborn.. I can muggle mail you or if there is a phone I have my cell phone when not here." Yeah positive side of being half muggle all the fun toys she loved so much. She would make sure to keep in touch.. She was excited that he wanted to meet up this summer, "Well just let me know.. I have a few things I'll be doing, but I'll be in Germany at Ethan's most likely so I can easily get there." Oh Ella was going to teach him, "Ella will be a great teacher and sure I'd love to help ." Of course she would want to help and she wondered if he would want to be on the team. "Do you think you would ever tryout?" Minerva would love to help him if he wanted to. Oh her injury was if fully fixed, for the most part it was. "Yep all healed... Power of potions and magic. Injuries can be fixed easier and better here." So off that topic, because her broom was still broken even magic couldn't fix that. |

He grinned and nodded. “Maybe people just don’t look. Don’t properly past what society wants or expects them to see, so anything different is something bad.” He nodded. A lot of people would look at Harley and just see weird, because he was different. Their loss, though. He blinked. “Courtyard?” That was worrying... He followed his gaze, hoping not to run into them. Harrison’s mouth dropped open and he watched Harley, blinking, nodding in understanding. “It- Merlin...” He whispered, squeezing Harley’s hand again. “That’s not right. Not at all.” “I mean, don’t try to be someone else. I like you as you are,” he smiled, nodding. It would be worrying if Harley started acting like the others, and although it was very unlikely, the possibility was worrying. He laughed, nodding. “I’ll be quite a bit shorter.” “Tickling, I meant tickling,” he laughed, nodding in agreement. “I can’t see it, but it feels like a good aura.” |
Quote:
"Well, I don't think anyone 'acts like the rest'... We are all 'the rest'... But we're all unique at the same time, you know?" Harland shrugged, closing his eyes as he thought that through. Eh, maybe it would make sense to Harrison, right? "Maybe, who knows? I don't go up to people and say 'hey, I'm Harley, do you think I'm attractive?'" He laughed softly, shaking his head as he turned his head towards Harrison. "Good, he'd love for you to come visit... I'll get my parents to send him over soon, okay?" He smiled, nodding. "A lot of people don't look... And the ones who do decide to look ignore it, thinking that it's just... I don't know." That thought had been going somewhere, but it had left his head. He really didn't know where it had been going, and it was pretty annoying, actually. He seemed to do that a lot... Harland nodded, clarifying that it had been the Courtyard, before smiling weakly as Harrison squeezed his hand once more. This time, he squeezed it back gently. "Yeah... Pretty much..." It really wasn't right, and he was curious as to why the Dementors were at Hogwarts in the first place. "You don't have to worry about that, I'm happy with myself as it is. Not many others could even hope to be as awesome as I am!" He grinned, shaking his head as he turned to lie on his side, facing the other. "Most probably, I'm tall for our age!" "Oh, tickling? Well, I'll just tickle you back, so, ha!" He said, sticking his tongue out, before grinning. "I'm glad, I want you to feel good around me. I promise I don't bite." |
Sorry... I was lazy *hides* Quote:
Harrison watched as Harley trailed off, looking a little confused and annoyed as the words seemed to escape him. He understood what Harland had said, though, so nodded as he listeened. As Harley squeezed back his hand back, he felt a smile flood his face without warning. Stomach feeling a little strange, his smile widened. “That’s dangerous... Why are they here?” He chuckled with relief and nodded. “You are very awesome, I can’t really stress that enough. And you did seem rather tall, you know, for a man pretending to be a duck,” he said seriously. He laughed out loud. “I do feel good around you. Happy and comfortable. And given how crazy you are, I wouldn’t have put biting past you,” he teased, “but the reassurance is nice.” |
Quote:
" I'd create a leprechaun army! Heh. Then they'd all be happy, no jealousy! " Watch out people. They are going to invade when you least expect it. Pizza and Mario kart! Tag had forgotten about that tradition the two of them had. " Only smart people know that you're at your best performance in Mario kart only if pizza is involved! " It's a fact. The small blonde listened closely to his past blonde friend, aka Alec, as he proposed that ducks most likely eat little insects. That made sense. If they were wild ducks they wouldn't find bread anywhere, yeah? " That's a good point Alec. Insect animals seems very honest in terms of what they eat. We're giving them bread! Well, not right now, but we do! " Tag added excitedly. They would have to do more research on this topic. " Ducknapping? Hmmm, well, I don't want to go to jail. " Sigh. It did sound like it could be an interesting adventure. But alas they could not even attempt it. |
I am taking your advice and attempting to shorten them, if that's okay c: Quote:
"I would just find that tiring..." He shrugged, nodding. "Never fear, you won't have to be sad around me." He winked, before mock shuddering. "Ew, people? I would hate to get interested in people!" He teased. "And you may meet him, don't worry." Harland chuckled as he watched Harrison's features change, a large smile gracing his features now, making him feel happy inside. He had caused that! "I don't know... But I'm rather fond of my soul. I... Their hands... Their /mouths/..." He trailed off, closing his eyes tightly, only bringing the memories back. Seriously, what were they doing there? Did they like scaring people? "Of course, you don't even need to tell me, I understand completely. You're pretty awesome yourself, kid." He chuckled, poking him in the chest with his free hand. "And you seem pretty short, for a man pretending not to be cute." He retorted, smirking. "I'm really glad! I feel... Surprisingly comfortable myself. I'm glad that I tried to steal bread off of you." He smiled, before snickering. "You're a very mean person, Harrison- I don't know your last name! Spill!" |
Quote:
A leprechaun army... "You know... that doesn't sound like a bad idea..." GRIN. "Maybe all of them could have a similar looking uniform too!" A blonde wigs? Or was the blondeness not that important? "Exactly! The pizza... helps you avoid the bananas on the race track!" And this conversation was making him wish it was summer already. No more owls, pizza and Mario Kart with Sir Tageth! He had made a good point! Him! Alec Blake "Dax" Summers! GRIN. "Yeah... and they'd find them everywhere, yeah? And what about fishes too?" Like... the smaller kind, not the bigger ones. But... they probably needed to do a bit of research behind this. Maybe. "Yeah! Bread's the main one! Maybe... maybe it's their favourite?" GRIN. ... "Me neither! So that leaves adopting some, yeah?" Some... unless the Gryffindor only wanted one? |
Wrapping up slowly? Quote:
"Have you got photos of it?" Wizards weren't so much into photography like muggles were, but taking such photos was a universal thing, no? She sure must have taken... how was a wizard camera anyway? Owls? Forrest shrugged. He honestly had no idea. He had never been a wizard before. "I don't own an owl," was the only answer he could give her. "Telephone or video-call is easier anyway. Telephone would be too expensive though. Have you got a computer?" OH THE EASE and GOOD FEELS of talking to a witch who actually KNEW muggle stuff. It was such A GOOD! feeling! "Who's Ethan? What does he do in Germany?" Ethan wasn't a german name, was it? He got another spoon from the now-melted ice-cream. It didn't matter that it had melted. It still tasted as wonderful. Try out himself? Haha. Now Minerva was being funny. "I can never play as well as you guys." He paused to eat some more ice-cream--wait, had the spoon just hit the bottom? "But it's so relieving to hear injuries can be fixed easily." For future reference, when other students were bad enough to let HIM to the team. "I'll just let you know when I and Ella--" His spoon had certainly hit the bottom. He frowned and examined it for a moment. But he wanted more! He looked up at her. He had even forgotten what he was saying, he was that dismayed! "Shall we fetch some more ice-cream?" Please? |
