Posted on the door of this spare locker room hangs a piece of parchment that reads:

Rest assured that Professor James has made a trip through to tidy up and reduce the stench from smelly socks left in a locker once upon a time. This room should serve as a nice temporary home. | |

Ascanius was still really lost and dazed from that last move. He wasn't going to give that guy any credit, but, ahem, wow.
His presence though was met with soft and fuzzy feelings from both girls on the Pitch. Ella kept calling him Dylish and Melanie was singing to him and it was the looney bin. They were all REALLY lucky they were nice looking because socially... yeah. There was that.
Although, what he did appreciate and smirk at was going on between the exchange of hellos. The two other guys on the Pitch took their opening and stole the ball from Ella who had retrieved it. Actually, the guy in blue stole it. And he tried to head down the field to score.
Melanie snapped back into it and tried to block him, to no avail. But he was so perturbed by her singing in his face and trying to steal the ball that he dropped it. The yellow guy was flying directly under him and stole it.
And then he scored. Hairy guy was alright. What was his NAME?

Dude.
Now it was all getting good. Perhaps it was because everyone had gotten some more competition, maybe they all had some fire under their bums. But wow, WHAT a difference. Seriously. They were all fighting for the awkwardly shaped red ball. On a side note, though, was the school so destitute that they couldn't afford a fully formed ball? All the dents in this one.
While he was mulling over this, the blonde guy and the girl in red worked together to score. Melanie threw the ball up in the air and Dylan spun around on his broom and smacked the end of it to knock it into the hoop.
11/15: Traveling on the Hogwarts Express for the very first time, which kind of candy bar did Harry hope to buy?

Ahem. Well, he was bored now. The past few plays had been fun, but now he wanted a sammich. Maybe when this was all sad and done he'd have Pen make him one. Yeah, he was gonna do that. Jeez, he was anxious.
Tapping his hand anxiously on his leg, he watched this play go on. Melanie had threw the ball into play. Once it was in play, the hairy guy grabbed it and flew straight by Ella and almost knocked her off of her broom. Luckily, she held on fast.
But that got some people angry and they pursued him. The guy in blue blocked him and tried to knock HIM off of his own broom. While this was happening, Dylan nicked the ball and scored.
12/15: Where were Ron, Harry and Hermione coming from when Harry heard a voice, leading them to discover the writing on the wall and the petrified Mrs. Norris?

Checking on Ella, Ascanius waited for the practice to continue. Once she was back on her broom, Ella threw him a thumb's up and he tweeted his whistle again. Okay, so when he wanted more excitement he did NOT mean at the expense of girls because they were, well, girls. Just sayin.
But when he tweeted his whistle of power again, the practice went back into play. Everyone seemed to be playing on egg shells. Ugh, c'mon. This was NOT what he wanted. Sure, he didn't want girls getting hurt. But seeing some guys smack each other's heads in would have been good with him. The girls could just fly around and look pretty. Smirk.
Since everyone was all relaxed now though, Dylan was the only proactive one and was tossed the ball and he scored. Fine, fine. This round they coudl be boring. But fix that, yeah?

With his thumbs, Ascanius stood at the end of the stands- HE WASN'T LOOKING DOWN THOUGH- and tapped an even triplet rhythm into the wood. He was getting more and more anxious by the moment. This practice was dragging on and on and on. Why? He couldn't be sure because he had never really played Quidditch save those few horrific tryouts. So maybe this was typical and the thought made him... yeah. No me gusta.
Anyway, Melanie threw the ball back into play and all of them swarmed toward it like a fly to a flame. And you know what they said about flys. Ahem. Short attention spans.
The person who came out of the swarm was the guy in blue though. Eh, he SHOULD have invested in their names, but he didn't care so whatever. But anyway THAT guy flew down the field and swerved in and out of the rest of his teammates. He had a slight hang up with the guy in yellow, the hairy one, but yeah. He out maneuvered him with great skill. Show off.
And SPEAKING of show offs. There was captain. And he had somehow stolen the ball and scored.
