James looked up as he heard someone sit down across from him and raised an eyebrow, "Remembered my name eh?" Of course she did she probably wanted to ask his father all kinds of questions. "I was really hungry and now I'm suddenly...not," he said making a face and looking up at Zoe. "I thought this place was supposed to be all cool and stuff," he said in a whisper leaning closer to her in case the walls were listening.

"And whatever happened to you showing me around anyway." He grabbed a pitcher of water and started pouring some into that little cup they gave him when he arrived. This was worse than muggle prison.

Shrugging "I'm usually good with names, so it wasn't too hard. Now...his brother? She still couldn't tell them apart except for the robes. Nor could she remember his name! "Yeah I'm kind of...the same." she said pulling a face as she gazed at the disgusting lump of meat that sat on a plate. The kitchens were looking and sounding better and better.

"We still need to do that!" she said lifting her eyes to his face "I could show you the kitchens were we could get some better food."

James smiled at Zoe and took a sip of the water he poured in his glass. "We need to do something about this..." he looked at one of the bowls of porridge and picked up the spoon letting the stuff drop back in there, "...this."

"Better food?" He said perking up a little at the thought. Anything would be better than this.

"Anything would be better than this." she said pulling a face as he let the porridge splat back into the bowl. That was just disgusting! Prodding the meat she'd put on her plate she shook her head "Nope...so gross, not eating this either. She never wanted to see another bowl of porridge after leaving Hogwarts this term, ever again.

Ever.

"Much better, we can make our own sandwiches and stuff. We made ice cream sundaes with the Astronomy professor!"

James found himself leaning on the table and his mouth watering as he listened to Zoe. Realizing what he was doing he shook his head and sat back, "Isn't that stealing though?" Last thing he wanted to do was get in trouble for stealing food from the school. His mum was still mad at him after all.

Shrugging she wasn't exactly sure "I don't know, I mean it might be but Airey did it and we all were eating the food and ice cream from there and he's a professor! Many of us go down there often to do that though. I went down a lot last term as well." Was it wrong? Especially if a professor does it with them?

Taylor poked at her lumps of potatoes with her spork and sighed. How the heck can Hogwarts be this poor? Tay glanced at her solo cup and sighed then glanced at the water pitcher. Taylor went to reach and pour her some water but then decided to just forget eating and drinking today. Tay went back to poking at her potatoes again.

Lily had a spring in her step as she made her way into the great hall, carefully carrying a parcel alongside her. Seeing a seemingly upset Tay, Lily sat down across the table and placed her parcel onto the table in front of her before pulling her dishes out of her backpack. "Hey Tay.... sup?"

She glanced at her friend, "Hey, Lily... dont you ever just get tired of whatever this is?" Tay poked at the potatoes and sighed then glanced at the water, "I miss pumpkin juice... at least it has flavor..." Taylor pouted then sighed and glanced at the parcel, raising her eyebrow, "To or from?" She was being noisy, yes... but oh well.

Lily was beaming, totally excited about her package, so much so that not even the sight of terrible food brought her down. "Oh, I dunno... it's not too bad if you just imagine you're eating something else." The claw smiled to herself before looking back at Taylor who had asked another question. "It's from my dad... he and Benjy were out shopping and decided to send me this... and they sent a card with some money for me since they heard about the problems here... but the best part is what's in the parcel." Lily was hopping in her seat, excited to show Tay what she had gotten.

She poked at the food, "My imagination needs work on it then." Tay sighed and looked at her friend. Her face was full of gloom."Oh how is Benjy?" She looked at her then back down at the food. Taylor sighed again and looked at the water, pouring some into the solo cup she has. "This is pitiful... what happened to all the nice things they used to have?" Her frown deepen as she glanced up at Lily. Tay eyed the package, "What is in it? That is if i can ask..." She cocked her head at Lily, "At least you got money, you can continued paying to go to sleep or to eat for one more day." A weak smile came since she couldnt even do a smirk, feeling like this.
