"She isn't teaching us defense at all if you ask me. What the bloody hell does stretching and laughing have to do with anything?" Except for the boggart thing, but still. Every lesson had yoga? For what intent and purpose? HMPH. "I haven't attend one since we learnt about Boggarts. She's a joke as a professor if you ask me." Bunz should really evaluate the professors on her staff. Indeed she should.

"Do you want to get out of here? Go do something fun?" he asked as he placed the book back on the shelf. Yeah he had looked SO hard for it, but Lottie was there.. and well they could go have fun instead, right? Heh.

BEAM. Just beaming, because.

That's the one! Aberforth. Weird man for having a fixation on such an animal. Like, Lottie could understand dragons, or giant squids, even unicorns! But goats? Precisely. Do you reckon Tag could have a unicorn as a patronus? Oakey seemed quite taken with his moose, so...it was a possibility. And why was she thinking about this? Her eyes turned to Garrick and she shrugged. "Weird, though."

Weeeeeell, yoga wasn't particularly good for Defense, but it was a nice exercise. Lots of flexibility and posture. She wasn't exactly against it, but she'd rather duel. Sigh, boggarts, right. Lottie simply smiled at him, "It could be worse." Umbrigde, anyone?

Whaaaaaaaaaaaat? The wide smile was back on her face as his suggestion hit her ears. "Of course!" Not that the library wasn't...well, yeah, no, the library wasn't particularly fun. "You can check that book whenever." You can't spend time with Lottie whenever. Big difference.

So, she started pulling him away. Off to...wherever.

So the thing about libraries and reading was that Cat had to use her glasses. She wasn't a big fan of this at all, which is why she generally avoided doing it in public areas. This wasn't something she could avoid, however. Nigel wanted to look at things about mermaids too and she couldn't exactly smuggle a boy into her common room. Well, she might be able to pull it off somehow... no, wait. No.

She cast a glance around the general area with sneaky eyes before turning her attention to the shelves. She COULD ask the Librarian to point her in the right direction, but well, she didn't want to.

Looking for books on mermaid and on how to learn mermish was what Nigel planned on doing today. He had just eaten a cupcake and walked to the shelves looking for books that would be useful. He choose some books that seemed appropriate and piled them up. Nigel did not feel like asking the librarian yet. That was only if you were completely lost. First you would find a hufflepuff and if that failed. Then it was time for the librarian.

Now where was Cat. She was suppose to be helping him looking up facts on mermaids.

Ah, There she was with glasses on and looking at the wrong shelf. He sneaked up behind her and said. "You are looking at the wrong shelf. This one is full of books on dragons."

Nigel wiped his mouth making sure his mouth and face were clean. Not sure if he succeeded or not. Good thing he bought some more which were safe in the bag he had brought. If he got hungry researching. He hoped she could not smell them.

"You think we should ask the librarian first or look through this pile?" Nigel said pointing to his pile of picked out books.

She did, in fact, know that these books were about dragons because she had opened one and had gotten distracted by pictures of huggge angry looking dragons. She did not, however, know that Nigel was standing behind her. Cat leapt at the sound of his voice and dropped the book on the ground with a particularly loud thud.

Well, it wasn't that loud, but everything happened to be 20 times louder in a library.

She stared at him through her glasses and then looked at the books in his hand before she picked up the dragon book. "Yeah, let's look at those ones first. Librarians are a last resort." Obviously, which was why she'd been in the wrong place entirely.

Well It did seem like she knew this section was about dragons by the fact she had opened a book, was looking at the pages, and just dropped it.

That was a loud drop. Probably even louder because they were in the library. Nigel bent over, picked it up, and put it back on the shelf. There fixed. Now onto more important matters. Mermaids.

"Definitely." Librarians were always a last resort. "So lets look through these for a while. Cupcake break. Then lets see if we can find anything on learning mermish."

Cupcake breaks were important when studying.

Oh right. She probably should have picked that up, but there was no point in doing that now because Nigel had already done it for her. If he were a puppy, he would've gotten a pat on the head, but as it were, he was not a puppy and he did not get a pat on his head.

Besides, she got totally distracted by the mention of cupcakes. "You have cupcakes?" Ravenclaw boy say whaaaaaat? Cat seized his arm and turned them both around towards somewhere to sit. She was ALMOST more excited about cupcakes than mermaids.

Almost.

She would have never imagined there would be so many people in the library. Why were there so many people anyway? This was the last place she'd want to spend her free time but they didn't all look like they were palm reading. Weirdos.

Alexa found an empty aisle and slumped to the floor with her back to a book shelf. There weren't many other places to go to. If she got interrupted while she was here she would walk off and forget this homework completely. Now where was she? Oh right, head line. How was this looking? Hmmmm...If she was being honest it was kinda straight, you know, if you squinted and looked at it in the right light. Straight. Yes. She scribbled that down. It was also short. Uh-huh...she was getting somewhere. Was there anything else? No?

Life line time then!

Such a pretty semi-circle like shape. Why didn't the other hand do that? Then both her hands would be prettiful. There was a kinda break though. Lex wasn't sure whether or not that was meant to be there but as she'd seen from earlier, she couldn't get it to change.

Mooooving on.

The last one. The fate line. The one on the other hand was nice. This one had to be nice too. It was only fair. It...it joined the life line but it did that somewhere near the middle. After taking one look at what that was meant to mean she was shaking her head again.

"How about no?" That sounded like a good answer, yeah? She would stick with that but more importantly she was done. Now she could leave before someone else managed to annoy her or freak her out.



And look at that! She was done! Woo! Ice-cream time!
