Hufflepuff House Table by Alyssa Potter (FireboltAvis88) The Badgers, reigning House champions, and third place Quidditch Cup finishers, slightly dusty gold and black banner representing their house. The place settings are the same as those from the start-of-term feast, since not all students can be trusted to remember their Dixie plates, Solo cups, and plastic silverware. Enjoy the food! |
*eats his feels and posts* Oakey's hands were stuffed deep in his pockets, his head looking up briefly at the Gold and Black Banners, that he has come to enjoy seeing the past few terms at every End-of-Term Feast he's attended He took a spot at his House Table and stared down at the Paper and Plastic Cutlery, these caused him too much trouble this term. In fact he had quite a few issues this term. Partially pleased that they were hopefully resolved. He looked back at the Slytherin Table, the up at the Staff Dias. It all seemed a little quiet to him right now. His eyes also lead him to the Memory book. He had no earthly idea what he was going to write in it, or even if he had anything really important or inspiring to add. For now he'll just stay here at his House Table and stare at his feet. |
Jory slowly made his way over to the Hufflepuff table. He hoped there wouldn't be many students around. Right now he just wanted to drown in his memories of the school, the people and most of all, being a Hufflepuff. If he was to be sorted all over again, he would want to be a Puff. Thankfully, there was only Oakey at the table. "Hai, Oakey,'' he greeted dully. That was all he said, not really in the mood to talk. Why did this day have to come? Why, why, why? Jory just stared at the plastic wares on the table, wishing he could be a firstie again. |
anyone/everyone :) *wants ALL the badgers* Ella was quiet as she made her way to the great hall, her elephant stuffy clutched in her hand. She glanced at Tobias every now and then, wanting to see how he was doing. Truth be told, the sixteen year old was grateful he'd agreed to come with her. It gave her the drive to face this, the people leaving thing. And so many people were leaving. So many. She couldn't even really wrap her head around it, honestly. She was so horrible at goodbyes but at least having the first year with her gave her an extra push to hold it together...at least for now. The Captain forced a smile when she arrived at the table, eyes falling on Jory...and Oakey. Yeah, she wasn't going to acknowledge the fact that he was leaving. Not yet. They could say their goodbyes when he left for his travels and she was happy to put something like that off. That was going to be a really hard day for her. Settling down next to her neighbor, the blonde made room for Tobias and eyed the two older badgers, the ghost of a smile playing on her lips. This was incredibly sad but she was going to try and hold it in as long as she could for reasons. "Hey, you two. Tobias and I brought along some company... I hope you don't mind." And she gestured from her stuffed elephant to Bobo, Tobias' stuffed monkey, smiling a little bigger this time when her eyes fell on the first year. This was going to be okay. ...Yeah. |
Laura couldn't believe it, no she couldn't believe it, she just stared at the table, it couldn't be the end of the term already, she wouldn't allow it to be the end of the term, she didn't want it to be the end of term, next year would be her sixth year at Hogwarts which would mean that she would just have two years left, why was time moving so fast. |
hello yes anyone say hello/goodbye but beware syrup!angst So. Feast. Yes. Tobias had mixed feelings about this, except... he didn't at all. He was still sad and stuff but he knew he was supposed to be happy because it was a feast and they had the house cup and stuff... but there were people LEAVING and that was sad too and he had to go back to his pokey little house for the summer and not have big grounds and none of his new friends and... *wibble* But he had Bobo with him and Bobo was a brilliant comfort toy so Tobias felt shielded from most of the negative emotions because Bobo was special and a whole different kind of magic for being able to do that. Toby walked close to Ella as they entered the Great Hall and headed to the Hufflepuff table. He offered a slight smile to the others and then to Ella (And Elephant) when he glanced up at her. "Hi guys," he quietly said to Oakey and the other seventh year already at the table that he remembered from the Quidditch party. Then he unhooked the stuffed toy monkey's arms from his neck and turned it to face them. "This is Bobo." He will be joining us, YEP. Because he was, you know, sticking with Ella and everyone. In case of. You know. Dementors. |
The emotional train wreck has arrived..... How did this term end up the way it did. That thought was going through Minerva's mind over and over throughout the day. She had sat in her room just staring thinking about this. The fighting and arguing about that horrid ice cream that she didn't even want anything to do with now. Then came that detention, then dementors, and finally that poisoned syrup. She had not been right since then and it was just wrong, because she owed it to a certain claw to make his last memories of this place good ones and she just didn't have it in her to do it. Standing at the door way Minerva scanned the room. This should be a happy time. They got the cup yet again, it had been every time since her second year that Hufflepuff had one that cup even last term with a tie it was still a victory. So why couldn't she even muster a smile. Puffy blue eyes feel to the staff table, then to the puff table and she felt her stomach flop when she saw Jory and Oakey. Jory one of her closest friends, this was his last feast with her, last joking of points, last moments of friendship in this castle. She could already feel the tears fighting their way out again and she swallowed hard to force them away. Then their was Oakey, their friendship was odd... Was that the best word for it. They band together to protect a baby dragon, a small crush that ended quickly by his lack of help due to a plant, playing beater along side of him in quidditch, the arguments, and him dating her best friend. All and all he was a housemate and she still considered a friend. His goodbye was going to be just as hard as any of the others tonight. Eyes locking to the Claw table she was sad and relieved her boy wasn't there yet. She wanted right next to him the entire time, but knew she had to give him time for his own housemates to give their congrats and things. Plus she wasn't sure she could get the strength to push her tears away enough to even fake happy and strong for him. She knew she had to, it was a happy time, right? So why was she so sad. The next time she would be walking into this room after tonight would be without him for an entire term that's why. Sighing she slowly made her way to her own table and took a seat. Swallowing all the emotions she could she looked up. "Hi Everyone" Her voice was quiet and weak. The last few weeks of crying and the overwhelming sad hadn't helped matters. Looking back at the table she took a breath and decided maybe to just sit quietly for a bit and let everyone else socialize. |
Laura suddenly saw Minnie come into the room, she wanted to say something but decided against it because she didn't want to get told off, she would just pretend that she hadn't seen her and would then try and figure something out, she was still upset that she hadn't seen her twin for ages but well she would get to see her all summer and hopefully this time they could change things. Laura continued to stare at the table, she had done it, she had gone a full term without detention, and it felt strange, she wondered what the Professor did with all the free time they had, she had only lost 10 points this term as well and that wasn't her fault, she had lost them for doing an assignment that the Professor had asked her too. |

SPOILER!!: Ella and Toby Oakey gave Ella, and Tobias a smile. It wasn't one of his BIG OAKEY GRIN SMILES, but it was one and they'll have to take what was given to them. He wasn't really ready to say his Goodbyes to either of them. Luckily for Ella, his official goodbyes won't be until the end of Summer Vacation. Tobias on the other hand. This goodbye was going to be tough, he really liked this ickle first year, and Kace too. In face All the first year Puffers some how ended up being precious to him. Now he'll miss out on their growing up here. "That is a pretty cool Monkey you've got Tobias." Yeah...uh, he didn't know what else to tell him. Oakey just turned his head back around and starred at his Paper Plate. |
Then Ella and Tobias joined them at the Table. "Hey, guys,'' he said. "And no, we don't mind,'' he added referring to the stuffed elephant and monkey. He grinned a bit. No use being mopy about this. It would be a lot better if he just tried to make the most of these last moments. "All the best with the remaining years, Tobias. And you too, Ella, for OWLS.'' The firstie was a hard working one. And speaking of firsties. Where was Kace? Jory looked around again to Laura arrive and he instantly flashed back to the Arithmancy finals a few terms ago for which he and Laura had partnered up. Too bad they hadn't done so a few more times. And then Min arrived. Jory felt as if he would absolutely die. Min was one of his really good friends and he would miss her terribly. No more friendly banter about who would get more points for the term. He looked away, not trusting himself to look at her. He had promised himself he would not have any tears in his eyes. Goodbyes were hard enough already and tears just made everything ten times worst. However, he did greet her."Hey, Min.'' Thankfully, he was distracted by Oakey. "Oh, well... forever, I suppose,'' the badger replied. "I was just sitting in the dorm. Haven't even managed to pack as yet.'' How was it he and Oakey shared a dorm for seven years but had never hung out much? "Hey, still aiming for Gringotts?'' He smiled a bit at the memory of their internship at the Bank two years ago. |
You all! And anyone else? ^_^ So... end of term feast. Yeah. This was happening. This was probably the first end of term feast he didn't actually want to come along to. There'd be food on the train. And the But even with wandering around aimlessly, somehow his feet seemed to have directed him in this direction so... here he was. Standing a little inside of the Great Hall, his grey eyes looking around at all the banners. A couple of seconds later, the boy shook his head and headed over towards the Hufflepuff table. The sight of the banners made a small smile flit across his face. They had won another House Cup, yeah? That was awesome! Just like the way everyone at the table was more or less sitting together. Awesome. Very awesome. What wasn't awesome, though, were the seventh years. Leaving. Nope. Not awesome. Reaching the table, Alec made towards Minnie and sat down next to her. "Hey you guys!" he said, keeping the smile on his face, "Erm... everyone looking forward to the summer?" |
Elodie played with a stray piece of hair that hadn't been tucked efficiently into the bun on the top of her hair, as she headed into the Great Hall, fourth year a short time away from being put behind her. Didn't they say your time at school got easier as it went on? Or was that just something Tammy said to make her feel better about being there and not at home? This wasn't getting easier. There were good things about this year, but they were outweighed by the bad. She felt worse for those graduating, though. At least she could come back next term and know she could work things out if they needed to be. They couldn't, though. Taking a seat at her house table, Elodie gave the students already there one of her 'I'm here because I have to be' smiles, which could sometimes be perceived of one that one gave when in pain. She was all for talking with them, but she didn't have the energy to envelope them in a hug and tell him things were all cool, and those graduating would be okay. When September came, she was uncertain she would remember their names. There would be an influx of first years by then. Realistically, she wanted her boyfriend to come over and pull faces at her, and nudge her and tell her she was silly. She was okay without though, if this things got rolling and she got food. Baby Radley was at home, and she had never met him. Auntie Elodie Rae was more impatient than any of those here. |
Everyone ^_^ Ella returned Oakey's smile with the tiniest one of her own and then looked away because yeah, this was hard. Even if she was going to see him this summer, she couldn't help but think about the not seeing him at Hogwarts. It was just sad. Instead she focused on Tobias and Bobo, smiling a bit more as Oakey commented on what a cool monkey it was. "The coolest." She added quietly, nudging Tobias playfully in the side. The blonde smiled at Jory, appreciating his well-wishes. "Thanks. I know you'll do brilliantly on your NEWTs." He was a smart guy, Jory was. A good gobstones player too. It was going to be equally sad not having him around. Laura got a wave when Ella spotted her, the blonde not wanting her friend to think she was forgotten. "Are we still getting together this summer, Laura?" She asked quietly, hoping they would be. They could all use a get together after OWLs, yeah? The sixteen year old had to look away from Minnie when she saw her, not able to handle just how sad the older badger looked. She hated seeing her like that. She wanted her to be happy. Actually, she wanted all her friends to be happy. This term was far too emotionally draining for Ella's liking. Maybe going home for a while would do everyone some good. Looking around again, the sixteen year old spotted a very familiar head of hair heading towards the table and she squeezed her elephant toy, watching him Elodie's arrival didn't go unnoticed and the blonde badger smiled faintly at the younger girl but didn't say much else. She didn't really know what to say to the sad looking girl and really, Ella was sad too. Maybe it was best she just sip on some water instead. |

Now that Tobias really thought about it, was it his energy that usually meant he was never really all that shy? He was extroverted all the time and now suddenly this exhaustion was here and he inwardly meeped whenever anyone spoke to him. Yes... it was probably his bounciness and happiness that made him so vibrant and eager to talk to people. Now he was mostly content to sit there in the middle of everything and listen and observe and clutch Bobo's arm. Anything else required energy and happiness and just no. Quote:
Quote:
Then he looked up at Oakey again. "Stay." Here. At Hogwarts. Quote:
He nodded at the older boy, and then glanced back up at Ella as the boy spoke to her. Toby had never really spoken to this boy... to loads of the seventh years. He supposed that was good in that if he had he would just be missing a lot more people... but surely it was better to meet people in the first place. Biting the inside of his lip, Tobias looked around at the others who were joining the table. Quote:
He wasn't looking forward to being stuck at home where he wasn't even allowed to bounce in the house. But he was definitely looking forward to a break from these dementors. At that thought, Tobias quickly looked around, just to check there were none here. Okay... okay good. "How about you?" he managed to ask the Seeker Boy when he looked back at him. Quote:
Tobias actually gave a genuine little smile up at Ella when she nudged him a bit, and sat up a little straighter in his seat. Wow... that took effort. Maybe sit up in short bursts. He looked at the table and the cutlery and crockery he'd become accustomed to this year and directed his question at Ella. "Are we gonna get nice food tonight?" 'Cause that'd be a plus, right? |
Bye everyone ;_; Why had Bliss even bothered to come to the feast? It would only make her more miserable than she already was. If that was even possible. The entire year had been more eventful than she'd planned or hoped for and she just wanted to leave. Of course, she couldn't leave without saying goodbye, so that was why she was here. To say goodbye - but not in the way she'd said goodbye to West earlier. Or Tag. Or Elodie. Or even Blue for that matter. She wanted happy-sad goodbyes, if that made sense. Compared to the angry-sad and sad-sad ones she'd already had. |
Let the awkward begin >_< Quote:
And almost like the dementors themselves it seemed they had not only sucked out the school's energy but a good lot of the student body *cough cough*. So, when Tag arrived to the Great Hall his first decision was to go to the Gryffindor table. But, then he remembered Bliss telling him she'd be leaving the school, forever. He'd told her he'd say goodbye. So, in case he didn't catch her at the train, or wasn't able to visit her one last time at her house before she left for good, Tag figured the Hufflepuff table was his best chance. Scanning around Tag spotted a familiar blonde and walked straight up to, what he assumed was Bliss' hair. He then hesitantly, and in a very stiff and awkward motion, petted her head. |
Anyone and everyone! <3 Hiccup. Pause. Hiccup. Okay fine, if she had to admit it, Renesmee had been sobbing for quite some time in her dorm as she started off packing her things away. She wasn't ready for the end, wasn't ready to let go and wasn't ready for the goodbyes that followed, but she knew she had no choice other than to accept this was life. After cleaning her face completely and putting her uniform for the last time ever, the Hufflepuff Head Girl made her way inside the Great hall. It was the last time she were to have a feast here. Gulp. But NO. She would not cry again, not in public....yet anyways. Breathe, that was her plan of calmness. To breathe. Breaaaaatheee in, then breaaathe out. Quick blink. Then a calmish face. With pride, Ness made her way to the Hufflepuff table. She was proud of the house cup as well as quidditch, because Ella had done well for a first time Captain. But yes, no goodbyes yet. Possibly no goodybyes at all because right now those were the hardest. So could she have food? Anything to distract her? |
From her seat, Elodie caught the smile the Captain gave her, and she offered her one. A friendlier one. A genuine one. But still one that gave the message of 'I don't want to be here, but hug me if you can sever loyalties with lying people because I need an actual hug'. One of those. Because they completely happened all the time. In some parallel universe or something. Whatever, they happened. She was grateful for the acknowledgement from Ella though, because it reminded her that even though Bliss was leaving and things were never going to be right between the two again...there were still people at the castle who could smile at you when you kinda needed it. Speaking of Bliss... Elodie rolled her eyes when the other fourth year joined at the table. She was fed up of dealing with her right now. She didn't want to deal with her. Els had nothing more to say to her, unless she wanted some VERY choice words, and a swift punch to the face. Those, she probably deserved. Well, no one else would think so, because apparently the world assumed the sun shined out of places the sun DIDN'T shine. But no. She offered a tut in Bliss' direction, and folded her arms on the table, lowering her head onto them and blocking the world out. Forget all this drama. Elodie wanted a Coul. She wanted a Cat. And she wanted a HOME. Family would be good too. And the water bed in the guest room. That thing was awesome. She already had half of a draft for the letter she was going to send to Bliss. Where she could say everything she wanted to say, without having to worry about being cut off or anything. |
Text Cut: Ells! Ells... clutching her elephant toy. If that wasn't a nice sight, he didn't know what was. Despite this, though, the Hufflepuff couldn't help but feel a slight tear in his heart as he looked at her. She was smiling, sure, but... this was an end of term feast. And Alec of all people knew how she was going to end up taking all of this. ... Hugs later, though? Yeah? "Hey you!" Also, she was sitting a little far away but... he was just going to let that slide. And that hair tucking thing? She had to know how that affected him, yeah? He smiled a little more before saying, "Erm... you okay?" Text Cut: Tobias! For a minute or so, Alec was thankful for the sound of another person's voice and he turned his attention towards Tobias. The Keeper. The one who had practically flown into all of their hearts with a massive 'BADGER BOOM'. "Hey there!" he said, reaching over and ruffling the boy's head. And that nod... meant that he... was? Alec was going to take it that way. "Awesome! Got anything planned for the summer?" Hopefully something fun that didn't involve trying to evade Dementors and managing to eat enough sweets. "Me? Yeah... yeah, it'll be great to see Dad again," His Dad... the man wasn't going to be disappointed in him, right? "It'll be nice to get away from Hogwarts for a bit too. ... Except... Quidditch. It'll be weird not to play for a while." Frown. Text Cut: LochNessie! ... And... there was Bliss. Alec almost got up to go and greet her but... Tag was there too. It would be awkward to go up and say hey, yeah? Or goodbye? And no one wanted to be the awkward third wheel, not even one of the most awkwardest teens around. Before he could do anything more, however, his eyes landed on LochNessie... and he frowned. If he remembered correctly, LochNessie had been one of the first people to greet him when he came to Hogwarts for the first time. Her and Keefer... and Adeline too. Wobbly!chin. The boy slid along the bench until he was right near her. He wanted to say something, yes, but nothing really seemed good enough. Maybe he should have remembered something iconic she had said to him before? Back in his first year? Or any of the years? This was definitely a plan for next term... yeah... A minute or so later, however, he took a deep breath and smiled a little in the redhead's direction. "I puffed out my cheeks extra wide today for one last cheek pinch..." For old time's sake? |
Anyone wanna grab him?/ Few mentions! Kace finally made his way to the end of term feast. He couldn't believe that he was finally done with his first year. He was still in denial. He didn't expect time to fly that fast. He wish he could stay here longer but he knew he would have to go home. His parents and sister missed him too much. As he made his way to the Hufflepuff table, he noticed Jory and Oakey looking all depressed. Kace remembered they were seventh years. They were graduating this year. Awww he was gonna miss them.... He nodded and waved at them knowing they wouldn't wanna talk to him. Then he noticed all the rest of the puffs. They all seemed to be happy and talking till he noticed Minnie. She looked kind of glum. He wanted to go see Minnie but it looked like she wanted to be alone. He understood that concept. He nodded and waved to her. He managed to find his own seat and was just sitting there. Looking around the great hall knowing he would be a second year next year. This all seemed to real. He reminded himself he needed to go see Ronnie to say goodbye.. |
Marigold had been feeling sad since the ice cream toppings party, and that wasn't even a sad time. But this was different. The end of year feast was... Well... the end. It should have been surprising, but the fact that she still succumbed to tears before heading down to dinner still startled her. But it made sense, if you thought about it. This was the end of her first year at Hogwarts. She wouldn't see her friends or teachers for the summer, but even that wasn't the main reason she was so melancholy. It's just... Things ending made her sad. Merlin, she felt bad for the seventh years. She sat down and grinned a watery smile at them. She nodded at the other students sharing the table, and looked around at the Great Hall. She wouldn't see it for a few months, you know. But she would remember it vividly. |
Laura was one of those people you just couldn't help but worry about, y'know? Mostly because she talked lots but when the real big stuff happened to her, the stuff that made her sad or scared or upset, well it was usually then that she stayed quiet. This was why Ella frowned slightly when the badger ignored her, wondering what was up. They'd talk later, yeah? She was keeping Tobias, okay? Ella was officially making it her job to see that he was happy and taken care of at Hogwarts because this kid was the best. Did she mention she was keeping him cause this was totally a thing. He wouldn't mind, right? The sixteen year old looked at the first year thoughtfully before replying, "I don't know, kid, but I've got some cookies for later if there's not. I'm great at sharing too." And she poked his nose with elephant's stuffed arm before looking back down at the table. The people looking sad thing? It wasn't okay. Ella didn't really give a hoot if she was sad but other badgers, no way was that okay. This is why the blonde set her elephant down next to Tobias and walked over to where Elodie was, wrapping the younger girl in a hug. It was quick and then she pulled away, feeling a bit silly about the hug attack. "I don't know what's wrong but if you ever need to talk..." Well, Ella was around. She was a good listener too. She was sitting too far away. Ella wanted really badly to go throw her arms around her boyfriend and squish him but she had a Tobias to attend to and an Oakey to hover by. They could sit together on the train, though? She forced a smile but shook her head in response to his question, biting down on her lip. No crying at the feast, Ella. "Are you?" Alec looked okay which was all well and good but she knew that sometimes looks could be deceiving. The blonde then followed her boyfriend's gaze to Bliss...and Tag. Oh. She didn't exactly know what was up or how to handle this or who to hug because eventually hugs would be in order, yeah? But for now she averted her gaze and gave Alec a look, wondering if he was a bit worried about this as well. Loch Nessie. She'd been crying. Ella could tell because reasons and it made her heart sink into her stomach a bit. She didn't like seeing the red head so sad. She also didn't like this whole thing where Nessie was leaving her. Nessie and Bliss were leaving and Ella would be alone. The lone member of the ferocious trio. What was she meant to do with that? Frown. "Hey, Loch Nessie." That was all the older badger was getting for now cause any more and Ella would cry and yeah, she wasn't ready for that yet. Let the seventh year say other goodbyes first, yeah? Little Kace got a faint smile and a wave when she spotted him and she noted he was looking a bit lonely so she beckoned him to join them. "Hi there." Did he want to cuddle elephant for a bit? And Marigold got a smile too though Ella didn't really know the younger girl all that well. That'd change next term though, yeah? The blonde was going to get to know more badgers, she'd decided. |
SPOILER!!: Marigold! :3 <3 As Kace was looking around, he was looking to his right when his eyes fell onto MARIGOLD!!! *beam*, he smiled and walked over to her. He tried to make himself look presentable. Then he tapped on her shoulder and he said, "Hey Marigold. Can you believe this term is over already?" SPOILER!!: Ella! :3 Then after Kace was done talking to Marigold, he noticed Ella his favorite quidditch captain walk by. He smiled and waved to her. "Hey Miss Captain Ella." he joked with her. Then he went over and hugged her. Then he noticed Ella didn't know Marigold. Might as well introduce them right? Yup he should. "Oh Ella, have you ever met my friend Marigold yet?" he said taking her hand and walking her over to her. |
*pushes this reply in quick before going to bed* Quote:
She'd had her head down for a minute or two when arms wrapped around her and she had turned into them, her own arms reciprocating for a mere SECOND. Because..this wasn't Coulson. It didn't feel like Coulson did, and it unsettled her and threw her off and she pulled away to stare at the perpetrator. Oh....it was only Ells. And she wasn't awful, and Elodie had given her the 'I need hugz' smile. So, she had asked for this. When she spoke, the younger Hufflepuff nodded. "Yeah.....thanks, Ella....." Of course, she couldn't GO to her though. |

Alec arrived next. Jory gave him a small smile and a sort of cheery wave. Well, as much cheery he could put into it, anyway. He also offered a smile to the girl (Elodie) whom he didn't really knew but saw frequently around. "Thanks, Ella. I know you'll do excellently, too,'' Jory replied. "You nervous?'' He remembered how much the nerves had bothered him during OWL time, many times coming close to panic attacks. He looked around and spotted the Head Girl. "Hi, Renesmee!'' She would be graduating too. So many Puffers were leaving. Alyssa would have been finishing too. He missed her. Kace! Jory waved back to the soon to be second year. Kace was another one of the students that would do Hufflepuff proud. "Hi!'' he called, trying to sound cheerful. Jory grinned a bit. "Good thing I haven't packed as yet then,'' he joked and then nodded at Oakey. "That's true.'' Though he never really took the time to think about that. "When are you gonna go write in that memory book?'' Jory had been eyeing it for a while but could not bring himself to go right now. |
Pretty much to you all :p Well, it was the end it looked like. Wade walked into the Hall making his way towards his table in his onesie, once again. His face however was blank on his way over. This year sure had its fun moments and.. well, you know. Wade looked towards the staff table at the empty seat nearest to the Headmistress. He frowned as he thought back. SPOILER!!: Wade then sighed..Yeah.. here's to you, Mr. Firth.. It would take a while before that heavy weight in his stomach subsided over that.. Seeing his friends however lessened it, as he lightly smirked before squeezing himself into a seat between them. "Hey guys." He then looked towards the graduating ones. Hmm.. He really was going to miss them. "You all set?" |
Wade is in here too right at the end yes okay Quote:
Well... he didn't want them to leave. Like at all. Biting his lip, Tobias looked away. Quote:
"Just seeing what happens," he replied. "I can't fly though, not at home." He lived in a muggle neighbourhood. So that was another thing to be morose about. Where oh where had the bright side gone. Maybe... maybe there was something nice? Tobias thought hard. "I live near a beach. Might go there." Talking was EXHAUSTING. Tobias squeezed Bobo's arm again to reassured himself he was still there. It was comforting, you know? Not wanting to bring the mood down even more and make everyone more miserable and be THAT GUY, Toby tried his super hardest to keep up the smile. It was hard being social when you were sad and tired. Was this how people usually felt? Was this a sign of nearly being a teenager? Quote:
He couldn't help but smile again at that. SEE. Being around his fellow Hufflepuffs was good. What TOBY wished was that he could be with them when he went back home, where the dementors were definitely not here. His new House family were the best. Cookies then. "Awesome," Tobias nodded. Yes. That was good. A bit of cookie sharing after the feast, maybe in the common room. Yes... Why was Ella so nice? Toby didn't know, but he sure appreciated it. Vaguely, Tobias noticed the captain get up and give someone else a hug. He surreptitiously moved his hand so he could feel elephant's arm with his fingertips. For comfort, you know? But then he was distracted by Oakey. Quote:
I mean YEAH there was a slight lip protrusion but that was just... his face. He'd visit... that was okay. Yeah. And watch Quidditch, but then Toby couldn't see Oakey unless he stared at the stands. Hmmm... "You... you could stay and help-" Tobias turned his head and glanced up at the head table just as he realised what he was about to say. Mr. Firth. But Oakey couldn't help Mr. Firth because nobody could help Mr. Firth. He went silent for a minute and his eyes glistened but he didn't let himself cry because Tobias didn't DO that. He turned to look at Oakey again with those big, shining, blue eyes. Maybe Oakey wanted to go, and Tobias was being selfish for not wanting that. "Okay," said quietly and with a nod. Was it okay to hug him? It didn't really matter because Tobias leaned over and gave the Head Boy a quick hug anyway and just hoped it would be okay. "Okay," he said again. And was that Wade coming over? Well... obviously. Who else had those kind of curls. Tobias gave the older boy a little wave as he joined the table, and even made Bobo wave as well. Wait... was Wade a seventh year? Toby hoped not. There were already too many. |

"Hi Ella," she said, grinning. It was the end of the year, at the final feast, and she was meeting new people. She hugged the older girl because of the irony of it. But even endings are new beginnings. |
*snatches Jory and snugs him* Oh and a mention of Oakey. Quote:
Then she saw Oakey sitting near as well and she gave him a small wave. "Hello, Oakey." she said. They hadn't really talked much but she remembered meeting him on the playground a few years back. |
She still isn't talking much but you are all in here... Minerva heard more chatter and knew her table was getting busy. She needed to look up and be social. She was always one of the most social, but how could she even get words out. Hearing her name she looked up and met Jory's eyes with her blue. As soon as the eye contact happened her lip trembled. "H..hi Jory" She had to focus on the table to try to keep it together. Why was she having so much trouble this term. Without looking up and with a shaky voice, "you won..." He would know what that meant, she knew he would. She really wanted to give him a hug and wish him luck, but her words weren't coming to her and well she still wasn't able to hug anyone other than Ethan. Glancing up at Oakey Minerva opened her mouth and shut it twice. She didn't even know really what to say to him. Were they even friends at this point? She wasn't exactly sure. So she just looked back at the emptiness in front of her. Seeing Laura Minerva just nodded, she knew Laura was still upset with her from the outburst a week or so ago, but it wasn't personal, Minerva was just not able to stand social interactions at the moment. It was hard enough to just be here. She wasn't sure what else the fifth year wanted her to do. Next she made eye contact with ELLA, Alec, and Toby giving them each a small wave, she couldn't help but give Toby one of the smallest smiles as he waved his stuffed animal. So cute Toby, she loved it, but words were still just not coming to her and she was afraid talking could end up with her in a hug and she just wasn't sure she could handle that. So she let her eyes go back to her robes and she acted like there was a string she had to get. Hearing yet another puff she looked up to see Elodie and gave the girl a nod. Why was she unable to just be chipper and hug everyone, congratulate them on the house cup, and be happy. This was happy summer was here, they won the cup, why could she not be happy. Pulling out some tissues she dabbed at her eyes trying to keep them as dry as she could. Blissy and Nessie were the next two to get small waves from Minerva. Blissy she would be seeing again next term so that wasn't to hard. One of her strong little badgers that she adored. She hadn't spent much time with her this term, she hadn't spent much time with many of them really, but she had her reasons and he should be coming in soon she would think. Eyes scanning to make sure he hadn't entered without her realizing. Turning back she forced a voice for Ness, "Congrats Nessie... You were a great head girl this term." Her eyes shifted back to the table as more tears fought to slide down her cheeks, but she caught them with her tissue before they could. Aww Two first years had entered without her noticing, one was giving Minerva a wave and she waved back at Kace. He had been such a great addition to their house this term. His sister should be very proud. Minerva wasn't sure who the next first year was [Maragold] but she got a wave from the sixth year as well. She couldn't help but put her elbows on the table and her head in her hands for a few minutes trying to get her composure. This was just getting ridiculous, maybe she should have just stayed away when she heard the voice of Kitty Wade and felt him squeeze in next to her. Without really looking at him she spoke softly, "Hey Kitty" and then sighed. |
Laura just wanted this feast to end, she didn't have her favourite Professor to cling to which was so bad because Laura was scared the Dementors might come back and she didn't want that to happen, she had produced a Patronus but the Dementors had eaten it up without it effecting them, was her spell work that bad and if it was how was she supposed to pass her OWLS, she was going to fail them badly. Laura suddenly felt a tear coming down her face and she quickly used her robe to push it away, this year she had come to realise that being a monkey most of your life meant that you'd probably fail all your exams and that you had no one to blame but yourself. |
Alec, Jory ... everybody! Annabeth arrived at the Great Hall. It was amazing! All those yellow and black banners, people talking excited - and some of them not so excited 'poor seventh year!' It was easy for her to empathise for them. Hogwarts at its worst would be no worse than her own home. She breathed and her eyes welled with tears. Where were those wizards and witches who had helped her to come to Hogwarts now? Perhaps a social worker witch would be waiting for her at the station and then she wouldn't be forced to come back home. Home. Definitively it wasn't her home. Nor her family. Having a dad who believed that being a pickpocketer was a great job and a mum who loved to ill-treat her friends made Dementors to be cute puppies! And they hated her for being weird, for being a witch! She loved to be a witch! Maybe Professor Hecate could hire her as a nanny... There was always hope... Thinking about it made the girl feeling better. Surely she could volunteer to work with her Potions teacher. No payment, just a roof above her head and some food. No ice cream. At the Hufflepuff table some familiar faces. Alec was there. "Hi, Alec!" She waved and smiled, waiting for him or someone else who could invite her to join the feast. She looked around. Asher wasn't there yet. Then she noticed Jory at the table. She waved at him. It would be nice if she could sit near to him. Jory was great to her, taught her a lot. "Ji, Jory! I mean, Hi!" She grinned and gave a hopeful look at him. She really want him to invite her to sit next to him. It would be rude if she wouldn't greet everyone, although she didn't remember their names. Ella, Minerva and the others... It'd be better if she'd wave at everyone. So, she waved: "Hi everybody! Great feast, huh?" She put on her face her best grin. |
For anyone! So this was it. Forrest was going home for two months. He should be happy, he really should. And he tried to be happy--he'd been trying that since - well, since some time--but it was hard, see? The prospect of getting away from wands and flying killer metal balls and money issues excited him, but only his logic. Deep down, he still wanted to mope and glare at everyone. He walked slowly into the Great Hall, following a group of older students in case of a dementor, he made his way to the Hufflepuff Table and sat somewhere insignificant as he tried to be insignificant himself. There were people leaving, people he liked, and... he clutched onto a keyring of Tottenham Spurs Football Club like he did when he didn't want some stuff to happen but knew they were out of his control. Keeping his head down... he'd learnt that it worked with dementors and his mood certainly ordered him so. |
Anyone and everyone :) Making his way down to the feast, Asher wasn't sure if he wanted to be in the Great Hall. Noticing that most of his house was already at the Hufflepuff table, he assumed it was safe to take a seat. "Hi all." he greeted as he sat down. He wasn't particularly hungry and really hoped there wasn't any ice cream. Nope. He may never eat ice cream again. Fixing his robes and looking up, Asher noticed the Hufflepuff banner. "Wow, that's really cool." He smiled and thought back over the year. He had survived potions class, he had survived seeing a calf born (yuck!), and he had survived dementors attacking the school. Not too bad for his first year. |
Quote:
"You okay, Ronnie?" she asked. She was definitely sad that Ronnie was leaving-it seemed like she just met her-but she was happy for her as well. Quote:
Quote:
"Hi, I'm Marigold if you didn't know," she said. This could be the start of a friendship for all she knew, might as well introduce herself. Quote:
She never really realized how many Hufflepuffs there were until she started talking to some of them. |
Quote:
She looked away from him and in a different direction, as if she had been distracted by something else and that she didn’t knew that Forrest was sitting there and then… she tripped |
*alters Toby's timeline ever so slightly to clone* Quote:
The Hufflepuff DID see Forrest come in and sit somewhere further down the table. Toby's face stayed solemn as he eyed his dormmate. Forrest looked at least as sad as Toby felt. AND Forrest went off on his own. Maybe he needed a friend. Tobias looked around at the older students and wondered if maybe they wouldn't mind if he invited Forrest to join. Of course they wouldn't, they were way too nice. Quote:
Looking up, Tobias spotted the girl from that day by the swamp. With the dementors. He couldn't quite tell what had happened, he wasn't all that focused on his surroundings, but if the girl was sorry, then something must have happened. Either way, Tobias was planning on heading up there anyway, may as well make it now. Glancing to Ella, Tobias muttered a quick "Don't let anyone steal my seat" and manouvered so he could momentarily leave his place. Then he got up and made his way over to Forrest. Wow... this took up a lot of energy, but it was happening. "Forrest?" Tobias called over when he was still a slight distance away. Far enough to not really see what had happened, if anything. "Come sit with me?" And everyone. The other boy seemed lonely, and loads of friendly people were over by where Tobias had been sitting. He looked curiously at the Slytherin and gave her a slight nod. He couldn't remember much about that day at the swamp, having blacked a lot of it out. All he knew was that SHE had been as scared as him, and he'd dragged her to safety. And then Botros had saved them. That was it. Tobias had no reason to believe anything was really awry, after all. |
"Hey, Wade,'' Jory greeted the soon to be seventh year. All set to graduate? He never would be; he just shook his head. Why had this day come? Jory suddenly felt his self enveloped in a bear hug. Only one person at Hogwarts did that. "Hey, Rons,'' he said, forcing one of his goofy grins. It was her last year too and he knew his Ronnie would also be feeling sad so...he had to be strong for her. "I'm fine. You?'' Jory planted a kiss on her cheek. He felt better having her there with him. "You all packed yet?'' Jory's finally looked back at Min but she wasn't looking at him. not even at anyone else. Oh, gosh. Why did this have to be so difficult? "I guess I did,'' he replied but honestly, he didn't feel happy that he did. Min should have won. He would have felt better. "You won't compete with anyone else next term, won't you?'' he asked in a small voice. Just then Anna arrived. "Hai, Anna,'' the seventh year called and gave a small smile. "Come on over. Enjoyed your first year?'' And another firstie! "Hi, Asher.'' Jory didn't know him much. |
*lays all her feels here* enjoy her! This Moment, she was dreading all term, Sitting at this table with him for the last time and the snake was sad, yet she mustered up all of her courage that she could find and slowly made her was over to the Hufflepuff table. He seemed to be a popular guy today, seemed like no one really cared till it was time to leave, or people just wanted to seem cool saying bye to the head boy. none the less there was a lot of people and maybe this was a bad idea. She fumbled with her bracelet and pushed back her crazy curly slash wavy hair she was sporting today and had half a mind to turn away and just run, go back to her room and not com back, not till he decided to stay with her or told her she could just not come back and she could go off with him, but he wouldn't do that. HE knew her dreams and what she wanted to do and the only way she could was to stay here, one more year she could do it. At least, she really hoped she could. So she wanted to run, and that's what her mind was telling her to do but her feet, they had other plans and they marched her right over to the table right behind OAKEY and tapped his shoulder. he had others sitting on wither side of him, what was she to do.. she could always run, before he turned around, before he saw her. but she wanted to be here, so she stayed. |
*clones like crazy* The bottom biit ish for everyone. :3 From a few seats away, Renesmee could see Elodie. Her 'badger buddy' or for not much longer at least. The younger badger was probably ecstatic about that and so Nessie left her to it, even if she had to secretly admit to herself she'd miss Elodie...just a bit...a tiny tiny bit. Blissy was whom she'd spotted next. Rumor had it that her kiddo was leaving Hogwarts too, so of course Ness wanted to speak to her before then. "Um...Blissy?" she called over the table. She was quieter than usual, much quieter. It was hard being all loud when inside all you wanted to do was be alone and away from the people who you'd never be with here again. Text Cut: Aleeeec! Just like that someone popped beside her and the gazing of the Great Hall stopped and her eyes now focused on a fifth year boy that she loved like a brother. Alecutie. He got a tiny, weak smile, but it faded as she watched in confusion as he took a deep breathe. Errrr....Was he okay? It seemed he was. What he'd just said though. Those words connected to her tear ducts and caused them to produce tears."I..I.." Hiccup. "I..you're so adorable." It was a barely audible whisper. But seriously she loved him so much. Text Cut: Ella! <3 The frown that was on the blonde's face did not make Ness smile, but she didn't want to anyways. Graduation was a good thing, yeah...but more sad or for now at least. "Hey, Ella." She spoke softly and quietly which was followed by a quick hiccup. Could they stop? The hiccups. Text Cut: Jory! "Hey, Jory." He got a weak, weak smile his way. Text Cut: Tobiasss! <3 He was biting his lip and then just like that he looked away. She could have sworn she saw him wibbling before that lip bite. "Um...Tobias?" She spoke up with her quiet voice. Text Cut: Minerva! <3 Could you imagine how bad those were going to turn out? MERLIN. Why couldn't graduation just like not exist. Wishful thinking. Minerva. The red head tried her best to give the not so much younger puff a smile. Those words really meant a lot, even if not everyone would agree with them."I..I..I'veseenbetter...but thank you."Still quiet. Speaking of quiet Min herself had been a little quiet this term and it concerned Nessie, a lot. "Um..have you been okay?" She whispered in a loudish whisper. ------------ Wade and his onesies. He got a small, small smile for that. She'd always remember him as the onesie boy and she actually liked that. It meant she had something funny and good to think about when she looked back. No answer for his question though, just a head shake. The less talking the less chances of bursting into tears and therefore the better. More absorbing was what she wanted to do right now anyways, not focus on whether to cry or not. She wanted to absorb every face she could, every colour she could everything of this room. She wanted to remember it forever and like this with people smiling and talking about, even if she herself wasn't feeling like that. With a pout, Renesmee began to think of what the other graduates were thinking, specifically Oakey that was her fellow Head Boy this year. He had been amazing to work with and she wanted him to know that. Which was why she automatically began scanning for him and when her eyes found him she mumbled. "I..um..Oakey...thank you." The mumbling eventually turned to a whisper of words, which turned to something more. "Thank you to all of you!" She looked up at them all and this time raised her voice quiet loud. She loved them all, okay? Even if she didn't know them well. She loved her house and was forever proud of it. |
Laura was really upset and her favourite Professor Romanos was really busy so she couldn't spend time with her, she wiped away a few tears that had once again started to form, why was she so sad and how had the dementors got into Hogwarts, they had scared her like crazy and she didn't want people to know that, and then there was a few other issues that she would sort out later for now, she wished the feast would be over. |
I /think/ I got everyone? *doesn't even know* Ella didn’t mean to look up at the staff table. In fact, she was trying her hardest to avoid looking in that general direction until the speech. Unfortunately, Airey’s outburst was a bit loud and it caught her attention. He wasn’t wearing a suit, Airey, and that’s what Ella noticed first. Strange. Also strange, not seeing Mr. Firth up there. It hurt her heart just thinking about the man. It felt like just yesterday that her and Oakey Worm were talking to him and now…Chin!Wobble. Yeah, she shouldn’t have looked up there. The blonde quickly turned her attention back to Jory, nodding her head at his question. “Thanks, Jory. I’m really nervous, actually. I guess I’m as prepared as I can be, though. Are you nervous?” She wasn’t the only one who got a knotted tummy thinking about exams, was she? Ella’s green eyes flicked over to Oakey and Alec as the older badger questioned whether her boyfriend would be visiting. This got her attention for reasons, AHEM, and she raised her eyebrows slightly at the two. She cracked a smile, though, as Oakey saved himself from sour-lemon glaring from her. “I don’t think that’d be a problem, Oak.” Just as long as he did what he said he would. It’d save them all a lot of trouble, yeah? And then neighbor boy was squishing himself between herself and Tobias and she let it slide only because Oakey Worm was good to the first year and Ella figured Tobias was going to miss the head boy just as much as she was. She’d let them bond and stuff, no worries. So…was the hugging thing not Okay or? Ella just sort of stared back at the younger badger, wondering if she was about to get told off or something. Her and Elodie weren’t exactly the hugging type of friends but she had felt the younger girl needed one. But then she was thanking her and the blonde felt a bit better about the whole thing. “Anytime, Elodie.” Really. Hugs from Kace were nice and Ella beamed down at the first year, ruffling his hair. “You’re getting strong there, little badger. Your hug nearly squished me.” Joking, obviously. Then she was being led somewhere and the Captain followed obediently, smiling as she was introduced properly to Marigold. “Not formally, no. Hey Marigold, ready for summer?” And did she play Quidditch? It was never too early to start recruiting, y’know. Wade looked a little less Wade-like today. The blonde smiled faintly at the older boy in the onesie but couldn’t help but notice that he seemed a little less happy today. She couldn’t really blame him though, yeah? “You look really brilliant, y’know.” She said softly, giving her teammate a smile. He really knew how to rock that thing. The table continued to fill with people as Ella spotted Ronnie, another one of the graduating people that the blonde would miss. “Hi there.” She said, giving the older girl a wave and sad smile. Could she maybe not go? Could that be a thing? The seventh years could just hang in the Room of requirement, yeah? The interaction between Sonea and Forrest wasn’t lost on Ella and she was vaguely aware of Tobias telling her to save his spot. She nodded her head and watched as he went to join the two younger ones, wondering if everything was okay. She was watching, Sonea. No messing with the baby badgers, okay? Oh and speaking of baby badgers, Annabeth and Asher were here now too. “Hello, you guys.” Ella greeted kindly, giving them both smiles. More young quidditch prospects, yeah? The captain had her eye on them. Nessie. Wibble. Ella couldn’t even look at the older badger for too long without her eyes getting teary. This just wasn’t okay, alright? Goodbyes were so hard. How were you meant to tell someone how much their kindness has meant to you? It wasn’t something easily put into words and the lump in the blonde’s throat grew just thinking about it. Maybe…she’d wait until the train ride home for this. Then Ariana arrived and she looked really upset and Ella understood why. Without a word, she slid down to make space, giving the snake a faint smile. She knew she was welcome here, yeah? At least by Ella. The blonde had the raven haired girl’s back now for reasons. |
Totally know I'm forgetting people, but you are all included. Asher beamed and giddily waved back at all his housemates. He couldn't believe the older students actually remembered his name. Glowing with Hufflepuff pride, Asher jumped up on the table and shouted "Hufflepuff is the best house ever! I love you all and will miss you this summer." He smiled brightly towards Ella, Marigold, Forrest, Laura, Alec, Annabeth, Tobias, and Jory. After hopping down from the table he made his way over to Minerva. "A special thank you to you. Ya know. About the Dementors and all." Blushing, he headed back towards his seat. Even with all that had gone on, it had been a great year. |
Oakey Healer Tillstorm made her way through the Great Hall for the end of term feast. She had thought about skipping it but decided against that. She had a few students she wanted to see before they left the school for good. One of those students being none other than this terms head boy, Oakey. Scanning the Hufflepuff table she finally found the student she had been looking for. Noticing all the students around him, she opted not to bother him. Instead she quietly placed a package on the table in front of him. Once he opened the package he would find a note inside the front cover of the book. Not saying a word she made her way up to the staff table, where once again there would be no one sitting next to her on her right. |
Text Cut: Kace! The Great Hall was filling up quite a bit now but it still seemed quite... empty compared to the start of term feast. Or just... any feast. Maybe other people didn't want to come along here too? Alec understood that. End of Term feasts were just... sad to come to. Really. But the arrival of another familiar face didn't go amiss by the sixteen year old and he watched as the guy sat down at their table. A small smile flitted across Alec's lips. The guy had had a great time at Hogwarts, right? Even with Dementors around and the goblins and something else that just didn't feel right. "Hey Kace!" he called, holding up a hand and waving at the first year, "You okay over there, mate?" Text Cut: Ells! So she wasn't okay. Alec frowned at this little fact and instead, searched her face for any clues on what might help to make her feel better. Maybe hugs? Maybe kisses? Maybe a blanket fort or a walk? Would the last two even work with one more evening at the school? But she wasn't okay... he'd just focus on that part. "You want me to do anything to make you feel better?" Or make anything? Though, she might not want waffles after the feast. You know, if the feast was any better than what it had been at the beginning of the term. ... That feast... all that ice cream... Alec shook his head and turned his attention back to the blonde. "Erm..." Was he okay? He shrugged in response before hastily adding, "Summer will be great, though." Text Cut: Oakster! Uh oh. Alec had been dreading this. Sure, he knew he had to talk to the seventh years and it wasn't as if he could let his favourite Male Beater Moose go without saying goodbye. But goodbye's weren't easy. And Peter Pan himself said not to say goodbye. So... this wasn't a goodbye. It was more... see you later? "You got any plans for the summer?" Or... for after summer? As for whether he'll be over at Ella's... "Yeah... yeah, I am. So, erm, make sure to drop by sometime and we'll have pancakes and Veggie Drinks? I heard you make the best kind." Text Cut: Jory! And mentions of Ronnie too! So... his plans to get to know Jory had gone out the window, jumped on the back of a dragon and flown off into the sunset. Really. Alec shifted a little uncomfortably in his seat as he looked over at the seventh year. He was meant to get to know the older guy and possibly become good friend with him but... somewhere between his girlfriend, Quidditch, his studies, his friends and his girlfriend again, things just hadn't panned out as he had hoped it would. It was a shame, really. The sixteen year old got up and headed over towards the seventh year. When he reached the guy, Alec wrapped his arms around him and gave him a big SUPER!HUG. Just because. "You think you'll be okay?" ... Oh. Bright Hair Girl! ... Ronnie, right? "Hey Ronnie!" Text Cut: Wade! Onesie... tigger onesie... Curly Wade had actually come to the feast in a ONESIE! Alec's lips stretched themselves into a slight grin for a minute or two as he watched the guy head over towards them and the table. Trust Wade to always be weird and different and be able to pull it all off. And look at that head of curly hair! Alec definitely couldn't pull that off even if he tried. At least both of their hairs were ruffly. "Hey Curly Wade!" he said, his grin going back to that usual smile he had on before, "Erm... nice onesie, mate!" Also, Alec was really... really glad that Wade wasn't leaving this term. Next term, though. Frown. Text Cut: Tobias! And mentions of Forrest! See what happens... Alec nodded along to that. It didn't sound like a bad way to spend the summer, actually. Though, Alec did hope that Tobias would find something that'll make his summer special... or just happy. Merlin knows, they all needed a great summer. "Oh... it'll be a shame not to be able to fly for two months," Not that Tobias really needed any practice or anything. Dude was a BRILLIANT Keeper and he was... twelve? Yeah? Man! "If I didn't live in a Muggle area... I would invite you over to mine to fly around. But I have video games, if you're interested." Everyone loved Mario Kart, yeah? Wait, he lived near a beach? NEAR a BEACH? "That sounds awesome!" he said, smiling a little bit more, "And, erm, I like your monkey, by the way." It was nice that him and Ells had both brought their stuffies along to the feast. Alec watched as the guy had headed off to go over towards... oh hey! Forrest, right? From the Start of Term feast and that Quidditch match. He... seemed like a quiet dude. Maybe. Nevertheless, Alec smiled a little and waved at the younger boy. Text Cut: Minnie! A wave? Alec frowned a little. A wave was okay, yeah, but after the events of this year, he was used to being a little worried about Minnie. And looking out for her. And trying to help her whenever he could. And the bright side about that had been that... well... they'd become closer, hadn't they? Brother and sister. That's exactly what they were. So... he was going to act like a proper younger brother and bug the girl. But nicely because he was still Alec Blake Summers. "Hey... Minnie?" he asked, nudging her side gently, "You want me to sit with you on the train back? I promise to leave once Ethan comes back from Prefect duties..." It would be just like the train ride to Hogwarts back in September. Text Cut: Annabeth! A new arrival to the Hufflepuff table! And a happier arrival at that. Alec smiled a little at his new friend and watched as she greeted him first. That was a nice feeling, actually. And even if she hadn't greeted him first, he would still feel happy about being greeted by her. It meant that she remembered his face, yeah? "Hey Anna!" he called, waving at her. An not Beth. Lesson learned. ... Great feast? Pause. Was it a great feast? He had no idea about that. He also had no idea how the girl felt about the idea of people leaving a place forever but... at least the girl seemed to be happy? Maybe? "I'm glad you think so!" Nodnod. "Erm... you excited about the summer? Got any plans?" Full of questions, he was. Text Cut: Asher! Truth be told, Alec hadn't really realised that Asher had walked over towards the Hufflepuff table until the words 'Hi all' reached the sixteen year old's ears and he jumped slightly. ... Yeah... maybe he should pay more attention to things, yeah? Maybe. And the boy... was looking up? Alec followed his gaze and found that it landed on the black and gold of the Hufflepuff banner. He looked back down at the young boy, a small smile spread across his lips. "It's a really awesome banner, isn't it?" And very Hufflepuff too. "Erm... and hey Asher! You excited for the summer?" One question... uttered who knows how many times. Text Cut: LochNessie! BLINK. BLINK. STARE. He had... made her cry? No. No, don't cry LochNessie! Because... because then he was going to cry and he didn't do that. At least, not in front of people. And even as he tried so much not to cry or well up or show any sort of sad emotions, he did feel his chin wobbling, his grey eyes locked on LochNessie's face. ... And she said something. Something that was hard to hear but Alec, being so near her, did manage to hear a sliver of it. The sixteen year old reached over and wrapped his arms around the redhead, giving her a tiny squeeze as he did so. "And you're awesome, LochNessie," he whispered back, "Don't... don't let anyone tell you otherwise, yeah?" |
For Sonea, Tobias, Marigold, Asher and Ness. Cloning for Marigold! Forrest was toying with the plastic glass and questioning life in general when he heard Super Head Girl Nessie thanking them all. This brought a genuine smile to his lips, but soon after he was moping. She was leaving. So, getting up, he hugged her silently and without any warning (a soft hug that is). Then he didn't even look into her eyes, because he was just bound to cry. He hadn't really talked to her, sure, but she had always been there and... she was leaving and... it was better for the little boy to just return to his seat before he got ridiculously emotional, and so he went back to where he was sitting. And then Asher spoke. What was wrong with them? Seriously, why were they torturing them by thanking them and all? Didn't they know it was emotional already? Forrest just bit his lower lip, nodded towards his direction and tried (but failed) to smile. "I thank you." For friendship and keeping company and-- Feels. Go away. Then something rained over him. Something sticky. Something that would ruin his clothes and everything. Should he be grateful that most of it had stuck in his hair? And even more stickier was the voice. That sugar-coated apology. That--that--he took deep breaths but they made him angrier than calmer. He was going to KILL her! "What is WRONG WITH YOU?!" he yelled as he jumped to his feet to face her. "Why are you picking on me? What did I DO?" While he didn't sob, he was on the verge of tears. He didn't even hear Tobias. He didn't even see him. It was just Sonea and his watery eyes. ...he hadn't done anything wrong. Why was she so mean? ---- Oh, Marigold came. Well, at least she was going to be a distraction from thanking, INCONSIDERATE people. He knew her name too, of course. They were both Hufflepuff firsties, after all. He had just never spoken to her. Now was going to be the moment, apparently. "Yeah, I'm Forrest. Funny we've never talked before..." It was rude of him, actually, since she was the girl and all. "Sorry?" |
Laura was still upset and she was just staring at the table when suddenly she saw Ella, this was going to be totally fun, she gave her friend a small smile and decided to be social for the first time in awhile. "You okay bestie?" Laura had no idea what was going on here, she hadn't seen her best friend enter. |
Totally Out of Order...but IDC (I'll have Alec in my Next Post) SPOILER!!: Jory SPOILER!!: Tobias Damn this kid! He was making this departure way more saddening than Oakey had anticepated. He knew hugs were going to come his way, but not from Tobias. "Help? Trust me, this school would crumble under my help." Oakey threw a smile on his face, and wrapped one arm around Tobias as the First Year continued to hug him. "Okay." was all he could respond back to Tobias. "You'll help Ella keep the team in line yeah? She needs some one like you with high spirits on the Team." SPOILER!!: Ronnie SPOILER!!: Minerva SPOILER!!: Cupcake SPOILER!!: Renesmee SPOILER!!: Ella Worm SPOILER!!: The Healer Not seeing her anywhere near the House Tables, his eyes shot themselves over to the Staff Dias and he saw her taking her place beside Professor Bentley who he also realized he needed to return a certain book back to her, and the Empty spot where Mr.Firth should be. This put an instant frown on his face, and Oakey sat back down and reread the letter Tillstorm wrote him. |

SPOILER!!: Forrest She turned her head toward the person she had bumped into, she hoped to see a dirty Forrest and yes, she saw that she had tripped over the right person! She wanted to smile, but she didn’t do it, she had learned her lesson and would NOT get caught this time, she would try to let it look like a accident, and yes, she was making them too, even now that she didn’t wanted to say that out loud. No, she was to proud for that, but they could think that she had just not looked around her and that she had fallen… That was possible, even for her! So… She just widened her eyes and faked her most surprised and shocked look when she looked at THAT STUPID But when that STUPID boy started to scream at her and she saw the hurtful look in his eyes she hesitated, what was she doing? She… recognized the look in his eyes as her own look, when she needed to listen to her parents… Was he… hurt like she? But he was a MUDBLOOD?? She stayed quiet for a few seconds and blinked with her eyes, it wasn’t satisfying her to bully him, that was strange… She only had a strange feeling, she didn’t knew that feeling, but she didn’t liked it. She ignored the other boy who was talking to Forrest and only narrowed her eyes while she looked at the boy. “It was a accident, bear with it boy, I don’t want to be around you so why would I search for you? You are stupid and this was a accident!” She looked one last time at Forrest and turned around to walk away, she suddenly didn’t liked it anymore to bully him. She had thought that she would feel better when he was hurt, but it hasn’t worked and her problems were still the same… |
lols at all my clones in one post Quote:
How much had she noticed? Well, it didn't really matter because as soon as Tobias looked back his lower lip trembled again and his eyes got all shiny but he TOTALLY DIDN'T CRY. He was being brave, or as brave as he could manage. Because there was too much sad. Not wanting to demand that she stay, because that was all selfish of him, Tobias scrambled for something to say before... "I don't want you to leave." The truth, but not demanding she stay. Fair. Quote:
He gave a little smile again and looked up at Oakey. All his high spirits had gone, but maybe this was a time that it was okay to lie and pretend like he was as happy as usual. "I will. I'll bounce on them if they ever get sad." Quote:
Totally. "Where abouts d'you live?" OH... Alec was complimenting Bobo. More awesome points for Alec. Tobias just smiled at that. He was starting to gradually feel more happier. ------------- Quote:

Tobias immediately felt a small surge of anger in himself as he noticed how wound up Forrest was getting. Forrest was his friend, and Tobias was immediately loyal to any and all of his friends, and if someone had upset Forrest then Toby was having none of it. He closed the remaining gap between him and Forrest and the Slytherin girl. Picking on Forrest? No. "Forrest," Tobias spoke, slightly louder this time, just to make sure he was heard. He glanced at the Slytherin girl and then completely ignored her after that, because she was walking off anyway. Good thing, too, because Tobias wasn't sure he'd be able to stop from grabbing a drink and throwing it straight back in her face. Impulsiveness and all that. "Forrest, come and sit with me," he repeated, but with more conviction this time. "I'm sitting with Ella. I've got something I want to show you." He didn't mention the sticky stuff that was over Forrest, obviously something that had spilled (been tipped?) over him. He was sure an older student would help clear him up. Tobias just tried to give Forrest the most meaningful look he could muster and gently placed his hand on the other boy's arm. Really tentatively though... he didn't want to surprise or anger him. But now Tobias definitely needed to talk to Forrest. Just, y'know, over here. |
Tobias, Sonea and Ella (No multi-quotes in SS-lite >_<) Bear with it? Boy? Stupid? Forrest. Come and sit with me. I've got something with to show you. Two different people, two different approaches, one boy that was still boiling with indignation. "I'm NOT stupid!" he mumbled after her as his face got redder. He was trying to hold back the tears of fury, and so far holding his breath had worked. He had to breathe though, as his last breath went with talking, and a tear escaped his vigilance in the process. It was only one tear thankfully, and hopefully one that Tobias didn't see. He relaxed visibly when Tobias touched his arm, but it didn't help his mood either. It just didn't make sense. He'd already apologised, what else did he have to do to please her? "Thanks, Tobias. It means a lot." Words had always failed him like now, but his look was of utter gratitude. It wasn't a simple friends-got-friends'-back act in his eyes. It was more... something he had missed in his previous schools, something that he'd been yearning for so long. Maybe he was reading too much into Tobias' support. Maybe he was a normal friend to him, but it didn't matter. It was enough to know they were friends. He freed his legs from the table and looked at his friend. "What have you got?" Ella could clean him, right? |
oakey yo! and no quote cause my.phone is lame. Just blindly grabbing peoples hands was totally ok. "what if i were a professor? " she said softly to him as he turned around. She then looked over at ella who moved over giving her just enough room for her to sit and gave her a very faint smile. "i was wondering if i could snatch you for a bit..... actually" and come to her table cause this was just too much for her here and she just couldnt. She didnt wanna talk around all of every one else. She didnt wanna talk at all but, she could make herself talk to him. He was easy to talk to.... please Oakey? |
Marigold, Jory Bear, Ella, Alec, Oakey, Wade, and a mention of Minnie! Quote:
Quote:
As she sat there, she glanced around the Great Hall for a minute. The red head turned her head around as she studied all the banners hanging over each house table. All the professors sitting chatting with each other, and all the students at their tables laughing and talking...and some crying. A casual end of term feast. She swallowed hard, biting her cheek hard to keep herself from crying. But she couldn't help it. For the longest time here at this feast, she was trying to hold it in. But she couldn't anymore, it was killing her inside. She suddenly gripped Jory tight, burried her face into his shoulder, and began to sob uncontrollably. Not caring for what anyone at the Puff table thought. Quote:
Quote:
Quote:
Anyways. Enough of thinking about leaving before she turned into an emotional wreck. "What about you, Oakey? You got some fun plans or something?" she asked him. Quote:
And then the read head noticed Minnie looking awfully sad. Frowning, she walked up to the girl and hugged her. "Hey, Mins." she said softly, keeping an arm around her as she sat down. "You doing alright?" Okay, it was a stupid question. Obviously she wasn't, but...whatever. It was already said and done, and it was polite to ask I guess. |
Join in or just stare :) Looking around, Asher noticed most of his fellow Hufflepuffs seemed rather sad. He hated this and wanted nothing more than to bring a smile to their faces. Working up every bit of extrovert in him, Asher once again climbed up on the table, making sure he had a cleared off area to DANCE!! "Come on everybody it's time for the CHICKEN DANCE!" he shouted over the roar of the room. "Pinch your fingers and thumbs together in front of you like this PINCH PINCH PINCH PINCH. Now, flap your arms four times FLAP FLAP FLAP FLAP. Next, wiggle your rump back and forth four times as close to the floor as possible WIGGLE WIGGLE WIGGLE WIGGLE. Finish up by clapping four times CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP!" Asher started humming the music "Here we go!! NANA NANA NANANA NANA NANA NANANA let's chicken dance PINCH PINCH PINCH PINCH! NANA NANA NANANA NANA NANA NANANA let's chicken dance FLAP FLAP FLAP FLAP. NANA NANA NANANA NANA NANA NANANA let's chicken dance WIGGLE WIGGLE WIGGLE WIGGLE. NANA NANA NANANA NANA NANA NANANA let's chicken dance CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP!!" His face was lit up and he giggled as he danced. Asher loved the chicken dance and had learned it from his muggle grandmother. She was always teaching him silly dances when he visited her. He only hoped his housemates would find it as enjoyable as he did. |

SPOILER!!: Forest Wade didn't have to wait for long to see Tobi get up and come back with-oh Forest. Cool... hmm, that stuff on him though, made his brows furrow. Wade drew out his wand, "Hey Forest, I'll get that off of you," With the usual motion, he thought 'Tergeo' whilst pointing his wand at him, cleaning him up nicely. Wordless magic was awesome. "That's a bit better, yeah? You doing okay?" Next thing Wade heard however.. Quote:
|
Don't Mind Kace Marigold ;) SPOILER!!: Jory! Kace smiled when Jory noticed him. He waved to him and went to sit down next to him. "Hey Jory, just wanted to say.....Good luck in whatever you plan to do outside of Hogwarts. It has been fun." he smiled and held out his hand for him to shake. SPOILER!!: Mairgold :3 Then he noticed Marigold talking to him. Wait a minute she was talking to him.....didn't girls have cooties? Uh oh...he had to run. "AAAGHHHHH COOTIESSS!!!!!" he screamed and ran around frantically. Then he went to the other side of the hall and took a breather. He never realized that girls did have cooties. How could he have been so blind. But wait a minute this was...Mairgold! The sweet and kind hufflepuff. He was over reacting. Maybe he should go talk to her and apologize. He walked over to her and said...."Sorry about the Marigold, i overreacted." he mumbled looking down at his shoes. SPOILER!!: Ronnie :3 After he did his run arounds in the great hall and might have looked like a fool. He noticed Ronnie was talking to Jory! *BEAM* He perked up and went over to talk to his best friend. "Hey Ronnie! I am glad i caught you before the feast was over. How have you been?" he asked her. SPOILER!!: Minnie <3 and Mention of Forrest! Kace nodded and smiled and was glad Minnie could wave back. He knew she wasn't feeling too well. He remembered her boyfriend was leaving Hogwarts. Maybe that had something to do with it? He walked over to her and asked her, "Do you mind if i sit here and give you some company?" He noticed Forrest coming to the table. Kace got up and told Minnie to put a hold on his request and went to talk to him. Hopefully he still remembered him. Kace tapped him on the shoulder and said "Hey Forrest!" [spoiler=Ella!] Quote:
Then he was gonna ask her.."Do you have any summer plans Ella?" SPOILER!!: Alec! :3 After he talked with Ella and introduced her to Marigold, he heard a familiar voice saying his name. He turned around and noticed it was Alec! He smiled and said with a high five, "Hey Alec!" Then he asked if he was alright. I guess he was checking on him dealing with the dementors and all. "Yeah i am fine! I am just glad to be leaving the castle and not dealing with the dementors anymore." he grinned. "What are you gonna be planning for the summer?" he asked curiously. |
Wade and anyone else ---DANCE! As Asher continued dancing the chicken dance, he heard Wade ask him to come down so he could join. "Sure! Let's keep on dancing" He slipped in between versus. Asher glanced around to make sure he didn't land on anyone and hopped off the table. It appeared there was just enough room between the tables to keep on dancing. "Nana nana nanana" he continued to sing while going through the steps of the dance. He could wiggle his rump much better closer to the ground than up on the table. His song was starting to get a bit muddled with all of the giggling he was doing, but he was still having so much fun. |
Forrest and people and acknowledging the table dancer XD Tobias agreed, Forrest was not stupid. But he wasn't going to get into all that, not until they were back by Ella He lead his fellow first year back to where he'd been seated, and there was still a space on the opposite side of him that was free for Forrest, which was perfect. "Don't mention it," Toby said to Forrest, and tried with all his might to give a genuine smile. He managed it, but could only keep it up for as long as he concentrated on it. He still felt extremely run down and bleh and sad. "You're my friend, you know...?" One of the first he'd made, and one who'd continued to be there throughout the year. Tobias was very loyal to certain people and it seemed like Forrest was one of them. They had, of course, shared a conversation which had been more personal than any other conversation Toby had had with anyone else here. Like, Forrest was the only person Tobias had shared certain information about his family with. "I'll always help you out." He took a seat with Ella and gestured to the place on the other side of him. "Well, it was only Bobo that I wanted to show you. I brought him to the feast, 'cause he helps me to feel less sad," he said as he held up the cuddly toy monkey. He'd never really let the other boys in his dorm see the cuddly monkey, but what with all the stuff that had been happening, he didn't care who saw his comfort object. It also felt good to 'introduce' people to the stuffed animal. "He's sitting with elephant, that's who Ella bought." At which point Tobias pointed at Ella's stuffed toy elephant. Then he looked at Forrest again. "I did have something I wanted to ask you, though." But first... Tobias turned around to look at Ella who had surely witnessed some of what had gone on. He was about to ask about maybe helping Forrest out, but out of the corner of his eye he saw Wade draw his wand. Well... maybe that was taken care of. See Forrest? HUFFLEPUFF GOT YO BACK. Still, he spoke to Ella anyway. "I bought Forrest over to sit with us." In case that wasn't immediately obvious. Then he turned to Forrest again, this time to make his request/inquiry... but Tobias was soon distracted by... uhhh... table dancing? ... ... right. |
Jory, Alec, Ella, Asher... Jory Quote:
"It was the best year of my life! Really!"... thousand miles away from her family. How it could be better? She grinned and then realized it could be rude to grin when everybody was sad, then her grin vanished. "It's so sad that you all are leaving the school. I'll miss you. But I know that there's a "great future" waiting for you outside. You're the best person I knew in my whole life," and looking at Ronnie, she added, quickly, as she didn't want to be misunderstood "just as you are. You both are a lovely couple." Jory was greeting someone else, the girl turned to see who was. It was Asher! "Hi, Asher!" Quote:
Quote:
"Er... I don't have any... " She gazed at the staff table, "I was thinking about to volunteer me to work to Professor Hecate, I mean, Professor Lafay, as a nanny. I love babies! Professor Lafay is always so kind to me. She never yells at me and replies all my questions." Anna nodded. Anything would be better than go back to home. "How about your plans for the summer?" |
Oakey and then Asher's chicken dance at the end SPOILER!!: Forrest, Tobias, Sonea Minerva looked up just as Forrest had come into the hall. She was going to give him a small wave when she watched a girl dump.. all over her. Minerva just blinked goodness was this girl a klutz or did she do that on purpose. Trying to give the girl the benefit of the doubt Minerva just watched and the more she watched the more irritated she got. Typically the nice one Minerva would have said something things to Forrest ignoring the girl completely, but she had heard about this one. Yes Ethan had told her about the student garden and the girl he worked with. She knew Sonea from classes so she knew who she was. Still trying to ignore it Minerva watched as Toby came over and asked Forrest to sit with him. It wasn't until the girl shot her mouth off that Minerva got up and went straight to the young snake. "Excuse me... Accident or not you need to apologize to Forrest. You do not go dropping drinks all over other students and then turn and give attitude to them. Unless you would like to talk to a professor about it, but I'm not sure you wish to do anymore work with the claw prefect, my boyfriend in the student garden now do you." She knew it was the final night there, but there was always work that could be done after the feast before the train and come on student garden Ethan would be all over that whether it was time to leave or not.. She tapped her foot and pulled her wand. Maybe the girl might think Minerva was going to hex her, because the mood Min was in at the moment she might have. She could easily hex the second year and be done with it the little brat, but she wasn't going to right now. No she would give the girl a chance to apologize and get the hell away from the puff table. Pointing her wand at Forrest she non verbally cleaned the drink up. Turning back to Sonea still holding her wand she tapped her foot. Let's go child any day now with that apology... SPOILER!!: Marigold Minerva noticed the first year waving and decided she should talk. "Did you have a good term?" wow was her voice shaky and so quiet. Min never was quiet she really needed to snap out of it. "Looking forward to....summer" Honestly why was that so hard to say. She wasn't sure what her summer was going to be like yet. She knew of some plans, but it depended on how long the first part of her summer took. SPOILER!!: Jory Minerva's lips were trembling she knew she couldn't keep the tears back. The moment she knew she was defeated she felt them on her cheeks. "You deserve the cup for all your hard work this term. Great job.." She wiped her face with her tissue. Shaking her head, "What's the point.. Honestly.. They just don't seem like that big of a deal anymore.. It's just to much work." Minerva saying school was to much work was clearly a red flag that she had been pushed over the edge or something was at least wrong. "It's going to be so weird without you here next term. You know you are one of my closest friends, right? I'm going to miss you so much." She wanted to hug him so bad.. Friends hugged, she should be able to hug him, but she couldn't instead she put her elbows on the table and resting her tear stained cheeks in her hands. SPOILER!!: Nessie Minerva shook her head and again felt the tears with Nessie. She and the red head always got along pretty well and she had been captain for two terms, Min only wished she would have gotten to play under her, but it didn't matter she was still a great captain. "Nessie you were a great Captain and a great head girl do not think otherwise." She again felt the urge to hug, but the same inner fight of burning plants and panic attacks hit her so she avoided the contact. Was she alright that was the question of the term.. .wasn't it? "I'll be fine.. Just a lot of different things this term I guess. It's been a bit much." That was an honest answer at least it had been way to much. SPOILER!!: Asher She looked up from her spot on the table when she heard a small voice and her name. Looking at the person it was Asher. Min realized at that moment how many first years she had gotten to know well this term. It was nice to know the younger students and her protective ways jumped with them all. Asher and the courtyard, that was a day she wasn't going to forget ever. "Asher you don't need to thank me. We protected each other like housemates do. I would go up against anything with you.. You are great with a wand." That was the truth the boy saved her probably more than she saved him that day. That day that she realized she was a failure for letting those horrid things by. She shuddered at the thought of them and frowned more, if that was even possible. SPOILER!!: We see you Healer Minerva heard someone walking among the chatter and looked up. Her heart froze for a few minutes. Honestly was the woman's soul purpose in life now to make Minerva terrified every chance she got. Min sat quietly watching as she left a box for Oakey. She was more interested then fearing of the woman after recent events. She knew she had fainted in this very room when Mr. .... *wibbles* Firth had the dementors attack him. She also knew she smelled something that made her wake up and only assumed which Ethan confirmed was smelling salts given by Tillstorm. She still was not sure if the woman had done it just because other professors were there or because she wanted to actually save and maybe protect Minerva. Which seemed unlikely after that horrible detention that she didn't do anything as Min's hair was burned away. Turning her eyes back to the table she did not want to attract the woman's attention. SPOILER!!: Alec She heard her name again.. Honestly was she looking at the table that much that she wasn't seeing these people before they said her name. Feeling a gentle nudge she looked up at her well younger "remember you promised to sit with me on the ca..ca.. carriage. I'll be all alone now..." She knew he had Ella and she shouldn't be asking it, but she couldn't handle sitting alone. She wasn't even handling sitting at this table without him. How was she ever going to deal with next term. SPOILER!!: Kitty Sniffling and crying aside Minerva found herself dumbfounded at his words. More next term. More first years to look after. They wouldn't have the seventh years to save them with their patronuses, because they would be the seventh years needed to protect the younger students if this would happen again. Oh she hoped this wouldn't happen again. She couldn't do another term like this. She turned and looked at him just blinking. Her eyes stung from crying so much and she knew they were super puffy, but she couldn't help it. "I.. I just can't believe we will be seventh already. I mean it doesn't seem right." Her and Wade top of the puffs.. Seventh years.. It just seemed crazy.. "Well if I have to be a seventh year at least I have my Kitty being one too." Giving him a joking small tiny smile. "Any plans this summer?" She figured it had something to do with Indy, but why not ask what at least. SPOILER!!: Ronnie Minerva stiffened when she felt arms around her.. "Please.. please.. no hugging.. I... I'm sorry.. just.. I.. can't." She felt bad saying that every time. She really hoped going for some help this summer would cure her of this hugging issue. She wanted to be comfortable with it again. She missed hugging people. At the moment there was one person that she was comfortable with and that was it. Looking up she gave Ronnie a sad nod. "I'm sorry Ronnie, really I am... I.. just have had some issues with hugging lately." She didn't want her seventh year, no scratch that her graduated, oh that was just hard to think about, friend to be upset with her not on the last night. "I.. I'll be fine." She wiped her eyes with her tissue again. "Congrats by the way. What are you doing this summer?" SPOILER!!: Kace Minerva saw Kace coming and nodded, sure anyone was welcome to sit near her, but she just wasn't sure if she would be good company at all. She sighed, "You can always sit near me Kace.. You don't have to ask. Excited to see your family?" It was probably exciting to get to see family. Parents waiting at the train station for when they got off. Her heart sunk wondering if Ethan's parents would be waiting for him at the train station, most likely right? Telling them about this term was going to be rough especially she let slip to his aunt the last time she had talked to her about some of the things that had happened over term. "Make sure you tell Belle I will get a hold of her to hand out the minute I can alright?" He would do that wouldn't he. Turning she made eye contact with Oakey and took a deep breath, "Good luck and everything Oakey... I.. I'm sorry for anything this term.. You know you are a great Head Boy." She frowned, why was their friendship so odd... She knew she was partly to blame, but she felt she shouldn't feel so awkward telling him good bye and stuff. "You better keep in touch in all since you are dating my best friend." Yes that rule still applied even if you weren't at Hogwarts anymore Oakey.. Hurt Ariana and Min would find you... All of the sudden Asher was on the table.. Minerva blinked through her tears and watched at the younger badger |
Looking back at Ella, Jory nodded. "I know about the nerves,'' he said, having felt them that time. "But you'll get over it especially after you complete the first exam. I guess you'll feel more confident.'' He knew this very well, having been through the same thing. "The important thing is not to let the nerves get the nest of you. Before you start the exam, just take a minute to calm down.'' Because being nervous can make you blank out. He grinned now. "Just a bit.'' Jory was just giving Ella OWL advice when all of a sudden he felt himself being enveloped in a hug once again. He thought it was Ronnie once again but he turned to face Alec and then returned the hug. "Hai, Alec. I'll be alright, I guess.'' He looked solemnly at the younger boy. "Good luck with OWLs. And also, you're a great Quidditch player and one of the best Seekers. Keep it up.'' Jory always said Hufflepuff had the best Quidditch team, win or loose. He grinned now. "Plan on playing professional Quidditch?'' "You'll be okay, Rons,'' Jory said, squeezing her hand which was intertwined in his. This was going to be the hardest part. Getting through the Feast. And the carriage ride. He pushed thoughts of the carriage ride away from his mind. Wasn't this painful enough already? "We'll have to do it soon, though,'' the badger added dully. "I haven't managed to get started.'' So now he just sat there wondering how on earth will he manage to clear away his stuff and get it all in his trunk. Until he was suddenly distracted by a numb sensation in his arm. Jerking his head towards Ronnie, he became aware she was crying, even though her face was obscured due to the fact she had her head on his shoulder. His poor Ronnie. Quickly, Jory wrapped an arm around her but didn't tell her not to cry or anything. Crying would make her feel better. Jory couldn't help smiling at Kace. "I plan to join the the Ministry of Magic,'' he told the boy. "And good luck to you, too. I know you'll do brilliantly during the next six years and I expect to hear great things about you.'' Aw, wasn't Anna just awesome? Jory smiled. "I'm glad I got to know you, Anna. And I wish I could have helped you more. It was so much fun experimenting on that Potion with you. Plus the laundry.'' He grinned at the memory. "I'll be hearing from you, right? You could owl me sometimes.'' Because he would like to hear about her life at Hogwarts. She still had six years to go after all. "And thank you,'' he added, his arm still around Ronnie. And then Min was crying too. Jory just wanted to go and hug her and never let go but he saw how she had reacted when Ronnie tried to hug her. Poor Min. All this plus the other...events had to have taken a toll on her. "You deserve it too, Min.'' And then...what? She was saying it was for nothing and it was too much work? That was not the Minerva Wheatborn he knew. Jory knew it would take time for her to go back to her old self. He now blinked rapidly at the next statement. "I'll miss you, too. And I do know that.'' He trusted she knew she was also one of his close friends. "We'll send lots of owls and I'll try to visit you next term.'' He'd find the time. During a Quidditch match or Hogsmeade weekend. |
SPOILER!!: Ella Marigold grinned at Ella "Hey Ella!" she said happily. "I'm excited for summer... But not ready. You get it?" She had a feeling this girl would understand her, for some reason. SPOILER!!: Asher Marigold shot a bright smile at Asher. Grinning when he happily exclaimed how happy he was to be a Hufflepuff, she felt the same way. SPOILER!!: Forrest She nodded fervently at Forrest. "So weird. Let's talk more next term, okay?" She wanted to be a lot closer to cool puffs next year. Because all puffs were cool. SPOILER!!: RONNIETHECAUSEOFSADFEELS Marigold went over and hugged Ronnie because she looked so sad. Marigold was sad too, her friend was leaving Hogwarts. "I'm going to miss you, Ronnie. Will you promise to write me? Maybe we can meet in Hogsmeade sometime?" Pleasepleaseplease. SPOILER!!: Asher again And ohmygosh. Asher was... On the table. Doing the chicken dance. Loudly. Marigold did a few of the moves, but then clapped along to his singing. This is why she loves Hufflepuff. SPOILER!!: KACE CUTIE Kace... Was someone different. "Erm... Okay?" Marigold said, giggling a lot. "I'm pretty sure BOYS are the ones with cooties sweetie," she said, giggling and blushing a little. But because Kace was Kace, she hugged him. "You are just too funny sweetie," she giggled again. All this friendly love between the Hufflepuffs and other houses made her happy again. SPOILER!!: Minerva Marigold looked kindly at Minerva, even though she didn't really know her. "The term was fun, yeah," she said, not drawing attention to Minerva's shaky voice. "I'm looking forward to summer, definitely." She gazed in wonder at the beauty of the feast. Her heart felt so warm and large she was surprised it didn't burst from all the love she was getting. She turned to Minerva and hugged her. She tried to put what she was feeling into the hug, hoping the older girl would understand. That she loved everyone. |
Jory, Asher. Jory was a nice guy. "Doing the laundry! I had forgot the laundry! Oh, man! I have lots of dirty clothes to pack!" She rubbed her forehead and grimaced. "You could owl me too." She grinned. It would be nice to receive a letter. She hardly received letters. "Um... I'm going, I want to talk with Asher... he's dancing!" Annabeth waved once again to Asher. Staying there with the seventh year old's was making her depressed. |

Once he returned and apologized to Mari, she laughed again to herself, shaking her head. Then he was saying hi. "Hiya, Kace!" she said, giving his hair a little ruffle. Heh. Then she shrugged. "I'm alright, I guess. By the way, I wrote ya a little something in the memory book." she added in a whisper, winking at him and giving the firstie a hug. He was seriously THE cutest thing at Hogwarts. Well, other than Jory of course. Hehehehe! Quote:
Then she smiled slightly when she was congratulated. "Thank you!" she said. "Oh and I'm going to Jory's to spend time with him and his family. Going surfing with Wade, maybe try and apply for a job in the Ministry! And I think that's it! What about you?" she asked. Yeah, she was actually having a busy summer this year! YAY! Quote:
After a while of crying, she sniffled and wiped her eyes before sitting back up again and glancing around herself. Then she leaned back into Jory, letting him hold her. He was the only person right now who could really make her feel better and safe. "S-sorry about that..." she whispered into his ear. Then she smiled a little and gave him a small kiss before leaning her head on his shoulder again. Quote:

ScarletCharm104 Laura was still trying to figure out what was worse the Dementors or OWlS, she was finding it hard to decided and what was worse was she was also trying to figure out if the chicken or the egg had come first because at the minute she had no idea and how were you supposed to decided on that and then there was the fact Oakey was leaving, she remembered a feast when they had sung songs and had a jolly time together but that seemed ages ago. Laura suddenly saw someone that looked like a first year, which reminded her she had to go and see all her first year friends, most of them were in Gryffindor, she wanted to make sure they had a great term, but now this girl would do. "Hello." Laura smiled at the younger girl. "How are you?" Laura smiled, she might as well introduce herself as well. "I'm Laura." |
Tobias, Minerva, Asher, Wade, Marigold (de-cloning) Forrest followed Tobias to where 'the cool kids' were sitting and with each step, his mood got better. He quickly walked around the table to sit opposite of Tobias. Either Tobias hadn't seen the tear, or chose to ignore it; and Forrest was grateful for that too. He was still working on standing firm, y'know? Maybe next term he could put up with Sonea... Forrest grinned back at Tobias, the first genuine grin of the night, and nodded. "It's--" comforting, "--cool that we got each other's backs." Forrest had friends before in his previous schools, but Tobias was by far the coolest. He lifted his spirits just like that, and Forrest showed genuine interest in Bobo the monkey. "Nice to meet you Bobo mate," he greeted the monkey as he waved at him. It was a great idea, actually. Sure it was a toy and couldn't really help anything, but it was better than nothing. Forrest wondered whether Tobias would know about football, but before he could bring out his key chain, he was introduced to Ella's elephant. "What's elephant's name?" So that he could greet him too. Ella had taught him elephants were serious animals, and he was going to treat him respectfully. "Sure," he said in response to Tobias' request/question, but he turned to Ella and... ...someone called his name. He looked around since he couldn't place the sound well, and smiled shyly at Wade. Hufflepuff was a big family and he was the happiest person for being a part of it. ...did he... did he not even whisper? Forrest watched with his mouth open as the spell worked perfectly. Wow. Just... wow... could he teach him how to be cool like that? "Yeah I'm fine." He shrugged to indicate he didn't care much, but he still looked impressed with his craft. "Thanks a lot, Wade." Then, Minerva had a go at Sonea. Forrest hesitated whether to intervene, but she looked so determined and honestly, he would like an apology from Sonea so... he chose to greet back Kace instead and act as if Minerva was speaking to someone random. "Hello Kace!" Minerva decided to clean him too however at that instant, and he turned around to grin at her. There was too much commotion in the hall so it would be silly to try to shout her a thanks though. He hoped she would catch his gaze? ...or not, since Asher started to chicken-dance and Forrest's attention and eyes were immediately drawn to that. He giggled once, twice, and soon enough he was giggling crazily. What was his inspiration? How did he learn to dance so... so... delightfully? Overcome with amusement, Forrest even clapped once and looked at Tobias. He'd all forgotten about his request/question though, of course. "Such a feast, eh?" And it had just begun. ------------ "Yeah, we will!" Forrest nodded at Marigold. Friends were good. Hufflepuff friends were better. "I need to speak to our Head Girl now though," he said to excuse himself and got up to hug her. |

The order of this makes zero sense but *flails* Ella agreed, y’know, with Asher. She honestly, deep down to her core, believed in how brilliant Hufflepuff house was and is. Maybe it was becoming captain that had cemented it in her system but she was behind her house and housemates one hundred percent and she loved them. Really, she did. “We’ll miss you too, Asher.” She offered with a smile, hands on her elephant. Nice kid, Asher was. And the whole Asher dancing on the table thing? Ella saw and raised her eyebrows and would have asked him to get down but Wade was already on the case. You had to love the kid’s spirit though, yeah? Merlin knew they could all use some good vibes with everything that had gone on this term. Just…good vibes from the floor, okay? Boyfriend was staring, did he know? Ella held his gaze and tried hard not to bite her lip for reasons but she didn’t look away. She did want hugs and kisses and all that stuff but considering where they were, those would have to wait. “Just try and enjoy the feast? That’ll make me feel better.” She then reached for his hand, albeit across people which was probably rude but still. Alec’s hand was getting a squeeze, okay? Especially because he wasn’t okay either which broke Ella’s heart a little bit. “Can I do anything for you?” Anything, really. She didn’t mind. “I…yeah. Summer will be brilliant.” Hopefully. Oh, Laura was speaking. She speaks! Ella nodded and answered quietly, “As well as can be expected. What about with you?” Was she okay? The sixteen year old cared more about that. Oakey Worm was trying to annoy her, wasn’t he? The blonde smirked a little and nodded. “It won’t be a problem unless you make it one, Wormy.” Mini!Grin. She narrowed her eyes at the Aegis comment and poked the head boy in the side. “You remember what he did to me, yeah? I might not object to that. Not for an entire day, though.” That was just plain mean. “Besides, I’d have no trouble chasing you down. I’m a good finder, y’know.” Total truth right there. She rocked at being fierce? Ella grinned at Wade and shrugged her shoulders, adding playfully, “Just born that way, I guess.” As for the summer, the sixteen year old wasn’t sure. “Alec is going to come stay for a bit. I’ll probably be in Diagon a little as well. How about you?” Ronnie hugs! Ella squeeeeezed the seventh year back and nodded seriously. “I’ll miss you too, y’know.” Lots and lots. Oh no. Oh no, no, no. The blonde felt that lump in her throat and then her eyes got watery and meep. She was totally going to cry. “A sister, really? I… thank you, Ronnie. Really.” Wibble. Hugs again, then? YUP. Kace made Ella smile and she nodded. “That’s true. I guess that means that your bear hugs are the best.” Just saying. “I’ll be spending time with family and Alec. Probably be around Diagon Alley a bunch too. What about you?” Poke. Marigold made Ella smile as well and the blonde beamed at the first year, nodding in understanding. “I totally get it.” Nodnod. “Well whatever you do, I hope you have a nice one.” Summer, that is. Jory’s advice? Ella appreciated it. “I bet you’re right. I just need to get into it, y’know. It’s the waiting that can be nerve-wracking.” He got that, yeah? “I…yeah. I’ll work on the calming down thing. Napping helps.” And she laughed softly, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. “You’ll be great. I just know it.” He’d said confidence, yeah? Ella would give him some too. The thing with the Sonea girl and Forrest and Tobias? Ella didn’t like what she saw and would have made her way over there had it not been for Min stepping up to intervene. Didn’t that little snake girl know that no one messed with baby badgers? That wasn’t going to be a thing, okay? Ella wasn’t going to allow it and neither would the other older badgers. Just saying. She was relieved when Tobias and Forrest came to sit by her. At least this way she could keep an eye on them and make sure they were okay. She was also glad to see Wade clean up the mess that was Forrest’s robes. The soon-to-be sixth year watched on as her keeper introduced Bobo and elephant to the other first year, holding up elephant when his name came up. She met Tobias’ gaze and smiled kindly, as if saying ‘good job’ for helping out a friend like that. Captain was proud of him. “I’m glad you did. The more the merrier.” And as for Forrest’s question, Ella smiled. “Just ‘Elephant’. The name suits him, y’know?” Mini!beam. “You okay, Forrest?” Seriously. Is there anything she could do or? |
anyone else want to say goodbye? ^_^ Alright so... Time to go say goodbye... With a sigh, the seventh year stood up from the Ravenclaw table and started making her way towards the Hufflepuff one. It was going to be hard to say goodbye to everyone, when she couldn’t really figure out what to say exactly. At the moment she was sad...happy... enthusiastic... sorry to be leaving. This mixture of feelings was weird. Very weird. As she got closer to the Hufflepuff table, she started looking around, hoping to find Jory. SPOILER!!: Oakey Erm. Why was the Hufflepuff table so crowded? It made it even harder to find the people she was looking for. But anyway, one of the first people she took notice of at the Hufflepuff table was Oakey. Better go say hello? ‘H-hi’ Ugh. Trembling voice. Not good. SPOILER!!: JORY!!! When she first came to Hogwarts, Gwen had the impression that Hufflepuffs were overly friendly and therefore, she wouldn’t get along with them. Now the first part was true. The Puffs were indeed too nice people. But that didn’t mean she didn’t make many friends from that particular house. Being nice wasn’t, after all, that annoying. Heh... for some reason, Gwen started remembering the first time she met Jory. She had been so rude to the Hufflepuff. And she kind of regretted that. Yes, kind of. Though, things went better than expected, and they became very good friends. So...looking around... ‘JORY!’ Too loud? Mehh. She didn’t really care. With hasty steps, the Eagle approached Jory and hugged him. ‘Hi’ She was soooo not going to cry. Ughh. She was going to miss him. In her hand she was holding a nicely wrapped box. Graduation gift for Jory. SPOILER!!: Ella And there was another Hufflepuff she knew. ‘Hi Ella’, the Ravenclaw greeted, trying to sound cheerful, but failing horribly. SPOILER!!: LAURA! Inside my heart is breaking...But my smile still stays on... Ugh. She didn’t know many things about muggles, but this song was stuck in her brain. And right now, it wasn’t helping much. Silly muggle song making her feel even more sad. Gwen made her way along the Hufflepuff table and spotted someone... ‘Laura!’ Okaaaaay. She managed to smile. For what seemed to be only the second time that evening. SPOILER!!: Min Alright. So she managed to smile once. Almost twice. Things weren’t going that bad, or so she thought. But in the next moment, Gwendolyn glimpsed back at the Ravenclaw table. SO.MANY.MEMORIES. She started remembering random events from the past seven years at Hogwarts. And the people she had met here. Biting her lip, the seventh year was doing her best to try and cheer up. As she took a couple more steps, the Ravenclaw spotted someone. ‘Hi’, she greeted Min. No ‘how are you?’ or any other questions of that kind. No way. SPOILER!!: Alec Aaaaand then she spotted another Hufflepuff. She hadn’t talked much to him in the previous years, but she did remember the event from the last end of term feast. With a simple ‘Hi’, the Ravenclaw passed by. She had to find her friends. SPOILER!!: Nessie Looking around the great hall, Gwen felt sorry to be leaving. So many memories. So many people. She was going to miss Hogwarts. A LOT. Looking around, Gwendolyn let out a sigh. No. No. Just no. She was not going to cry. Erm... or she was going to do her best not to. While walking back to the Ravenclaw table, the seventh year noticed someone. ‘Hi Nessie’, she greeted the Head Girl. |
SPOILER!!: Minnie! :3 Kace felt relieved he could sit with Minnie. He sat down and she asked if he was excited to see his family. Kace nodded and grinned. "Yeah i am and i know Belle is excited to see me. I am gonna be happy with the home-cooked meals my grandma makes." he said and even his mouth was watering when he thought about it. "Are you excited to see your family Min?" he asked curiously. Before he left, he heard Minnie say something. Oh so she will get a hold of her. Kace nodded and gave her a thumbs up. "Will do! She will be excited to see you this summer that is for sure." SPOILER!!: Jory! <3 Kace loved the effect he had on his fellow housemates. He could always make them smile. Oh so Jory planned on joining the MOM. That was great news! Kace asked him, "What department do you plan to work in?" Awww he was soo sweet. Kace held out his hand and shook it. "Thanks Jory and i hope you go far in the Ministry. I know you well do well. Maybe i can OWL you or vice versa?" he suggested. SPOILER!!: Marigold! <3 Kace smiled and was glad she was giggling. It was a dare he was supposed to do. So he was glad she didn't take it TOO seriously. Kace was laughing too. Kace felt her hug him and he hugged her back tightly. Hmmm...Sweetie? That's a new nickname. He liked it! He just blushed even more. "I am glad you took it soo well." he smiled to Marigold. "So what are your plans for the summer?" he asked her brightly. SPOILER!!: Ronnie! <3 After Kace was done talking with Marigold, he noticed Ronnie laughing at him. I guess she noticed. He smiled and waved at her. He wasn't embarrassed anymore. She even said hi to him. "Hey Ronnie!!" He went over and then he felt a hair ruffle. He squirmed underneath it cutely. Then he heard she wrote him something in the 7th year yearbook. Awww that was soo cool! "Oh thank you! I am curious to know what you wrote. Where can i view it?" he asked looking around. Then he felt a hug and he hugged her tightly back. Wow the second hug today. He felt really special! SPOILER!!: Forrest! Kace smiled and gave him a high five and a one arm hug when he met Forrest. "Hey Forrest how have you been?" he asked. SPOILER!!: Ella! <3 Kace beamed when she mentioned his bear hugs were the best. Then he heard she was gonna be spending time with her family and Alec. Awww that was sweet. Spending time with the boyfriend. "I might be around Diagon Alley with Belle too." he mentioned. Since she works there, he always had to go." he shrugged like it was no big deal. "But me? Oh i am gonna go on some vacations like i am going on a cruise with my cousins and parents. Then i am going to the beaches like in New York and whatnot." he told Ella. |

*gives up with quoting* I hope I got you all! <3 No response? Pout. Renesmee looked at Ella and waited for to say something that she usually would like 'How are you?' or something like that. But nothing. Wait was that wibbling? Yeah, it appeared to be but she couldn't really tell much from Ella's facial expression as she seemed to look the other way. "Kiddo?" She reached over and nudged her very lightly. Her voice was still soft but the hiccups were slowly fading. Few more hours and she could be alone to sob without having to infect anyone else with feels. She could stay strong till then. -------------------- She could feel his eyes. They were pierced right on her into a stare. Why? Nessie wasn't too sure but knowing Alec it likely wasn't anything to be worried about. It wasn't like him to stare at people for bad reasons. He was too kind and she could almost never picture him hurting a soul. Taking a deep breathe in and having a quick dab at her eyes before any real tears could fall, the eighteen year old looked at her kiddo. She couldn't look at him for long though and that was because he was moving, closer and eventually wrapping his arms around her into a hug. He'd gotten taller again, that was her first thought. Growing kids. Soon he'd be in her shoes. That was the thing about Alec, always so special. "I..I'll try not to." She was still whispering. "You come visit Ella and I on the train, tomorrow alright?" It was way too impossible to say goodbye to him now. Tomorrow she'd hopefully be calmer. ------------------ It took only a moment later and just like that a pair of arms were wrapped around her. She couldn't quite see who, but they felt small and when she eventually looked down, she could see an ickle Forrest. Could she just squish him forever? And his cheeks too you know. Cause they looked squishy again. Mellow. Although his hug was soft and therefore she felt squishing was not entirely appropriate. She hugged him as softly as he hugged her, maybe with just a bit more force but that was all. A few words was all she wanted to say to him, but just as he came he left back to his seat. "Thank you." She murmured his way in hope he could lip read. -------------------- Head shake. He was wrong. He needed the thanking not her. She'd barely been half of the role model he had been this year and if it wasn't for him she'd have been a complete flop. "You need to be thanked more than me." Quiet voice was quiet but there. The good thing about Oakey was that she'd see him soon. She could feel she would and she knew she'd make an effort no matter where he was or where he studied. No ways was she loosing her first friend here. --------------- Small smile. She'd miss that nickname, you know? And it wouldn't be the same if others called her that. It was a Hogwarts thing and she'd never ever ever forget it. Nope. She'd store it in her mind. Just like she'd remember Wade forever too, along with his onesies of course. She'd keep that picture of them all, she had managed to get a copy of her own and so she'd be able to look at them all when she missed them next term. "I...no...Oakey was the awesome one." Yep. Compliments needed to go his way not hers. He deserved it way, way more. ----------------- Those lips and eyes were too upsetting to watch. It was like watching some puppy look at you with big wibbly eyes and all you wanted to do was hug the poor thing and give it what it wanted. That's how Nessie felt about Tobias now. Anything to make that lip turn it's direction into a smile. But what could she do? Fail NEWTs? ...Heck no. Those words didn't exactly help her feelings, but she did her best to keep her face as expressionless as possible. She didn't want to upset him anymore then she felt she already was. "I'll be staying here." She pointed to his heart. It was what she always told people when others had to leave...maybe leave to heaven which was not where she was going yet but you know it could apply now too. "I'll owl you too, kiddo." Nods. He'd be on the list of people she'd need to write to. --------------- Minnie crying too? This wasn't fair..everyone was wibbling and crying. Renesmee wanted to, too but she wouldn't she felt too bad. Here dorm and bed that's all she was waiting for so that she could sob herself to sleep.Other thoughts for now, that's what she focused on considering she had to if she were to respond in a conversation. There was a pause and then a mumble at Minnie before she actually spoke clearly. "I..I thank you." More pausing along with a small pout. "You know, I'm lucky to have known you." Very lucky. And Lucky to be a Hufflepuff too because this house was the most supportive house Ness could have ever imagined to be in. It was so hard to leave them all. Although a Hufflepuff she would forever be in her heart. A lot of different things? She could sure say that again. "I hope you're alright...or get better then." She leaned a little forward and gave her a hug. --------------- Was that Gwen? The red head turned around to the call of her name. Gwen it was. A weak, weak smile formed but it was there. It was sweet of Gwen to come all the way to the yellow side because Ness honestly didn't know if she had the energy to go to the other houses for goodbye's. She'd speak to most people on the train tomorrow so now she felt it wasn't necessary. Another graduate. Yeah? Why was this so hard? Graduation was supposed to be a good thing it was supposed to mean freedom and success but, right now all it felt like was goodbye. Gulp. "Gwen." She almost immediately gave the girl a hug. She was going to miss her too, okay? |
Wade wasn't sure exactly, but he felt like he was being watched. Like a heavy set of eyes towards the back of his head, which made him turn around facing the staff table, careful to avoid that empty seat. Hmm.. It must have been his imagination. His attention then returned to his friends. Quote:

totally forgot Oakey in my previous post >_< "Yeah, me too,'' Jory responded to Oakey. He was not too good with words but he did surprise himself on occasions. He glanced once more to the book where soon there would be graduating students lining up to write their entires then addressed Oakey again. "So, dude, I'll hear from you sometimes, right?'' He'd be interested in hearing about his friend's adventures of work at Gringotts. And maybe sometimes they could catch up in Hogsmeade or something? Jory couldn't help laughing when Anna said she had loads of dirty laundry to take home. "Leaving them all for your mom to wash, huh , Anna? Now that you've learnt to do laundry you should help her.'' But really, who liked doing house work, anyway? "Sure, go on,'' he added. "You should join in the dance too.'' "You feeling a bit better?'' Jory asked Ronnie, full of concern. It was just like after that time she had faced the Dementors. He disliked seeing his Ronnie so sad but he understood what she was going through. He just kept his arm around her, wanting her to feel better. Jory wiped away the tear from her face when stammering, she told him she was sorry. "It's alright, Rons. We're all having a bad time here.'' Hoping to get Ronnie's mind off graduation for the moment, the badger changed the topic. "All set to come stay at my place?'' Well, she won't be coming immediately because of course she'd have to go see her family. "Thanks, Ella,'' Jory said. And he did know what she meant by the waiting part. Plus waiting for the results didn't help. But they'd have a month or two to wait for those. "So, what have you decided to do after Hogwarts?'' And who in the world was shouting his name? He was right here, wasn't he? Not a million miles away. Jory turned to face the person with the loud voice. "Gwen!'' he shouted, though not as probably as loud as she had. He hugged his friend back. "Hey, stranger. Long time no see.'' He grinned. She had been his friend for seven years and he was going to miss her terribly. "Sit with us,'' Jory added, pulling her to sit at the table, next to him. "Remember Ronnie, right?'' So the two friends had some catching up to do. "What's your plans for the summer?'' "Thanks, Kace,'' Jory told the little Puff. "I want to join either the Auror Department or the Department of Magical Games. But I suppose any Department would be okay as long as I enjoy working there.'' He grinned. He wondered what Kace would consider doing after his seven years, but he probably wasn't thinking too much about that right now. "Yes, we should definitely owl each other. And I'll maybe come see you guys during a Quidditch match or Hogsmeade weekend.'' Jory would definitely make the time to come see everyone again. |
Text Cut: Curly Wade! Mate... him and Wade were MATES. Mates with good hair. Nodnod. "Anytime, mate!" he said, smiling a little at the dude, "Erm... how come you decided to wear a onesie to the feast?" Because his curiosity was getting the better of him. And Wade did stick out like a cone of ice cream amongst pickles in his onesie amongst the rest of the hall. Kind of. Summer plans... did he have summer plans? "Yeah! Erm... Tag and I..." Pause. Wait, did Wade know who Tag was? "Tag's a Gryffindor fourth year who has blonde hair and is a leprechaun. ... Yeah... him and I are meeting up to practice mattress sledding. And... most of my summer will be spent over with Ells!" Which was nice, actually. Really nice. "What about you? Got any plans?" Text Cut: Tobias! So Tobias liked the idea of video games? "Awesome!" he said, smiling a little bit more, "I hope you like Mario Kart!" Although, Alec was willing to run to the nearest store and buy something else, if Tobias wanted. That is, if that store hadn't shut down over the past year. "And pizza!" he added in as an afterthought. How could you forget pizza with video games? "I live in Surrey which... isn't too far from London so... I could come and meet you somewhere?" Wait, where did Tobias live? Alec smiled back at the younger Hufflepuff and even gave his, Tobias's, monkey a two finger salute. ... Yeah... now he really wanted his puppy toy. Text Cut: Ronnie! BLINK. BLINK. Wasn't Ronnie leaving?! BLINK. ... But... did he have a good year? "Yeah... erm... it's been an interesting year," Did that answer her question? "I'm just glad that summer's right around the corner." Summer's... Summers... heh. "Have you had an interesting year, Ronnie?" It was probably more important that she had had a great year since, well, this was her last year here. And he hadn't even had the opportunity to get to know her that well. Frown. Their house won the cup? "Oh! Thanks! Erm... Gryffindor put up a great fight this year!" Nodnod. Text Cut: Asher's chicken dance XD ... STARE. Asher... little dude... was dancing? Actually dancing on the table and... was that the chicken dance? The smile on Alec's face turned into a grin and before he knew it, the boy was laughing. Full on laughing his heart out and even clapping along with the guy. He needed some cheering, yeah? Because dancing was hard on its own, let alone dancing in front of people. But Wade was right. Those two couldn't get in trouble. Especially for, you know, dancing. Text Cut: Kace! Oh hey! A high five! Alec smiled a little and high fived the first year back. ... First year. He was so young! But then again, Alec must seem young to some of the older people he knew. Like that elderly woman he kept on bumping into last summer. And he was fine? "That's awesome!" ... Right. Dementors. Right. Alec reached up a hand and ruffled his hair before saying, "Yeah... yeah, hopefully they won't be back when we come back from the holidays." Hoping was always good, yeah? "Oh! Well... I'm planning on meeting up with Tag, the leprechaun, and Mattress Sledding," It was happening. Definitely. "And I'm spending most of it with Ells, actually. What about you? Any awesome plans?" Text Cut: Anna! BLINK. She didn't have any plans for the summer? ... That... wasn't bad but it sounded a little odd to Alec, who always made sure to have some sort of plans for the summer. Even if it was just popping over to Tag's to Nevertheless, he smiled at her... before blinking some more. Professor Lafay? "You're going to go and babysit the Little Professor?" That didn't sound bad... not bad at all. And maybe Lafay was nicer around the home. Maybe. "That's really awesome, Anna! Erm... have you asked her?" His plans for the summer? "Well... I'm meeting up with Tag for a bit and Tobias too and... I'm staying over at Ella's for the majority of it," he said, "Apart from that... not much!" So hint hint, Anna. Text Cut: Minnie! At least she acknowledged his presence. Not that Alec thought that the older badger would ignore him or anything but... he had the slight feeling that she might want to be alone. Maybe. He understood, though. If him and Ells were in different years and he knew that htoge'd have to spend some time far away from her... Frown. But Minnie. Before he knew it, the girl was leaning on his shoulder and... and... was she crying?! ... Uh oh. His chin wobbled slightly but he wrapped an arm around her protectively. There was no way he could tell her to stop crying or that it'll be okay so... he just let her cry it out on his shoulder. It would be better if she let it all out, yeah? It was probably a good thing they were sitting right next to each other because otherwise, he would have completely missed what she had said. "You'll never be completely alone, Minnie... never..." he whispered, "And yeah, I'll sit right by you and we can... erm... we can sing that kitty song together? You like that song, right?" Text Cut: Jory! So... maybe randomly hugging Jory wasn't such a great idea. But it was Alec's way of kind of apologising for not being as friendly as he had wanted to this past year. And it wasn't as if Jory was hating the hug so... Super!hugs. Letting go, Alec gave the boy a small smile. "Yeah? Well... that's great!" It really really was. Nodnod. "Erm... have you got any plans for after Hogwarts?" This was always interesting to find out, actually. Interesting and sad... but he liked to focus on the interesting part. The smile on Alec's face stretched wider at Jory's next words. He thought that he, Alec, was a great Quidditch player and one of the best Seekers? Really? "Thanks Jory! Erm... for both parts! That means a lot to me, you know," The Seeking part. Definitely. "Yeah! Erm... I just need to have a word with Hadley and... maybe James, if Hadley thinks it's right to do so but... professional Quidditch... yeah!" Text Cut: Oakster! Summer's end. Heh. WHOA! No. Hold the snitch! "In Cairo?" Why so far, Oakster? "That's brilliant! Erm... what are you going to study over there?" And why was it that he could imagine the boy bringing a different flavour veggie drink for every day he had to go in? At the seventh year's next words, Alec found himself letting out another chuckle. It felt good, though, being able to laugh instead of be really sad and mopey about certain things. "Yeah, you do!" he said, nodding. And as long as they didn't come from the floor, Alec was okay with having those drinks. Rumour had it that they didn't taste bad. "I'm going to miss you, Moose." Which was weird considering a certain robe and girlfriend incident but... it was true. Text Cut: Ells! So... he shouldn't be looking at her face for so long. It was dangerous, you know. Because then he ended up forgetting what he was meant to be saying or doing and all he could focus on was... her face. This was entirely her fault. No one told her to have such a pretty face. Alec blinked out of his thoughts and tried to focus on what she was trying to say. Try and enjoy the feast? "Erm... you sure? You don't need any gummy worms or... or a blanket fort?" There were probably some ropes and spare blankets and cushions left around. Maybe. Unpacking would be too much of a hassle. He held onto her hand and gave it a small squeeze, not caring that they were kind of too far away for this gesture to remain between the two of them. Anything for him? "Erm... hug me? Later? Please?" Because hugs solved everything, yeah? "Yeah... erm... and you don't mind me coming over, right?" Text Cut: Gwen! Oh hey! It was Jory's NOT Girlfriend... girl... person. Alec smiled sheepishly at the older girl and reached up a hand to ruffle his hair. Thinking back on that day was just plain awkward for him now. Especially since he knew things and stuff. And her reaction to his... slight outburst made a lot more sense now. But at least she was talking to him! "Erm... hey!" he said, smiling at her, "Erm... I'm sorry about... last time." Maybe he shouldn't have reminded her, though. Maybe. "I'm Alec, by the way. Alec Summers!" Text Cut: LochNessie! He... really needed to stop staring at people like this. And he had had an excuse with Ells because of her face and all but this was a lot different. It was more... of a shock. Because she was sad, yeah? And that meant that she was going... to cry? He didn't know. The dabbing at the eyes, though... that made him look away, his chin wobbling even more. Wasn't there a way he could keep her here? Make her stay? Have a big sleepover in the Hufflepuff common room under a large blanket fort because Ells would like that too? Yeah? No? "Awesome!" he whispered, nodding. As for joining her and Ells on the train... "Erm... aren't you two going to be in the Prefect's Compartment?" And he wasn't exactly allowed to go in there, right? "But... yeah! Yeah, of course I'll come and visit!" Nodnod. |
Jory, Alec, Asher... Jory: Annabeth was feeling uncomfortable among so many couples. Doing the laundry with my mom? Definitely wasn't part of her plans. "Oh, Jory! Doing the laundry definitely is not part of my plans! 'm thinking about job hunting... As nanny... I'll ask Professor Lafay if she wouldn't like to hire me. But it could be later... Now I'll dance a bit... it's really funny whatever Asher is doing. I'll be back to hug you all after talking with Professor Lafay." She smiled. Alec: "It should be nice to have so many plans for summer..." And family, friends, and a love... Ok. Maybe she was talking too much with him and it could annoy his girlfriend in someway. And Asher was still dancing. Better to hurry before he could stop. "I'll talk with Professor Lafay... after talking to Asher and learning his funny dance. Bye!" She grinned, waving, and looked at Asher. Asher: She approached Asher and stood gazing at him. "Asher, it's amazing! I never saw something like it before... How this dance is called? Could you teach me?" She asked, grinning. |
Nessie! Hufflepuff table. Right. She was here....after she went 'round the Ravenclaw table. She had some people to say goodbye to in this territory. People who taught her things and whom she had great memories with. Two of these people were the Heads, Oakey and Nessie. She saw Oakey left the said table when she approached so she supposed she'll go wish him congratulations later.....for now, she had to find the girl who never gets tired of swapping books with her and the one person who taught her how to dance. The search didn't take too long, naturally. The redhead was a famous figure, and it wasn't only because she was a School Leader....but she was a kind of person you would really want to get to know despite her flaws. A small smile crossed Beezus' lips.....they weren't the bestest of friends, but Ness sure had a special place in her heart. She pulled out something from her pocket and stepped to where the ginger was, sending excuses all the way. When she was right beside her finally, Beezus didn't waste time and took the older girl's hand. Well, actually...she handed her something. "Hey, Red. Congratulations." |
sorry if this makes no sense >____< Quote:
Tobias was really trying to be hopeful that his mood would start to pick up. He had a theory that maybe he was just a bit homesick again and the added stress of the term had exacerbated it. So... he'd be fine. Soon. Yeah. "I'll try," he said to Oakey as he nodded. "Really, I will." He NEEDED energy anyway, if he was going to start training to get into shape for going pro. He could DEFINITELY give Ella a run for her sickles, so long as that energy returned. Ehehehe. "You should write too. I mean, if you don't get to visit... you know?" ===== SPOILER!!: Aleeeeeeeeeeeeeec Video games... pizza... Tobias' eyes went wide. He had NEVER enjoyed both of those together before. His parents had always been too busy to play games, and Toby's friends at his old school hadn't really liked video games or weren't allowed pizza "Sure! I mean, my family would have to say yeah, too. But I'd love that. And maybe you could come visit me in Brighton?" There was a pier and the rides or they could play more video games at his grandfather's house. Suddenly the summer didn't seem like it would be so lonely after all. Smiling slight, Tobias had Bobo salute Alec right back. ===== SPOILER!!: Minnieeeeeeeeeee Hearing Minerva's voice properly for the first time in what seemed like ages, Tobias looked around. He visible kind of winced when he saw her having a go at the Slytherin girl. Toby couldn't remember if the other girl had apologised or not, but he was sort of wondering if maybe it was such a good idea to make a scene. Tobias could have helped get back at the girl all sneaky... maybe... Plus he was wary of there being any trouble, but he and Forrest were reasonably small, so if a staff member was attracted to the commotion he could just tug his fellow first year under the table with him and out of sight. Sometimes hiding was a very good idea. With that back up plan in his mind, Tobias decided to wait and see what happened. SPOILER!!: Forrest and Ella :3 Yes. They had each other's backs, for sure. Forrest might know that Tobias was fiercely loyal, or maybe he was starting to work it out. That was one of the ways Tobias' true Hufflepuff colours shone through. There were a lot of people talking to Forrest, and that made Tobias happy a bit because he could see that his friends had friends which was always a good thing because having friends was really useful, you know? He just liked knowing that other people were happy. When Forrest's attention was back on him, Tobias hitched the smile back onto his face. It wasn't even that difficult. The feast, yeah. "Definitely," he grinned back to his fellow first year. He left it unsaid that it would be a brilliant feast if they had good food and avoided dementor attacks. Tobias let Ella answer the question about Elephant. He was still not all that talkative because of the whole energy thing but he was kind of saving all his talking energy for when it was his turn. Maybe soon he'd go back to being able to natter away for hours on end. He did give a grin when she said she was glad he'd brought Forrest over though. You know, 'cause Toby did good and all that. He remained quiet for a moment. Because Ella was asking Forrest a question after all. He just kind of picked up both Bobo and Elephant and focused on looking at them both. After a little while doing this, he looked up at Forrest again. "I was wondering if you wanted to hang out this summer? Maybe you could visit me? Or we could hang out in Diagon Alley when you get your school things, if you're, like, already busy over summer." It was just a suggestion, but for some reason Tobias was instantly terrified of the answer. If Forrest was busy, that was fair enough, but if it was a total no because he didn't want to, then how crushing would that be? The usually confident boy looked back to the stuffed animals in his hands. When was this feeling going to go away? It had lifted somewhat, but parts of it, like this strange lack of his usual confidence, still lingered. ===== SPOILER!!: Nessie ;_____; Before he realised what Ness was talking about, Tobias found himself looking down at his chest to where she was pointing. Then it clicked. Heart. Figuratively. Right. He looked back up at her and hesitated a second before nodding. "You better," he said, his miserable expression kind of quirking into a smile. And if she didn't write he'd just owl her first. Ten times. All at once. The Hufflepuff remained silent for another moment or two before he spoke again. "I'll miss you." |
Quote:
He was somewhat glad that they were now talking about the upcoming summer.. Wait, there was a leprechaun at this school? Wade furrowed his brows slightly, as that actually seemed kind of cool to imagine. "Mattress sledding?" He smiled as his eyebrow quirked, he was interested. "Cool.. that's going to be a lot of slumber parties for you." Oh and his summer? "Well, Indy and I are going to Disneyland Paris.. I'm also going to be looking for work so I can save up on more stuff." Who knows, it could be another year of onesie fun with the right amount of funds. "So.. this mattress sledding, where do you do that at?" |
Ronnie, Laura, Forrest, Ella, and Kace! SPOILER!!: Ronnie! "I'd love to come!" Marigold said to Ronnie, both excited and a bit shy. "I'm just glad I got to meet you. Imagine if we never met!" She was immediately horrified. That would have been awful. She felt sad at the very thought. SPOILER!!: Laura! "Hi! I'm Marigold. Umm... What year are you?" she asked Laura, wondering. She grinned, though, she looked nice. SPOILER!!: Forrest! "OKAY," Marigold said happily. SHE MADE A FRIEND IN FORRESTYEP. SPOILER!!: Ella! Marigold grinned at Ella. "Thanks, you too." She liked Ella, not every older student immediately asked questions about you that weren't... Mean. Ella was nice. Therefore, Marigold liked her. SPOILER!!: KACE! Marigold giggled at Kace. "Urg, you're squishing me sweetie!" she said playfully, but then she extracted herself from his arms. "My grandparents are visiting! What are you doing for the summer?" She bit her lip. "Keep in touch, okay? And maybe we can meet in Diagon Alley! I can't spend summer not talking to you!" she burst out. She loved her friends, even the ones it seemed she met yesterday, and so she was straightforward with keeping in touch. There wasn't anything wrong with friendship in letters, was there? |
Kace, Wade, Ella, Tobias, kind of Ness *wills this to make sense* Normally, Forrest hated goodbyes so he rarely looked back at the departing person; but this time, after relaxing in her hug too, he looked back at Nessie as he walked to his seat and saw the 'Thank you'. He nodded then and offered her the best smile he could muster. He should be intimidated by older students--he'd always been in his previous schools--but here, they were all friends. They were a big family, and that was the reason he could hug her goodbye. He was going to miss her, but she had to graduate. Where would she work? ----------------- Hehe, Forrest LOVED high-fives and hugs of friends. "I've been fine," he said to Kace with a broad smile. He was willing to forget all about Sonea, and he wasn't going to be sissy by looking shaken by a stupid little girl. "How about you? Any summer plans?" ----------------- ...so Wade just practised and it happened. The wandless magic. Wow. Forrest nodded gravely. So far he'd underestimated the power of practice, but maybe he really should do it sometime. Just look at how well it worked for people. ...yeah. Practice. He was going to do that next term. He was going to study from the beginning, he was going to fold his clothes, make his bed, and study. ...did it ever work for a student? And back to Ella and Tobias. Just elephant it is. "I guess it's a perfect name." He grinned, and fought for a moment to keep the same grin and nod, but he failed. His grin was shadowed with that question because he'd remembered Sonea. "Yeah I'm--fine." He tried to shrug casually. "She's the only bully so far, so that's good." While Sonea was just as cruel, she was only one so really it was fine. At least there weren't about five of her like in his previous school. Plus, he had the family of Hufflepuff now. His heart swelled with pride again and he quickly turned to Tobias to avoid any emotional silliness. Wait Tobias what are you doing. He was supposed to be his save haven from emotions, yet he was talking all this cool stuff and trying his best to make him explode with all the good feelings. He gasped and a moment later, his face was shining enough to illuminate the whole hall. "'Course I'd love to hang out!" he exclaimed as soon as he could talk. "We normally live in Saudi Arabia due to my father's job but all our relatives live in England and I can stay with one of them at worst we'll shop for school but we have a house in London too I'll pester my mom to stay here and--" Oh he'd already said too much. He had drowned him with his excitement, hadn't he? He looked way too enthusiastic about this and what if Tobias backed out now? What if he was overwhelmed with his enthusiasm and... ...no. Surely he did want to hang out really? He'd helped him with Sonea the Bully! Forrest held his breath and examined his friend. ...please don't freak out Tobias? And yeah Forrest was that lucky. Before Tobias had much chance to response, Headmistress decided to deliver her speech. The twelve-year-old couldn't have been more reluctant to listen to it, but he turned his eyes to the woman nonetheless because it would be rude of him if he didn't. Yes, the groundskeeper. His happiness evaporated that instant, and although he didn't know the man that well, he understood what 'a kiss of dementor' meant. He shuddered and fidgeted on his seat. Was there a cure? He hoped they would find a cure soon. It was just... he shut his eyes tight, looking very troubled with the idea. A kiss of dementor... ...NO MORE OF THIS PLACE! That, Forrest had to laugh, although it was a half-hearted one. That much was true, and he was glad to see he wasn't the only one to think so. |
SPOILER!!: Ronnie And there was someone she hadn’t thought she would be seeing at the Hufflepuff table. ‘Hi Ronnie’, she said, sounding surprised to see the Gryffindor there. Mehh. The other seventh year probably just came to say goodbye to the Puffs as well. ‘Yeah’, she managed to mumble a reply to Ronnie’s question. SPOILER!!: NESSIE! Gwen was a bit surprised to get a hug so quickly. But anyway, it was their graduation. Hugs were only normal now. So she hugged Nessie back. Nessie was one of the people Gwen wished she had known better. The Hufflepuff was a fun person, alright? ‘I’ll miss you’, she finally said after letting go of the hug. SPOILER!!: Jory--- also Ronnie XD Hugging Jory, Gwen was struggling not to collapse. The Hufflepuff was one of her closet friends, and she really hoped they would still meet after graduating from Hogwarts. Hmm. What was Jory saying? Sit with us... Us? Hmm. Gwen figured he probably meant the Hufflepuffs. With a small nod, the seventh year took a seat at the table. ‘Sure I remember Ronnie’, she replied, completely oblivious to what was going on. Hmm. Hang on... Gwen’s attention was drawn to Ronnie, then to Jory, then back to Ronnie. She didn’t know the two were friends. She didn’t even know that the two knew each other. Mehh. So anyway- back to Jory. Summer plans? ‘I think I’ll spend some time at home in the first part of the summer’ Since her parents probably missed her, and she would be gone for some time after that to study in order to become a healer. ‘I don’t have any big plans, I just think I’ll be around Diagon Alley, maybe working’ She hadn’t thought this through. She didn’t have enough time for that. Making plans could wait. ‘By the way, did I tell you that I got in at the University I wanted to?’ Smiiiiirk. ‘Enough details from me’, Gwen concluded with a light chuckle. Because Jory knew very well that she didn’t like talking about herself. ‘What are you going to do?’ This summer? After graduating? SPOILER!!: Alec Alright... This would be one of Gwen’s limited edition niceness moments. ‘Don’t worry about it’, she said simply. ‘It’s just something I’ll remember from Hogwarts’, the seventh year added with a chuckle. That moment had been awkward. But she had plenty of awkward moments. Like the time she accidentally turned her hair blue. Heh. All things she should remember in a few years. ‘Nice to meet you’ Pause. ‘Gwen Greene’, she introduced herself as well. |

Laura :) Quote:
"How are you feeling about OWLs?" she asked. "I... Enjoyed the year, though of course the dementors were not very fun." Marigold looked around. She wished that there was a dementor she could force feed the contaminated ice cream. That was a random thought. |
Gwen. Ella’s green eyes wandered over to the Ravenclaw and she forced a smile. “Hello there.” She was graduating too, huh? And from the looks of it, the older girl was feeling just like Ella, down. Sigh. Kace and Belle would be around the Alley this summer? “Well maybe we’ll bump into each other, then.” That’d be nice. It had been a while since the blonde had seen the older girl. As for the cruise Kace would be going on, “That sounds brilliant. I hope you have a lot of fun.” Nodnod. Was Ronnie crying? WIBBLE! That wasn’t allowed, y’know? The blonde felt her own eyes fill with tears but she did her best to keep them from falling, concentrating on what the firey haired girl was asking her instead. “It was…interesting. Did you?” They hadn’t hung out nearly enough and that made Ells a bit sad, especially knowing she’d missed her chance. Ronnie wouldn’t be around next term to make up for the lost time. Frown. Why couldn’t Ness just not? Didn’t she know how hard Ella was trying to do this denial thing. It would be so much harder if she looked the red head in the eye and just…this was the worst. The blonde reluctantly looked up at the nudge and she sniffed, dabbing at her eyes with her robes. “I don’t want you to go.” That pretty much said it all right there. “But I know you’ll do brilliant at WADA and I’m proud of you.” Wibble. Could she have a hug maybe? “I hope we do run into each other. It wouldn’t be the same not seeing you guys the entire summer.” And without seeing Wade in his onesie all curly-haired and smiley. She’d miss that, y’know. Hold up! Did kitty!Wade just say Paris? Dreamy smile. “I bet you’ll have a lovely time. I’ve heard Paris is amazing.” And she still had yet to go. Grumble.Grumble. “Sounds like you’ve got a busy summer planned, then. I hope it’s great.” Much happier than their year, though not all of it had been terrible. “Oh I…hope so. I’ve been studying lots.” So she was prepared for the OWLs…or she hoped she was. “Welcome Jory.” She was only telling the truth so no thanks necessary. As for his question, Ella bit her lip. “I honestly have no idea. I’ve got some time to think on it, though. What about you?” Had he decided? Alec staring at her like he was was causing the blonde to blush and look down at the table, a tiny smile on her face. He needed to stop that, okay? Really, really. “I’m sure.” She answered quietly when she finally looked up again, her cheeks still rosy red. “Just…sit with me later? I mean if you don’t have more packing to do.” She would really like his company Tobias and Forrest were adorable and Ella watched them quietly, arms wrapped around her elephant for comfort. “Y’know, Forrest, if she keeps bothering you just let me know, okay?” Ella had his back. Oh and another thing, “If you boys want, we could all meet up in Diagon Alley one day. It’d be nice to see you both.” Mini!beam. She really meant it. Laura didn’t look like she was fine. Not even a little bit. Ella wasn’t up for arguing over the matter, though. She felt terribly tired all of the sudden. “Course I am. I’m sure Sophie would join us too. It’ll be nice to hang out.” … And then the speech happened and Ella listened quietly, eyes on her water goblet. She was still sad about Firth and sad about the dementor attacks and still just sad in general about things. She did manage to clap for Slytherin, though. She also clapped for her own house because getting the house cup and winning gobstones wasn’t too shabby. She was proud. The whole not having to pay as much next term thing was a relief to hear and she somewhat brightened at that part too. The headmistress sounded confident so she’d try to be too. She wasn’t up for skipping around, though. She’d leave that to the older red head. |

"So," she then said, drumming her fingers lightly on the table. "What are your plans for the summer, Alec?" she asked. It was weird how she went from a sobbing mess to this talkative, happy person. Ronnie was just trying to liven up the table, to keep everyone happy. She really hated to have a sad last end of term feast, so why not try and make it a bit happy? Meh. She was really trying... SPOILER!!: Ronnie! "Ah okay i will check it out later, i promise." he grinned to her. He had MUCH talking to do with his fellow housemates. Awww Ronnie was gonna miss him? Well he replied back saying, "I am gonna miss you too!" he smiled and then gave her a bear hug. "I will miss chasing butterflies with you." SPOILER!!: Jory :3 Oooooh he wanted to work in the Auror Department or Magical Games. Kace smiled and told him, "I heard being an Auror can be hard work but i am sure you can manage it." he nodded. He told him truthfully. "Yes we need to OWL each other. Maybe we can exchange our addresses?" he suggested to Jory. Then he mentioned seeing Quidditch matches. Kace nodded, "I think i will be on the team again next term. It was so much fun. Were you ever on the Quidditch Team?" he asked curiously. SPOILER!!: Alec! :3 He felt another hair ruffle. He squirmed underneath it. He was getting used to this by now. He didn't mind them at all. He agreed with Alec on the dementors. "I hope they won't be back when we come back to school. They are horrible creatures." he shuddered thinking about them. Oh a leprechaun? Kace gave him a quizzical look. "You are meeting a leprechaun?" he asked curiously. He wasn't judging Alec. Oh no he wasn't. Then he was doing mattress sledding. "The mattress sledding sounds really cool. I wish i could do it!" he beamed at Alec. Then he asked about his plans. Kace pondered about it. "Well..i am going on a cruise with my family..so basically i am taking a huge boat to islands around the world. I am quite excited." he smiled at Alec. "Then i am doing some sports camps my mom signed me up for." He loved doing the sports camps because he got to meet new people his own age. Plus his mom wants him to be a normal kid. SPOILER!!: Marigold :3 "Oh...sorry!" he grinned sheepishly. He didn't mean to squeeze Marigold that hard. Oh so her grandparents are visiting? "Thats awesome!" he smiled at her. Then she asked what he was doing. He was gonna tell her what he told Alec. "Well i am going on a cruise for a week and exploring some islands. Then i am going to some sports camps for the remaining parts of the summer." he nodded. He was pretty excited he was gonna be kept busy. Then she asked to keep in touch. He smiled and replied, "OF COURSE! I would love to stay in touch! Plus i am going to Diagon Alley a few days before school starts so maybe we can meet there?" he suggested. "I will OWL you during the summer..maybe we can exchange addressees?" he suggested. SPOILER!!: Forrest! :3 Kace was glad Forrest was doing fine. He remembered meeting him with the centaurs. He wasn't too happy with that encounter. But he was a first year after all. He totally forgot that till now. Then he heard his question...he snapped back to reality. "Well i am doing well. I am excited to go back home but i am going on a cruise for a week with my family and exploring islands then i am going to some sports camps to retain normality in my household." he told Forrest. "How about you!? What are your plans?" he asked his fellow puff. SPOILER!!: Ella! "Yeah of course we can bump into each other! Maybe we can have ice cream or something if Alec is with you." he suggested to Ella. "Thanks i am excited to go on my cruise to explore islands. I am also going to sports camps to retain some normality with my mother." Kace shrugged like it was no big deal. "Have you been to sports camps?" |
Ella is in with Alec... oh and dare is at the end!! SPOILER!!: Jory Minerva looked at him and blinked through her tears, “No I really don’t.. I didn’t do hardly anything towards the end of the term.” It was just to much effort and she was struggling to even care about classes by the end. Honestly why didn’t they just cancel with all the dementor attacks. Firth would still have a soul if they would have. She nodded and tried to wipe her tears. She so wanted to give him a hug, but there was just no way. She could Ethan and was just starting to be able to with Ariana, but baby steps had to go with this. “You will visit? Please Jory.. Don’t forget.” She didn’t want him to forget her. Minerva looked up to the eighteen year old. He was super smart and they had become pretty close over the years. SPOILER!!: Marigold Minerva listened to the first year.. The term was fun? What on earth was fun about it. Minerva could remember fun at the beginning, but she still couldn’t figure out what made her act that way at the beginning. She would have never done some of those things, but the rest of term was just horrid and Minerva found herself shuddering from it. Well I’m glad you had a good term. It’s always nice to have a great first term.” She was about to say something else when she felt arms go around her and it wasn’t a quick hug it was an emotional pull you tight hug and Minerva stiffened and her head was screaming DO NOT HUG ME….. BURNING PLANTS… NO HUGS.. BAD… BAD… but she clamped her mouth shut not wanting to hurt the first years feelings. Once the girl let go Minerva moved a bit and gave her an awkward smile still biting the inside of her lip not to scream at the poor first year. “Well I hope you have a g..great summer.” She put on the best smile she could find. SPOILER!!: Ronnie Minerva looked at Ronnie a bit pathetic. She shook her head, “No..no it’s not your fault. You didn’t know.. It’s just.” She leaned a bit closer, “I just can’t hug. Since that detention all I see if burning plants whenever a hug is mentioned or I.. I’m hugged.” Tears welled up again in her eyes saying it. She hated every minute that she was feeling that way, but it was something she had to deal with. Sighing she knew she was spoiling fun for people, but she just couldn’t help it. “I’m sorry.. I should have not come down I think. It would have been better for everyone if I didn’t. “ Cheer up? She really did want to cheer up, but it just wasn’t happening. She tried to give a fake smile at least. Oh she had great plans and some were with Kitty, well that was nice. Oh here turn to say plans, Minerva fidgeted, “I’m not really sure yet actually. I have to do a few things first then my summer can start.” She wasn’t sure how long the first part of her summer would be, but she hoped it would be quick. SPOILER!!: Oakey He didn’t do luck well okay.. Minerva just shrugged, “You’ll do great whatever you are doing. You know that day at the duck pond that I got detention this term. I couldn’t help but think about that time when we had to work together to help the baby dragon. I think you really saved me from some torture that day.” She shuddered thinking of the torture she had went through with Lafay back in February.. It could have happen a few terms earlier if she would have been alone in the barn area that day. “I know we haven’t been the best of friends.. but I’m really glad I got to know you..” She looked down feeling awkward again. “Yeah she will.. She really loves you.. ya know.. I like seeing her so happy.” SPOILER!!: Gwen Minerva was just watching again staying quiet when she saw Gwen. Giving her best small smile she waved. “Hi Gwen. How are you?” The girl didn’t seem to say much usually, but Min liked her. She was glad to have met her a few terms ago. She actually thought her and Jory would end up dating, but it seemed Jory was with Ronnie now. They were cute together. “Congrats by the way. Any plans after this?” Probably the biggest question of the night for the seventh years, right? SPOILER!!: Kace Minerva listened as Kace talked about his family. The words sounded so familiar. She remembered Belle saying pretty much the same things, plus the cookies were amazing. “Belle sent me cookies this term. They were great. So if everything else is that could I could only imagine.” She looked away at his question trying to not show him the frown that was on her face. “Well.. Kace.. I don’t really have family to go home to. I do.. because I live with my grandparents, but I guess it has never really been the same. I’m surprised Belle didn’t mention that to you.” She looked at the first year again. It wasn’t that she couldn’t talk to people about her family she could, just in the mood she had been in lately she found it harder. “But to answer your question, yes I think my grandparents are ready to see me.” Was that the original question…. SPOILER!!: Nessie Minerva blinked at the head girl a few times through her tears. “ Known me? Well thanks Nessie… That means a lot. I.. I just wish we would have been able to hang out a little more.” She couldn’t believe Nessie had said that she felt good that the soon to be graduate like that she knew her, but Min felt she hadn’t been that great of a friend to her not this year at least. “You’ll come around to visit, won’t you?” She felt like a needy child asking that all the time, but she really didn’t want to lose her friendships she had made. Friends had been her rock when things had happened in her life, so they were the most important thing to her. Feeling yet another set of arms around her Minerva tried not to stiffen too much. Again that dreaded image of burning plants came into her head and she bit the inside of her lip hard trying not to scream for Nessie to get off of her. She knew the stiffening had to be noticeable and she etched away a bit, “I.. I’m sorry Nessie.. I.. I’ve just been having a.. a hard time with.. hugs since that… d.. d.. detention.” tears were flowing again and she looked down. Honestly she really need to talk to a healer about this, but the one at that staff table was not going to the be one she talked to. “Oh.. I.. I hope so too.” was all she could answer to Nessie saying about getting better. She wanted to get better she really did. SPOILER!!: Wade Minerva sat in a bit a of a daze with it all. The realization that Ethan was leaving and the fact that she was going to be a seventh year. This would be her in a matter of a year. That didn’t seem possible. “It really has” She shrugged and smiled at his paw on her arm. “Well it’s the truth. You’ve become a great friend to me this term Wade. I am glad we got the chance to be this way.” He was one of her closest friends now. “I.. I’m not sure what all went on this term with the way I acted, but I’m sorry if any of it bothered you.” she pinked a bit thinking about the petting and the singing. The nickname had come out of it, but the nickname was staying…. Minerva’s eyes glanced up at him, “Paris? Well that sounds fun. Is that where she is from?” She didn’t know that much about Indy, she really should start finding more things out. “ If it’s anything like the States, Disney is a great place.” She had been a few times back at the one in Florida, but she figured they were all the same. She found herself nodding again, “Yes.. after I see the healer and stuff I think we should hang out. Maybe all four of us can do something.” That would be fun, right? SPOILER!!: Alec She felt his arm go around her and she stiffened yet again, but this wasn’t really a hug it was just one arm not a hug. So she let it happen and continued to cry on him. Blinking she looked towards Ella, “I’m sorry.. I didn’t mean to take your boyfriend and cry on him.” She really didn’t mean to cry so much. What a downer she must be. Looking up at him she tried to give a smile and pulled out her tissue. “Thanks Alec.. That means a lot.” but she felt alone, very very alone even with all these people around. She closed her eyes trying to calm down a bit, when she heard him say he would sit with her and sing soft kitty, what? Oh… She looked back up. Wow that song was going to haunt her now wasn’t it. How did she even sing it in front a people, but whatever it sounded comforting at the moment. “Yes we could… Thank you Alec.” Once she was alone at the table again Minerva tried and failed to get her composure back. She just couldn’t stop crying. Wiping her tears yet again she heard the Headmistress talking and turned her eyes to the staff table. Her eyes didn’t stay there long seeing two staff members made her look away. She was afraid too much eye contact would bring them near her. Her mind went to all the crying and how stupid she had to look. Plus the hugging.. all the hugging that was going on. Minerva just couldn’t handle it anymore and began to rock, pulling her legs up on the chair. She just sat there looking at the table. When the food appeared she had no appetite, but not wanting food go to waste and she probably would end up hungry later. Minerva began shoving the food in her pockets. Grabbing some meat, veggies, and mash potatoes. Filling her pockets full of the feast food she curled back into her ball to try and hide for the rest of the feast hoping at least for no more hugs. |
CLONED....wait are there two of me? The girl was being suspicious – more than suspicious when you realized that her best mate…and well…yeah, well that he wasn’t in the great hall at all. So who was the awkward girl looking for? No one was sure. Then she quickly waaaaaved to Ella, Alec, Asher, little Kace, Forrest, and everyone she had come to like from Hufflepuff…and even those she didn’t really know all that well. Her face just read I AM SO UP TO SOMETHING with that suspiciously awkward grin – the one that almost made her lips pull into thin barely visible lines. Her skin tightened slightly as she began to smile even harder – her cheeks beginning to burn. So she was just standing there twiddling with the edge of her skirt. |
Ronnie, Kace, and a DARE! *gasp* SPOILER!!: Ronnie!! "That sounds great!" Marigold said, excited to be included with Ronnie, who she was beginning to pretty much adore. "I'll check my mail," she said, grinning. SPOILER!!: Kace!! "Oh so you're pretty busy then." Marigold nodded at Kace. She knew the feeling, the types of camps she had gone through in her childhood. "My grandparents are coming for my birthday, it's June 14," she went on. She nudged him playfully. "I expect you to remember that." Smirk. She thought for a moment of inviting him over for a day, but this summer her parents decided to keep it low key and family based. "Okay! Tell me when you are going to Diagon Alley. Umm..." Marigold searched in her bag for a piece of parchment and a quill, which she used to scribble her address on. "Here. Any mail, muggle or owl, will arrive here. Since my mom's a muggle, we have post to our house," she explained. *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ *~*~*~ All of a sudden, Marigold wanted to SING! She stood up on the Hufflepuff table and cleared her throat. "I'M A LITTLE TEAPOT, SHORT AND STOUT. HERE IS MY HANDLE, HERE IS MY SPOUT!" She kept going with the song, with matching body movements. When she finished she was breathless from the She could almost get used to it. |

... well done. And she continued to the Slytherin table. |

Ah, Wade should've known that Ronnie would sense his hidden sadness. Of course, he didn't want to be sad, but.. well, it was barely a week since that tragedy happened so there was still some pain embedded. "I'll be fine," He tried giving Ronnie a reassuring smile. "Thanks, though.. You're such a good friend Ronnie." He accepted that comforting hug she gave him, and he returned one as well. "It's just still a little fresh on my mind, you know.. on what happened." There were so many what if's and difficult nappings involved for Wade since then, but there wasn't anything else he can do but gradually accept what had happened. Quote:
Now if there was another reason to smile despite the inner pain, it was on the topic of Indy. Just the thought of her brought such a warm and fuzzy feeling that even 3,000 times the hair ruffles from Alec couldn't replicate. "Yeah, it does. She's fluent in french and is even talking about having me try some of their delicacies." Not that he mind, as long as pickles were involved, of course. Now hearing from Minnie that Disney was going to be a lot of fun, was also a relief. "Well, that's good to know. Maybe someday we can all go there." Once again, Wade felt a watching presence near him. He shrugged the feeling off again, thinking like last time it was all in his head. Hmm.. |

She hugged the younger Hufflepuff. ‘I’m going to miss you’ Now here was something she didn’t think she would be saying to a Hufflepuff when she was a firstie. ‘You will write, won’t you?’, the seventh year asked. They would still keep in touch after she would graduate. And there would be Diagon Alley. And Hogsmeade. But who was she kidding?! It wouldn’t be the same. Siiiiigh. Quote:
The dreaded question. ‘How are you?’ ‘I don’t have the slightest idea’, Gwen wanted to reply, but managed to stop herself. ‘I’m alright’, she said, raising her shoulders a bit. ‘You? Looking forward to the summer holiday?’ Quite many people had their summer planned ahead, and Gwen just hoped they would have the time to meet around Diagon Alley. Because she was determined to spend some time there. ‘Thank you’, she replied with a genuine smile (now this was something- Gwendolyn Greene smiling!). ‘I’m going to continue my studies’ University yada yada yada. ‘I want o become a healer’, the seventh year said enthusiastically. Smirk. Quote:
In her way, she noticed someone. ‘Hello, Professor Lafay’, the seventh year greeted. Should she stay and say goodbye (since she wouldn't be coming back to Hogwarts) or keep walking? Decisions, decisions... |
Jory didn't mind hugs. Not one bit. And especially now, he could do with a few. Too bad he really hadn't gotten to know Alec. He was sure they would have been great friends. "Epic failure, Jory,'' he thought. "Well, I plan to join the Auror Department,'' the badger responded. "But the Department for Magical Games and Sports won't be too bad, would it?'' Grin. "It's actually my second option.'' As Alec's grin grew wider Jory's grew too. "You're welcome. So, if you change your mind about the Quidditch, have you thought about other options?'' But he thought Alec would be way better off playing the game. And he could even be one of the most famous players. Jory grinned at Anna. "I know. Who likes doing chores? I was just teasing you.'' He sometimes helped his mom out and found chores a complete bore. And job hunting? And for Lafay too? "Er...Anna? Aren't you going to enjoy your holidays? Spend it with your family and friends?'' He didn't mean to be nosy but he couldn't help wondering why she would want to take up a job. Jory couldn't help but notice the way Gwen was looking from him to Ronnie. He could not figure out why she was doing that. He did not realise he had not told Gwen about him and Ronnie. He listened to Gwen's plans. So, she wasn't sure about everything as yet. Cool. Other than a few plans here and there he wasn't sure what he wanted to do before he applied at the Ministry. And she got into a University! Really cool! "Nope, you didn't tell me. Congrats, Gwen!'' Jory gave his friend a one armed hug. "Which one is it?'' He grinned. "You won't forget about me when you make all those new friends, would you?'' He was teasing her, of course, but he didn't want her to forget him. ''As for me, I'm just gonna hang around. Take a good long holiday before I apply to the Ministry. Other than having Ronnie over by me, I haven't made much plans.'' As Gwen turned to speak to Alec, Jory grinned at the memory of the two last meeting. Alec had thought Gwen was his girlfriend. And honestly, he had been so amused watching Gwen's reaction. Hehe. Jory nodded at Ella. Yep. She still had some time. "But you must have an idea or two, right?'' During fifth year, he had thought about his options but never made an actual decision until sixth year. "I hope to join the Auror Department.'' He knew the training and so were demanding but he hoped to do his best. Jory grinned a bit, pleased to see Ronnie feeling better. Even a little better was okay for him. "Great!'' he said. "I suppose mom and dad have already done everything they could think about to welcome you.'' No doubt his mother had planned what to cook or bake whenever Ronnie came over. ''I keep forgetting to ask though. I know you've got to go see your parents and family first so after how many weeks will you come?'' Or days? Why did it have to be weeks? But Jory didn't want to rush her out of spending time with her family. Jory nodded at Kace. "I heard that too. There are lots of training to be done.'' He smiled. "Thanks, Kace! I can let you know how it goes, if you like.'' Because he won't want to bother the young Puffer with unnecessary stuff. "Great idea! And maybe sometime you can visit me?'' He loved having friends over and his parents did not mind so it would be no problem. "I hope you are,'' Jory added with another nod. "And nope I never was. I just preferred to watch.'' Besides, Hufflepuff always had the best team each year. Jory kept looking at Min sadly. He wished he could hug her. Maybe it wouldn't do much but she would probably feel a little better? And he really understood what she meant about the end of the term. Darn Dementors. They ruined everything for everyone...especially poor Mr Firth. "I'll surely come,'' Jory reassured. Min was one of the persons he'd never ever forget. "Make sure you get on the team next term, Min.'' Because he'd come to cheer his House on and cheer especially for her. |
Jory!!! After talking with prof. Lafay and wait for the speech end, she came back to Hufflepuff table, sat near to her friend Jory and said to him, her eyes sparkling. "Jory! She said it's a possibility! Lafay! She said she will talk with my family and her husband and so... she can hire me!" The girl clapped her hands excitedly. "I know you're not understanding me, as I never told you who are my parents... My parents aren't good people." Then she lowered her voice and added "my father is a pickpocket and my mother uses to fool people to take their money. As I don't agree with their practice, they don't like me.... and when they became aware that I'm a witch, it frightened them... but it didn't take too long for them think about all the possibilities they could do with my powers.... and I said I never would cast magic for mislead people.... so, they expelled me. My lovely mother threw all my things away right in the middle of the street... It was late of night. I called my uncle and he helped me, gave me some money and made contact with someone from Hogwarts, who helped me with all I needed to come to school. I don't know who helped me, as nobody seemed to know what happened to me... I fear my parents would try to take money from prof. Lafay or something like that... Or, the most of this, I fear she doesn't hire me when she know the true about my family... she can think I'm not trustworthy..." Anna panicked, closed her eyes and began to cry silently, looking at the floor to disguise her feelings. |
WADA. The mention of that instantly put the first genuine, small smile on her lips for the evening. That was the one thing that convinced her it was okay she wouldn't be here next year. There was a tiny mumble, which was basically a disagreement to what Wade was saying, just not loud enough for him to hear. "Yeah, I'm really looking forward to it so I hope I excel next year." She was so going to put her badger on and work crazily next year. That was her plan. "You doing anything this summer?" Because that seemed to be the question she could think of the quickest and she was a curious moo. -------- Those eyes? They were eventually off her then? She peeked a look at him and now noticed he was looking completely away. Pout. He was acting really strange today, most people were actually. Maybe there were rumors or something hiding. No, Alec would tell her. She was sure of it. The pouting continued, but eventually she shook the strange behavior off her mind. Yep. Prefect's compartment. She gave him a nod. People had popped by for visits before hadn't they? If not it wouldn't be too difficult to meet up in the corridor or at the station. Either way she wanted a proper, proper goodbye with her three favorite kiddos. "Good, cause I want to see you..before..well just you yeah." NOPE. She was NOT finishing that sentence. ----------- Red? Was that Fin? He was the only the one that had ever really called her by that, but he wouldn't be here. He was way done with school. So whom was it then? The Hufflepuff turned to look beside her when she saw a blue uniform over a yellow one which was what more she expected. It was Bee of course. Speaking of which she had books for her. Although before she could even open her mouth to say anything about that she noticed the key chain that was placed in her hands. ...Gifts? Umm....The red head looked at the key chain for a moment with a mumble. She really didn't need anything but considering it wasn't something to big at all she kept her mouth shut. Was really sweet of Bee and probably a good way to keep memory of her. "Thank you." A weak smile appeared and her arms automatically squished Bee into a hug. "This is quite...me." The key chain, that was with the purple and the dance it was perfect. "I have books to give you tomorrow, by the way." Ones Ness planned on letting Bee keep of course. ---------- There, that's what she had wanted a beautiful-ickle smile. She returned his smile, yet hers was still weak. It was the best she could do for today. "I'll owl you everyday if you even want me to?" And if owls could travel fast enough too of course, but she'd make time. She promised herself that. There was a slight silence in which Ness thought about Tobias growing up. Second Year huh? He'd always be an ickle in her head and maybe that was because she didn't want to feel old when he grew up some, but he didn't need to know she thought that. Those words. They stung in an odd way, almost in a warm way. "I'll miss you too." She murmured at him quietly. -------- Forrest, another ickle smile. This was all she needed to keep her smiling tonight. There was just something about kids that you couldn't help smile back at them. It was almost as if it was a crime not to smile back. So smile she did, as best as she could. Would there be cute ickles like this at WADA? Eh. Probably not. ---------- No. No. Head shake for Gwen, because I miss you was not going to happen. This red head would accept no excuses. They'd both be out of here and abble to apparate, so that meant they WOULD see each other yeah? Ness would do her best to keep in touch with the friends that she could. "No you're not going to." Pout. "I'll make sure to see you." --------- Gulp. She could feel her close throat at those words. It clenched smaller and smaller, until she took in a deep breathe of air. Her first and most instinctive reaction was to wrap her arms around Ella, she gently squished the girl as if to never let go. "I know, I know." It was a mumble, whisper. "Thank you, but kiddo..I'm proud of you." With Quidditching and all, of course. She could never repeat that enough. -------- The tears, they made Nessie frown slightly at her fellow Puff. It was never ever pleasant to watch anyone cry, let alone one of your friends. "Don't cry." She tried to make her voice sound as gentle as possible. "And..yeah, I wish we could have too, but I'll be at Hogsmeade when I can pop by." Mhhhm. Weekends ought to be free then, or she'd make a plan, especially for quidditch matches. NOT a chance she wanted to miss watching those. Stiff hug. Mellow. Was this supposed to be some sort of reject--oh. More mellowing. She was not okay with hugs? And she was crying now too? All the red head dead was frown and pull back. Something here wasn't being untold and it was something to do with that detention. Of course she wouldn't pry, but it did concern her. "I..I'm worried about you." She didn't mean that in a bad way, it was genuine and she didn't want to leave her wondering if Min would be okay or not."You'll be okay yeah?" Where was Ethan. He'd maybe know what to do to make Min feel better, no? |

"Oh, I see!" she said, suddenly remembering the party she was having. "Well if you're not busy, on the second official day of summer I'm having a graduation party and I really want you to be there." she explained, smiling. She wanted to get as many classmates as possible there so that it could be a HUGE party! Quote:
