Indiana looked down at the coins in her had as she stepped into the shop with Beezus. She was trying to assess how much she had, in hope that she would be able to get herself some sweets, along with something for her brother. She was sure where he was now really didn't sell sweets, especially ones as good as the Honeydukes ones. So she was gonna send him some. She nodded, a grin breaking across her face, when she realized she would have enough to get herself something too. Awesome. It was going to be needed, what with the things that were going on in the castle. Indy still wasn't too happy about having to pay for everything. At least she hadn't spent all of her money let.

"Bet it's gonna be filled with students..." Probably more than usual. If they had the same idea of her, wanting to stock up on sweets, so that they wouldn't get too hungry. "I dunno what to get Spike..." Her brother was odd, and probably would like odd sweets. It was going to be tough decision.

Well, guess what....Beezus was out with Indy. At Hogsmeade. And they'll be buying sweets.

As the blonde began counting off her galleons, Beezus' eyes fleeted immediately towards the countless shelves of sweets and treats. This place looked more of a haven now that Hogwarts was broke and didn't provide them with them same amount and quality they were used to. A haven of food. Huzzah. Thankfully, she had money on her despite the financial crisis going on at the castle. That meant she could go ahead and buy some Honeydukes noms. Good and delicious noms. Maybe she'd get some for a few people too.

"That goes without saying.." She told Indy and shrugged. Well, Honeydukes gets jam-packed with students. Always. Pulling her friend by the arm, Beezus guided her towards one of the shelves and pointed out a finger at the display. "Jelly slugs? Fudge flies? I'm sure Spike will like them." She said, grinning. They were in the Oddities and Rarities section. It speaks for itself, right? "And remind me again why you're wearing....Batman?" Early Halloween?

Fingers running themselves through somewhat tangled red hair, Maisie appeared from the storage room holding a newly arrived box of chocolate frogs out of their wrappers.

"'Ello," she greeted the two girl while struggling to make her way towards a purple coloured stand.

Amara entered the shop. It was colorful and looked very inviting. She wanted to get some of all those stuff, she'd had brought the money for that earlier but..argh, the castle cutters. She didn't dare spend all her money for the candies. Then Merlin knows, she'd have to sleep outside the common room.

She moved inside, looking at the assortments, thinking of what to buy.

Troy was so excited for Hogsmeade! He decided to wander on his own instead of having a large group of people.

Candy? Uhm uh yeah hello!

Walking towards the location he spotted someone that seemed quite familiar? Was it Amra? or Amara?

Walking in he had a huge smile plastered on his face, as usual ready to stock up on candy once again.

She saw this boy coming inside the shop, with a huge smile identical to hers. She knew she'd seen him somewhere...train? boats? feast? common room?

YES! Common room. He was the guy with the knuts and yeah..she could distinctly remember this guy talking to Fro.

She waved to him, smiling as she did. "Hellooo" she called, as she moved towards the boy. Wouldn't hurt to be friends with fellow lions would it?

"I forgot how busy it gets down here...." Indy murmured with a little shrug. She'd been in France for a year last year. No hogsmeade over there. So she had really forgotten how busy it got down here. Maybe it was a good thing they had come a little earlier. She could see the shop running out of candy. Which would really not be good at all. Indy was probably going to buy a lot of sweets today, or more than she usually did. The food at hogwarts wasn't too good this year, not that she was used to. So she would need lots of candy.

"Mm...." She nodded in agreement with her friend. Her brother was into insects and stuff. "I'll get him some jelly slugs." She mused with a nod, before she reached up, and grabbed a jar. Oh. The bat man. Indy giggled, glancing down at her top, then at her shoes. "I like batman?" She shrugged, a big smile on her lips. "batman is cool."

Tyler had absolutely no idea where Felix was but that was okay..maybe for the best even considering that the last time they were here they almost got busted by the shopkeeper.

He'd just have to buy enough sweets for the both of them, though Felix would have to buy them off him of course for twice the price...service charge and all...he'd understand.

Or he'd just steal them..whatever. He wandered along the isles throwing random sweets into the basket thing. He didn't have to like them because they were for retail.

"Well, you were gone for a while." Another shrug. Why did it seem like she kept on shrugging today? Or was it just because she was with Indy?

Jelly slugs for Spike. Seemed like a good choice. She was more than sure her former co-Prefect would love that. There were no jelly slugs in Madagascar, or Sugar Quills. "I'll buy him some sugar quills. Can you add that in the package you're sending him?" She toddled off and went to the next shelve and grabbed a few of the said treat before coming back beside Indy and handing out the treats to her. Should they get a basket? They should, right? Since she was still thinking of buying a whole lot more. And the Batman? That earned a small smirk from the brunette and ONCE AGAIN she shrugged at her friend. She wasn't the kind who would wear something like that but she got to admit that Indy looked cute on it.

Hmmm. What else to get? ...Maybe some chocolate frogs? Everyone loved them and even though she was allergic, she could always take her Antillergen potion just like the summer that had just passed.

Speaking of which, a box of them was right before her eyes. "Oh, hi." Was she the Shopkeeper? She must be new....Beezus couldn't remember seeing her around before. "Erm...excuse me, but are you the shopkeeper?" She needed a bit of help with........decision-making.

Heyyyyy someone called out to him.

"Hi!" Troy waved still not sure who this person was. Sure he knew her name but he's never interacted with her before, therefore she was still a stranger.

Okay cool more friends, Troy was such a friendly little dude with a snarky attitude at times. But there was a reason why he was chosen to be in Gryffindor.

"You're a lion too aren't you?" the girl asked as she finally neared him. She knew he was, still it wouldn't hurt to confirm. Not that she didn't like other house students...

"I'm Amara. Amara Kaul" she said, extending her hand, smiling. She so wanted to go around the village, see everything and have real fun. But it would be very bad to do it alone, wouldn't it?

"A whole year...." Indy mused with a little laugh, pretending like it was a lot longer. It had felt like a lot longer. She felt like she was back at home now, even if home was a little dirty. But then, she could just pretend that Hogwarts was a big version of her brothers bedroom. Spike's room was rather unclean.

"Sure." She was going to send her owl with the sweets, and a letter so she could put Bee's stuff in there too. "He'll appreciate them." She was sure that there were no sweet shops in Madagascar, so she knew her brother would appreciate the sweets. "Maybe we should get a basket..." Because Indy had her arms full now, and she still had to get sweets for herself. Yes. A basket would be a good idea. Bee would have to get it though, she kind of hand no arms free. Indy frowned, before laughing. "You sure like shrugging..." She teased, grinning at her best friend.

"Yeah. I seen you, but don't know you." Troy smiled and nodded, this kid was always blunt to his thoughts.

Ooooh so that's her name, not Amra. psssh.

"Okay Amara. I'm Troy. Troy Maurice Hawthorne." He replied with a very prideful smile and shook her hand.

It was really nice to meet new people from his house.

"OH you know me now!" her voice was very bright. It should be. Why wouldn't it when they were at Hogsmeade on a lovely day as that?

"Merlin! You've got a long name" she said, as the boy introduced himself. "And I thought my father had the longest one" He did, sort of. She wanted to get something. They were in Honeydukes and it would be injustice to just stand and not buy anything!

"Come on, let's get something to celebrate the new found friendship" she said, with a wide grin. They shook hands, so they were friends. YEAH, that was enough for her. And she would definitely be friends with any lion.

"I really missed you, you know." She SHRUGGED once more. It was true though. A year without Indy was a year when she didn't have a person to talk to and shrug for more than half of the conversation. Hah. Her brain was kidding. A year without Indy had been somewhat hard. Add in the fact that Erin wasn't there either. Although, that resulted to her being closer to most younger Ravenclaws since she had taken a liking to hanging out with them.

"But I'll pay for them, Indy." She added quickly, pertaining to the treats she got for Spike. She grinned and nodded. A basket, of course. That was what she was saying. "I'll go get it." Without waiting for a reply from the blonde, Beezus went off in search for a basket. She decided to look near the entrance since those were usually stationed near the door.

Oh, lookit! Baskets. She took one and ambled back towards her friend. "Here you go." Now those treats on her arms can go into the basket. Now, that they were set....time to look for more sweets to buy for people.

Cat hadn't expected to spend so much money IN school. She'd started to run through her reserves about a month before she went home for the holidays. Luckily enough, she had a very large family. Large families always meant lots of presents, but she also ended up getting cold hard cash from half of her uncles (who had no idea what a teenage girl liked) and her aunts Serafina and Delilah (who were just no good at shopping). She was glad to be in Honeydukes with a fresh store of coins.

She was even more glad that Blue was going with her. She grinned at the other girl as she bounced carefully down an aisle. "So how was your holiday, hmm? Did ya do anything super fun?" Like pelt your favorite cousin and West with snowballs? Hmmmm? That had been SUPER FUN.

OH! OHOHOHOOOOOOOOOH! Someone needed her assistance! She nearly knocked over a stand of licorice wands as she turned around to face the young lady who had spoken to her, but manged to catch it at the last minute only to knock over a large cardboard cutout of a chocolate frog instead.

Oh dear. Did we mention that said cutout feel towards the two girls? Because it did.

"I am," she smiled, her French accent coming on strong as her enthusiasm rose. "Iz zere anyzing I can 'elp you feend?"

She wasn’t really supposed to eating sweets, according to her orthodontist. Okay, she wasn’t supposed to be eating them at all. But what did he expect from a child who lived about a gazillion miles away from her parents? That she’d just sit in a corner and munch broccoli? NOOOO thank you. She would be fairly good though, and avoid really chewy stuff that could put her retainer in danger.

She was such a little angel, wasn’t she? All she really had to do was polish up her halo.

“I didn’t do much. 'Twas a fairly uneventful Christmas. Got a retainer though!” She actually liked it more than she’d originally expected. It went with her new reading glasses. Blue beeeeamed at Cat to show off her flashy piece of teeth equipment. “I also got a banjo and a pet fish. You should come over to my house next summer and you can meet him. I named him Bob.” Because all fishes looked like a Bob. “I didn’t see anyone over the holidays though.” It kinda sucked when ALL of your friends seemed to live in the same town...except for you.

“What about you? Do anything nice?”

Beamy!face.

"Ooooooh!" Cat looked at this nifty thing in Blue's mouth. She was amazed that she hadn't noticed until the other girl had mentioned it. Usually she was much more observant than that. "That's COOL." She kind of wanted one too. "Fancy." She giggled, "Do you know how to play it?" The banjo that is, not the fish. Heh. "I had a fish once but my little sister "played" with him. He's dead now." Needless to say... one did not PLAY with a fish. Ya know?

"I surely would like to meet Bob. Maybe you can come to my house too. You'll like Toby. He likes people." And food too. Mostly bacon.

Cat went about collecting candy. Wooo. Sugar. YES. "Holidays are like a super big deal in my family so everyone was at my nonna's house all of my 8 aunts and uncles and allllllll of my cousins." It was... crazy to say the least. "And I had far too much food." But it had been worth it. Even if her own mother wasn't the best cook, her nonna and aunts were. "I didn't see anyone from school either 'cept West. I saw him a bit."

Sugar quiiiilllsssss.

Ronnie shivered as she entered the candy shop. It was quite cold out...she couldn't believe it was already winter time. The warmness of the store soon got her more warmed up and she smiled to herself, breathing in the delicious smell of candy. Thank Merlin she had a bunch of money in her pockets to spend!

After walking around the shop, she had her arms full of candy (some for Jory of course) and walked up to the counter. When it was her turn, she stepped up and set down all her candy: Five chocoballs, two packets of Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Beans, six Chocolate Frogs, three licorice wands, a giant gumball, and two sugar quills.

It had been a very pleasant day thus far and Asher was on a mission to get a few more items before it was over. As he entered the cute little shop, he was overwhelmed by the sweet fragrances and endless selections.
"What a wonderful shop" he said as he made his way over to the counter. His thin, 11 year old body, easily wove in and out of the various stacks and displays of luscious candies.
"Excuse me?" he said in a soft questioning voice. He hated to be a bother, but he really wanted a pound of dark chocolate fudge.

Garrick chewed absently on the side of his thumb. Stupid callus. Glancing over at Benjy he pushed the door open and stepped inside. Aaaaah. Lovely smells of candies and freedom from care. THIS was what he imagined Paradise to be. A candy store. He should make his parents BUY one. Then he and Benj woulod have an endless supply. How awesome would that be?

"You looking for someone or something in particular?" Garrick asked nonchalantly. Was he looking for that disgusting one? Hmmm? Was he dating her now?

Following Garrick into the shops, Benjy had a satisfied smile on his face. He'd had some dark thoughts for a few days, and this was the perfect way to rectify them. His cousin soon got an exaggerated eye roll though.

"Why would I be coming into a candy shop to look for someone?" Benjy asked, a frown flickering across his face. "I came here, funnily enough, for candy..." Though, it was in part inspired by a conversation that he'd had with Lex that had inspired it. He quite fancied trying one of everything, even if he'd have to sweet talk Garrick somewhat over the next couple of years to be able to afford it by the time they left Hogwarts. And given the girl's sugar addiction, maybe she would be here...

"Why, are you looking for someone?"

"Dunno. You tell me." And his cousin received an exagerrated eye roll right back. Garrick dug in his pockets for a moment to make sure he had brought enough money for them both, without asking Benjy a thing. "Mum and dad should buy a candy shoppe. And let us hang out in it all the time." He wondered how much eyelash batting he's have to do at his mum to get his way.

"Not looking for anyone." He was not going to bring Lotus around Benjy since he was certain Benjy didn't like her... sadly. Like for real that was SAD. He had been stewing on it for some time now. And unlike Benjy, Garrick felt things pretty strongly. He was FAR more sensitive.

"What you want?" Candy wise? They could start shopping, yeah?
