Minerva's heart jumped and so did the rest of her at the sound of a voice a the door. Was her mind off in another world again or was it just her fear nerves to talk with Healer Tillstorm. Giving a small smile to the Healer, Minerva got up off the bench and walked into the office.


Not sitting anywhere just yet, she would wait to be asked to sit, Min gave another small polite smile "Thank you for seeing me Healer Tillstorm. I had been planning a visit, but a few professors advised me to see you as well." Taking a deep breath she really hoped this would go well, but had no clue really what to expect. "I know your very busy since your hours were put to part time instead of full. I was just wanting a bit of your time to talk about the healing profession." See Min wanted to maybe be like her one day, so maybe she wouldn't destroy dislike this puff.

Healer Tillstorm closed the door then sat down at her desk as Minerva rambled on. The girl didn't even wait long enough to be told to sit down, so Cece just let her stand. "So what exactly is it you want to know about healing?"

Minerva could tell by the look she shouldn't have talked so much at first. Now her heart was racing and she felt a little ill with nerves. Adverting her eyes to the desk she took a quick breath. "Well M..ma'am" breath Min not so nervous. " I was hoping you could give me some advice on the right path to take to become a healer, recommendation on things I should study harder and even extra lessons in or even books that could be read that would lead me in the right direction."

She took a breath and waited a moment trying to see if the Healer was annoyed with her or was going to be helpful.

So the child wanted to be a healer. At least she wasn't there to ask stupid annoying questions. Although her looking at the desk when she spoke did nothing at all to impress the healer. "You know, it's considered rude not to look at someone when you speak to them." If she didn't already know that she knew it now.

Knowing this would take more than a couple of minutes she decided to let the girl sit. "Please, have a seat," she said gesturing towards the two chairs in front of her desk. You know, the one the child was so intent on staring at. "Before I answer any of your questions, I have one of my own." That's right, you have to answer my questions before I answer yours. "Have you talked to your head of house or any of your professors about your career path?" Sure, she had said a few professors told her to come talk to the healer, but that didn't mean the girl had talked to them about a career in healing. And more importantly, had she even bothered talking with her head of house? Because really, they would be the best ones to start with. They knew the students and their abilities way better that the healer did. Cece really did not want to waste her time here if a career in healing was not in the cards for this child.

Minerva’s head snapped up and she blushed a bit embarrassed that she was being scolded for looking down at the desk, “Sorry ma’am. It won’t happen again.” Typically Minerva got along with all the adults she had come in contact with and she was hoping to having the same here, but her nerves were getting the best of her. Silly rumors if they were just rumors, maybe she shouldn’t have listened to them so much.
Oh she was going to be allowed to sit, well that was a good sign, right? Well hopefully at least. Finding a seat, Minerva kept her eyes on Healer Tillstorm not wanting to upset the woman again. Oh she had a question, well Minerva was hopefully ready to answer. Listening to this particular question she couldn’t help but smile. “Actually ma’am I’ve talked to a few professors. This summer I had been in contact with Professor Schirmer and we spoke about my OWL scores and my career choice. She had given me advice on charms as well as to speak with you.” She took a breath and then continued. “I had also spoke with Professor Hadley about it as well. She also made the suggestion to come and see you, as did Professor Flamsteed.” Three professors all pointing her in this direction, so she hoped this direction wouldn’t too harsh.

Okay, so the girl has talked to a few professors, one of them being her Head of House. "Okay, so you discussed your OWL scores. That's nice. Hopefully your OWL scores were good enough for you to continue on in the classes you'll need for healing." If not, well then she might as well start looking into another profession now. "To become a Healer, you have to at least receive an "Exceeds Expectations" at N.E.W.T. level Potions, Transfiguration, Herbology, Charms, and Defense Against the Dark Arts. If you do not accomplish this, you will not even be allowed to study healing at the university level."

No beating around the bush here. Either you get the grades needed or you find a different career path.

She nodded as the healer spoke of OWL scores her small smile only faltering at the word charms. Sitting up a little straighter, Minerva’s fear settled a bit at the focus of academics. This woman wasn’t full of herself, but she was confident in the majority of the subjects she took her at school. Only a few made her uneasy and uncomfortable. “Healer Tillstorm I assure you I am a very hard worker in classes and that my OWL scores were all E and O in every subject you just said except for charm, which I did end up with an A, but as I stated before I had spoken with Professor Schirmer about this score and ways to bring it up since I am strong in charms as well. I have even seen Professor Knox already to help with some extra charms.” She knew when it came to classes she would do fine, that part she wasn’t worried about.
As she thought about the N.E.W.T scores another few thoughts came to her mind, “I was wondering of recommendations of the best university for the healing profession?” If there were better ones then ones that were just okay. “Also, I do know you are only here part time now, but if there was anything I could help you do or even just maybe shadow you once I would love the extra experience to get me started.” Keeping eye contact with the Healer Minerva was feeling a little more comfortable with her words and less nervous that the healer might hate her without even knowing her.

Sturnik casually strolled into the Healer's office. He nodded a small nod in greeting before looking around. Oh. The chair and the desk were currently occupied. He'd just start with the other items first.

"Don't mind me. I'll be out of here in a second." he said swinging his bag to capture some of the loose chairs in the room.

"I'll need the desk too. If you have any important documents in it, I'd recommend you remove them now."

Minerva had just finished speaking when she heard the door open. Oh another student or maybe a professor must need the healer. Which wouldn't be surprising she was only there part time, so everyone probably wanted a moment of her time.

She didn't even get to turn when she heard and odd voice talk about don't mind them. Only be a second, what the heck was going on. Turning Minerva was in shock.. What a goblin just coming into the office. She felt confused and looked to Healer Tillstorm. Where they suppose to be here, but she felt like she already knew the answer.

Not moving from her seat, but making sure her wand was in it's holster close enough to pull if needed she looked to the goblin, "Umm. excuse me, but why do you need the desk? It belongs to Healer Tillstorm." They were known for taking things, right? Her hand went absentmindedly to her heart necklace that was always found around her neck. It was pretty much the only thing she cherished more then anything else she had with her. Putting her hand down quickly once she realized she told herself that the goblin wouldn't just take things like that. It had to have a reason for being here and saying what it was saying.

"I'm glad to hear you had good OWL scores, but you must get that Charms score up to no lower than an Exceeds Expectations or there will be no career for you in healing." She didn't care what Schirmer or Knox said. Universities don't look at ways you think you can bring your score up, they look at the actual score you receive.

"There are several..." Just as she was about to start talking about the different wizarding universities someone just BARGED into her office UNINVITED!

WHAT THE HELL?!

A Goblin, in her office, and it was stealing her furniture!

"What the hell do you think you're doing here? Put my furniture back and get the hell out of my office. NOW!"

Hearing Minerva speak to the goblin she looked over at the girl. "Minerva, I think it's time for you to head straight back to your common room now. We can talk at a later date." Yes, that was her dismissing the girl. She did not need to hear or see what was about to happen here.

She then looked back over at the goblin. "You will NOT be taking my desk, or anything else you filthy creature."

Sturnik narrowed his eyes. "The language is completely unnecessary." Wizards, or rather, in this case, a witch, how foolish that they think they were above goblins.

"These are no longer yours." he insisted squaring his shoulders. "If you have any problems, you should take it up with the Headmistress." This wasn't his problem. That table was now property of Gringotts and if necessary he'd use force to get it.

"Now, if you would, kindly step aside and allow my job." See. There was no reason not the be civil about this. Sturnik was a just and honorable goblin. Too bad the same could not be said for the witch in the room.

Minerva turned her head as Healer Tillstorm spoke to her and told her.. to leave. Was she sure. She knew that Healer Tillstorm was obviously able to handle herself, but Minerva didn't want to just leave her here with a Goblin. The little thing didn't really scare her, no Healer Tillstorm and Lafay scared her way more then this Goblin.

Getting up she didn't right away head for the door, she glanced at the goblin and then at the healer. "Ma'am are you sure I should leave you hear alone? I am alright staying if you would want me to or I could go find someone else if you need the headmistress or another professor."

She glanced back at the Goblin and gave him kind of a smile smirk. Maybe all they needed was some nice friendly gestures, but why was he here, but she couldn't help stepping a bit towards him. "But why aren't they hers?" She was very curious of that answer.

Cece glared at that wretched creature that thought he was going to take her desk. She had brought that desk with her from Sweden. It was hers and she was NOT letting it go without a fight. "What I find unnecessary here is you thinking you can barge into MY office and just take MY furniture without MY permission." Seriously, who did this mongrel think he was?

And why the hell was Minerva still there, and of all things, questioning the goblin herself. Glaring at the child she could feel herself getting angrier and angrier with each passing moment. "Miss Wheatborn, I gave you an order to leave and I expect you to follow that order. It is not your concern what is happening here, nor is it your business to question anyone. Unless you want to spend the remainder of the term in detention you will GO BACK TO YOUR COMMON ROOM NOW!" Cece was so going to be having a talk with Professor Hadley about this one not following direct orders.

She then turned back to the goblin. "I don't care what you say, I will NOT be moving or letting you take my things." That desk had been in her family for many years. She was not about to let some greedy goblin take it. If he wanted it he was going to have to go through her to get it. If she had to she would hex that creature into oblivion.

Minerva's eyes snapped up to Healer Tillstorm and for a moment she felt faint. Did she just say detention?? In all the years Minerva had been at Hogwarts no one had ever muttered those words to her. She glanced at the goblin, she would rather take on him, a man eating plant, and a two headed dragon then go to detention.

"I was just trying to help ma'am. I'll be leaving now." She turned and faltered at the door one last time glancing curiously at the situation, but then moved through the door and headed off to her common room or somewhere that wasn't there.

Finally, the child was leaving. Why was it always the puffy kids that had to argue with her on everything she told them to do? Why did she always have to threaten them with detention to get them to do anything? This was something she was going to have to ask Waylon about when she got home later. Maybe he could help he to better understand the yellow kids.

Right now though she was going to continue glaring at that nasty goblin trying to steal her things.

GLARE!

Sturnik watched the interaction between the human healer and the human child. Great Goblin King, the healer had quite a temper.

"I am Sturnik, Head of Security at Gringotts." he said approaching the desk. "As I mentioned before, I no longer need your permission as this is now property of Gringotts. I do have the authority to take it by force. This will be the last time I ask you to comply. You will take the things that you wish from the desk or I will take it all."

And Sturnik would see to it that if the witch did not comply, that actions were taken.

"And as I said before, if you have any complaints, you should take that up with your boss. I have a job to do and am wasting precious time here."

Did this creature thing really think Cecelia Tillstorm gave a kneazles behind who it was? NOt in this lifetime she didn't. "And I am Cecelia Tillstorm. Owner of this desk. I don't know what makes you think MY desk is the property of Gringott's, or that YOU have the authority to remove it from MY office, but you are sorely mistaken."

Not planning on letting her desk out of her sight she stood up and without a word, SAT on her desk. That's right, she was sitting on her desk now, with her wand in her hand.

GO ahead Goblin.Take my desk. I dare you.

Sturnik took a deep sighing breath. Fine, have it your way grumpy human witch. He didn't have the time to argue his point further. (Especially to someone who obviously didn't understand how this process worked.)

He gave everything on the desk, the human, her parchment, quills, pictures, everything, a firm push to clear off the desk. Now that that was taken care off, he shook his bag open, then he ran the bag opening across the length of the desk formally belonging to the Healer.

Now that that was done, he exited the room and closed the door behind himself. He wasn't even going to bother checking to see if the human was okay.

Oh, so now the filthy creature was going to get physical and just STEAL her desk right from under her? What did he not understand about this desk belonging to HER?! "WHAT THE HELL YOU WRETCHED CREATURE!" She shouted when she was so brutally PUSHED to the floor.

Quickly getting up off the floor she pointed her wand at the goblin fully intent on blasting the thing through the wall. Only problem, the thing was gone in the blink of an eye.

Storming out of her office she didn't even bother with locking the door. Why bother, there wasn't anything to steal.

Now, where did that bloody goblin go?

Just because she brings HER property into the school does NOT mean it automatically belongs to the school, or the bank. No, she WAS going to find that creature and get her desk back.
