Something had been bothering Lana for a while and she couldn't ignore it for much longer. Something needed to be done, but she really didn't even know how to start. October was upon them now and it dawned on her just how little she really knew about her own self and her sister. Maybe it wasn't the best idea to just up and leave after the end of last term, but she did need to get away for a while and when the opportunity appeared; she took it without thinking about just what would be the consequences.

In her mind, she didn't think there would be much backlash from it. She was just gone for the summer and according to the owls from her parents, Laura hadn't been home either. Of course, that kind of information would have been nice at the time. It really seemed to be that they had once again grown apart and that ill feeling in her stomach was back once more.

Wandering the corridors, she sighed. Whatever possessed her to think that her own twin would be here was beyond her. She probably would have had better luck if she were on the moving stairs, but since she was in the area maybe a trip to the library would be nice. She did need to occupy her time since she only had enough change on her to get into her common room once today. She had only allotted herself four sickles a day for the turnstiles if she wanted to have enough to last her until the first Hogsmeade weekend or whenever her parents thought it wise to send more to her.

Yeeeeah, so her kneazle was still a little cross at the vacuum cleaner...She was sure that if kneazles could grumble then he would be doing that. As it were he was just sulking in her arms.

"Where have you been anyway?" She wondered aloud, really just trying to distract him because if he swatted at her vacuum just one more time she was making him walk.

Lex came to a stop when she found what looked like a ridiculous amount of dirt and dust for any one corridor. What happened HERE?? Did someone hear she was making her way down and decide to just dump everything here?? Honestly! She didn't even know what to make of it! After taking a deep breath, Alexa put Felix down and got to casting the spell. "Vacavus!" The moment the whirling happened so did the kneazle. He hopped on the vacuum and began clawing away at it; LOUDLY.

"Oi!!!" She stuck the wand back in it's holster so she could have a free hand and with it she yanked him off. "Cut that out! The vacuum said it was sorry, and this is my homework." Got it? GOOD.

Her gripped didn't loosen on the creature though. Noooope. She kept him against her chest and bit by bit she got rid of the dirt. THERE. DONE. No thanks to certain people. Yeah, the kneazle was eyed.

Okay. So Clement had decided that he'd had enough of vacuuming outside. Sucking up leaves into his vacuum wasn't that much fun. So he'd ventured back inside. It wasn't so windy inside either, so that was much better. His hair didn't do so good in the wind, meaning he couldn't exactly see that well. It was much better inside, and he was able to see much easier. Now he just had to find somewhere to suck more stuff up. He wandered along the fourth floor corridor, musing to himself. Mmm. It looked a little dusty up here, and that's when Clement had his idea. The vacuum was meant for cleaning up dust after all. He walked along the corridor a little further, before placing his green vacuum onto the floor gently. Leaning it against his leg, he pulled out his wand, before tapping it and muttering. "Vacavus." Without much second thought the green thing puffed into life.

Perfect. Now just to suck up some dust. He frowned a little, before vacuuming around. He looked like he was doing some of house work. Well at least the castle would be a little cleaner now. Though he wasn't up for doing this all the time. He was here to learn, not to do all the cleaning. Oh well. Now to continue on finding some where else to do some sucking else where.

The fourth floor corridor. He knew it was a strange place to practise but whatever. It had been a day since he had tried to teach his gargoyle a few tricks and the deadline of the homework was nearing.

Sitting down under a window the Slytherin looked around. Nice and quiet. He shifted until he sat indian style like they had been doing all those years in defence against the dark arts and took Garly out of his bag.

He inspected the stone gargoyle for a moment as he turned it around. He noticed that there was a slight crack near its feet. How was he supposed to fix that? But, it was small and he didn't think it could do any real harm.

Placing the gargoyle on the stone ground, he waved his wand and said; "Piertotum Locomotor" The stone creature sprung to life and seemed to wait for a command that could he could do. Yes, Garly was a he. Ahem.

"Garly, Jump" At first, the Slytherin Prefect thought that it wasn't going to work the first time again. But he was proved wrong when the gargoyle suddenly jumped and Daichi clapped his hands. "Good good! Now wave" It now stood on the back of its legs and waved to stone arms in the air.

EEEK! he was getting better!

"Thanks Garly, we'll practise the somersault next" he grinned and used the Finite spell.

Haruka pointed her wand at her gargoyle. "Piertotum Locomotor!" The gargoyle stretched awake and looked at Haruka, waiting for her to say something. "Okay Rose," Haruka said. "I need to teach you one more trick." Rose nodded excitedly. "How about a loop-di-loop?" Haruka showed Rose a loop-di-loop with her fingers. "Alright?" Rose nodded in response.

Rose flew up into the air and began the loops. 1, 2, and 3! Three loops! Wow! "Good job, Rose!" Rose landed and seemed to be proud. "Finite!"

Laura looked around the fourth floor and took out her cleaning supplies that she had brought with her, she had decided it was a good time to start working on the corridor and so she started work on the staircase she decided that it was important that everything was clean and hopefully some people would come and join her later, with no house-elves to do the work the students had to do what they could to keep the place tidy and she was no exception.

Harvey had decided to go on a walk indoors, maybe find a place to sit and relax away from the business of the common room. Everyone seemed to be there some studying for their OWLs and NEWTs, others cause they didnt want to go out and brave the cold winter. Even these corridors were a bit cold but they were nice and peaceful compared to the common room. He liked it like that, he wasnt becoming anti-social. He already had been somewhat anti-social but now he wanted to make amends and be social before he graduated next year. He couldnt believe he only had one more year in this school, time had flown on his time here and it was time for others to take his place in this school. He stood in the corridor just staring at the floor as he thought all of this.

She was tired, Ella was. She also felt like her brain was going to spontaneously combust from all the studying. Could that happen? More importantly, that would get her out of OWLs, yeah? ...Yeah.

The blonde hurried along the corridor, trying to hold all her texts books in her arms as she'd conveniently misplaced her back pack. Maybe if she cleaned her dorm this wouldn't be a problem? She'd add it to the list.

She continued on, not paying attention to where she was walking when she walked directly into someone. O___O

"Merlin's beard! I am so sorry." And her books were all over the floor now too. Lovely. The sixteen year old dropped to her knees and started picking them up, hoping the person she'd walked into wasn't too cross.

Harvey stood there just thinking and he started to unknowingly move around when suddenly...

THUD! and lots of mini little THUDS!

someone had bumped into him quite strongly, he looked around as he heard many things falling and was about to apologise when the person, a girl did it first. But before he could even say it was ok he was stunned at who it was, he was speechless. It was the one person he was thinking of looking for to hang out again, cause in his insides he didnt want to leave this school knowing that he didnt at least try to be friends with her again. Cause he missed this girl alot! if he could be honest! He then kneeled down and started gathering her books with her glancing at her every now and then, not believing that she was there in front of him. He wated to scream and shout at the top of his lungs but he thought it was best not to scare her into dropping those books again, although that would be an amusing sight. She hadnt changed much, she still looked the same... just older.

He then decided it was time to say something at least instead of just looking cause she could find that a little weird given their past "Hi...Ella" he greeted her easing her into realising who he was without shocking her too much.

Ella was so consumed in picking up her books that she didn't even think about who the person she nearly bulldozed over was. She appreciated the help, though. That was nice of them seeing as the whole thing was her fault. "Thanks." For not being angry or hexing her or something.

She was on her last book when the stranger greeted her and she blinked, recognizing the voice immediately. Welp, this was an interesting way to start talking again.

"Hi Harvs." She looked up finally, giving him a faint smile. "Sorry again for um...walking into you. I was distracted." And now she was distracted and feeling awkward. Cool.

He smiled as she thanked him for helping her out although she didnt have to thank him, he would always help her out. He was just glad it was him and no one else that could have yelled at Ella for not watching where she was walking. There was no way that he was going to yell at her cause that wasnt who he was, he was just glad she wasnt hurt or injured during that bump.

He saw her look up and immediately he smiled at her, it felt good to be with her again. He shook his head "Dont be, Im just glad you arent hurt or anything" he said as he stood up with the last few books that he picked up in his hand. He then offered her a hand to help her up cause he knew it couldnt be too easy with one armful of book. "Want me to help you take these books somwhere?" he asked her not wanting to let her leave just yet now that she was in front of him, he was then wondering if she was delivering the books somewhere or to someone.

Not hurt? Oh. She'd forgotten to check if he was hurt, hadn't she? That wasn't nice. "No, I'm all good." Nodnod. "Are you..not hurt? I didn't like... give you a paper-cut or anything did I?" She asked with a hint of humor, looking from the pile of books to him. But really, she hadn't hurt him right?

The blonde took his hand and stood, letting go to dust herself off when she was on her feet again. "Thanks." For helping her up and with the books. "Oh I was just going to my common room, actually. I can't study anymore today." Yup, she was totally done. "Were you headed there? To the library, I mean?" Small talk for the win? Yup.

He smiled when she said that she was good and not hurt, *phew!* that was a relief. He didnt want her hurt or anything and then she was asking him and he decided to lighten the mood a bit like he had planned to do if they ever met to help him fix things in a way "Well Im not sure.. I think I got a bruise here" he said pointing at his muscular arm as he revealed it by pullin his sleeve up. But there being no black/blue mark told Ella everything and then he burst out laughing before he shook his head "Nah Im kidding Im fine, not hurt 100%" he said to her to stop her from worrying about him.

"No worries Ella" he said as he watched her dust herself down a bit. He listened as she said that she was going back to the common room. "Let me walk you there" he said so that way they would be able to hang out as they walked back to her common room. He shook his head "No. no I wasnt headed there, I was just out on one of my usual walks" he said to her as he asked for some more of her books "Elle give me a few more books, Im coming with you to help you take those books back, so give me a few more" he said to prompting her to give him some books.

Ella's eyes did widen slightly when Harvey told her he wasn't sure. Like... what did that mean? Did one of the books smack him in the face or something when they'd fallen? What was hu- O__o What was he doing again?

The blonde tilted her head, eyebrows raised. He was...kidding! OHHH! He was kidding! Ella shook her head at him before laughing a bit herself. "That wasn't nice, y'know." But she was glad that he was okay and she was smiling so all was well.

And...he was going to walk her back to her common room? "You really don't need to. I mean, it's okay." She was strong and could totally handle the book load. He seemed insistent though so she shrugged and handed him a few more books. "So...how are you, anyway?"

Harvey loved seeeing her reaction as she seemed shocked at first and then laughed as she realised he was just joking around with her. It felt good to joke around with Ella again, it had been so long since they had hung out that he actually missed her. Even more than that was this joking with each other that he missed, that he had lost until he found himself bit by bit thanks to a few things one of which was ice cream! Ohhh ice cream! he had to have some soon!! "Oh it was nice.. it was nice to joke with you" he chuckled and gave her a wink before she said that he didnt have to "I know.. but I want to. I dont feel good letting you carry all the books" he said smiling as she then handed him some books, but he took a couple more as he carried them. She was then asking how he was "Im good.. I really good. How are you doing?" he asked as he looked at her.. I mean really looked at her. He noticed she was wearing her favourite color of green sure it wasnt shamrock green but it was still green. She always looked good in all colors though "Been upto anything nice lately?" he asked her wondering if she had done anything fun lately.

Ella smiled a bit and nodded. It was nice to joke with him again. The blonde hated this awkward stuff. Especially when it was with someone you'd been friends with for so long. It was exhausting and it didn't feel right to her, pretending not to know someone that you did know. Know really well, for that matter. "I guess you have a point there." Nodnod.

If he wanted to carry all those heavy books, who was Ella to stop him? Besides, her arms really could use a break. "Well I appreciate that, Harvs." Cause that meant no more walking into people which was terrible embarrassing, y'know.

"I'm glad you are," The blonde said with a small smile, glancing up at him before looking ahead again. She could feel his eyes on her but she figured he was just noting that she'd gotten taller or something. It had been a while. He looked older too, by the way. "I'm good too. Just busy with OWLs and Quidditch. I haven't got much free time to do anything else." And thank goodness Alec was doing those same two things or else she'd never see him. "Been hanging out with Min lately?"

Harvey smiled as she agreed with him and said that he did have a point "I do? So I get a house point or a 100 housepoints?" he chuckled as he feigned enthusiasm over housepoints. Oh yeah! Harvey was back!! No one could stop him now!! It was either that or the ice cream that he may have eaten before kicking in right now. He smiled "Im just happy to help just let me know next time. Dont want you injurying yourself with these books they can be quite dangerous you know" he chuckled as he thought about how they were dangerous in that they gave you aches and pains OR that they had you stuck in the library for hours on end which in his mind was not a good thing!

He smiled and nodded "Yeah so am I" no one was more glad than him, the past year had not been great and not just cause of the breakup but cause of what followed it. His thing with some stuff and him getting into trouble cause of it, heck Mins and Ethan had to immobolise him before they called his mom and had her collect him and ground him for weeks before he figured out how to sneak out or find excuses to be able to get out of the house. He smiled as she said that she was good "Oh yes you got OWLs now, you managing the studying ok?" he asked her "You doing well in Quidditch too.. as usual" he chuckled cause she had always been amazing at it, and he was sure that in a game between him and Ella he would always lose. "I know you dont, but do take time for other things Ella, we dont want you going insane from all that studying and not giving your mind time to relax from studying and quidditch" he said getting concerned at her statement that she didnt have much time for anything else, she had to MAKE time for it. She was then asking him about Mins "Umm.. we have hung out a couple of times in the last few months or so" he said answering her question. It was nice of her to keep up and make sure that he always had people to hang out with, cause even Mins wanted to make sure they hung out so that he wouldnt get into too much trouble.

Ella smiled a little at Harvey and shook her head. "Just an Ella point, I guess." Not as good as housepoints but awesome none the less. As for her letting him know when she needed help carrying her books, the blonde bit her lip. She knew he was joking but she also knew how Alec had been about certain things lately and yeah...she was treading lightly. "That's okay. I'm strong and tough, y'know. I can totally handle carrying some text books." Maybe not as many as she had today but still.

"Yeah, the studying is going fine. I spend a lot of time in the library so I'm getting a lot done." Staying on top of things was the trick, she thought. Her smile broadened a bit and she shrugged at his next comment. "It's a lot of pressure, being captain, but the team is brilliant." Which made things a lot more fun. "I'm sure I'll be fine. Alec helped me sort out a schedule so I'm a bit less stressed than before." And before she'd been a bit of a train wreck so yeah, this was ten times better.

The blonde was surprised that Harvey and Minnie had hung out so little but she knew the older badger had been busy with Quidditch so she understood. "It's good that you two are still close." She liked to think Minnie was looking out for Harvey and that was a good thing. She still worried about him, y'know.

Harvey smiled as she said that he would get an Ella point "Oh those! man those are way better than housepoints! They are worth like 50 housepoints" he chuckled as he looked at her, it felt good to hang out with her again after so long, he had missed hanging out with her and now that they were hanging out again (or so he hoped) he knew that things could only get better from here on out... right? He nodded as she said that she was tough and that she could carry them textbooks, "Thats good too" he said to her though he would have loved to have helped her like he used to, but he guessed things were a little different now "Besides I do still say that you are strong, see those muscles that I see that are able to lift the big books that I see before me" he said lifting up the books that he was holding.

He nodded as she said that spent alot of time in the library "Thats good! Im glad that you are getting things done, wouldn’t want you being stuck not getting them done cause then that would just stress you out even more" he said thinking about the stress that Minnie had when Minnie was doing OWLs. He then noticed that she smiled a little more at his quidditch comment, not that he was lying of course cause she had improved in the years that he had known her. "Well of course it is, if it wasn’t everyone would be doing it. But this way only the most capable become captains so this means that they thought you were the best for the job" he said to her smiling as he nodded cause even he thought she was good for it. Not that he thought Minnie was any less capable but he figured that Mins wouldn’t want to be kept busy with being a captain and all. If she wanted to be he would tell her to be a captain of one of the more well known teams out in the quidditch world. "Well thats good that the team is brilliant cause we can’t have the team not being brilliant when you are the captain. Cause you are a good leader and can lead the team to victory" he then lowered his voice and leaned in so that Ella could hear him "I would like to see the puffs win again" he chuckled as he looked at her. He nodded as she talked about how Alec had been helping her out with her studies. "Im glad you not stressed cause that would be bad, wouldn’t want you to be stressed. You um....." too lovely? Too amazing? Too nice? "well you quite" he had to choose the right words here "umm you real cool and thats why you can’t be stressed." yes those were the safest words to choose for her.

He nodded "Yeah Im glad we are still close, after all these years Im not sure if I could handle any distance between us, I mean she has kept me on he right track when I have been going wrong" he said remembering his recent problems with something where she had to tell him off for misbehaving. He looked down at his shoes as the prospect of this was quite frightening so he looked at Ella to see if something about her would get him to stop thinking about it. All he could see was one beautiful and amazing girl that he once loved, he decided to say something in case she caught him staring at her "Can you believe that I first met you when you were ickle second year? We have had some amazing moments since then" he said looking at her as he remembered their hang outs and stuff.

Ella points were better than house points? Brows for that comment, Watson. The blonde wasn't so sure about that. "If you say soooo." Mhm. And of course she was strong! Maybe not as strong as some people but still. "It's all the quidditching." Grin. "It does wonders." She had teeny tiny muscles to prove it and everything.

"Yeah, waiting until last minute would be a bad decision, I think." Which is why she was getting things done a little at a time. It was still a lot, all the studying, but it did the trick. "I guess you're right and as long as my team is happy, I'm happy." Cause that meant she was doing an okay job. The leaning in thing caught the blonde a bit off guard and she took a step back from the claw, eyes on him. "Sorry just...yeah." She wasn't comfortable with that right now. "It's nice that you think that, though. Thanks." It was nice to be supported. ...And she was too cool to be stressed? "I'll keep that in mind, Harvs." And she smiled a little.

He'd been going down a bad path? The sixteen year old's brow furrowed a little at this but she shook it off. "It's good that she's helping you sort stuff out, then." Min was really good at helping people, always had been. And then he was staring and Ella shuffled a bit cause yeah, she didn't like that. "Harvey..." They probably shouldn't be strolling down memory lane right now, yeah? Considering..."I think we've both grown up a lot since then."

And maybe the should get a move on. Nudge. "Come on, let's get going." They could talk on the way.

Harvey saw her eyebrow his comment, darn the ice cream for doing that. He then looked at his shoes not wanting to say more on that and ruin his chances of fuly fixing things before he left. He didn't have much time either, about over a year to go and that was not a long time. He then smiled as she grinned at him, at least he had gone right with that comment he was glad. "It is? So I guess I need to do some quidditching too, get myself strong like you. I must remember that for next term." he said nodding about the term that he didn't wanna think about just yet. it was his last one ever here at Hogwarts, he looked down at his shoes at this she didn't need to see his thoughts right now.

He nodded as she said that waiting until the last minute would be bad cause it would be everyone knew that. "Yes it would be quite a bad decision cause then you would be more stressed then necessary." and he knew that no one wanted to see her stressed. He smiled as she said that as long as her team was happy so was she, well her team was happy it seemed. "Well they definitely do seem like a happy team, so I guess you are doing the right things when it comes to your team." he was glad to see that as he wasn't sure he would want to hear being criticised for her job as captain, but he wasn't gonna tell her that. He stepped back a bit as she did reliving he was overstepping her boundaries, he took another couple of steps backwards for good measure and leaned against the wall listening as she thanked him, but he was only half listening. He nodded along "Umm no worries, well I would be lying if I said that your experience in playing the game hasn't made you a good captain" he nodded. Not saying anymore than that as he hasn't heard the rest. He smiled a little and nodded as she said that she would keep his next comment in mind, cause that was a good thing...right?

He nodded as she said that it was good Mins was helping him get sorted out "Yeah it is, Im glad she is. She has always been there for me no matter how upset or mad I made her she stuck by me. I need to thank her for that somehow" he said as he looked at the ground after he saw her shuffling. Maybe it was best to stare at the floor as he listened, yup that sounded like a good idea. "Hmm?" he said as she called out his name before continuing. He nodded in agreement with her "Yup we have, that's what I mean...you know?" he said changing the meaning of his statement immediately "Like when we first met you seemed like this little shy second year, and look at you now. You have gained so much confidence since then, so smart and captain of a Quidditch team. All of this in the short 3yrs I've known you, just imagine what else you might manage to do in the next two years. " he couldn't believe how much she had changed and stayed the same, he could see now that they were on different pages of a book. Though he didn't like that it was something that he was going to accept, cause it was good to grow as much as she did as that meant that she would be a successful witch when she would get older.

He had become lost in those thoughts that kinda made him realise that they may have grown too far apart that he may not be able to fix things between them before he leaves school, which he had to admit was quite painful to realise. He was then nudged suddenly, his favourite thing in the world, a nudge from Ella. But he was too sad for that nudge to bring out his usual smile in him that he just nodded and walked along with her. "Yeah...er we best get going. You got studying to catch up on Im sure" plus she would be able to hide from Harvey for a while until they hung out next time....right? He continued to look down as he listened to what she was saying and nodded along to show that he was listening cause he was.

Moving on again to the fourth floor corridor, Asher thought about how silly he must look to anyone watching. Running all about the castle casting spells and shouting about runes. He just hoped the house points would be worth it in the end.

Preparing himself once again to work on his Gandr, Asher cleared his throat and began speaking of the next few runes to be put on his Gandr. "THURISAZ, JERA, DAGAZ, NAUTIZ, SOWELU, INGUZ, LAGUZ, FEHU, ISA, and URUZ" He really had no idea if it was working, but the runes were being carved into his Gandr and he did have a feeling as to where each would be best carved. It was a rather strange feeling.

Looking around again, he decided to keep moving along the corridor, so he didn't attract too much attention.

Ella nodded, watching Harvey thoughtfully. "You should try out next term. It'd be good for you, I think." Much better than the other stuff she'd heard he'd been doing. She didn't approve of that stuff. It wasn't healthy. She also didn't understand why the boy was looking at his shoes like that. Was he upset about something? It sure seemed like it though she couldn't be sure what it was.

"I guess so." They did seem happy, the team, and just thinking about them got Ella smiling. She was really lucky to be able to have people like that in her life. Seriously, she appreciated them lots. Ella watched as Harvey then retreated towards the wall, leaning against it. She hadn't meant to make him feel bad but there were just things that couldn't happen and he needed to realize that. She bit her lip as she listened to his reply, knowing his heart didn't seem to be in what he was saying. He seemed to be thinking of other things and she wasn't sure she wanted to know what they were so she didn't ask.

"I think she'd like it if you did." Thank Minnie, she meant. "Not that she doesn't know how much she means to you. You guys are best friends." That sort of thing was usually understood without having to say it outright. As for the other stuff, the stuff about how much Ella had changed, the blonde shrugged. "I think...I just grew up, is all. And maybe I'm a bit more comfortable in my own skin now? I don't know." It was weird, how that happened. She still remembered dancing around the courtyard with excitement and being caught by Max when she was little. It was weird how much time had passed since then.

As they walked, Ella watched Harvey out of the corner of her eye. She wasn't sure what he'd expected to happen when he saw her but now he looked downright gutted. The blonde felt bad because she realized this probably had something to do with her...and them. She didn't know how to make him feel better, though. "Y'know, if you're free this summer you should stop by the zoo. I think I'll be volunteering there again and friends are always stopping by." She offered as they continued down the hallway. At least...the option was out there. See? She still wanted to be friends.

Harvey looked at Ella as she said that he should try out for the team the next term, he wanted to cause boy did he miss playing quidditch. He felt gutted whenever he saw people playing and knowing that he hadnt done his best to try and make the team. "Yeah.. I.. I guess I should. I mean I'll be real rusty but I guess I could give it a go again. Dont be surprised of you beat me if we played against each other" he said to her when he suddenly had an idea that he wasnt sure would be ok with Ella but he was gonna give it a shot "Hey why dont we have a game.. just you and me.. see how that turns out" he said shooting his idea out there to see what she would think of it. He kinda continued looking at his shoes feeling bad for Ella, she had to put up with a guy like him. If he wanted to fix things he needed to change and show her that he was good again cause thats what he was saying right? That he was OK now, right time to give her a smile he thought to himself as he flashed a smile in her direction.

He nodded before they were again engulfed in the awkwardness that seemed to always enter their conversations, he was used to those now but it didnt mean that he was ok with those awkward silences. He looked at her as wondered how he could make things better between them, he then remembered something that he had to tell her "Hey umm.. I know we only friends and stuff and I told my mom that, but she somehow found out about the Egypt trip we were gonna take. Well.. she got you tickets for your birthday.. tickets to Egypt. I tried to stop her but she said she wanted to after everything I had put you through, she said you deserved it. She got 5 tickets, you and your family including Mr Bishop, Caleb and Gran.. plus one for Alec too" he said to her waiting for the awkward silence and shock meaning he had to think a way of telling his mom those tickets were too much for Ella. So he just stood there waiting to see what she was going to say, he knew she would reject them cause it was too much for two people who were just friends. "You dont have to use all the tickets.. or any of them for that matter, I will explain it to her. Everything. You know forget I said anything, act like I didnt mention them, I will explain to her. Its cool!" he said wishing he hadnt mentioned them now. Now what would he tell his mom? That Ella was busy them days? Or he wasnt comfortable with offering them to her? The latter sounded better than the former, maybe he would go for that.

He nodded as she agreed that he could thank her if he wanted, he listened as she said that she probably knew how much he appreciated having her as a friend so he didnt have to thank her. "Yeah I guess you are right, after six years I guess she already knows everything. Cause I mean I dont have to say anything and she knows when Im in trouble or feeling some sort of conflict within myself" he said the last bit without realising and continued onwards "Yeah we are, you know sometimes Im surprised we still are. There have been times where Im sure she felt I was being difficult and she might have made a certain decision" he said knowing he was glad that they were still best friends, not just that he was glad he and Ella were still friends...right? He nodded as she talked about how much she had grown "Yeah that is all true, especially you being comfortable. I remember when you werent too comfortable but its good to see that you are more comfortable I guess. It just shows how much someone can grow, that is really good. Im sure people are proud of how far you have come since then." if she didnt him saying it he would probably tell her how proud he was of her, but he kept that to himself for the moment. Maybe at the right time he would tell her.

He looked at her as she offered him the option to meet at the zoo she was volunteering at, that came as a surprise to him cause he was wondering what excuse he would have to make up to see her over the summer, but it seemed she had thought of a way already. How could he refuse that, but he wasnt about to grin like an idiot and bounce all over her offer he would have to be a littlw casual over it "Oh ok.. yeah I guess I could drop by if you arent too busy." he said to her l, maybe a little more casual than he intended. Ohh that was a good topic!! "Hows that going? You enjoying volunteering there? All those animals, especially all those elephants that seemed to just enjoy your attention" he chuckled knowing how much she loved elephants, how could he forget that when she spent most if her time with Peanuts when he was around. How could they remove him? That was just horrible and heartless! No thought for others! He gave her a smile to show her that he was ok..even though inside he was a little less than ok but he wasnt going to show her that and see the worry in her eyes, cause he didnt like seeing that. He never did, he always wanted to see the happiness shine from her eyes real bright. At this thought he made his smile a little bigger to help her see he was ok.
