Evelyn couldn't help but smirk a little when Ella started to talk about Alec. It was adorable, really. Little!Ella wasn't that little anymore.. Heh. But, her smirk disappeared the minute Ella said that she loved him. LOVED him!?

"You're in love with him? Really?" Evelyn grinned when the girl started to blush again. OKAY, so. She was really very, VERY happy for Ella, proud of her too. And, she was pretty sure Edric would be too. "I would absolutely love to meet him sometime." She really would. But before she could say anything else, Ella asked her the one question that she really didn't want to answer.

Evelyn blushed bright red, obviously very flustered. "Um.. I... am dating Edric now." Cue, MORE blushing. She kind of knew Ella would be happy to hear about this but Blue, on the other hand, she wasn't exactly sure..

Blue was stay SILENT during the lovey-dovey conversation because she really had no input to interject with. It made her a little sad that she didn't have anything to say, considering Ella and Eve were so darn excited and flaily. They were talking about love. But not just the love Blue had for her multi-coloured giraffe teddy - like being IN LOVE.

And here was Blue, not even sure if she had a crush or not, watching the two older girls wide eyed. Ella's in love with Aaaaaaalec, Ella's in love with Alec, Ella's in love with Alec. So first year!Theo WAS right. She eyed the blonde before going back and staring at the ground.

Kinda looked a bit like it was da -- “Wait, you have a boyfriend? Called Edric?!” Her brown eyes narrowed till her vision was slightly blurred by her eyelashes touching. Her fists clenched underneath the table but otherwise she looked... calm. Too calm. “Are you going to get married? What does he plan to do with you? What’s his job? Do you love him?”

Ella was RED, okay? Like tomato status but in the words of Astrid, this only meant she was healthy, yeah? Yeah. Everyone could just ignore the blushing.

Anyway... the blonde nodded at Eve's question, a stupid grin playing on her lips. "Really." Nodnod. "I told him and well...he said it back after a while." GRIN. The sixteen year old noticed how quiet Bluetiful was being and it made her curious. Was the younger girl thinking about a certain boy right now? Hmmmmm? She'd have to pick her brain about that later. "Yeah, you can meet him! He's around here somewhere, actually!" Bounce!

"I KNEW IT!" Ella SQUEAKED triumphantly, a GRIN on her face. This was SUCH an 'I told you so' moment and the blonde felt smug for about the third time in her life. GAH! Why wasn't Edric here right now too?

She let Bluetiful do the questioning while Ella thought about all the things she was going to say to Edric in the letter she planned on writing. She also needed to tell Hulk a.s.a.p.

Ahem.

"So...how long have you two been dating?" BROWS.

Oh, wow. Ella was in looooove. Being in love with someone.. well, Evelyn's never really been in love. Forget love, before Edric, she hadn't dated in nearly three years. "I can't even begin to tell you how I excited I am for you, Ella. And, I'm sure Edric would be too." Although, she wasn't one hundred percent sure about the last part. Yeah, no. He wouldn't be too happy, she supposed. It would be like.. like her finding out that Blue had a boyfriend. Heh.

Oh, no.

BLINK.

WAIT. WHAT!? Did Blue just say 'married'? And, 'love'? Evelyn could feel her face turning red again. A bright red. She seemed to be doing this a lot lately. Although, Eddy seemed to like it when she blushed. He apparently liked seeing some colour on her face. Anyway. "Calm down, Blue. I'm not in love with him.. Not yet, anyway and I'm not getting married to him either. All I know is that he really likes me.. and takes care of me very well. He's a pretty nice guy, Blue. He really is.. I'm sure you'll like him." Or rather, Eve really hoped she will.

AND. Now, Ella's question. She blushed a little before she replied, "A few weeks. We make it a point to meet every weekend..and.." Looking at Blue's face, she stopped talking. Honestly, Evelyn was starting to freak out. Big time.

Gabriela Schultz did feel really bad about this whole financial situation Hogwarts was in, but she was still a bit sour about Tucker not being a Slytherin. She knew that he was happy in his new house and seemed to be settling in nicely, which was good, but she still knew deep down that he HAD to be a Slytherin. A Hufflepuff? That boy was out for himself, and himself only, just like she'd taught him, and he was in the LOYALTY house? Nonsense.

Still, Tucker's education was on the line, so Gabi made her way to the fundraiser. She was wearing a black lace dress with long sleeves and tall black stilettos, and her blonde hair waved down her back and a bright red necklace added a pop of color to her ensemble. She headed over to the food table and gazed at what they had to offer. Hmmm, they could afford this spread but charged her son to get into his common room? Tsk tsk.

Blue was, to put it bluntly, jealous.

It was just the idea of someone taking Eve, her Eve, away from her. To take her away and give her a big shiny ROCK for her fourth finger and have lots of mini Eves and Edrics to replace her. Blue leaned back in her chair and crossed her arms loosely across her chest.

She sniffed and stuck her nose in the air. "I don't think I WILL. Unless he plans on marrying you, he obviously isn't worth your time. Did you say he's pretty?" That's what SHE heard anyway. "Is that why you're dating him?" She uncrossed her arms and gave Eve an incredulous look. "EVE. You can't go for the PRETTY guy. The pretty ones are the worst. You -- you have to go for the UGLY one. He's the good guy!"

At least with the ugly guy, Blue would be able to buy some time. UGH. The best day ever was turning into one of the worst. C'mon Ella. Back us up here!

Ella BEAMED at Eve though she seriously doubted Edric would be excited for her. In reality, he'd probably be requesting Alec's personal information so he could stalk him and make sure he was a good guy. Creepy ogre Edric was creepy like that. She knew it was because he loved her, though. Cause he totally did. Even if the big meany wouldn't admit it. "Thanks Eve!" GRIN!BLUSH

"He's the nicest guy ever," Ella added on to Eve's comment, eyeing Blue seriously. "Well, once you get to know him, at least." And she was sticking by that. And WHAT?! They'd been dating a few weeks already? WHY was this the first she was hearing of it? "I'm going to need to speak to my ogre," She said, annoyed. He should have notified her about this right away, y'know. Resident Edrilyn fangirl in the house. SHEESH!

And then Bluetiful was being all anti-Edric which made Ella a little upset. She eyed the younger girl and frowned, hands on her hips. "But he is worth her time. Edric is brilliant. He's smart and he's funny and he's ridiculous sometimes too." Nodnod. "You should really give him a chance before you go against him like this." Just saying.

Marrying!?

"Blue!" The thought of her and Edric getting married made her flush. Quite a bit. "We've just started dating.. And I'm way too young to be getting married anytime soon." Honestly, she didn't see her getting married for a really long time. She was only twenty now, for merlin's sake. Gosh, she really didn't want to be thinking about this right now. She was pretty sure her face was getting redder by the second.

And before she could say anything else, Blue went on about how she shouldn't be with him just because she thought he was pretty. Waiiiit. When did she say that? And no, he wasn't pretty, he was gorgeous. Not that she was going to say that aloud, obviously. The girl sighed as she listened to Ella defend her poor boyfriend. "Thanks, Ella. Yeah.. He is pretty amazing, isn't he?.....I mean..just..never mind." She cleared her throat, clearly flustered.

But yes, Ella was right. Simply put, he was everything she could ever ask for in a boyfriend but she was pretty sure that was the last thing Blue wanted to hear right now.

"Okay, Blue. Listen to me.. You are the most important person in my life and it's going to stay that way for a really long time..I promise." Evelyn smiled gently before she reached across for Blue's hand and held it lightly. "I just.. really like this guy, okay? And it would mean so much to me if you could just give him a chance? Please?"

No, she wasn't going to cry.

She had... allergies. Clearly. Allergies to love. Eugh. Alice had been LYING when she said she was lying. Blue slid her hand from Eve's grasp gently folded her arms and glared at the table. It was fair. Just because Blue'd been born too late. If only she was older. If she was older she would've been able to graduate with Eve and Eve wouldn't be looking to replace her with BABIES and...OGRES?!

She was blinking rapidly now, still staring at the table and giving off very cool vibes to the blonde beside her who had NOT backed her up like she hoped. Give him a chance?! Blue glanced up at the older brunette and saw how upset she was. Eve was upset?! ".............I'llgivehimachance." ONE chance.

Her allergies were being downright mean now. What she needed was someone to vent to.

She pushed her chair back and hopped up, keeping her eyes on the ground. "I gotta go. Homework to do." The fourth year turned on her heel and walked five steps before turning back and rushing over to envelope Eve in a tight squeeze. Yes she was angry and hurt but she didn't wanna leave with giving her a hug. "ByeEve," she mumbled into her hair. The Eaglette stood up and nodded at Ella. "ByeElla." And then she left.

Had to take care of those stupid allergies.

Bluetiful wasn't going to cry, was she? Ella hadn't meant to make her upset but like...Edric! He was her ogre and she had an obligation to stick up for him. Same way Blue would stick up for Eve if the situation was reversed, yeah? Besides, Eve agreed with Ella too so Blue didn't have to be upset. All she had to do was give Edric a chance. That wasn't tear worthy, was it? Meep!

The blonde took a step away from the younger claw, knowing she was angry at her. She totally got the cold vibes, okay? She then looked up at Eve and just hoped the older girl could fix the situation. Of couse Blue wasn't being replaced! Blues weren't replaceable, y'know. They just weren't. Only the girl didn't seem to be buying that and now she was leaving.

"Well that didn't go well now did it?" She said very quietly, eyes on Eve.
