So time for the laughter yoga, yeah? Okay. It...didn't seem all that bad really. Just a chant sorta thing and clapping. Penelope wasn't sure why the clapping was needed... Did it make all this funnier somehow? Eh, anyway...

Looking around at the other people in her group who were doing it, she began too. "Ho." Clap. "Ho." Clap. "Ha ha ha." Clap clap clap.

And just...repeat? A little faster maybe.

"Ho." Clap! "Ho." Clap! "Hahaha." Clapclapclap.

She wasn't really feeling the laughter yet though. It wasn't all that funny really...but she continued.

"Ho." Clap! "Ho!" Clap. "Hahaha." Clapclapclap.

Annabeth was quite happy with the teacher comment. It wasn't like her former school where she had never been praised: talking about nano-elements in her former school would result in being called swot or weird even by the teachers.

She had took a place in the group 1 and was thinking about it while clapping and repeat the sounds that the teacher was singing. It amused her. The students were already shouting the sounds when she began dancing and dancing and dancing, then leaping and whirling and whirling faster with all those claps... until she felt dizzy then tried to stop, so she fell on the ground, laughing. Still lying on the ground, she said: "Professor..." She took a breath "I figured out why this yoga is called" another breath "Laughter Yoga."

She glanced at her fellow Group Two peeeeples. They have grown much larger than when she first glanced around and convinced her to join, but it was still awesome because of these she knew already, less reasons to be shy about yeah?

Aquila turned her attention back to the Professor and grinned broadly. Laughing yoga?.... this actually reminded her of their chanting rituals during harvest season, giving thanks and such.

Yes, she was still hohohahaha'ing along with the clapping. Sure, it was a catchy chant but she still couldn't feel any embers of laughter igniting from within her. She just continued chanting, wondering how many of it would it take for her to actually laugh involuntarily in the process.

Beezus edged close to Kendall. "Ho." Clap. "Ho. Clap "Hahaha." [i]Clapclapclap.[/b]" Was Professor Romanos assuming the role of head cheerleader? ....Awkward. Her voice just loudened a teeny tiny bit though, her clapping a little more eager but that was that.

Lex was still chanting, she hadn't stopped or anything like that but once the Professor got up and got louder making others louder too it kinda got her giggling.

Pretty soon they all looked a bit silly to her and this chant...she got to thinking about it and really, it made no sense eitherrrrr. Giggle. She just kept watching everyone, trying to compose herself but really, between the funny chants and the loud people this was beyond amusing. Worst part was, she still didn't know why, it all tied in with the extra energy she'd brought with her to the class.

Hah and someone was actually trying to be loud and Aquila was bouncing and just-- GIIIIGGLE.

Dear merlin, everything was funny now! Hfkhsfvkudg!!! That ant it was touching that crumb by her mat...and there was a loose thread on said mat. Hehehehe!!! OH and she hit Ariana with her elbow toooooo. Mwahahahaha!!

Oh shoot, she'd started giggling about so much that she forgot she was meant to be chanting. For some reason, this had her giggling even mooooore. Air. She needed air!

Orr rolled her eyes, this was one of the most silliest things that she had ever done at Hogwarts and that was saying something! But it was so much FUN!!

She shouted out, "Ho!" Clapclap. "HO!" and then just burst out laughing "HAHA!" and doubled over. This was so funny that she couldn't help but be amused by everyone's antics.

After a few moments, she got herself under control and she continued "Ho!" Clap. "Ho!" Clap. "HAHA!" Clap Clap!

Between sneezing and clapping and HOing, Mo was a very busy little 'Claw, and the fact that he was busy and a little light-headed from all the sneezing and MERLIN, he was hungry and needed some ice cream... well. All of that together made this extra hilarious.

So they had split up into two groups so that they could do the laughter yoga separately? Or... well... Professor Lady had gone on to say something about who can be the loudest so maybe... maybe this was a loudness contest as well as a laughter contest?

And he didn't really know how to chant the loudest about something he wasn't 100% enthusiastic about. Now... ice cream... that was something he could chant about. Definitely. ... But laughter yoga and Defence and CHANT. COME ON SUMMERS.

"HO!" CLAP! "HO!" CLAP! "HA HA HA!" CLAPCLAPCLAP!

Laughter? Yes? No? Again...

And he was starting to feel really really silly about this. And all he wanted to do was laugh about it. ... Was that the trick of the laughter yoga? It made you laugh by making you feel slightly silly and ridiculous? Or maybe it had something to do with the fact that everyone was doing it and... well... everyone was looking silly right about now.

"HO!" CLAP! GRIN. "HO!" CLAP! GRIN. "HA HA HA!" CLAPCLAPCLAP! Chucklechucklechuckle.

And was he being too loud?

So...yeah.

Ella wasn't feeling giggly yet but that was probably because all the sneezing was a bit distracting and preventing her from focusing fully on her laughing yoga. Just saying. She was still gonna continue on, though. Loudly now too, apparently. Too bad Messy wasn't here with his pom poms. That would certainly make Ella giggle. Mhm, it would.

Anyway...

Suddenly, someone next to him practically erupted! "Roooooonie!'' Jory said with a stupid grin on his face. "I bet I can do better than you!'' Game on!

The Puffer filled his lungs with air. Here goes nothing! "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! HAAAAAAAAAAAAA!'' All the while, he was clapping his hands.

She wasn't sure why she wasn't rolling on the floor laughing yet, but maybe if they had all been trying to clap and laugh together on a giant trampoline things might be different.

"Ho!" CLAP! "Ho!" CLAP! "HAHAHA!" CLAPCLAPCLAP! Yes she had gotten louder, but she didn't break yet. Maybe if she swung her arms and did a moving clap? That might work.

"Hoooo!" SWINGCLAP! "Hoooo!" SWINGCLAP! "HAHAHAAAAA!" SWINGCLAPSWINGCLAPSWINGCLAP! Okay that made her chuckle a little bit, but just because of how weird she was being. But maybe being weird was a step towards laughing? Mayyybe.

So What was the point of this lesson besides having lex elbow her in the side every fifteen seconds? .. oh, there wasn't one.. that's what she thought, so she was being a rebel and not joining, she could laugh on her own and didn't need some silly chant to help her do so.

Soon enough, Forrest had got the rhythm and he was clapping and "ho"ing at the same time with everyone in the class. His distraction was distracted too, so he'd actually started laughing and giggling here and there, getting in the mood as well.

"Ho!" clap, "hohoho!" clapclapclap. It was fun after a while, and he laughed as professor had foreseen.

Were Professors allowed to do that? Her skeptical gaze moved to Romanos while she continued.

There was a tiny problem. She wasn't clapping and she wasn't going to in the near future. Arms crossed, Lottie busied herself in thoughts and totally and completely noticed the bouncy Ravenclaw girl close to them and Lex being almighty loud as ever.

Loudness. Her ears.

There was a small smile on her face as the exercise seemed to have worked on Lex. And because it was good to know she wasn't the only one NOT clapping? Hi, there, Ariana.

She wasn’t really laughing, but Kendall hadn’t stopped with the chant either. Instead, she was watching everyone else while she continued to clap and chant. People were still sneezing, which was making her edge a bit further away yet again. It was sort of a really slow dance, if she considered the edging as part of her clapping and chanting, although there wasn’t really music. Just the chanting, sneezing and the slow eruption of giggles and laughter from people around her. It really was sort of hilarious, the fact Professor Romanos had gotten all of them to do this without question. She just was too focused on everything else to let the laughter yoga or whatever this was do its work. Maybe she’d failed in clearing her mind. That was supposed to be a part of yoga, as far as she knew. Maybe it was meditation, but either way, now she was thinking about how she wasn’t laughing.

Well, as she continued looking around, she saw that Ariana and Lottie weren’t doing much of either. No chanting, and definitely not laughing, although Alexa seemed to be doing enough for all of them. She’d heard the professor urging them to be louder, too, but for now she’d continued at the same noise level. “HO,” clap, “HO,” clap, “Hahaha”, three claps. And a pause as she grinned over at Beezus as she’d edged closer to her and then the dark-haired prefect had gotten a tiny bit louder. Okay, Kendall thought. She could do that, at least. “HO,” she said, a little louder than before, and then a clap. “Hey Beezus.” Just so the other girl knew she’d seen her. “HO,” clap, “HAHAHA,” three claps.

Dylan was SO embarrassed...and didn't even really understand why. Everyone was doing this activity. It shouldn't have been weird of awkward for him.....And he'd done so much more in Ancient Runes with the chanting and gandr stuff.

Like...he legit went fool in Professor Botros' lessons.

Biting his lip, the Slytherin just rolled his eyes and went with it. He was a Leader...and people couldn't make fun...or he'd get them in trouble. He wasn't above doing so. Not at all.

Glancing to Alice and Penelope, he caught their expressions and fed off it, allowing that to bring a REAL smile to his face rather than the exercise. "HO!" Clap! "HO!" Clap! "Ha! Ha! Ha!" Clap! Clap! Clap!

For whatever reason, it was easier to be silly and ridiculous when he was with his Gryffindor girls...and Professor Romanos was saying to get LOUD...Dylan could get loud. Oh, yes, he could.

Minerva was giggling maybe more like laughing she wasn't sure if it was all the ridiculous sneezing, her embarrassing moment, or just the silliness of this activity, but she was starting to laugh harder for now reason. She looked around and her laugh faltered a little, when she saw across the circle from her, her best friend just standing there not doing anything.

Well that just wasn't going to work for Min, she began sticking her tongue out and crossing her eyes at her friend. Yes it was juvenile, but they were suppose to be silly, right? Oh she couldn't forget the clapping part now could she. Ha clap, wait...Minerva thought of something and skipped, yes skipped to the other side of the circle in front of Ariana taking her hand.. Giggling she began clapping Ariana's hands, Ha clap Ha clap hahaha clapclapclappityclap "Oh wait.. the first two Ha's were suppose to be Ho.." she giggled at her mistake, smiling at her best friend. Ariana could hex her later for doing that to her, right now she just wanted to be goofy..

After having moved his mat alongside Benjy's and not paying much attention to the others around, not out of SPITE or MEANNESS, just that he was distracted slightly... he plopped down on it once more.

And what was all this chanting and clapping business? Shrugging slightly he smiled over at his cousin and began...

"Ho" CLAP. "Ho." CLAP. "Hahaha!" CLAPCLAPCLAP.

How WEIRD was this professor? Heh.

Laura continued to chant. "HO HO HA HA HO HO HA HA." Laura giggled and then looked at the Professor. "Professor Are we laughing all the way to the bank?" Laura giggled. "HA HA HA HA HA HA, I'm rich, HO HO HA HA HO HO HA HA" Laura was really loving this. "I'm laughing all the way to the bank HO HO HA HA HO HO HA HA." Laura was really having fun.

The young girl already thought that she laughed loud enough, but if the professor wanted that she would laugh louder than she would do it. She also stood up and clapped in her hands while she laughed louder and louder. The young girl was still looking around her while she laughed and saw that the captain from Slytherin was also in her group! Sonea's cheeks colored bright red and she looked quickly away and watched the professor...

Her siiiiiiiiides! They were starting to hurt!

There were a few students being party poopers, but the others...GOOD MERLIN, they REALLY got into it! By the time Medea couldn't clap anymore because of the laughter, they were already five minutes passed the end of the class. Thankfully, a well placed ACHOO! in timing brought her back to reality. Ohhh gooodness. Taking a few deep breaths, she stood up straight and checked her watch.

Right.

"ALRIGHT!" she said breathlessly with a few chuckles, waving her arms to try and get the students attention. Snort. "Alright, alright, alright. Time is up! Class is over. You can head back up to the castle." While she...recovered...out here. "OH! Oh wait. I'll be putting your homework up on the noticeboard today and please stop by the dueling arena to pick up information about your year long activity log. It is mandatory and will be part of your grade. Do. Not. Forget."

There was eyeing all around at the students. Mmhmm, don't forget!
