Well West just happened to be on the side of Group 2. Dilemma. He obviously would prefer being on the side Theo and Dylan were on, but also... he was comfortable right where he was and he'd have to maneuver past a bunch of sneezers to get there and it wasn't worth the risk of infection. Sort of like a zombie apocalypse. THE GROUP WAS NOW SPLIT. Who was on his group though? Aside from the professor... heh. He glanced sideways. Hello group 2. |
So they won't be doing the last pose. That was actually a relief since Beezus was feeling as though she was going to start sneezing like the whole rest of them. Sniffle. And then they were being split into two groups for their activity. Oh. Which side was she on? She was on the riiiiiight. So...that meant group two, right? Oh well. She didn't really mind either way. She had a "Achoo!" Ugh. Perfect. Just perfect. |
Group 1 Yoga was over? Good. Great, even. Alice was going to fall over any time now. When they were split into two sides, she was caught on the edge of the right section with her fellow Group 2-ers. But after catching a glimpse of who was also over there, she kinda sorta nudged herself over to the left side as quickly as possible when Romanos and no one else was looking. She and her mat joined the circle, squeezing in beside Penelope and staying that way. So, yeah. Group 1. And stuff. |
Group One She was really curious now about what a boggart really did look like. Their speculations were interesting, but they still weren't any real answers. She watched as their professor broke up the class into two sides. It seemed she had aligned her mat with group one, so she picked up her mat and went to arrange it into a circle with her group as she was told. Are we going to do that thing I saw in the movie? That will be fun! But, oh. Awkward. I don't even really know a lot of these people... Fast learning I guess! She sat down on her mat in the newly made circle and await further instructions. |
Group 2 Since Mo was still tottering on one leg and trying to balance and sneeze and balance and sneeze, it took him far too long to get his feet under him and his mat in hand. Group one or two... was it really a choice? He was already right there by group two, and he was supposed to just go with the group she indicated... so yeah. Mo shouldered his mat and tried to blend casually into group 2. |
Group 2 ^_^ [color=#cc8888]Moving out of the tree post once again to grab another tissue, since she couldn't wait any longer or it'd look like her nose was turned on like a faucet, she turned away from the class momentarily to blow her nose. Ahem. Alright. "I think..." Sniffle sniffle. "...with the lack of balance some of you are showing today, we'll skip the last pose." Lack of balance and reflex to put your foot down before you fell over. Excellent thought, yet it was! Nerida rubbed her nose she better not be getting sick..Though why would everybody else be sneezing maybe they were all getting sick at the same time. This thought ran through her head as she moved to the tree position with the Professor. Yes no more yoga!! Though she did like yoga she really was not in the mood today. Oh. Which side was she on? She was on the right. So...That meant group two! As she moved to the right she pulled her map over with a couple mini sneezes in between. |
Group 2 Susan was worried about Laura, but the profesor would be able to help her better than Sue would. Susan was happy that the yoga poses were over for now. With everyone sneezing someone might lose their balance and fall like Laura. Sue moved her mat over to group 2 next to Min, who was still sneezing. "Bless you." Susan sat down and waited for the professor to continue on with the lesson. Sue was grateful that whatever was floating around in the air wasn't bothering her. |
Group 1 Skip the last pose? Sonea looked hopeful at the professor and had no problems with it, she didn’t mind it to do those Yoga poses, but she was totally NOT good at it and preferred it to just do her work during the lesson. Sonea did what the professor instructed and placed her foot without any problems down on the floor and it was a good thing that she stood back with both her feet on the ground! Groups? Why? Sonea stared at the professor for more information but she was done with her instructions and the young girl thought that she would know soon enough why and lifted her mat up from the ground and carried it to the left side and sat down. She had chosen group 1. |

She half thought it was one of those reflex sayings after they moved on with the class, but it was quite the opposite. "That...is a very insightful theory." she said, surprise evident in her tone. Huh. Grasping her head around the idea, and sniffling, she lifted her mat to move over to group two, only to halt. She half thought it was a tissue, but that was way too yellow to be a tissue. Plus it was sticking to the back of her mat. WHUT WAZ THIS? Peeling off the note, her eyes narrowed at the word for a few moments until she glanced around their general area. Gazoontight wasn't even a word. Sniffling some more, Medea frowned a little before moving her mat to group two and sitting down upon it, bunching up the note in her hand. Sniffle. Once everyone was settled into their groups, she cleared her throat. Time for the most difficult part of her job on this bright and sunny day. Trying to get the kids to randomly start laughing. "Alright." She spoke up so group one could hear her too. "I mentioned earlier about laughter yoga. Which is what we're going to do now. It's simple. You won't die of embarrassment. You're life won't end miserably. You're not going to suddenly turn into a giant clabbert if you do this...trust me." Young kids these days, goodness. "It's. Simple. SPOILER!!: Roselyn Ravenclaw curiosity was just sparking up. Though that didn't last too long since the Professor was announcing that they were to start with their activity for the day. Guess what....they will be doing laughter yoga. The brunette listened, sniffling slightly. Supposedly, it was just simple. Clap and chant. No biggie, right? Okay then. Ho, ho, ha ha ha. With claps in between. Pretty easy. But before Beezus did the same, she took a quick glance at her "groupmates" first. Ethan was there, Aquila.. Ariana and West and Mo. Woot. She had a Mo in close by. So they start this clap-chant thing? She grinned and lead. "HO." She brought her palms together and CLAP!. "HO." Another clap! "Ha ha ha." Three claps in a row. She continued doing so along with the Professor. So....this was supposed to make them laugh? Hahaha. Okay. |
Group 2, cuz we're with Lex? Truth be told, while Lottie was still hearing the whole talk about boggarts, she'd been rather busy on her Yoga positions all along. She did fail to hear about the laughter business as she thought it was in relation to Dementors and boggarts alike. Until Lex lost her balance. And she thanked Merlin she didn't make Lottie lose hers. BEAM. What? Groups? Oh, well, that was easy, considering where Lex and Lottie had been sitting. There was hardly any choice to be made. Text Cut: Lex! Lex didn't have to say anything, though, because Lottie was already moving her mat, and following Romanos' instructions and the circle and whatnot... ...hey, what? Laughter Yoga? group 2 because its awesome XD Mika sneezed a few more times before she lowered her leg and returned to a standing position. She sneezed right in time to miss the first bit about the groups. Wait Yoga was over? That was so nice to hear! No more teeter-tottering! She was going to do this. This clap-chanting thing. "HO" Clap. "HO" Clap. "HAchooo Ha Hachoooo" clapclapclap. Yep she was just going to work through that sneezing thing. When Professor Ramonos sneezed again she quickly spoke up, "Gesundheit?" she told her with a kind smile. |
Group 2 please :3 Amara shifted her mat a bit and went to a comfortable position, leaning heaving on her right hand. NO more yoga! That looked like a ray of sunshine. She was dreading over the fact that this whole class would turn out to be a yoga workout. And the professor was talking about concentration and stuff...so meditation? NO, that would..ergh..be very worse. Soon, the class was split into two groups and she found herself with the one on the right side...ERM, group 2? She could see no reason for her to shift to the other. GROUP 2, then. She caught the professor's words. Induce laughter? Clappy-clap? Alright. Who wouldn't know to clap. Here we go... "HO" Clap. "HO" Clap. "HA HA HA" LOUD LOUD. BANG. She knew those laughter therapies...and they looked liked madness. "Achoo?" OH, that wasn't meant to be said, was it? |
group 2 (cause we're with Beezus- and also ooc thinking the Lumineers now xD) So her suggestion about how boggarts and dementors were similar hadn’t gotten a response. That really was no big deal, especially considering it hadn’t really ended up important when it had come to the subject of the lesson. Knowing what the creatures really looked like had nothing to do with being able to laugh, unless they actually looked hilarious. Kendall had a feeling that neither one actually looked hilarious, though, so she’d just stayed quiet all through the yoga. None of it had appeared to do anything to her body. At least, she wasn’t complaining about her wrist like Laura had, and she would have had reason to. However, her wrist and her leg were still doing awesome, so she’d merely continued. Until they’d been split up into groups for the next activity, and she’d blinked. Both at the instruction and at the little paper that had been crushed in the professor’s hand as she’d moved over closer to the side she’d been on with Beezus. Something was odd there, but the discussion and instructions had continued practically without a pause except for more sneezing, so she decided that wasn’t important either. There were just going to be even more questions later on, to be filed away in her head with the baby dementor one. That and she might have inched a little bit more away from the professor, Mika and the other sneezers just in case. So far it hadn’t seemed contagious, but she wanted to be sure. Chocolate couldn’t fix everything, as she’d learned over the summer. She could still clap with the group even if she was on the edge of it. “HO,” clap, “HO,” clap. It was weird, but kind of fun. “Hahaha” Three claps. Like a song, or the chant that Professor Romanos had called it. It wasn’t really funny, but it was kind of awesome. |
group one Laura looked at the Professor, okay so she wanted her to clap but not to use her wrist to much, that was going to be hard, seeing as to clap you needed to use your hands, silly Professor must have forgotten what she said, but then Laura had an idea, she clapped her uninjured hand on her skirt and started to chat that was easier that hurting herself. |
group 1 When he saw that Dylan had also walked to group one, Daichi wanted to switch groups. He didn't like the Captain, thats all. And he was pretty sure that he did not like him by the way he was treating him. But when he turned around to look who else was in his group he couldn't help a smile. A few of them he knew but never really spoken to but Oakey, Sonea and Eliza? He could totally work with them. Smile still visible, he turned his head to look at the Professor and listened to the instruction. Wait, why were they chanting like in Ancient Runes? He doesn't like the whole chant thing even if the Professor said that there was nothing to be ashamed of. Daichi and the Professor obviously didn't think on the same line... Group 2, 'cause that's where the cool kids are! Elise blinked at Professor Romanos a few times, pretending not to be sleepy in her yoga-pose-thing and OH LOOK, they'd split into groups and were no longer doing Yoga. Maybe she had fallen asleep in the Tree Pose. It was probably a miracle that she hadn't toppled over, but she was getting a lot better at balancing than she was when Professor Romanos first started teaching her. Discreetly sneaking into the circle of Group TWO, she turned to face Professor Romanos just in time for the next instructions. Clapping and chanting. It sounded an awful lot like a religious ritual and Elise was getting a bit confused. What was with all this talk of divinity and rituals? She was probably getting too far into it, though. This was laughter yoga. "Ho. Ho." She said awkwardly, clapping once after each HO. She sounded like an awkward Santa Claus. "Hahaha." Clapclapclap. Looking around, she figured that she'd just try again. Everyone else was having a far easier time than she was. She was supposed to be good at this, right? Ravenclaw and all that jazz? "HO," clap. Some kind of chant induced laughing? Yeeeeah. He should have been paying attention at the beginning of the lesson. This was shaping up to be an even better lesson, she had Lottie and it didn't seem like certain people were in their group; good. Odessa was here but she preferred Odessa, that's how bad it was. Thing with West, he actually had a brain and she could respect that. HAIR BOY TOO!!! She beamed over at Alec when he settled in on her other side! Awesome! The group was getting better! Ooo and there was Aquila. "Hey!" She said, beaming over at the Ravenclaw. See, all the good people were over here. Alice shouldn't have moved. Her loss. Pity Benjy got stuck over theeeere. Mmm.
