| | |  The Tea Room
{Image created by sweetpinkpixie} A room that was once just a door that was near the Divination Classroom ladder is now open for students and staff alike to enjoy. The Team Room is a small little tower room about the same size as Professor Elwood's office but instead of being cluttered with books it has a few small tables and chairs in the center with tea sets set-up for either practice or a pleasurable afternoon tea with friends.
This room is free to be used by anyone for practice for whatever you are working on in Divination (there are supplies in the closet. Everything from tarot cards to lithomancy stones.) or just to meet up with friends and chat.
OOC: School and SS rules apply. Professor Elwood or someone else will most likely catch you if you use this room inappropriately or for snogging, so be warned. Have fun! | |

After walking down the very short hall from her office, Callie and Medea reached the new Tea Room. "Here we go." She said opening the door and propping it open. It was nice in here, she should really spend more time there.
"Go ahead and take a seat, I will get the tea ready and I think I have some cakes somewhere." She flung a closet open and began to rummage around in it. |

Goodness, she certainly had to agree that Hecate wouldn't enjoy them messing around with her stuff, though she laughed quietly anyhow. Both at the absurd idea of messing with their potions mistress and her expression having been caught. Callie had a tea room? "Sounds perfect." And after the short walk to the room, Medea discovered that it truly was...a tea room. What else was she expecting?
"Oh, alright." she said, taking a seat at one of the tables before studying the room. "How long has this been here?" | |

The rummaging in the closet for cakes paid off as Callie pulled out a small box of white cakes with pink icing on them that didn't look stale. She quickly plopped two onto a couple of small plates and flicked her wand at the tea pot to float over and pour their tea as she passed a plate to Medea.
"The tea room? Oh I just found this when we got back from summer." She said as she iced her tea with another quick spell. "No im just kidding," she chuckled at her own joke. "I did find the room though, I had no idea it was here." She hadn't even seen the door before. Weird. | |

"Now I do think you were pretty busy, seeing as you too have students and are a very smart woman but were you perhaps hanging around the Library at all?" Peering over her glass, she tried to see if there was any hint of recognition of what she was hinting at on the brunette's face. | |

Okay, well, this wasn't so bad. She managed to hold back on the rosy cheeks, didn't she? "Oh, umm...no. I haffn't." And just why not? Medea often found herself asking that question. In which she always answered... "There's alvays something needing to be done this year it seems." Taking a sip of her tea, her gazed lingered everywhere but the Divination professor.

"It was hard but like you said you have to dedicate yourself sometimes. But I tried to mix it up with different types of apples, you know, Macintosh, Granny Smith, Golden Delicious..." That sort of thing.
She hadn't. Callie's made a rather obvious pouty face towards the brunette. It was nice to see her friend into a guy now if only it would happen to her.
"I know, I know. The term has been busy. But don't worry, I don't blame you." She took a sip of her iced tea before going on. "It's his job as the man to come sweep you off your feet. Leo might not be the best sweeper, that's all." Hopefully the Librarian was at least aware of his obvious feelings towards the DADA Professor and her's toward him. | |

Aw, yes, she could see how that would have helped. Nevertheless, Medea was a bit thankful there was nothing in her own subject that would involve such research. Just good ol' fashioned paper and books would have been good enough, with the occasional trip every now and then.
Oh, with the pouty face. Why??
She giggled quietly anyhow, looking back to her friend. The age-old custom of the man sweeping the woman off her feet. No, she hadn't forgotten about that, and it made her think. "Are you sure?" she asked, poking at the little cake upon her plate. "I mean... maybe there isn't anything there at all? Just imagining it." The heart did funny things to the brain after all. | |
