Lalalalalalala bored. Already... SIGH. Richard had been busy and Elliot hadn't told her to come meet her yet so Aurora had gone for a walk. She walked down to the pathways, kicking a stone along and humming slightly to herself. She was HAPPY though, she was always happy lately... thanks to many things... including THIS. KITTEN.

The kitten in question was curled up in her arms, playing with one of her red curls and mewing slightly. Gaaahh Ivy was ADORABLE. Though, she still loved her older cat the most, because she'd had him for like, three years or something now... more maybe. Hmm.

Laura was really happy at the minute, things couldn't have been going better, she was enjoying her little walk around the Hogwarts ground, she had seen some of her favorite places and now was just walking around, her owl was off delivering a letter to her parents and she was hoping for one back sometime in the next few days.

Laura smiled as she walked around the pathway she was going to head of towards the great hall for some food though she didn't know what she wanted, she felt like something nice though like fish and maybe some chips but she wasn't sure, she wasn't looking where she was going.

*BUMP!*

"What the?" Laura sighed, she had bumped into someone again, she was about to apologize when she realized who it was, she really didn't like this girl, she wasn't very nice to her at all. "Watch where your going will you." Laura said, seriously she was walking the other girl should have seen her walking right.

Kicking a stone blah blah blah... Wait WHAT? Aurora jumped as somebody walked into her... that happened A LOT in Hogwarts... And Ivy meowed loudly, digging her claws into Aurora's arms.

"You're the one who walked into me." she snapped, glaring at the girl who had just WALKED. RIGHT. INTO. HER. Okay, so she wasn't MUCH taller than this girl... but she was wearing heels, so she looked down her nose at the girl. Why wasn't she looking where she was going? HMM?

Laura looked at the girl, seriously she looked ancient, she was surely in her last year of something. "Yeah but your older and wiser and you really should be able to see me and avoid me so it is your fault." Laura smirked at the girl, seriously as a seventh year she should really be taking more care about what she was doing and hopefully she would learn from this experience. "You should really take more care you know." Laura smiled.

Older and wiser? HA! "Then you should respect your elders, kid." Aurora said, not bothering to control her tone, it wasn't like anyone was around to tell her off for being rude to a younger student, right? And even if the kid told on her Aurora was quite capable of lying her way out of a difficult situation. "And if you really think I'm that much older then you should learn to dodge out of the way, wouldn't want me injuring my hips." she added, scoffing slightly. Seriously this girl... grrrr.

Laura looked at the girl. "I'll respect those who deserve it." Laura smirked, seriously this girl was so annoying going on and on and on about something even though it was totally her fault. "I was busy doing something unlike you, your just really ancient." Laura smirked, yeah this girl really should learn to behave. "Maybe we should take you to the healer and make sure everything is okay." Laura giggled. "Wouldn't want you to be hurt or anything." See Laura was caring.

Ancient..? Ancient? Aurora laughed slightly... she was five foot one, petit and wrinkle free. She didn't look ancient at all and she knew that... but it was a nice change from being told she looked like a ten year old. Healer? HA! Cheeky! Anyway, Aurora wouldn't go to that healer in a million years, even if she was dying... probably. "You'll be the one needing a healer if you're not careful." she said, a slightly amused smile on her face. And it would look like an accident... Muahahahahaha.

Laura looked at the old girl. "How you going to do that." Laura smirked, seriously this girl probably wasn't really good with wands. "You really need to be more careful." Laura smirked at the girl as she stared straight into the other girls eyes. "You really need to make sure you want what your doing." Laura was sick of the attitude of this girl. "Why don't you just apologize and we can forget all about this."

Aurora was just smirking slightly as the girl spoke. Who did she think she was..? Maybe Aurora should talk to the Hufflepuff prefect about her... Hmm... "Oh I always want what I'm doing." she said with a shrug. But... PFFFFT. "Why not apologise?" HA! She twirled her wand around in her fingers - she wasn't pointing it at her, she wasn't even threatening her. But she was warning her... Heh. "I won't apologise because you're insolent and rude." Grrrr.

Laura looked at the older girl. "I'm going to tell Professor Lafay about how you have been bullying a younger student." Laura stuck her tongue out of the girl. "That would teach you to stop bullying student." Laura really hoped that the girl would stop being mean. "Apologize and we will forget all about this." Laura smiled, she was being serious now. "Your the insolent and rude girl here." Laura really hoped that this girl would just leave.

"You can tell Lafay whatever you like, I'm not bullying you." And she was pretty sure this kid had a reputation of being a trouble maker. "I might speak to your prefects about your rudeness though, or maybe Professor Hadley, I'm sure she might be able to do something about it."

Aurora rolled her eyes, "Right, shut up and listen to me, kid. I'm not going to apologise to you, because I've done nothing wrong and you're far too rude for me to care about. Now please go away and let me get back to my walk before I have to hex you out of the way."

Laura looked at the girl, seriously she was really rude and very annoying. "You can do what you want, I haven't done anything wrong it's you that's been misbehaving here, all you had to do is apologize and we'll leave it." Laura rolled her eyes at the girl.

Laura smirked. "I think it's you that should leave." Laura wasn't moving now this girl had told her to. "I don't care about you either so that is mutual." Laura giggled as she looked at the girl. "And I'm shaking in my boots." Laura rolled her eyes again this girl was to funny for words.

"Misbehaving? Me?" Aurora laughed. "Aww kid, if you want to see me misbehaving just carry on the way you are." Because she was going the right way to have her irritating little tongue cut out.

HER leave? HA! She wasn't about to be intimidated by a cheeky little... grrrr. Ivy jumped down to the floor from her arms... huh? What was the kitten doing..?
...
Ah. Attack mode apparently, because the kittens claws had made contact with the girls leg very quickly. Hahahaha GOOD KITTY! Aurora laughed for a moment before scooping the kitten back up into her arms. "There's a good girl..." she sat, stroking the cat behind her ears. "Oh whatever, I'm so bored with you." And with that Aurora turned on her heel and stalked off...

But not before casting Tarantallegra silently at the girls feet.

Whoops... hehe.

Melanie was just wandering the grounds, planning on reacquainting herself with the school she had been away from for an entire summer. She pushed the beanie up on her head as she walked. The weather was still warm, but she wore the beanie because she had taken it from Landon... and it felt nice. In her hands was an ancient Polaroid camera she had found at her grandparents' home and figured it'd be nice to try to take pictures with it.

She hummed to herself as she strolled, stopping every once in a while to snap a picture or two. She could send them all to Landon; that way he might feel as though he were there.

Now... which way did she go next...?

Laura felt the cat claw at her leg but before she could do anything the girl was leaving and her feet were twitching.

"YOUR WICKED!!!!!!" Laura shouted at the girl as she left. "I'll get you back for this, just you wait." Laura shouted at the girl and then took out her wand and used the finate charm to stop her feet from dancing, she then watched as the girl left.

Laura sighed, what had just happened, she had no idea but the girl was on her list now and the next time she saw her there was going to be trouble, she decided she would go to the lake and calm down before going to get something to eat.

As Belle was walking around the pathways she actually felt calm. She had her hat on to keep out the sun. She had her notebook in her little backpack for company if she did not find people. Then she saw on gryffindor she knew sitting there.
Belle waved to her and said, "Hi Melanie! I think we have met before! You look familiar."

Belle was also waiting for Damon, so she is sitting down by the tree waiting for him and calmly drawing and sketching the outside world.

Bliss needed air and lots of it. MELLOW. Maybe...maybe skipping would be a good idea? Skipping put her in a good mood, it did. As long as she didn't bump into Alec or Ella she'd be fine. YEP. Okay, let's go. SKIIIIP. SKIIIIP. SKIIIIP. Oh, this was fun! The tiny third year got lost in her skipping thoughts and almost didn't notice the girl she past on the path. MELANIE.

Bliss' face lit up and she ran over to the Gryffindor. "Marshmallow," she cried, beaming up at the girl. WOW, she'd missed so many people over the holidays and Melanie was definitely one of them. She squealed a little bit and stretched on her tip-toes to give her Marshmallow a hug. HUUUUUUG.

MEGA BEAAAAM.

Damon walked out and smiled seeing Belle, "Hey you." He sat beside her and wrapped his arm around her shoulders, "How are you?"

Melanie was raising her camera to snap another picture before she heard her name. Alarmed slightly, the girl looked around to see who it was who spoke. Ah. It was the House of the Good Huggers Prefect! Right? Melanie remembered speaking to her briefly once... for what, she couldn't seem to remember. She lowered her camera and pushed the beanie back a little bit.

"Hi~" Melanie greeted, waving and walking over to the girl.

Ah... if only she could remember the name... she wondered if the elder girl would notice if Melanie didn't use her name through the conversation? Hopefully... because Melanie really couldn't remember. "Are you excited to be back at Hogwarts?" she asked.

Melanie continued her little stroll, stopping again to take a picture. She wondered if she could just turn the camera to face herself and take... a selfie? Hehe... Melanie continued her walk, thinking about that. How would it work with this camera though? Would it even work well? She wasn't sure but she would-

AHH.

Melanie heard someone call something Marshmallow and turned to look. She didn't have time to register the name because Bliss' arms were around the Gryffindor and Melanie couldn't do anything but hug the younger girl back. She hugged the girl with one arm, the other one with a tight grip on her camera. "Bliss!" Melanie said, laughing, and stroking the girl's hair. Was Bliss going to let go of her? Oh... bright smile. "How are you?" she asked.

Eh, need to go check on th--What the devil is that?! Someone had yelled and that someone sounded ANGRY. Plus... was that... hissing? He set off running. It sounded nearby..

He turned a corner and saw the back of a girl's head and... "A cat. That explains the hissing, at least." So maybe this was a case of someone not liking felines. "Oi, what's goin' on over here?"

Laura looked at the Groundskeeper and smiled. "It's not Professor." Laura looked down at her legs and saw that some of the scratches were bleeding a bit but she didn't care. "That girl set her cat on me." Laura wasn't going to say anything about the jinx though because the Professor might not believe her, they never did where she was concerned.

All that noise.. yeah, he wasn't dumb. He didn't believe for a second that nothing had just happened. Especially when he followed her gaze down to her legs. "Eh, lass, yer bleedin' a fair bit. Yeh'll need to wash that off." It didn't look deep, so there wasn't much point in going to see Tillstorm. "What's yer name?" He needed to learn everyone's at some point.

But that next part had him once more on the alert. "That girl? Who're yeh talking about?" And why on earth would someone set a cat on a student? And what kind of cat follows orders?!

Belle smiled, she could sense Melanie forgot her name. "Hey Melanie, I am Belle just for a friendly reminder." she winked at her. Then she asked if she was excited to be back at Hogwarts. "Yeah i am really excited! I am in my most comfortable outfit and i am excited to explore the pathways! I am into exploring nature." Belle smiled. "How about you??"

"Hey you!" Belle smiled and hugged him, then she looked into his eyes and kissed him softly. "I am good, i am actually sketching the pathways. Do you like it?" she asked him. "You can also look through my other drawings if you want, i trust your judgement..." Belle grinned. Then she showed him the sketch of the common room, the great hall, the owlery, the suspension bridge. It was basically all scenery which was Belle's speciality.

Laura looked at the guy. "I'll do that in a bit." Laura didn't really like the fact that her leg was bleeding but at least it wasn't anything to serious. "I'm Laura Hope Hyde, but you can just call me Laura." Laura was sure the Professor wouldn't want to call her by her full name.

"I'm talking about Aurora." Laura smiled at the man that was standing in front of her. "She's a Slytherin and she's really mean." Laura really didn't get on with Aurora at all and the sooner the older girl left Hogwarts the better it was for Laura.
