The decor of the Muggle Studies classroom has yet again changed. Hanging around the walls with little spotlights on them is a variety of Muggle and Wizard Campaign posters through the years. Some of them are very familiar and some of them are unknown but very artistic.
Playing in the background is a variety of vintage rock songs such as Bob Dylan, Jimi Hindrix, the Beatles, John Lennon, and the Rolling Stones just to name a few. All of the songs playing have a political undertone to them.
The normal comfy chairs have been replaced with round tables. Each table has four chairs around the table. In the center of each table is a plastic tub filled with Muggle glue, scissors, tape, pencils and sharpies of various colors. Under each tub is a stack of large white, black, blue, and red sheets of paper.
There's the usual note on the dry erase board at the front of the room.

Welcome to Muggle Studies #2!!!!
Please place your five art supplies into the plastic tub in the center of your table and have a seat. We will be beginning shortly!
The professor is sitting in front of the board drinking a warm Caramel flavored coffee out of a Mickey Mouse themed coffee cup with her usual sweet smile on her face.
So come on in and have a seat and feel free to have little conversations until class starts.
OOC: Class will officially start in the morning CST. See you then!

Oh, good! It was time to go!
Sierra beamed to herself, and as she was packing up, she overheard West asking about the duplicating charm. "I can teach it you, West," she said, looking from him to the professor. She waited to see if Cerulean wanted her to, or if the woman preferred to do that herself.
Yeah I broke that mirror, so what? ll NOT backward ll Official Gryfferin ll Lemon's favourite
Wait wait wait!! Class couldn't be over yet because she wasn't done making her poster for Mr. Vinteren! WAAAAIIITTTTTT!!!
Lex put a bit more hurrying in her creation because she didn't want the time to be up without her being through. You would think she was in the middle of a test or something with the way she was suddenly panicking. It had to get done--it just had to!!
She kept shifting and turning the paper, adding a sticker here and there... just some glitter, not much but it was there. Too much made it look girly then she wouldn't have wanted to own up to it and that would have defeated the purpose. Even after she saw the others packing up she continued working. After hearing what the Professor had to say she was even more convinced that she needed to get this done in class because the homework depended on it!!!!
Finally, with the last stroke of her marker she she was done and beamed down at the poster. She did!
Now she could leave like the rest of the class. "Great lesson Professor!" She said, grinning over at her. She thought this class might have been another political one but it wasn't and that was enough for her! "Have a good day." Then she left.

Eliza was still finishing up her poster when class ended, so she knew she'd have to bring her supplies back to the dorm to finish it a little later. Before she left however, she heard West asking about the duplicating charm. This interested her because, well, she didn't know it either. She gathered her things and took a step towards him and Sierra. It seemed that she knew that spell, so maybe she wouldn't mind one more person learning it from her as well? That was if the professor didn't answer them first. "Hi, um," she said quietly to the Slytherins, "I don't know the spell either. Would you mind if I learned it with you?" She hoped neither of them cared, but you never knew with people sometimes. "Er, and I'm Eliza...If you didn't know." Because she knew she was sort of quiet, and didn't have all that many friends. And she wasn't sure if she'd actually been introduced to those two before, though she knew their names. They were both pretty well spoken in class and others seemed to know them pretty well, so she'd gotten their names down pretty easily. Especially when Professor Lafay publicly scolded Sierra as "Prefect Greingoth" and when Professor Botros called West things like Odess by accident instead of Odessa. Yes, she was an observant little fly on the wall a lot of the time.
Gemma smiled as the hands started going up in the air and she had to admit that she was surprised that so many students didn't know the charm she had mentioned...what were they learning in Charms class...she walked forward and with a flick of her wrist her wand shot out of her wrist holster and into her hand. She glanced at the students and smiled, "O no worries..." the she said loudly to everyone, "If anyone else needs to learn the duplicating spell, please come up to the front."
She waited for the students to move up to the front and she smiled at them...she never thought as a Muggle Studies profesor she would ever be teaching a charm to the students. She passed around a box of Muggle crayons..."Okay everyone please grab a crayon of you choice." she said starting the passing by grabbing a Cerulean colored crayon out of the box and placing it on the table in front of her.
"Now the duplicating spell is called the Gemino charm...it's a very simple charm...and it can be made into a curse with a different wand movement, but we just want the simple charm..." should she have mentioned the curse...yes...better to head off the Harry Potter questions...then she focused back...now how should she teach this...ummm...yes...
She took a little breath, "Let's just practice saying the charm first...it's very easy to say...you pronounce it as....Gem-en-o..." she said sounding it out slowly..."Everyone give that a try..."

The lesson had seemed to fly by...and Dylan was regretful to see it ending. He wasn't an artist by any means...but drawing and outlining stuff had been fun. It was better than having to write down notes and producing an essay or whatever.
While he was packing up his things, he heard Professor Cerulean saying something about the Duplicating charm...and West asking for her to show him. The Slytherin thought that was rather awesome...because it just happened to be a personal favorite of his. In theory, of course...because Dylan was an upstanding student and would never...EVER charm things...just for laughs.....in the common room...
Ahem.
...Naturally, it was because of his love of the spell...that he couldn't help but to point one thing out. Habit and all that..."Professor...I couldn't help but to overhear what you were saying. You were talking about the Duplicating spell...but the incantation doesn't sound right to me."...because this was something he'd studied extensively. He KNEW this...but the Captain figured he'd leave that bit out. "It's Geminio, yea? There's another I in there..." He really wasn't trying to be rude...but this was West they were talking about and it was his responsibility to make sure his Chaser was getting the material.

"I'll practice with you if I get confused." West suggested happily, knowing that Sierra wouldn't set him wrong, she was good at making sure he got things, her and Dylan.

"Cool by me." West said with a shrug and a friendly smile. Actually it was kinda a relief that he wasn't the only one who didn't know.

A crayon? Oh, to duplicate? West grabbed a green one of course and looked up.
"Gemino." He repeated verbatim, not having any trouble with that part. Something niggled at him about it though, like about things he had read, but of course he was gonna do what the professor said.

Oh.
West paused and looked at Dylan and then at the professor. GeminIo? That did sound right. He waited though, looking between professor and captain. Easy mistake he supposed, they sounded so the same.

Gemma's eyes went huge...had a student corrected her...well she was wrong but still...atleast he had done it nicely...yes...she took a little breath and smiled at the Captain, "Yes, you are correct...I guess that's why I'm not the charms teacher.." she said jokingly as she felt her cheeks redden a little bit...how embarrassing...she knew it was called Gemino and said differently... but she was so nervous about teaching them that she had said it wrong....ugh...
"Okay so let's say it the right way...Gem-en-e-o" she said trying to make sure it was correct this time.
Then she flicked her wand around tightly in a quick motion and then did it again to show the students, "This is the movement for the charm and make sure at the end that you flick your wand directly at the item you are duplicating...remember you can't duplicate living beings, but you can duplicate most other items except food and water and the likes of those..." she glanced around nervously hoping she had done it correctly..

Oh, okay.
Dylan thought so...but was starting to question his own memory of the spell. "Sorry, ma'am. Just wanted to make sure we all understood...I've been privately studying theory of a few charms and wanted to make sure my memory wasn't...confunded." BEAM.
Removing his wand, the Slytherin offered the pretty Professor a grin before doing the flick and such over his quill. "Geminio!" A few seconds later, there was a second identical quill laying just beside it. Dylan smirked. "I think I understand it." He looked to Sierra who'd offered her help and then nodded. "I'll also help anyone who needs it."

West looked at the professor trustingly, and then at Dylan, feeling better about the confirmation since he trusted Dylan (and Sierra for that matter) as the people that had taught him the most spells so far in his school career. He echoed wand movement and incantation and... duplicated his crayon.
"Okay." Relief. "I think I got it now. Thank you professor Cerulean."

"Cool," she said back to West after seeing he really couldn't care less one way or the other, which was fine with her.
She watched Professor Cerulean pick up her crayon and give them the instructions. Just point and talk ey? Sounds easy enough. She grabbed an indigo colored crayon, per usual, and aimed her wand. But what? She stopped before casting and listened to the older Slytherin boy, Dylan was it? So which is it? she wondered, waiting for the professor to say something. And then she noticed her mistake. The poor professor's cheeks went red as she fluttered through her words to correct her mispronunciation of the incantation. Not that the woman needed Eliza to coddle her or anything, but she felt inclined to help ease her embarrassment. "That's ok Professor, with all these spells we hear in classes, I'd be amazed if someone didn't ever say one the wrong way."That was a nice thing to say, right? Or did it sound...backhandedish...Because it wasn't supposed to. Oh great. She blinked hard at the possibility of having made the brief situation into a longer and worse one. Super save, Dawnsel. Sigh. Whatever, moving on.
She pointed her wand again and cast the spell. "Geminio!" and wouldn't ya know it, another crayon appeared next to the first one. "Wow, thanks Professor!" she said as she looked up from her crayons. "And thanks to you too," she said, nodding towards Dylan. And with that, she felt ready to go on duplicating all sort of things. Like her favorite cozy socks for instance. You can never have too many warm socks! Seeing as they always like to disappear and all...
