Hufflepuff vs. Slytherin
The building used for the Gobstones matches had had it's doors opened to the brisk, early winter air and it's surfaces magically dusted by Professor Elwood and Mr. Kitridge, the school's Gobstones sponsors and made ready for the term's fourth match.
The yellow and green marbles were set out and the playing 'field' had been marked. Chairs were set out on each side of the arena creating a Viewing Area for those not playing to watch.
OOC: Remember only members sorted into Hufflepuff and Slytherin Houses can post in this thread, it is not a chat thread and there is no rping. Read the Gobstones Rule Book before playing and if you did last term, please check again because it's been updated. The thread is moderated so your answer won't show up until the sponsors allow it. For the last shot of the match the snakes threw in West Odessa while the badgers sent Daniel Reeves back in. The players relased their marbles with good aim but the yellow marble had way too much speed. It sped past the Jack stone and didn't stop until it came in contact with Mr Kitridge's foot. The green marble looked like it had too little but it managed still to get into the circle around the Jack stone for it to be declared as closest.

"Slytherin wins the point's for the last shot." Leo declared. He then plucked out his wand from under his robes a put it to his mouth muttering 'sonorus'. Standing so he faced both the players and the audience he said "The fourth Gobstones Match is over with Slytherin rolling home the victory. A round of applauds for them." he motioned and clapped with the audience. "And continue clapping for the hard fighting Hufflepuff players that played an equally good match even if it wasn't enough in the end." Leo clapped for several minutes for both teams before he announced.
"All points will be added towards Gobstones cup. Everyone is dismissed!"
