An ecstatic Ella Bishop throws the quaffle back into play to Dixon, who catches the pass and takes off down the pitch! Weaving in and out of Gryffindor defenders, Dixon makes it look easy - until a loud CRACK! echoes throughout the stadium, and the Hufflepuff Captain almost fumbles the ball in alarm, expecting to be hit - but, to her surprise, her own Beater, Alyssa Potter, was the sender of the bludger, and poor Jacob Keller was too focused on Dixon to see the bludger before it connected and hit him right in the gut! Goldman, seeking to avenge her injured teammate, races after Dixon, who makes a quick pass to Wisteria, who launches the ball to Yarborough waiting in the scoring area - he shoots... DING! Kaiden Yarborough scores for Hufflepuff!
A shiny object can be spotted just near today's Quidditch commentator, Dylan Montmorency...

As the quaffle is put back into play, Goldman is swift to catch it, turn, and take off! Wisteria is there lightning fast, though, and makes a dive for the quaffle in her hands - Goldman holds on tight, evading Wisteria, and passes to Cambridge as soon as she's in the clear! As Yarborough charges, Cambridge passes back to Goldman - Goldman keeps possession long enough for Cambridge to enter the scoring area - Goldman throws the quaffle back to Cambridge, and Cambridge shoots... but Bishop is on fire today! The Hufflepuff Keeper makes a quick diving save!

Bishop puts the quaffle back into play to a proud Captain Dixon, overjoyed at how well her Keeper has progressed! Dixon, in her moment of gushing over her teammate, suddenly goes into a dive as Edwards charges! Dixon manages to evade the Gryffindor Chaser long enough to target the wide-open Yarborough, pass to him - then Yarborough launches the ball across the field to Wisteria, right over Skylar's head, and Wisteria makes the catch! Wisteria hurries to the scoring area, outflying Cambridge, shoots... THWACK! Jacob Keller recovers from his bludger hit wonderfully enough to swat the quaffle away from the hoops!
The Snitch fluttered right above Dylan Montmorency long enough to catch the eye of Summers - Summers doesn't hesitate! He races after it - his movement doesn't go unnoticed, and soon, Greenwell is following blindly after Summers! The two Seekers accelerate, Greenwell catching up to Summers, Summers leaning out to snatch the snitch, hoping it stays where it is... but the snitch suddenly shoots upward! The two Seekers pull back hard on their broomsticks and chase after it, both Seekers now flying right alongside each other! Greenwell gives Summers a shove in the side - payback for earlier - and in one simple, graceful movement, Greenwell nabs the snitch! Gryffindor has caught their second snitch of the game!

Energized by Keller's nice save, Goldman takes possession of the quaffle and heads toward the outside of the pitch to evade oncoming defenders! Her tactic only worked for so long, though, as Yarborough was quick to pursue and gains speed quickly! Seeing him coming, Goldman launches the quaffle to an open Cambridge, who is suddenly faced with both Dixon and Wisteria as they try to make a steal, but Cambridge manages to lob the quaffle over their heads - Edwards catches the wonky pass and heads for the scoring area! Edwards aims, shoots... DING! Sarah Edwards' shot soars past the outstretched fingertips of Ella Bishop, and she scores!
A glittering object seems to be hovering near the Hufflepuff section of the stands...
Quaffle to Hufflepuff: Trying to vanish Fred and George's fireworks makes them do what?
