The classroom is looking a little bigger than usual. That's so it can accommodate some extra items. Yes - you notice the chairs, desks, Professor and usual paraphernalia are not the only thing waiting for you upon entry. Stood next to each desk is a mannequin, with a name plate hung around it's neck and wearing a rubbish bag as if it were a shirt.
Professor Magnus is leaning against her desk waiting to welcome you in. Say hello, sit down, and feel free to write your name on the space provided.
CLASS HAS STARTED: Please do not announce your late arrival!
Beezus, stopped whatever that thing was, but as for the paint, it wasn't stopping. If only she could grab her wand. It seemed simple, but it was no easy task considering her vision was blinded by purple paint. The paint was thickening, and now it was covering the floor. Trying to lean in towards her wand, Nessie tripped and fell flat on her bottom.
This wouldn't stop her though, her wand WOULD stop. "I'm *spit* try..in.." she mumbled as she spat out the paint that was still going all over.
Nothing was impossible, she just had to try harder! Renesmee closed her eyes and then reached out with her right hand trying to feel for her crazy-gone wand. All she could feel was moist, wet paint. Lovely wasn't it? :/
AHA! There it was something that felt like a stick. She grabbed onto it as tightly as she could and pointed the wand in a different direction, which caused paint to fly over there too. "Reverto!" She shouted in frustration. The wand at once stopped with it's nonsense and went back to normal.
Ness eyed all the paint and let out a sigh of relief. "Scourigfy" she said and then watched as her wand worked and cleaned up all the mess from the chaos.
"You alright?" she decided to ask Bee, before she would head off back towards her mannequin.
She actually had a good question for once. Was it raining yet outside? Issy snuck a quick look out the window just to check, before turning her attention to the Hufflepuff.
"There is no law against it, but it is very hard to perform to a standard where you get intricate designs or brilliant patterns. And what if the shops don't have the exact thing you want? Why not make it? If you think about it, it's not much different from sewing your own clothes, like Muggles do."
Right, time to move on then now all questions had been answered. If they had any more they could ask as the lesson went on. Going back over to the mannequin by the desk of the Ravenclaw she'd spoken to before, Issy flexed her wand hand and got ready to perform her demonstration. "Now, as I said before, you can all sketch out a design first if you want to. If you think it will help. But right now I will show you how to do the actual spell so anyone that wishes to get on with practice can do so."
Taking a step backwards, she pointed her wand at the dummy and cleared her throat, looking around to make sure they could all see her. Yes? Good. "The incantation is 'Summus Vestis' and the wand movement is a Z shape in front of the object you are changing. Like so.... Sum-mus Vest-is!" With a sharp zig zag motion the rubbish bag on the mannequin suddenly started growing arms and changing colour to a blue and black check diamond pattern. Finally what was left was a jumper.
"Okay, if you've all got that you're more than welcome to start trying it out. The reversal spell is the same as usual, but if you need help with that please ask me or an older student." Isabelle flung her arms out and grinned. "Away you go."
Laura looked at the Professor and smiled. "I never thought about it like that." Laura's brain was working over time. "So basically it's just a quicker way of sewing." Laura smiled, she was glad it wasn't against the law. "Professor does that mean it's possible that the clothes I'm wearing now was made by magic instead of sewing?" Laura hadn't thought about that before. "Or was it made in a big factory?"
Laura listened to the Professor and smiled, she was going to give this a go she wanted to prove to this Professor that she was able to work well and actually do the lessons. "Summus Vestis." Laura said the spell without using her wand. "Summus Vestis." Laura repeated, she was sure she could do this spell, it didn't seem hard.
Laura then practiced making the Z shape with her wand, when she was ready she took a deep breath and relaxed before putting them together. "Summus Vestis." Laura pointed her wand at the bin bag and did the Z shape, she looked at the bin bag and nearly fainted as she saw this ugly yellow top without any sleeves but at least it was a top. "Professor Is this the sort of thing you wanted?" Laura wasn't sure if she should reverse the spell or keep it like it was.

She heard her say the reversing spell. As she sighed, the Ravenclaw did the same, and they both heaved a deep sigh of relief in unison. At least the crazy wand had stopped gushing out purple paint now. As Ness scourgified the surroundings and them in the process, Beezus had began to grin widely.
"Yeah, I'm good. " GRIN. GRIN. Then she started giggling. And then laughing. Ouch, her ribcage. "..are you?" But she couldn't stop herself. LAUGH. LAUGH. What happened was just funny. They had to fight off their own magic but they were still able to bring it back to normal, of course, with plastic balls and purple paint at that. The brunette stood up a little shakily and nudged the Hufflepuff. "We are so bad at this."
Then as she shook her head, she headed back to where her assigned mannequin was.
"It's not who you are that holds you back, it's who you think you are not."
Chace nodded to the Professor's response. That was simple enough. Well...he figured one could never have too many t-shirts so that was going to be his area of focus. But what to make it look like...The professor had done a pretty cool argyle print but Chace was thinking that wasn't really his style. He liked plaid or just a solid colored t-shirt. Yeah...that was what he was going to do. A nice solid grey t-shirt with some kind of design on the bottom left?
Chace pulled his mannequin a little closer to him, straightening out the garbage bag as best as he could. Chace pictured exactly how he wanted the shirt to look in his mind, before pulling his wand out and pointing it at the garbage bag. "Summus Vestis," Chace said clearly, moving his wand in the quick and sharp z movement that the Prof had. At first Chace thought that it had worked, but unfortunately it hadn't. Rather than the bag completely transforming, it had only transformed half of it, creating a diagonal from the right should down to the left hip, with the bottom being grey with the paint splatter design on it, but the top remaining as the cruddy old garbage bag. Huh...

So...Elliot thought she should practice some more...especially since her shirt wasn't what she wanted...Errrgh...
She reversed the spell and sighed at the stupid black garbage bag. She closed her eyes again...clearly picturing lace...and white...BOTH at the saaaame time...so that her garbage bag wouldn't turn into just a white shirt this time...AHEM. She cleared her throat, and said clearly, "Summus Vestis!" She opened her eyes, and saw the garbage bag was indeed changing....turning white...
Ugh.
The shirt was so...UGLY. Elliot scowled and quickly undid it...okay...that one hadn't been a blouse, but it had been lacy...and white...maybe she needed to know EXACTLY what the shirt should look like. Pain in the BUTT. She couldn't draw, so sketching it out wasn't an option whatsoever.
Sigh.
She put her and on her desk and closed her eyes, thinking of what EXAAACTLY she wanted her blouse to look like...lace...white...blouse...short sleeves...a tie around the waist...maybe...

Good Bee was alright! That was all that really mattered.
Laughing? Bee was laughing. Nessie did not find this funny at first. Not one bit, in fact she found it all VERY scary! "As long as you okay." She said rasing a brow as Bee continued to laugh. Maybe the paint had made her go crazy or something? That was possible...okay maybe it wasn't that itself sounded silly.
"Im fine." That's when the giggles hit her. She replayed the whole thing over in her mind and couldn't help but laugh at how funny it actually was. People watching them must have thought they were mental, but then who could blame them? "We'll improve." she let out another giggle and headed back to her mannequin.
At her mannequin she closed her eyes and refocused on her design. Hopefully third time she'd be lucky. She opened her eyes again, took her now working wand and pointed it towards the black bag. "Sum-mus Vest-is" After finishing the zig-zag motion, a small spark emited from her wand and then began turning the bag into a purple jumper. First the colour formed and then the sleeves and the rest followed.
The finishing piece, was quite beautiful according to Nessie's taste.

For a moment she stood, leaning against the same mannequin that she had found creepy only a minute ago and watched the others try. One easily forgot their surroundings when they were trying to concentrate on the work of others.
STARE.
She tilted her head a bit, trying to see which way the Z went and tried mimicking it as she went along. A few times she would mutter the incantation as well. This was just awful. Things would have been easier to follow if the others were actually getting their transfigurations right. Some of them had the right idea though...it couldn't get any simpler than a plain white T. Those were easy enough right?
Taking a deep breath she turned--AH!
....She had forgotten what she was leaning on...O___O
Taking a large step back she shot the over-sized doll a little glare. "Gee, thanks for that." She muttered, raising her wand again. Okay...think...white--nah, not white, bluuuue was much prettier. Okay, think blue! Blue. Blue. Blue. Blue.
Once again she made the Z shape--the correct one this time! "Summus Vestis." She watched in awe as the bag began twisting and stretching and shifting, her breath caught in her throat. Come ooonnnn...
SIGH....
Not only was the bag NOT transfigured into a nice fabric it was also NOT blue. Grrr....
"Can someone tell me how to reverse this please?" Lex had to try her hardest to keep the frustration out of her voice; she knew no one liked helping a whiner.

While she waited for the young Slytherin to give the spell a go, Sierra decided to work on her own spellwork in the meantime. She moved her wand in the Z-shaped formation she'd seen the professor do. "Summus Vestis!" she said again. Yeah, she had the spell down. Well, the incantation and wand movement, that is.
She stared at her garbage bag-wearing, creepy mannequin. Time to give him, or her, a nice set of clothes. Or, at least, a sweater or something. She pointed her wand at it and made the Z-shaped formation. "Summus Vestis!" she called it. The garbage ruffled a little then began producing threads.
Sierra watched, waiting to see what would happen. When things finally stopped, all she was looking at was a mannequin wearing a garbage bag with threads on it. Okayyyyyy. Not supposed to happen. Nope.
Why can he do the spell right? He can do the Reversal spell right but not the spell they're learning today. What's wrong with him? He should give it another try.
He made a Z shaped movement with his wand. This time he already made sure to picture the kind of cloth he wants for his mannequin very clearly in his head. "Summus Vestis!" The garbage bag slowly turned into a white shirt like what he wanted but the shirt only have one sleeve. The other one was missing.
Second attempt = Fail!
"Reverto!" And the one sleeve shirt turned back into rubbish bag.

Beezus let out a giggle and a somewhat slight shake of the head. They'll improve eh? She wasn't going to get her hopes up but yeah, perhaps they still had a chance. "Transfig buddy?" she suggested before giving the Captain a smile and finally went back to her workplace.
RIGHT. So this time, no more boomerang balls should be created. Instead, the plastic bag needed to be altered into the blouse she was thinking later, yes? Okay, she could do this. "Summus Vestis." That was the incantation. While she kept muttering it, she also imagined on her head the proper wand movement. Z pattern. Hmm.
Heaving yet another deeeeeeeep sigh, the Ravenclaw faced her assigned mannequin. GULP. And then slowly but surely, she casted a zigzag motion over the plastic bad, "Sum-mus Vest-is." She said the correct incantation right? Unsure of herself, she began to grimace as a tiny fleeting, pink spark from the tip of her wand shot to the bag. It started glowing, and for once, she wanted to scream. Was it burning?! But it turned into purple...the lower portion was black. Still edgily, it continued transforming... producing the sleeves and the collar just like in her head. Until...a blouse could be discerned on the mannequin.
Beezus snorted before smiling. Well...looks like she still had hope on this one.

Now it was time for another try. Well, it was natural to not succeed from the first attempt ,right? They were here to learn after all. Besides ,even older students seem to not do it right away. A few but still. So again she shall try.
Cassia scratched her chin thinking of the top she wanted to transfigure . a green sweater maybe . A stripy one too. Mmm…..ok she had an image for that on her mind she'll find out whether it'll be the same.
Glancing again at the parchment ,Cassia repeated mentally, Summus Vestis.
The second year pointed her wand at the mannequin trying to focus on the mental image and uttered, "Summus Vestis!" Drawing a Z shape in the air.
A shirt replaced the bag on the mannequin. Cassia lowered her wand and stepped closer to it. Hmm…. It wasn't like the one she had in mind. Cassia imagined a stripy sweater with silver and green lines. You know Slytherin colors. This on the other hand didn't look Slytherin-ish. Cassia frowned at the garment. She didn't want to reverse the spell and start over. Because you know she liked the style it was just the color that annoyed Cassia.
Well, if there were a spell to color the clothes Professor Magnus would have mentioned it right? Anyway, Cassia will wait to see what will they have to do next and see if she got a chance to ask the professor.

She turned her head and indeed saw Alexa...the little troublemaker. She rolled her eyes, but reluctantly left her mannequin to help her...the shirt looked terrible! Elliot eyed her..."What do you need help with? Reversing it?" she asked, cocking an eyebrow. "Reverto." Yep. Easy enough, right?
"You look like you need help with the actual transfiguring, too..." blunt, yes, but Elliot would probably have to help...she had already made her garbage bag into two shirts already...now, neither of them was the one she wanted, but at least she had the spell down for the purposes of the class.

Thank Merlin, someone was willing to help her. She flashed the girl a smile of relief. "Yup." to answer her question. Her needing help was an understatement. Someone had told her to try studying some of the spells in that Charms textbook of hers but with an attention span like the one she had that didn't seem very plausible.
Oh. Reverto. That seemed simple enough. Raising her wand she aimed it at the disfigured shirt...bag...thing. "Reverto." She was even getting the hang of using intent in her voice when she cast spells.
The 11 year old was more than pleased to see a spell that actually worked when she cast it. "Wow thanks!"
The smile left her face, however, when the girl told her she needed help with her transfiguration as well...
SCOWL.
"I know...but I don't know how I'll get it right. It took me forever to figure out which way the Z went!" And she wasn't ashamed to say that. "Will you help me with that too...?"

"Er...sure..." she said with a roll of her eyes and a shrug. She whipped out her wand, and pointed it at the garbage bag...she thought of green striped shirt...she couldn't get her lace down, and she wanted to actually do it correctly for Alexa. "Summus Vest-is!" she said, doing the z thingy...and BOOM it worked. She shot a smug smirk at the first year. "It might not be the z movement..it might be something else. Like your thoughts. Are you thinking clearly of the shirt you want? And the words...you have to say the words just right, too," she explained, sounding like a suuuuper know-it-all.
She then waved her wand and reversed it, turning it back into the black bag. "You try, now." Yep.

Elise turned to her mannequin. It was super!tall and really terrifying. So, standing up to make herself just a wee bit taller, she pulled out her wand. And made herself feel a bit more powerful than the scary inanimate thing opposite her.
Shuddering, she tried to recall the incantation.
Summus Vestis. "Sum-us. Vest-is." she said aloud. "Summus Vestis."
Okay.
Practicing the zig-zag motion, she smiled. She could do this!

Trash bag to shirt... right...
Lily didn't want to end up like several of her classmates had, so she decided to just start with each part of the spell individually. First the movement... Lily picked up her wand and started out with a zig-zag motion, making a z over the mannequin. That part wasn't too hard, even though her wrist had been somewhat immobilized because it was wrapped.
Next came the incantation. The third year put her wand down and just started saying the incantation. "Sum-mus.....Summus." Sounded kinda like hummus... just different. "Vest-is.... Vestis." Take vest and add an is. Not too difficult. Now to put them together... "Summus Vestis.... Summus Vestis." Good enough..
Now to just add it all together and see what happens.

Finally satisfied with her incantation and wand movement, Elise prodded the mannequin to prove that it wasn't alive. It wobbled a bit, but didn't move otherwise. Good. Elise felt a little better.
Wand in the air, Elise breathed in deeply. "Summus Vestis," she muttered, zig-zagging her wand through the air in quick slicing motions. Maybe a little too quick, since all that happened was the bag stretching and forming what looked like a raincoat.
Not quite what she wanted. Maybe it was just the lack of concentration. She hadn't actually visualized.
Okay, transfiguring a bag into a shirt. Best to start with something simple in mind, like a t-shirt or something. But before anything else, Silvia wrote down the incantation and wand movement in her notes.
"Summus Vestis," she slowly said. "Summus Vestis...Summus Vestis...Summus Vestis..." After reciting the incantation a few more times, she pulled out her wand and tried the Z wand movement. It was easy enough and did not require much practice.
Silvia pointed her wand at the mannequin and paused to think about what she wanted it to look like. For now she would try for a plain purple t-shirt. "Summus Vestis," she said while waving her wand in a Z motion over the trash bag. Nothing happened. She tried again. "Summus Vestis." Still nothing. A little disappointed, Silvia raised her wand for another try, hoping that she could master this spell by the end of class.

Elliot raised an annoyed eyebrow at Alexa..."Because how will you learn if you keep getting awesome people to do it for you?" she asked flatly, rolling her eyes. Lions. Lazy, lazy LIONS. Ravenclaws neeeever took shortcuts...pffft...*Snort.*
"It wasn't hard work, Alexa. You're just not concentrating enough.." she sounded worn out, as if she had been trying to help Alexa for hours. Which wasn't the case, but hey, Elliot felt like that!
GOOD. "Hey, it turned blue at least!" She tried to be nice...a little...but really...IT WASN'T EVEN A SHIRT...Elliot waved her wand and reversed it...
Hmph. Maybe age and stuff mattered, because skill mattered a bit with this spell. "You're getting the hang of it, you just have to keep practicing." She told her in an orderly fashion. "Magic isn't easy." Contrary to popular belief. "Try again...you'll get it eventually..maybe." Smirk.
Maybe.
Elliot dragged her own mannequin over to Alexa, so she could keep an eye on the girl....and she quickly tried the spell again...hmph.
Still not the shirt she wanted and envision. It was super annoying. She sighed and muttered, "Reverto." And glanced at Alexa. "I'm trying to do lace. So it's difficult..." and she gave her a look that CLLEEAAARLY said...'don't dare acknowledge my failure.'

Following a failed attempt to transfigure the rubbish bag into a summer top, Ariadne knew she had to try again. 'Reverto.' she said, and with a flick of her wand, the bag was like at the beginning. Not pastel pink. The girl thought she had an insight into why she hadn't succeeded on the first try, and namely because she didn't focus equally on the attributes of the envisioned top.
This time, she made sure she had in mind not only the colour, but also the shape, the style, the fabric and the pattern. Taking a deep breath, Ari used her wand to make the Z-shape again whilst saying the incantation, 'Summus Vestis!'.
Much better.
Her mannequin was now wearing a sleeveless pastel pink cotton top, but the owl print she wanted was absent. Oh well, third time's a charm, right?

West worked on the wand movement, not quite confident to just go ahead and put it all together. He was really more about the theory work, and since spells didn't work on the first go, it got him frustrated, making him even more reluctant to really put his all into it.
Which meant it was surprising when it DID work.
He practiced the Z shape and had a few Zorro moments in his mind, and then after slashing here and there and generally being awesome with it, he tried to put it together.
He just focused on a plain t-shirt. Nothing fancy. Plaiiiiin white tee shirt. He could do the focus part. It was like how Sierra said. West looked at the rubbish bag. He visualised it being a Teeeeee shiiiirt.
He zig zagged as he said the incantation with all intent, "Summus Vestis!"
Aaaand... it changed into a white t-shirt.
West stared, not believing it. NO WAY did he get it first time. NO WAY. NOT POSSIBLE. He looked around suspiciously, half-believing that someone else transfigured it for him as a laugh. Nobody was even looking his way. West looked at the mannequin again and reached out to touch the fabric. It even FELT like tee shirt, and all of this with his inner burning questions still unanswered.
SURELY someone else had... there was no way he managed... but no he had felt his own intent that time.
West scratched his head, baffled.
"I did it." He said to himself in soft disbelief.
....
Errr... one problem. He didn't know that reversing spell.

"And as Prefect Hollingberry rightly guessed, my plan is for you all to learn a new spell each lesson, and over the course of the term create a full outfit for yourselves." Simple, right? They'd get to be fashion designers.

She actually had a good question for once. Was it raining yet outside? Issy snuck a quick look out the window just to check, before turning her attention to the Hufflepuff.
"There is no law against it, but it is very hard to perform to a standard where you get intricate designs or brilliant patterns. And what if the shops don't have the exact thing you want? Why not make it? If you think about it, it's not much different from sewing your own clothes, like Muggles do."
"That's right, Daichi. This lesson will concentrate on tops, shirts etcetera." Had he actually been listening at all? Hmmm. Well at least he checked.
Walking around the room as the questions were fired at her - she thought better on the move - Issy came past West just as he asked his.
"It is always easier to transfigure things when they are similar, which is why you're all starting with these bags. But as you become more adept at the spell it really shouldn't matter which item you use it on."
Although that reminded her of something she really should mention, even if it wasn't immediately needed. "I should just point out though, for some reason this spell doesn't work on metal objects. They just melt," even for her when she tried. "Not entirely sure why.... Probably due to rigidity, so best to stick to items that are reasonably flexible to begin with."
Isabelle moved on and narrowed her eyes at the young Lion who spoke up next.
"What if you're in a situation where you've got ripped or stained clothes and you want to replace them, but you can't get to any shops?" Yep, she answered a question with a question. So sue her.
"Having a clear idea is always needed when performing a transfiguration spell, but as I said a minute ago any object bar metal ones really."
"Of course you will. However far your imagine and wand work and skill can take you. I will let you all design something first if you wish to have a picture to work from," Issy replied with a smile.
"As far as this particular spell goes it's all in the intent. You want cotton? Concentrate. Of course you probably won't get it right first time," Issy said, raising her eyebrows and grinning. People very rarely did. But that was what practice was for.
Moving back to the front, Isabelle leant against her desk again and folded her arms. Turning her head to the person speaking next, she tilted it and chewed on her bottom lip.
"You don't change the incantation, no. It's generally about intent for this as well. Although you can choose an item to use that is a reasonable size to what you might want." If that made any sense.
Isabelle was guessing this child was quite new to the whole magic thing. If her question was anything to go by. Now, how did she answer without just saying 'it's magic!'
"Yes, that's exactly what I mean," she smiled. "You use this, this and the incantation I'm about to give you all." Isabelle flicked her wand out and held it up, before pointing to her head, indicating the brain.
"You can keep it as plastic if you want to, Miss Potter. But I'd hazard a guess it might get a bit hot during summer time." Isabelle winked at the Hufflepuff before moving to the second part of her question. "Uh, no. You have one spell per lesson to learn."
"Absolutely correct. Always the way I'm afraid." Always the way.
"Any bar metal, as I explained earlier," Issy smiled.
Right, time to move on then now all questions had been answered. If they had any more they could ask as the lesson went on. Going back over to the mannequin by the desk of the Ravenclaw she'd spoken to before, Issy flexed her wand hand and got ready to perform her demonstration. "Now, as I said before, you can all sketch out a design first if you want to. If you think it will help. But right now I will show you how to do the actual spell so anyone that wishes to get on with practice can do so."
Taking a step backwards, she pointed her wand at the dummy and cleared her throat, looking around to make sure they could all see her. Yes? Good. "The incantation is 'Summus Vestis' and the wand movement is a Z shape in front of the object you are changing. Like so.... Sum-mus Vest-is!" With a sharp zig zag motion the rubbish bag on the mannequin suddenly started growing arms and changing colour to a blue and black check diamond pattern. Finally what was left was a jumper.
"Okay, if you've all got that you're more than welcome to start trying it out. The reversal spell is the same as usual, but if you need help with that please ask me or an older student." Isabelle flung her arms out and grinned. "Away you go."

Vickers remembered them learning how to make hats last term, so learning how to make clothes this time made quite a bit of sense, even when he wasnt all too eager with anything related to fashion. BUT he does see the benefit of this in a survival situation, which is always at the forefront of his mind whenever he learns to transfigure anything.
Practicing the wand movement first. he moves his wand in a Z-formation, mouthing the spell a few times. When he has sufficiently mastered the wand movement he kept his wand still as he focused on pronouncing the spell "Soo-muhs Veh-stiz.... Summus Vestis" that didnt sound so hard was it?

Twice she had tried, and failed. Ariadne needed a break. She looked around to gauge how the rest of the class were progressing. Hmm...Some better than others, as usual. But few got it right the first time, so there was still hope for her. Also few were the ones who actually attempted jumpers, following the Professor's lead. Ok, enough procrastinating. Back to work.
The wand movement and incantation started to feel rather tedious to perform, but Ari really wanted to get it right. She stared at her design on the piece of parchment in front of her, focusing on the owl print on the front side of the top.
Wand at the ready, Ariadne was ready for another try. 'Summus Vestis!'. She had actually closed her eyes this time, fearing the worst, but when she opened them, there was no sign of the rubbish bag anymore. Instead of it, her design had materialised! And she had been right all along, the mannequin did look less creepy when clothed.
Now that she had successfully transfigured this rather simple top, maybe she could try something with sleeves for a change. And from a thicker fabric.

Well that escalated quickly.
It seemed the whole room had turned to chaos. Things were going bang, bouncing around and exploding in purple paint. Isabelle stood at the front of the room and stared for a second. "I did not expect this," she muttered under her breath, before getting her wand out to help those in need.
"Kurumi, Renesmee and Beezus, are you all okay? Do you need medical assistance or anything at all?" Isabelle rushed over to where all three girls had gone back to what they were doing. Flicking her wand she mopped up what was left of the purple paint that had decided to spray itself out of the Hufflepuff's wand. If that is what happened when the older students gave it go, Issy would most definitely have to keep an eye on the younger ones.
"All of you, please listen up! If you are having trouble of ANY kind, please don't hesitate to call on me. I am here to help you!".....To not blow up my classroom.

It was an ugly blue jumper the teacher had conjured. If she got that and she'd been doing it for years, what hope did Seri have of conjuring anything even slightly fashionable?
Oh, sweet Merlin. This kid was an awkward one, wasn't she?

"Just because you might not. Ever. My dear. Doesn't mean the other people in this lesson won't, and I'm teaching them as much as you. Plus, sewing might actually take you longer than a well placed spell would." Isabelle smiled in response and gently shrugged her shoulders, taking a step back when the girl decided to actually try it out.
Looking over at Sierra when she spoke, Issy nodded. "Yes, you said the wrong incantation. It's Summus Vestis, as Miss Greingoth said. Keep calm and you'll get it eventually."

Daichi sat upright in his chair as the Professor answered the students questions before the class really started. In Daichi's mind, class always started when they came to the practical part cause he thought that theory was boring....He first wanted to sketch out his design on a piece of paper. His tongue stuck out of the corner of his lips as he focused his attention on his drawning. Slowly , a plain white t-shirt came out of it and he stared at his design. He placed it in front of him on the desk and began to try and draw the plushy as the design on the shirt. The end result? it looked nothing like Mr.Duckles but atleast he could make out a duck~!
Happy with his design, the Snake procceeded to push the duck plushy back in his bag after giving it a hug and began to mumble the incantation. "Sommus Vestis" That didn't sound right... He listened to his classmates and tried again. "Summus Vestis" ...yes! that was it~
Grabbing his wand from his wrist holster, Daichi then began to practise the Z motion first without saying the incantation. He slashed the wand in the air a few times until he was satisfied. He was a fifth year now and a OWL student...he couldn't mess this one up!
Taking a deep breath, Daichi looked at the design on his paper to keep it in mind and moved his wand in a Z slash and said "Summus Vestis!"
Waiting...waiting for it...aaand... nothing happend. Letting out a frustrated groan, Daichi turned to look at his classmates and saw that a few of them had managed to melt or set their plastic bags on fire. His face paled a little at the sight but sighed in relief when he saw the water pouring over the fires.
He re-pointed his wand to the plastic bag and felt a sneeze tickling up his nose. Closing his eyes, he held his breath and he could breathe normally again. "Summus!" he said, making the top slash of the Z "Vest-ACHOO!" The sudden sneeze that he thought had been gone made his arms go up and down a second later a loud BANG ringed in his ears.
Eyes widening, the Slytherin took note of the corner of his desk and that it was missing, pieces of the desk lay on the ground. But that was not all. The Mannequin that stood beside him toppled over as well as a part of the plastic leg was missing.
Normally, he would have asked the Professor for a new one but today, his eyes began to tear up a little. Why? Because he was in his OWL year and he couldn't even do this! "I'm so going to fail my exams!" he whined and slumped down on his chair.
Okay, that was a loud bang.
Spinning on the spot, from where she was stood talking to the uninspired Slytherin, Isabelle spotted a desk that was missing a corner, a mannequin laying on the floor without a leg, and another Slytherin slumped over his desk. Right.
"Mister Katharos? Are you okay?" Isabelle bent down and picked up the mannequin, using her wand to re-attach it's leg and lean it against the broken corner of the desk. She stayed down and placed a hand on the boys shoulder, concerned. "You're not the only person to not do it first time, Daichi. Don't worry about that, you'll get it. You always do. If you want my help, I'm here."

When a Gryffindor firstie asked for help, Isabelle was making her way over when someone else got there first. Smiling at the thoughtfulness of the Slytherin, she gave them both a nod. "Thank you Miss Morganzo." Although there seemed to be a little bit of friction between the two. "Miss Cambridge, she is quite right. You have to try and do it yourself. Having some help to start with is all well and good, but after a little while you need to try."
