Harvey nodded and realised that he had let slip something that only he and Justin knew about, oops! "Umm yeah he kind of was" and Harvs wanted to do alot of thinking at the time, which he hadnt done, which put him in this situation. He listened as she answered his question "Well thats nice of them if they think that we would be happy together" he smiled a little cause it was nice! Yes he was happy with her but not in the way that they were talking about, well... not just yet anyways.. just a few more days of thinking were needed thats all. He just hoped that he could find out whether what Mins and Justin were saying was true or not, did he.. like Ella? "Er.. Ella try not to get too shocked by this I .... He didn't mean that he liked her, he was just gathering opinions before he settled down to think this through. Cause both his best friends who knew him more than anyone else, except Ella she knew alot too, but anyways those two best friends were kind of telling him that he liked Ella even if he didn't know it, they were right on that he didn't know thats what he wanted to know

At this point she was done. It was on Harvey now to do his thinking...or figuring things out...or whatever. Ella wasn't going to dwell on it starting now.

The third year was happy about the change in subject matter and she leaned back on her blanket, getting comfortable again. "Well it's nice out and I um...figured I could enjoy the fresh air. I haven't been here since term started." And besides, her favorite spot at Hogwarts was no longer there .

Harvey nodded too yeah she was right as usual, he was really feeling bad for Ella right now. Especially after Mins left after saying all of that, for some reason he was now feeling real sad. As happy as he was to see Mins and Ella he was now feeling the opposite but he didn't let it show, he was surprised that Ella hadn't started hating him yet for all that he had put her through without knowing that she liked him. Now that he knew he should be putting an end to all of that but it seemed he was making it worse without even trying, and thats what made him feel real down that he was ruining things without even trying.

He looked over at the tree wondering if he should leave her alone so that she could enjoy her time here in peace without him making her feel weird, he felt bad as it was and he didn't want to feel worse by making her feel weird. But how to go was the question.

He nodded "Ah ok yeah I guess with all the classes and work that we have I guess its a bit tough to get out here and get the fresh air we need. " he said as he realised that usually he would go there first rather than here, but he had come here to have some fun so thats why he hadn't been to the lake yet. He shook his head at her next question "I haven't been there this term but usually I go there regularly.. well as much as I can with all the school stuff" he said before he came up with something that could make her smile "You know.. that tree must be missing you now that you haven't been there yet after we got here." he chuckled as he realised that even he had a tree that would be missing him since he hadn't been there either
