Jumping to his feet again, Ed leaned so far over the edge of the stands that he could probably have fallen down and hit the pitch. He yelled encouragement at Isaac, looking up and getting a few broomstick twigs in his face. He screwed up his eyes and batted at the air in front of him, but figured he'd let him off since it was quidditch and all. He stood up straight, yelling after Isaac to just grab it, but slumped when he missed it again. One more and they'd have lost the game. He was almost in tears with frustration FOR his best friend. If they lost, he'd take it pretty hard.

The crowds were even more rowdy and on their feet as the snitch was spotted,everyone's attention on both the chasers and the seekers of both teams Gideon's own green gaze was flashing around the air above the pitch to see where exactly it was. It was close but finally the seeker with the golden object in their grasp was wearing blue. "WOOOOT! "That was one catch....two more to go.

The game continued, Gideon sitting down for a bit as the energy slowed in the stands while the focus was on the rest of the team's players and the various actions. A Slytherin player even fouled during a Ravenclaw play causing loss of points to her own team instead of the earning no doubt had been her mistaken intention. Glancing beside him, the prefect couldn't help but see how anxious Selina was reached a hand across to cover hers that was closest to him.

A rush of sound and energy came up and that could only mean one thing....the snitch had been spotted once more, the seventh year turning his curly-haired head in the direction the others around them had been looking. Sure enough, the seekers were at it again after the tiny, fast-flying hummingbird of a ball. Come on....come on. Could Ravenclaw do it again?

Yep....they did. That was two for the eagles.

Richard was really glad to have his girlfriend with him at the stands and he really enjoyed her smell as he kissed her but...

There was a but.

She seemed to be interested in match than him. He eyed the Slytherin girl a bit. Well...yes. She was interested in the match right now. Totally not him. And it looked like she was watching a certain someone but Rich could not tell who. Maybe he could understand being interested in the match as they were there to watch the match but still, the Slytherin boy seemed to be disappointed about it. He wanted all the attention on himself because he was that awesome.

He tried not to sulk and just watched his team mates. His eyes were on them but his mind was obviously elsewhere. Who was she watching? He was not sure if he wanted to know.

Minerva looked around the stands, wow were they being to quiet she leaned to Ethan, "Where is everyone today? It's way to quiet over here." she then smiled shyly at him, "Umm.. Happy Valentines Day by the way." They weren't dating by why couldn't she at least say it to him. It was okay to say, right...

"Richard... your not playing at least cheer.." Turning back to the game she went closer to the mic "James passes the quaffle to Ashby, Ashby heads down the pitch. Ashby flies past Logan and then past Odessa and he wasn't harmed, that should be points right there. Ashby moves around quickly sends the quaffle to Branxton, Kinsley comes to take the quaffle, but Branxton growls away. She sends the Quaffle to Beezus, Beezus heads towards Romeo.. I mean Dylan. She shoots and this time Dylan let's it go by him. Beezus doesn't seem to be playing nicely as she celebrates around him. Cupid has missed his mark with these two today.

Dylan passed the quaffle back into play to Logan. Logan takes off with it under her arm. She is speeding down the pitch. She dodges Beezus, and then moves left as she avoids Beezus again. The quaffle heads to Odessa, Odessa looks like he is ready to knock someones head off. He zooms down field. Taylor sends a bludger towards Odessa again, he zooms away from it, but the beaters are all coming towards him bats in the air. It's not looking good for Odessa. Blue looks like she is out for revenge for all the headbutting, she hits the bludger and hits her target. Odessa flies back on his broom. The quaffle is in the air, Beezus looks like she might make the save, but here comes Kinsley. He pushes Beezus and grabs the quaffle. Heading into scoring position, he shoots, but James saves the day annnnndddddd there's the snitch!!"

Minerva looks to see some on there feet. At least some were getting involved..

Branxton has the Quaffle, she moves down the field. Odessa doesn't seem to like being hit by a bludger, he is after Branxton. Now Kinsley is on the other side, Branxton might have a fight on her hands. Branxton does a dive and Odessa almost runs into Kinsley, but it's quickly avoided. Branxton keeps moving forward. She passes to Ashby, Ashby sees a bat and zooms above it, he gets to scoring position and shoots. He scores for Slytherin, The snitch is having some fun of it's own. It looks as if it's going towards Professor Vindictus , he's on the ground avoiding it, but wait, what is that coming towards us... Minerva looked just in time to see two seekers and a snitch.. "There headed for the stands, be ready fans. Here comes the seekers after the snitch and...

Minerva hurried and ducked as the seekers zoomed towards her knocking her mic to the ground. She smacked into Ethan knocking them both to the ground. "Sorry" She said quickly and hurried grabbing her mic looking around. "Looks like the snitch forgot what teams are playing and is going after the Lion Captain.. There goes the seekers straight towards Richard..hit him...hit him remembering she was on the mic she quickly turned, "The seekers move quickly, OH Ella watch out for the broom... and the fans are being brushed by seekers today folks. The seekers are close and it's Stone with the Snitch!"

Aurora was busy scowling at the eagles who were trying to beat her team when... UH OH!!

"Rich!" She pulled him out of the way as the snitch came towards them and glowered at the little golden ball. And then at the Hufflepuff who was announcing... how dare you... she thought. Why did people think it was alright to be so public about not liking someone? Especially Rich... She didn't even bother looking back over to the game. Instead she reached for his hand to hold and leaned against him, "You okay?" Stupid snitch and seekers and grrrrr........

Em couldn't help but laugh at Ella's squeak, but tilted her head to the side and gave her a quizzical look at the girl's comment. “I'd what?” she asked, wondering what the two of them had said about her. She smiled as the little puff stumbled over her words. “Me too.” she said looking up to where Max was circling the goal post. “Me too.”

Watching as her boyfriend made a spectacular save, she raised her hands to the mouth and yelled “Go Max!!!”

As Ella talked about her and Max's relationship, Em smiled. “I guess that make you my little sister, or something.” The redhead couldn't help but let out a little laugh as the girl said they had each other's back. She looked up at the boy once more and smiled. 'Trust me, you've got nothing to worry about.” She burried her chilly nose into the stolen scarf around her neck, smiling at the warm cinnamon-y scent. ”Its good to know another Badger has his back though”

Emmaleigh nodded once more. ”I don't think I actually know anyone on the Slytherin team this year, but I've been there, and I hate not knowing which team to cheer for.” Like the Hufflepuff/Ravenclaw match. Though she had decided not to cheer for either house, and just cheered for Max.

Minerva looked over at Ed and noticed he was scratched up a bit, "The broom got you too?"

"The fans are on their feet now and someone has a mustache shirt on. Dylan sends the quaffle to Logan. Logan takes the quaffle down the field. Beezus comes up behind Logan and Logan elbow her in the nose. That's going to hurt.. Logan sends the quaffle to West, West heads down the field. He tosses the quaffle to Kinsley, Kinsley gets down towards scoring position. Kinsley shoots the quaffle and scores!!

Ashby has the quaffle, he zooms quickly down the field. Ashby zigzags from a bludger. Lookout Ashby, he's surrounded by beaters. They all look ready to pounce. Hudson hits the bludger and Ashby is in the stands. The quaffle is loose, Logan is headed for it, but Beezus gets it first. These two ladies have been after each other all day. Don't worry girls your not fighting over Richard or Dylan just the Quaffle. It's passed to Branxton, Branxton turns just in time to miss another headbutt from Odessa, he is out to get her today. Branxton is in scoring position, she shoots, but Dylan blocks the shot."

Mhmm.. he remembered the Puff boy, the name had escaped him though. He nodded towards Minnie at her mention and gave Ed a cordial smile. He didn't know who this Ariana was.. but assumed she was on the team of snakes. Whatever.. he wouldn't hold it against her..

GOOOOO RAVENCLAAAAAWWWW!!!!!! The boy was up on his feet as Aiden caught the first snitch. Yesss, Claws in the lead.. Green eyes intent on the game, Ethan's attention was diverted periodically by Minerva's commentary. He chuckled in her direction every once in a while.. she was pretty entertaining.

The boy looked over as she leaned towards him and he shrugged. He didn't know where anyone was either.. there were hardly any Claws here at all. "Uh.. thanks.. same to you," he said, smiling a bit awkwardly. Yes.. he had remembered it was that particular day.. though they weren't seriously dating. Nothing wrong with a friendly greeting though.

His attention back on the game, eyes scanning the action on the pitch, Ethan rose to his feet again, sure he saw the snitch. And yes, the seekers spotted it too as they were headed straight for the stands.. right for..

THUD

Ethan found himself on the floor of the stands.. with Minnie on top of him. He looked at her, stunned, for a second, until she got back up to her mic. "It's alright," he chuckled as he got back up to his seat. "You okay?" She seemed to be at any rate..

And AW YEAH! Ravenclaw gets the snitch!!

When Cassia had first climbed the stands. She had been so nervous, though she wasn't on the team but she was nervous on behalf on the team members. That probably was a reason she wouldn't fit into a the team. Nerves would get her killed for sure. She was so hoping for the snakes to win this match. The last lost had hurt all the snakes and Cassia was hoping that it'd be forgotten once they when this one.

She wasn't sitting and watching the match. She was on her tiptoes watching nervously and biting on her nails. She jumped whenever the Quaffle got closer to one of the hoops. If it was the Snakes' she would be horrified hoping agaist hope that it wouldn't slide into it. And if it was the Eagles' hoops she would urge the stupid Quaffle to slide already!

"Go Snakes!" She would shout every now and then.

But Cassia's enemy was still.......the snitch. Why did the Ravenclaw's seeker had to catch it! WHY why why!! And she prayed for their seeker to actually see the snitch before and be able to catch it.

It was consuming her nerves ,watching all this. But she was mostly watching her friends. Theo and West and she was here to support the team in the first place and to cheer for her friends. So whenever her friends would get near the Quaffle she would cup her hands around her mouth and shout.

"Go Theo And West..You're the BESST!" Hehe. It rhymes. Totally not intentional. Her friends were doing great. She didn't have to worry about that. She just had to worry about the eagles not to play too good. Though BLue was in the team as well. It must be weird for the besties to play against each other.

And another person Cassia was here to watch was Kat. The older girl Cassia hadmet and listed her among the cool older people.

"GO KAT!" She cheered as well. Cassia always hoped to do everything she could for her fellow snakes including the team. And cheering was the only thing she could do.

Rich was staring at the pitch with eyes that did not see. He had no idea what he was looking at. He was just...staring and his mind was busy with things that did not make him happy. And probably that was why he did not see the snitch and the seekers flying towards him even though it was yelled out in the commentary that the annoying Hufflepuff was performing.

He snapped out of his thought when Aurora pushed him out of the way, still the end of the broom of one seeker his cheek and he grunted angrily. He was already not-so-happy and now the snitch suddenly decided to fly on him with the seekers after it. Stupid Ravenclaw seeker and the stupid snitch. He surely felt like pulling its wings off the golden ball. Holding his cheek, he stared at Aurora as she asked if he was okay.

''Yeah i am fine.'' he murmured and went back to glare at....everyone he could see.

Lana really couldn't keep herself away from the stands. The last time she was there, she had been so disappointed. She didn't want to have to put herself through that again, but she just couldn't stay away.

Opting not to get all dolled up again in her full cheering gear, she just pulled her hair up and painted some enchanted eagles on her cheeks before heading down into the stands.

Looking up at the sky, she knew that in an instant that she shouldn't have tried to stop herself. She could just feel how intense the match had been and she was only getting to catch the very end of it now.

Finding a spot, she started to jump and cheer as she watched the blurs of green and blue in the air. The snitch was seen and she was now completely focused on that.

She'd glanced round to see him staring at the pitch... but he hadn't noticed the seekers... what was wrong with him...?

Fine? He didn't look fine... "Are you sure..?" She said, slightly confused as to why he was staring at her like that.

....

and then they lost. Ugh. For Merlin's sake... Aurora took the green ribbons from her hair and shoved them in her pocket. "What's up?" Because if there wasn't something up how come he had been staring at the pitch like that, hmm??

Laura had decided to come and watch a Quidditch Match, well she was suppost to be watching one with her sister but instead she was clinging to her sister as she saw some of the challenges that were happening and the bludger hits that happened. "Sis is it safe for them up there?" Laura sighed, she was sure it wasn't like that when she played saying that she was invincable, nothing could hurt her.

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE EEEEEEEEEEEEE THUD!

That was the last thing Dustin remembered hearing before careening into the stands. He had been flying with the quaffle in hand when all the beaters surrounded him. Right as he realized what was happening, he had been smacked harder than ever by the bludger. As he was flying backwards, one of the Slytherin players tripped him up on his broom and sent his out-of-control broom into the stands.

All while that annoying ringing was in his ears. EEEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeEeEeEeEeEEEeeeeeeeeeeEEEeeeeEeE EEE!

Luckily, the adrenaline and the cheering fans were enough to help him come to quickly enough to see Aidan with the snitch in hand. They had done it! They won! He didn't even care that somehow his quidditch robes had gotten turned around and that his broom was about to go up his nose. He was perfectly content to just sit in the stands all goofy-eyed and watch the team celebrate. But then....congratulations. They were in order. And 'good games.'

The small boy jumped up with a start, tangled in his quidditch robes, and flew off back toward the pitch, all while attempting to harmonize with the EEEEeEEEEEeeeeeeEeEeEEe ringing in his ears.

Nodding at Minnie, Ed shrugged it off. It didn't really matter, it was just a few scratches. Choosing to ignore the awkwardness of Min landing on Ethan, Ed watched the game once more. He watched Isaac flying around for a while until the snitch was spotted once more. He raised slightly from his seat in anticipation and fear, watching them fly side by side. IT WAS SO CLOSE, IT HURT. Letting out a yelp at the mid-air collision, he jumped aside just slightly at the broom crashing into the stand. He peered over the edge at Isaac, who was in the snow bank, with tears of frustration and sadness rolling down his face because he knew just how much this meant to him. He aimed a frustrated kick at the wall of the stand and slumped down into his seat with his head in his hands. He'd tried so hard and it JUST WASN'T FAIR. After a moment of silence, he got back up, ignoring his throbbing foot, to see if his bestie was okay. "ISAAC! UP HERE."

Minerva looked around seeing everyone trying to keep up after the brooms had crossed their faces. Then she heard Ethan, "Oh yes, I'm fine, but wanted to make sure I didn't hurt you..."

She then looked at the pitch, "Odessa has the quaffle and by the sounds of it Dylan is still not happy. He is barking orders at the others. He heads towards Taylor.. He better not think about hitting her..Minerva took a deep breath not wanting to see her friend get hurt, he jumps her bat, but here comes Branxton, you would think with the way he has been after her today she would stay away, but she has her hands out for the quaffle and nooooo, Odessa headbutts her again. How is that allowed people...He passed the quaffle to Ariana Logan, Logan takes it and heads down the pitch. Wait.. Odessa just fell off his broom, there was no bludgers around, he is going, going, gone to the ground. See what happens when you use your head as a bat folks. Beezus quickly gets to Logan's side, these girls never stop. There is pushing, maybe the winner gets a kiss from Dylan after the game. Beezus goes for the quaffle, but Logan is to fast. She moves away from Beezus. Logan passes to Kinsley. Kinsley is smooth sailing, but wait. Ashby is in front of him. There is Blue next to him slowing him down, but here comes Hudson to the rescue, she knocks Ashby away and Kinsley moves in for the shot. Ashby shoots, but it falls short, no score for Slytherin.

The snitch is loose, watch out fans we might see some action again. The seekers are off, but they had to jump Branxton that looks a little dazed from being headbutted still. The seekers are zigzagging all around their teammates. This snitch wants some fun today folks. Maybe it's trying to be cupid itself. They are headed for the beaters. It doesn't look good, and baam they have made contact. Escalante and Muir have hit and they are both going down. Muir gets off his broom as it flies into the stands. WATCH OUT PEOPLE... just as she was reporting this the broom bounced up and knocked the mic off the table almost hitting her, Ethan, and Ed. Reaching for the Mic she pulled it back on the table. Muir looks fine in the snow. Stone is going for the snitch and HE...HAS..CAUGHT..THE...SNITCH... RAVENCLAW WINS!!"

Looking around she noticed a player in the stands as well as on the field, "Professors and Healer will need to head towards the field, as well as a player who has landed in the stands!! That will end today's match with Ravenclaw winning against Slytherin 160-15. Make sure to come out next time for Hufflepuff against Gryffindor and give your sweeties a hug for Valentines Day!"

She smiled as she finished up her commentating. She really did have fun doing this. Looking at Ed, "Think your friend is alright?" she looked over the side he was just sitting there. She knew that feeling. Adjusting her hat she looked at Ethan, taking a quick sip of her hot chocolate. "Well congrats to Ravenclaw." she smiled, "So what are you plans the rest of the day?"

Her hands were in fists now! She wanted to go and punch someone. Though she never did before and she was most likely to break her hand but STILL! Ravenclaws weren't not supposed to be playing well! Because...Because Snakes were better and they had to win!

Her voice got trapped in her throat and she no more knew what to say or cheer. The Snakes were playing well and they would've had more points hadn't it been for those snitches! And then...then...the match ended.

U_U again.

Cassia felt so heartbroken because she knew that the team members would be too. It was their second loss. Does this mean they were out of the championship or not yet. Cassia didn't really know much about this stuff. But it didn't matter. What mattered that this was sad! So sad.

She crossed her arms across her chest and fixed on the best frown she could manage. Yup! She was upset and that brought no good. She squinted her eyes looking down at the members and saw that they were gathering towards someone who was flat on the ground. It too Cassia a bit until she realized that that someone was actually West. Cassia's hand went to her mouth. She didn't know how hard was he injured he wasn't moving and the people around him seemed to be worried. Yeah she could read body language.....kind of.

This was bad! At the first match Theo got injured and it was West! This was so bad. Those boys were targeted no doubt! Cassia made a mental note to do some research about this. See if anyone had any hidden intentions of hurting her friends and the two of the best chasers. She didn't have any idea how was she going to do this but she'd figure something out.

And his team had lost the game.

Apparently Richard Turner had more than one reason to be unhappy right now. First his girlfriend decided someone else at the pitch was much more interesting to look at than being involved with him, then the seekers decided to fly on him and now this.

He now had a headache.

His expression emotionless, he rubbed his temples and kept staring at the pitch. ''Yes.'' he said with a dry tone when Aurora asked if he was sure. What was he supposed to say? He was considered fine if he had not been hit by those seekers anyway, was not he?

Even though he was kinda upset, he could not help looking back at Aurora. In silence, he just stared at her for a moment thinking if he should express what he felt right now.

''Who were you looking at like that?'' then he said looking not so happy.

He shook his head at Minnie's question. Nope. Without a doubt, Isaac was NOT okay. He watched him just leave the pitch. "I gotta go to him. Sorry Min." He shook his head, grabbed the pieces of Isaac's broken broom that had narrowly missed them and bolted without a glance backwards. He was sure West would be fine with Tillstorm attending to him.

Lana kept her eyes on the sky as she get back on her feet. Her could feel the excitement in the air and it was truly effecting her now. Any feelings that she had the last time she was in the stands were no longer there. Today was going to end a lot better.

Glancing to her sister, she smiled. "Silly Bean, you've been up there before. You know as well as I do that quidditch isn't the safest sport." Safe was a relative term when it came to the sport, but that didn't stop her from enjoying it.

Glancing back to the pitch, she continued on cheer her house as their seeker got the snitch.

Yes, they have done it again!

Yes? Liar. -___- But it was what he said next that made Aurora STARE. "What do you mean?" she said, thoroughly confused. "I was watching the game... Theodore is my little bro, you know that right?" So she was looking out for him...

She was allowed to do that right? RIGHT!

Though she did find it kind of cute that he cared... "Are you jealous..?" she asked, holding back a smile. Because that was kind of cute. "You don't have to be you know... You should trust me." Yep.

And another snitch.. Ethan had been up on his feet nearly the whole game it seemed, cheering for his amazing team. When the seekers spotted another snitch, the boy leaned closer to the pitch, eyes intent on the battle for the fluttering golden ball.

Did he catch it? YES! Aidan caught the snitch! Ravenclaw won! Ethan cheered loudly for his team, then turned to Minnie and shot her a grin. "Thanks Min," he said, knowing full well that she supported the other side. At least she was a good sport about it.

He finished the last of his espresso and shrugged to her question. He didn't really have too much planned for the day.. but he did want to talk to her later. "Nothing really.. do you want to go for a walk? I mean, when you're done here.." Ethan shoved his hands in his pockets and gave her a warm smile, not sure if she had some thing to finish up in the stands as part of her job. "Nice job commentating, by the way."

Minerva smiled at Ethan, the stands were slowly clearing out. When she was done, hmm was she done. Well the match was over, so there was no need for her to stick around. "A walk sounds nice. I'm pretty much done here.", she leaned in and whispered, "Plus I probably should get out of here before Richard decides to say something about my comments." Yes she knew she shouldn't say them, but he did deserve it most of the time.

She then blushed a bit, "Thanks, I try.. Sometimes I think I forget that the mic is in front of me." She giggled, she felt she did control herself a bit more then the last time. "At least I didn't drag you into it this time." She nudged him and laughed, "Sorry about falling on your though, but you could say I protected you from getting hurt by the snitch or a broom." she winked trying to play off her fall..

Laura smiled as she watched the Ravenclaw Seeker get the snitch. "I'm glad your house won Sis." Laura hugged her sister and then listen to what she said. "Well I know I'm Invincable, you couldn't get rid of me if you tried, so your stuck with me." Laura giggled, seriously that was how she felt when she got playing quidditch.

Laura looked at her sister and suddenly remember something, she dived into her school bag, that was fulled with chocolate. "Here sis." Laura handed her a bar of chocolate and then she found what she wanted. "Your birthday present." Laura hadn't seen her sister on that day so she couldn't give her it then. "I hope you like it." Laura had given her the dairy earlier and now it was the founting pen turn, it was special because it said Lana on it.

With his fingers laced through Emmaleigh's, Max led the way up to the Hufflepuff section of the stands. Though he wasn't going to cheer for Hufflepuff, he was going to cheer for Emmaleigh and support HER as she supported her own house. "Over here," he raised a lone finger to point toward an empty part of the stands. Good thing they had gotten there early, eh?

He led them to the end of the row and took a seat. Even though he much preferred the front row, he didn't think Em would enjoy being so close to the edge. "I'm glad you don't have to choose which house to root for this time." And he was even more glad that Hufflepuff was going to win today - he was pretty sure of that. Little Vashti had nothing on that Alec Summers. That kid was scary.

So hopefully they would leave today quite cheerful - with Em happy for her house, and Max happy that Em was happy.
