Harvey laughed and nodded "Yes I can see you are!" Ninja Ella "Well I havent really tried to race you somewhere but I tried this time and I lost, but I think you are! you always arrive in class before me" he smiled knowing that he usually took his time on purpose so that he would be able to stand near the door and just look at her for some time before entering the class as usual. As he kissed her his heart just decided that it needed to show its excitement and went banging against his chest like there was no tomorrow. The butterflies? oh what to say about them.. they were in full force right now as he kissed her, he saw her look at her as he looked at her. He grinned proudly as she said it was nice, well that was good cause they couldnt really have bad now could they cause that would just be... well that would just be bad.

He smiled and nodded "Yeah we will need a putter each as well as a golf ball each" he smiled as he reluctantly decided to let her go "Well I guess I had better get the putters and golf balls.. dont you go anywhere now I will be right back!" he said not wanting to leave so soon but he did have to get the putters and golf balls, so he turned around and got a couple of putters and a couple of golf balls before turning back to Ella, for it was time to play the game.

Well who couldn't see that Ella was a ninja? It was fairly obvious, yeah? What with her crazy ninja skills on display all the time. She really needed to hold back a bit more so she could being stealthy and have the element of surprise on her side. "That's true, we haven't properly raced yet." The third year said with a small smile. "Maybe next time we're out on the grounds we could, that might be fun." And she was sure she'd put up a good fight against Harvs. As for arriving before him in class, Ella shrugged. "Honestly? I'm kind of afraid to be late so I just show up super early instead." And she smiled sheepishly, hoping that didn't make her sound like a total dork.

Ohh so she had been right about the putter thingies? BEAM. That was kind of great. See? She was such a gold pro! The fourteen year old smiled as Harvey went to get the putters and balls, debating on whether to sneak off and hide from him. She seriously did love to tease the poor boy but maybe this time she'd give him a break...just this once. ^___^

When he returned, Ella reached out and grabbed a putter and ball, inspecting each curiously. "Alright, so now that we have our erm... equipment." And she held her putter in one hand, ball in the other for Harvs to see. "What do we do next?" It was totally time to golf now, yeah?

Harvey nodded "Yeah we havent, you know thats not a bad idea! Trust you to come up with the fun ideas" he chuckled as he figured the best idea should come from her, but he knew that they would be doing that soon. Cause it was just fun to do that have a good fun race with a friend.. or in his case his girlfriend. He smiled "Yeah? Thats.. cute! And I come later than you so that I can pick the best seat to sit near you, you know.. to kind of distract you" he said trying to look all serious and stuff before bursting out laughing.

As he turned back around he was glad to see that she hadnt decided to hide from him or anything, though he hadnt experienced that but he knew that girls did do that to have a little fun with their boyfriends. He walked upto her and handed her a putter and a ball, he then smiled as she held them in her hands as she asked what they would do next. "Well the ball in your hand, you have to put on that little patch of green that is near your feet.. and from there you gotta hit the ball into that hole with your putter " he said pointing at the hole "But not all holes are this straight forward, as you can see the other holes are more complicated as we advance through the course." he said as he watched her to see if she had gotten the idea, of course he would teach her as they went along.

Ella shrugged, smiling a little. "Yeah, I'm pretty smart like that." And she held a straight face for point two seconds before giggling. "Think you could beat me, Harvs?" BROWS. Cause Ella was pretty fast and she wouldn't allow him to let her win, she wanted a real race. Mhm. Her punctuality was cute? This made Ella smile a little and shrug again. She totally didn't understand why Harvey founded the most random things she did cute. "Do you really come late just for that reason?" Ella asked, amused. "I actually think that's kind of sweet, Harvs." And she smiled warmly at him. "I like when you sit by me, even if it is distracting." Yeah, he really needed to stop doing that. "It's always better when you're nearby."

The fourteen year old listened carefully to Harvey's instructions and nodded, focusing on what she was told to do. The blonde placed her ball down on the green patch and looked up at Harvs with a small smile and raised eyebrows, wondering if that was right. After a confirmation, she fiddled around with her putter, trying to get a good grasp on it. "I...Harvs? Am I holding this thingy right?" She totally wasn't, but at least she was trying...

Harvey smiled "Yeah thats true you are! Should have known you would" he smiled knowing that a fun girl would be the one to come up with the fun ideas. He chuckled as she giggled "Maybe.... I could" he knew that was a straight out lie the moment it left him knowing that he could never beat Ella, but it would still be fun to try. "Maybe... " of course he did just so he could see where she would be and just watch her for a few moments before deciding it was time to distract her. "You do?" he beamed back at her "Well I try not to distract you too much.. honest!" he chuckled "Yeah? always?" he said moving closer to her "That can easily be arranged" he said looking at her, more than him distracting her she was more distracting to him but he wasnt about to tell her that.

He smiled as he watched her place her ball down giving her a small nod to say that she was on the right track, he watched her fiddling with the putter. He walked upto her "Just a moment.. you are right handed... right? if you are put that at the top of the stick.. and your other hand just below it.. like this" he said as he stood behind her and moved her hands so that they were on above and below each other on the top of the stick. He couldnt help but see how pretty a pretty girl's hair look.. he then mentally shook himself out of the trance to see if she was now holding it right "There now you can try hitting the ball, remember that you need to assess the amount of power that you need to get it from here to the hole" he said now moving to one side so that she could have a go at getting it in to the hole "Aim of the game is to get it into the hole in the least shots possible" yup that was telling her it before she hit and complained that he didnt tell her that before.

Ella grinned at Harvey, reaching down to lace her fingers with his. It was second nature for her at this point and she never even needed to look anymore to find his hand. She nodded her head as he said he might be able to beat her, a small smile playing on her lips. "Challenge accepted, Watson." And Ella nudged him gently in the arm before smiling to herself. "You sure about that, cause you do a good job with the distracting thing." Though he couldn't really help it if his face was cute, well unless he started wearing a bag over his head. Hey! Ells could draw a face on it and everything...That might actually be quite humorous ^__^ "Yes Harvs, always." And Ella moved closer too, grabbing Harvey's other hand in hers. "Well good cause I'm totally okay with that." Mhm.

Cool. So at least she'd done something right, even if it was just placing the golf ball in the right spot. She'd take it as a win, thank you very much. Wait, right handed? Ella nodded, eyebrows raised. "That matters?" The blonde asked sheepishly, chewing on her lip. Because Ella had NO idea that it did, though she guess it seemed to make sense. She couldn't help but smile as Harvey helped her adjust her grip on the putter, trying not to grin TOO wide. When he finally stepped back, the third year frowned a little and decided to have a little fun with the boy. "Wait...like this?" And she purposely messed up her grip again so the boy would have to adjust it. Teehee...she was so not going to try and hit the ball yet.

His heart jumped when she laced their fingers not cause that they were holding hands but the fact he just simply loved holding hands with her. He smiled as she accepted his challenge, as she nudged him he couldnt help but grin "Good to hear that ... Bishop" oh yes he could use her last name in a fun way too just as did. He thought about her question "Yes.. I do try.. but unfortunately.. its hard not to. I mean I am sure.. me constantly looking at you can be a distraction, but I cant help but look at you sometimes. So you see.. I do try.. but I dont succeed many times" he said to her as he looked at her.. oh yes.. who wouldnt want to see that pretty face more often in class. His heart decided that the jump before was not enough to portray how excited it was to hear that she loved being near him, for his heart decided to flip around in his chest. He was almost in a trance as she moved closer and held his hands if he hadnt come out of that he would have missed what she had said "Good.. then I will see to it that it is put on the seating arrangement that we have this agreement" he said with a straight face before bursting out laughing at the way he was talking, he had never talked like that in his life.. and right it just seemed to fit to talk like that.

He smiled and nodded "In many cases yes, because if you try putting your left hand on top you may feel a little awkward holding the putter whereas with your right hand on top it will feel more natural and easy to move about when putting" he said practicing on himself first with the left hand on top "This does not feel right to me being right handed.. so I will also be using my right hand on top" he said to her to see if she now understood a little more why being left or right handed mattered in this game. He stepped back looking at the hole and then looked back at Ella as she asked him to confirm her grip. He smiled and shook his head "No..no here let me help you out again" he said as he stood behind her again, wishing that they could stay like this for a long time but he had to teach her this game "Like this" he said adjusting her grip, making the right V shape with her left forefinger a thumb around the putter stick and neatly resting her right hand inside her left while gripping the putter from the top. "There thats how you grip it" he said looking at her now rather than the putter, gosh she looked amazing from any angle didnt she? even here from behind only being able to see half her face she still looked as pretty as ever. In all this he forgot to step away so that she could take her shot.

So this was nice, being out here with Harvey. Not that they didn't always hang out on the grounds like this, it was just this felt a bit different. Like a real proper date. Grin. "Yeah, I guess that's true. If I see you looking I kind of can't help but look back." Just the facts, those were. Besides, it wasn't as if Harvey was hard to look at. She rather enjoyed locking eyes with him, even if it did make her turn red as a tomato. She giggled a bit at the seating arrangement comment before smiling up at him. "Okay great, that sounds like a good plan..." And she studied his serious face for a moment before cracking up. He really couldn't hold those serious faces for long.

Another cute thing Harvey did, explain things as if he was a Professor. Ella didn't know what about it made her smile so much but she couldn't help but be amused at the way he was teaching her to hold the putter. He just sounded so...teacher-ish. "Ah yes, I see." She said, stroking her imaginary beard before giggling. "Seriously though, you do know a lot about golf. Do you play with your Dad?" Cause now she was curious. The fourteen year old grinned when he had to help her adjust her grip again, trying not to let on that she'd messed it up on purpose. She tilted her head so she could watch him as he helped her, smiling when he finished. "Thanks, Harvs." And she turned back to the course, deciding it was time to actually give it a go.

Or she would of if Harvey wasn't still right behind her. Grin. "Harvs?" She said quietly, looking at him over her shoulder. "If you don't want to get hit with the putter you might want to move a bit." And she smiled at him before giggling.

And then after taking a deep breath, Ella carefully hit the ball with medium force, watching as her ball rolled right towards the hole. The blonde frowned a bit as it stopped just before reaching it, wondering what she'd done wrong. "I...is it your turn now?"

As he stood there with her he suddenly had the felt something new within him, something.... more? He looked at her as he wished that he had done this a long time ago, but he couldnt shake that feeling he had just now, but he would have to try for Ella. He grinned "Yeah? well thats how I feel, when I see you looking I... just ... keep looking" he chuckled trying to imagine how it might look to a professor if they continued looking at each other. But hey they loved it so they werent going to stop, heck he wasnt gonna stop cause of the tomato face that she ended up with. He smiled "I am glad it does, cause its already been noted and cannot be undone" he chuckled, watching her look at him before he couldnt help but laugh. What was it that made him laugh when he was trying to be all serious? was it the fact that he was joking around with her or something? it sure did sound like it.

He smiled and nodded as she seemed to get his explanation on holding that putter, he then thought about her question before answering. "No.. I played alot with my.. Grandpa Jim. He was like a golfing expert in our family and I would go with him alot since as long as I can remember. He even gave me my own baby putter when I was like 4.. which I still have" he smiled as he remembered his baby putter "I do play with my dad now some weekends since..." his Grandpa passed but he didnt voice this "But hey.. maybe now we can golf more often now! " he chuckled "And then maybe one of these days you will beat me" though he wondered how it would sound that Harvey Watson was beaten by his girlfriend, though he wouldnt mind being beaten by her.

He felt her watching him and it felt sooo good to be this close to her, maybe they needed to golf alot more now. "No worries" he said smiling and continuing to look at her.. he had this urge to plant a kiss somewhere.. her shoulder.. or her neck? somewere!! But just before he could act on these thoughts she called out his name and he listened to what she had to say before she giggled.. oh how he loved the sound of her giggling.. music to his ears like it had always been! "Oh.. oh right.. yes.. yes" he stumbled along as he moved away to give her room to take her first shot. He watched as the ball rolled towards the hole and he for a second thought it was going to be a hole-in-one.. but!!.. it stopped just before reaching the hole. He looked at Ella stumped!! he had no idea she was that good!! oh for sure with more practice she would be beating him soon, this made him smile! He nodded "Yup its my turn.. and I have to say you are good for a first timer.. or have you played golf before and been hiding it from me?!" he chuckled jokingly as he put his ball down ready to take his first shot.

Ella smiled warmly at Harvey, thinking about how odd that must look to other people. "We must look really silly, just staring at each other like that." Giggle.Shrug. Ella supposed that anyone who liked someone as much as she liked Harvey would understand the whole staring thing.

Oh, Harvey's Granddad. Ella nodded, biting her lip. They'd talked about their Granddads before, she remembered because she had been close to her Granddad as well. That was a long time ago, though. "You had a baby putter?" Grin. "That must have been so cute." She could picture a baby Harvey trying to wack golf balls and it made her smile. The blonde squeezed his hand as he cut his sentence short, knowing he probably still missed his grandfather a lot. "Yeah, we could do this more often if you want." She'd be okay with that. "Who's to say I won't beat you this time, Harvs?" She added playfully, poking him in the chest. They'd only just started playing so who knew, she could surprise him.

Ella giggled again, shaking her head at Harvey. Boys... Wait! She was good? But..."But I didn't get it in, Harvs." Wasn't that the point, to get it in the hole? She shook her head, smiling a little. "Nope, haven't. I always figured golf would be quite boring." But golfing with Harvey wasn't half bad. The third year moved off to the side as Harvey set up to take his shot, ready to watch.

Harvey smiled and shook his head "No.. I dont think we do.. we will just tell people that we are having a secret conversation with our eyes" he said as he looked into her eyes, yeah they could totally pull off the 'having-a-conversation-with-our-eyes' thing!!

He nodded while trying to surpress a laugh at the admission that he had a baby putter "Yeah.. it was half.. no wait.. I think 1/3 of the size of this one.. or half I cant tell much actually.. but its one of those baby ones.. in blue plastic. Before he got me a proper kiddie one that was metal, I still have those" he said realising that he should not have said that, what girlfriend wants her boyfriend had baby putters when he was a kid! Ok so maybe she did! "Yeah? you think so! maybe I should show you those putters when you come over to my place sometime he smiled as he said this knowing it would be great since his mom loved her the last time she had met Ella. He felt her squeeze his hand and he squeezed hers back and he looked at her "I am fine, I have you dont I?" he said as he kissed her for a few moments. He hadnt been this happy since back then and knowing that she had made him this happy made her very special. He smiled and nodded "Yeah thats cool.. just let me know when you want me to beat you at the game" he chuckled jokingly before she made him raise his eyebrows "You beat me? Umm no-one? Is it a possibility? Well it would be fun to see you beat me" he then clapped a hand over his mouth, he hadnt meant to say that out loud!!!

He smiled as he looked at her ball "Ella.. since its your first try at this game.. you are very good to even get it that close! I know people who end up hitting it too hard or have the wrong angle on it or something and it goes in totally the wrong direction." he said as he looked at her "You are good at this game" he smiled as he said she was cause he didnt want her getting bored of golf just cause she was really rubbish at it. He thought it and she kinda said it "Well golf isnt too boring if you are having fun, you are having fun playing with me right? If you arent we can do something else!" he said suddenly realising what if she didnt like the game and he was just making her play it, though she seemed to be enjoying it but better to ask than to assume.

Ella giggled at this, though she knew sometimes you could communicate with your eyes. People did that all the time. "Or..." She said after a minute, a small smile on her face. "We could tell people we're having an epic staring contest." And she gigged, shrugging her shoulders. She'd totally win that too, y'know...a staring contest.

Something about Harvey keeping his baby golf clubs made Ella smile. Maybe it was because she too was sentimental like that, keeping things that reminded her of her Granddad and Mom. "I bet it's funny seeing them now, I mean now that you've grown up." She wondered if they made him kind of sad as well because sometimes her old things did that to her. That's the trouble with holding on to things from the past, the remind you of the good and the bad. "I'd like that, to see them. Maybe when we get home for the summer you could show me?" Not that she needed an excuse to go to Harvey's, she planned on visiting lots. She smiled at Harvey when he said he was fine cause he had her, biting her lip and nodding. It was a powerful thing, knowing you made someone feel better. It made Ella feel really nice to know she could have that effect on someone. "Yup, you have me." She said back quietly, smiling at him. She giggled as he joked about beating her and her beating him. Honestly, she'd be okay with whoever won because she was just enjoying hanging out with the boy.

How was he able to do that, make her feel instantly better? Maybe that was his super power? Grin. "Thanks Harvs." You know, for being reassuring and great and such. "Harvey Watson, of course I'm having fun." She said seriously, turning to face him fully. "I think I'd have fun doing just about anything as long as you were there with me." And she grinned at the boy, nodding her head. "You had to know that." And she really hoped he felt the same way about her.

He heard her giggle, man he loved those giggles so much he never wanted them to end. It was like his heart beat according to the beat of those giggles, he smiled which turned into a grin as she continued her giggling. Seriously she just had some like magic kind of giggling.. that was hard NOT to smile or even grin at. He nodded "Yeah or that! Which I would totally win of course!" he chuckled as he joked but acted like he was serious, he knew just a little air kiss or something from her would lose him the staring contest but she didnt need to know that.. just yet.

He nodded "Yeah it is funny cause you look at them now and you realise how much you have grown, you were that tall and now tall and old enough to use the real deal" he said showing her the putter "They look so small next to this thing" he said swinging the putter a bit before looking at her "Yeah? you would? Alright.. come this summer I will show you my baby golf stuff complete with its own set of balls." he grinned at her.. he had never offered anyone this and yet here was Ella who was not embarrassed to tell that he had a baby golf set and on top of that he had just made a plan with her to see the set. There was something about her that he knew that no matter what he said or did, it would be loved and adored.

He saw her bite her lip as she agreed that he had her, cause honestly now that he had her he couldnt imagine life without her.. and that kinda scared him... quite a bit! which is why without thinking he went over to her and kissed for a moment or two and gave her a hug "I .. am glad I do have you.. really glad" as much as he had promised her to never leave her... he was now hoping against all odds that they would stick together until they could stick together no more! Again she giggled and just made all that he was thinking move far away from his mind and he had to chuckle this time cause it was just funny.

He grinned back in return to hers "No need to thank me, I am just telling you what I see! I dont see many girls getting their balls that close on their first try!" he looked at her as she stood there with her putter.. she somehow just.. fit the part. "You know what? I think you are a natural at this! You should play more often and maybe be champion" he smiled as he imagined her as the golfing champion of the world!

He beamed as she said that she was having fun and it wasnt said in a fun way it was said in all seriousness, he beamed as much as he could "I feel the same way Ella, as long as you are with me.. then even the boring things become .. less boring. I guess.. we both feel the same way on that" he said moving closer to her now that they were inches away. He gave her a quick kiss as he realised he was yet to take his shot, once he gave her the kiss he stood near his ball and he looked at her "That was a kiss for good luck, which I now know you dont need.. the luck I mean.. the kiss.. more of that later on." he said giving her a wink and aiming up his shot and giving it a good hit. He watched as his ball stopped short of Ella's ball.. meaning hers was nearer to the hole than his was. He looked at her "I guess its your turn now" he said going over to her and standing next to her knowing that she could beat him. But really who cared? they were having alot of fun just being there with each other.

Ella grinned before raising her eyebrows at Harvey, head tilted to the side. "Not so sure you'd win that one, Harvs." She said confidently before laughing a little. Her competitive side was loving this. "Maybe we'll have to try it out sometime." She'd be okay with that.

Grin. "Yeah, that's how I feel whenever I look at my old stuffed animals. They always seemed so big to me when I was little and now...well they remind me how big I've gotten." They made her sad sometimes, mostly because she wished she could go back to being a little girl again. It was easier back then. "Yeah? It's a plan then. I'd be happy to come and hang out at your house. Your family is awesome." Grin. And so was Harvey.

Ella was a bit taken back by the kissing but it didn't stop from kissing him back. She smiled up at him when he then pulled her into a hug, wondering where that had come from not that she minded. "I'm not going anywhere, okay?" She said reassuringly, reaching down to squeeze his hand. No need to worry, Watson. Ella Bishop was completely happy.

The third year smiled to herself, knowing Harvey had set himself up. "And just how many girls do you take golfing, Harvey?" And she looked at him with raised eyebrows, arms folded across her chest. She was smiling though, clearly not upset. The blonde giggled at the golf champion comment, thinking Harvey might be overestimating her abilities a bit. "Thanks Harvs, I'll think about it." Beam. Beam. Beam.

The fourteen year old was really glad that Harvey felt the same way as she did. She wanted him to have fun all the time and if she could help, that was kind of awesome. Beam. "I guess we do." And then she went pink in the face again as Harvey came quite close, her heart beat increasing and beating REALLY loud. EEP. Could he hear that? She smiled sheepishly when he said his kiss was for luck, shaking her head at him. "No need for luck, Harvs. I'm a natural, remember?" Grin. O__O Wait? She'd done better than him? Ella looked at him curiously, wondering if he'd done that on purpose. "I hope you're not letting me win, Harvs." She said seriously, a small smile on her face.

And then it was her turn. Ella walked down to her ball and eyed the hole. She could totally do that. She lined up her putter and gently tapped the ball, GRINNING as it went right into the hall. BEAM. "I did it." She squeaked, looking over at Harvey excitedly.

...Okay, so maybe golf wasn't so boring after all.

He watched as she raised her eyebrows at him "No? so.. I dont win anything now?" cause he would lose the golf..and he would now lose that contest too? So he would lose both contests? Well looks like he would have to get used to it now, though he doesnt mind losing to Ella cause it was fun anyways. He nodded and chuckled "Yeah we should! Let me know when you are ready and we will do that" he said smiling as he knew that it would be fun either way even if he lost.

He smiled as she said thats how she felt "You still have your ickle stuffed animals? Ella and her stuffed animals,, yeah.. looks.. good" he chuckled as he imagined her surrounded by her stuffed animals. He nodded "Yeah that can make you feel alot older and bigger now that they seemed to have shrunk in size" he said nodding in agreement with her. It did make you feel a lot bigger when something as small as that was near you. He nodded "Yeah! Ok then! Well they think you are awesome too! Mom really liked you when you came round over christmas" he said proudly.. for once his mom didnt mind him having YET another girlfriend, for she and Ella got on well together. Almost like a mother and her daughter.. mm that wasnt a bad idea.. his mom being LIKE a mom to Ella as well.

He smiled as she kissed him back, he nodded as she said that she wasnt going anywhere "I know.. I just... needed to do that" he said not wanting to explain why he did it cause to be honest right now he didnt want to burden her with something right now, she seemed happy and free right now and thats how he wanted it to stay. He looked at their hands as she squeezed his hand and he squeezed hers back, it was good to know that she was with him. He smiled as he looked at her, how had he not realised how great she was before, he truly was a daft idiot. He was just wondering how to hide how he was now SUPPOSEDLY feeling about her, he wasnt sure but he was sure he knew why he was feeling this way but she didnt need to know just yet.

He smiled as she agreed that they both did, which was so cool that they seemed to agree on many things without even meaning to, now wonder they had gotten on so well from the beginning. He chuckled as she went pink at how close he was to her, just the reaction he was hoping for. His heart was beating fast and loud and wondered if hers was too! He chuckled and nodded "True I did say you were a natural, so yeah no need for luck" he agreed with her, since she was such a natural there was no need for luck on her side. He looked at her as she asked him a question, he shook his head "Nope.. I am playing fair and square" he told not adding the fact that the kiss that he gave her just before he took his turn could have distracted him a little, she didnt need to know that right now since she was having fun playing the game.

He watched as she took her second shot at the ball and he knew that she would get it in since it was not that far from the hole, he watched her line up her putter and tap the ball in gently.. he beamed as he knew the ball was on course for the hole. He grinned and nodded "Yes I see that, see what a natural" he said as she squeaked excitedly! He walked over to her "You know what.. I think a bit more practice and you will be as good as me" he said to her. If she practiced all of summer and got the hang of the angles and power then she would be as good as him.

Ella shook her head, smiling at the boy. "Well...you could try but I just don't think so." GRIN. "Hey, I bet you could beat me in a weight lifting contest, that's something." And she giggled, making a puny muscle and showing it to Harvey. "Alright, I'll let you know when I'm ready." She added with a small smile.

Ella turned a bit pink but didn't turn away, shrugging her shoulders. "I do... lots of them, actually. I don't have the heart to get rid of them." Besides, people she loved gave them to her so why wouldn't she want to keep them? "Yeah...I don't know why it feels like time is going by SO fast." It kind of freaked the fourteen year old out a bit, actually. Grin. Ella was really happy that Harvey's family liked her, that was important to her and she'd been really worried about making a good impression. "I...well good, I'm really glad." Cause if his family hated her that might be a damper on things...just a little.

"Okay, I'm not complaining." Ella said with a smile, eyes traveling from his to the ground. She was starting to think something was up with Harvey but she couldn't quite figure out what yet. The third year was going to keep an eye on the situation, though. That's what good detectives do.

"Good, cause I never want you to let me win at anything. That doesn't make you any better at anything, y'know?" She'd felt that way ever since she was a little kid, getting annoyed when her Dad would let her win at board games. If she was going to win something, she wanted it to be fair and square.

Grin. Grin. Grin. Ella just couldn't stop. She felt kind of accomplished, especially with Harvs complimenting her skills. "Thanks, Harvs!" BEAM. "It's your turn now, yeah?" And he'd totally be able to get it in.

Harvey chuckled "No? Well I guess I could give it a try" he smiled.. knowing that it was no point arguing since she had it right.. he would not be able to beat her. He looked at her muscle "I could? No that looks pretty strong to me" he said squeezing her arm a little "Mm.. I might just beat you, wouldnt be able to tell.. maybe you would have a strong grip that might distract me or something" or even her just looking at him, staring at him would distract him a little enough to break his focus. He smiled as she said that she would let him know when she was ready "Alright.. yeah you do that" and he would get ready to lose .. well he would try his best.. but she probably had little tricks up her sleeve to make him lose or something.

He smiled as she turned pink after admitting to her cuddly stuffed toys "Yeah.. I guess its hard to get rid of anything that has lots of memories attached to it" like his golf clubs "I think its good that you have kept them, I mean.. you look at them and they make you feel young again.. well as you as you were when you got that stuffed toy or golf club" he smiled as she said that she had no idea why time seem to be going by fast "Yeah I know.. I guess when we were kids we couldnt wait to be grown ups.. and now that we are heading that way.. we just wonder where time went by. We sped along cause we wanted to grow up thats all" he chuckled.. well thats how he saw it anyways.. I mean how else would you explain... wait "And the fact that we enjoy ourselves.. with the people we lo.. I mean care about that makes time fly by too" he said placing a hand on her cheek, she was one person that he well and truly cared about. He was glad that he had told her that, at least she knew that she was always welcome in their home "Yeah! Mom just loved you.. Harley.. doesnt understand how you can like me so much.. Emily just.. enjoyed having another girl around that she could talk to.. and Dad.. well he was just glad that he could rely on someone to keep an eye on me making sure I study" he chuckled as he told her all that he knew from the little chat that they had after she had left.. cause her being his girlfriend he wanted to know what they thought of her. He was happy about the positive response, even from Harley.. showing him that he too thought that Ella was an amazing girl.. well thats he saw it.

He smiled as she said that he wasnt complaining "Yeah I know.. I mean I dont think you can complain about that" he chuckled as he saw her look to the ground, oh bugger.. she knew that something was up.. she just knew it didnt she? man he had to do a better job at hiding things. He wasnt sure she was ready for a big thing like that.. just yet and he himself wasnt sure it was what he thought it was. If it was.. he would have to wait until the right time to break it to her.

He nodded as he listened "Never? huh I see.. ok.. well I will make sure that I dont let you win.. at.. anything" well that put some of his fun plans out the window, but at least they could still have fun at least "Yeah I know.. ok we will play fair and square" he said knowing that it would now upset her if he did let her win.. so might as well play fair and keep her happy.

He saw the big grin on her face after she had putted the ball into the hole.. he was glad that she was enjoying this so much "No worries" he beamed back at her and nodded "Yup.. my go now" he said looking at her a final time before giving his ball a little bigger tap than she had done and he too played the ball into the hole "There .. now onto the next hole" he said as he got his ball out of the hole and looked towards the second one which was a little more trickier. He stretched out his hand for hers.. so that they could walk hand in hand onto hold number two.

Grin. Grin. Grin. If Harvey couldn't tell, Ella was really enjoying herself right now. She let out a little giggle as he squeezed her muscle, rolling her eyes at his comment. "Oh come on, if you looked up noodle arms you'd find a picture of these." And she laughed before flailing her arms around a bit. The third year raised her eyebrows as he said she could beat him by distracting him, a small smile playing on her lips. "Oh yeah? How exactly would I do that?" Though she knew exactly what he was probably thinking. Grin.

"Exactly...I um..." Sad smile. "I guess I'm afraid if I get rid of them I'll forget, you know?" And maybe that was a silly way to see things but it was in the back of her mind. At least he understood where she was coming from, though. That made the blonde feel much better. "When I was really little, I always wanted to be out working and having freedom and it all just seemed so cool, y'know?" But nobody tells you when you're really little all the hard stuff that goes along with growing up. Nope, they conveniently leave that stuff out. "But now...well most of the time I'd like to be eleven again." Though not everything about growing up was bad, like Hogwarts and having boyfriends. That was nice. ...Blink. Blink. Was he going to say l-...lo...Ella couldn't even wrap her mind around the fact that Harvey might have been starting to say the L-word. She did look at him with wide eyes though, chewing on her lip. "I um...yeah, yeah that makes time go by quicker too." And she gave him a small smile before closing her eyes when his hand touched her cheek. She still wasn't used to that. She opened them just as quickly as they had shut and beamed at the boy as he went over everyone's impressions of Ella. "I'm um...well they're great and I'm really happy they felt the same about me."

Nod. Nod. Nod. Ella approved of this not letting her win stuff and she gave the boy a satisfied smile, squeezing his hand gently. "Thanks Harvs, I appreciate it." She'd win fair and square and if she lost, well she'd be okay with that too. Mhm!

"Nice shot, Harvs!" The fourteen year old said cheerfully when her boyfriend got his ball in the hole. He was good at this, huh? Beam. "Next hole? Okay, cool." And Ella picked up her ball and stuck it in her pocket, holding the club in her right hand and grabbing Harvey's with her left. "Let's go."

He watched as she grinned and giggled as he squeezed her muscle as she then rolled her eyes at him and his comment "Yeah those strong looking ones.. that seem puny but have a strong look about them" he chuckled as they talked about her arms as if they were noodles. He chuckled more as she flailed her arms about as if they WERE noodles, before he saw her raise her eyebrows as he said that he would get distracted by her he smiled as she asked her question "Well maybe you might do this" he said taking her hand in his and kissing the back of her hand "See... now that.. can be.. very.. distracting" he chuckled as he looked into her eyes.. maybe trying to distract her a little at the same time.


He smiled a warm smile and nodded "I know what you mean, I think its nice that you still have them.. it shows how much they mean to you" he smiled. He wasnt going to say that he minded that she had all those stuffed toys, cause afterall he loved everything about his girl including the stuffed toys part. Yes he actually genuinely didnt mind that she actually had a stuffed toys collection, cause they did say that they were all still little kids inside. He nodded along agreeing as she talked "Yeah I know!! I used to remember dad going out and working and stuff.. and how he always seemed to be doing something cool that I couldnt do! At that time I just wanted to be able to do all that the same as you wanting to go out there working and having that freedom!" he nodded some more "I know!! thats the part they leave out!" he then looked at her as she talked about being eleven again "Yeah! I know why! just so you can see my mohawk again! I knew you liked it when you first saw it" he chuckled as he joked with her, remembering how he had noticed her there when she was that little twelve year old that had seen him all those years ago. They had both noticed each other back then but.. thought nothing of it.. until they became friends. "But not everything about being a grown up is bad.. I think.. you know that now" he said looking at her and wiggling his eyebrows.. cause of course it would have been hard to explain these feelings at that age, that was one reason he didnt mind that he was growing up.. cause he could openly show that he had a girlfriend. He remembered when he was eleven how people kept telling him he was too young to have a girlfriend, sure they were right cause he and Mins didnt last long.. but they still liked each other to give it another shot in his second year before failing again. He may have felt horrible that it didnt work, but he was actually now kinda glad it didnt work..for he could now have Ella. It would have felt wrong if he and Mins were together all these years and suddenly realising that you might like someone else.. anyways why was he thinking about Mins.. Ella was the one he should be thinking about. He watched her blink as he almost slipped up, oh bugger she probably caught that, yup she did what with her wide eyes and chewing of her lip.. ok.. carry on as normal.. carry on as normal "You know.. you look cute when you chew your lip like that" he said as she said that it could make time pass by quickly too. He watched as she closed her eyes at his hand on her cheek as he told her what everyone thought of her in brief "I am glad too.. they now see what an amazing girl I am dating" he said as he looked at her, she really was amazing and he couldnt say that enough!

He watched her nod as he told her that he would not let her win exactly "No worries.. anything to make you happy and besides as you said its not a fair way to play a game" he smiled as he was glad that she appreciated it.

He beamed at her as she told him it was a nice short "No.. yours was better than mine.. both of your shots.. first one had you lined up close and perfect to the hole while the second just tapped it in" he smiled as she picked up her ball and stuffing it into her pocket grabbed his hand and off they went to the next hole. Once they got there he had a look at it, was not that much difficult... it was just a little longer and required a bit of an angled shot to the whole since the course was in a kind of L-shape

A strong look about them? This made Ella giggle even more. She found it adorable the way Harvey tried to compliment her even when he was agreeing with something negative she'd said about herself. He really was sweet. When he kissed the back of her hand, Ella turned a bit pink and smiled at him. "I...yeah, I see what you mean now." It totally was distracting, by the way.

Ella returned Harvey's warm smile and nodded, glad he thought it was nice and not completely weird. She was also glad that he'd agreed with her about the growing up stuff. It was nice to be able to talk about this with someone that understood exactly what she was feeling. Grin. "Harvs...the mohawk was..." Giggle. "Well it was definitely an interesting look for you." And she smiled as she thought back to him with that hair, thinking it was really funny how much had changed since then. ...A lot had changed, actually. Most for the better which was nice. The wiggling the eyebrows thing? It made the third year laugh and shake her head at the Claw, amused. "I do know that." Smiles. "Growing up definitely isn't all bad." And she nudged him gently in the arm before smiling down at the ground. The biting lip comment? Ella turned pink and raised an eyebrow. "This." And she bit it again in demonstration. "Is cute?" She really didn't get that. "You're amazing too, you know." The blonde felt she needed to add that.

BEAM. "I'm glad you think so, you being the expert and all." And she smiled up at him, bouncing a bit on the balls of her feet. The next shot looked more complicated when they got here and she tilted her head to the side, observing it. "Alright...me first?" And she placed her ball on the ground, biting her lip as she decided how she wanted to shoot.

He smiled as she giggled at what he said about her noodle arms, hmm noodles.. he felt like having some noodles now.. focus! you are here with Ella! He smiled when she turned pink as he kissed the back of her hand, he nodded "Yeah.. you see it now.. thats .. thats good" cause he was now getting distracted, he looked at her hand and then her.. before planting another one on the back of her hand. He then just acted all innocent as if that was the first one he had done, then grinning.

He smiled as she did, see he knew what she was talking about and he understood it. Besides.. Ella and her stuffed toys? that was like.. so cute! Ella was cute in every way and he didnt want that to change. He then raised his eyebrows as she giggled over his mohawk, he then chuckled "Yeah.. what a way to look in front of the girl who was to be my future girlfriend, man if I had known I wouldnt have ... well I would have sat at the table since I always sit there with my fellow puffs" he chuckled as he said this. Man he thought back to her back then, how he had noticed her straight away. How he had wanted to get to know her, to hang out with her. Look at him now... he was dating that pretty girl he had noticed at the puff table. He smiled as she agreed that growing up wasnt all bad "Yeah they do have their... pretty... moments" he chuckled as she nudged him before looking down. She then looked at him and turned pink at his next comment as she demonstrated it to him, he moved in closer to her and just whispered "Very.." he said as he was loving that lip biting thing that she did, it made her look.. even more adorable.. whenever she did that it always made him want to kis... he then kissed her. He then smiled as she added that he was amazing as well "I guess I amazing cause someone special just brings that out in me" he smiled as he didnt know how she did it but she made him seem amazing.. and he felt amazing.. to be with her.

He smiled and shook his head "Oh I am no expert.. but yes I do know a good shot when I see one" he smiled.. or two in her case. He smiled as she bounced on the balls of her feet before they went over to the next hole as she looked at it to see how to get her ball near the hole. He watched as she bit her lip as she decided how she wanted to shoot "Want me to teach you how to do this one or do you want to try it yourself first?" he asked her as he wondered. He would happily teach her if she wanted him to.

Yup, she saw it. It had totally worked too, so the boy had done his job well. The fourteen year old couldn't help but grin widely when he kissed the back of her hand for a second time, the innocent look on his face causing her to roll her eyes at him. He was too adorable sometimes. Seriously.

"You know," Ella said thoughtfully, head tilted to the side. "I think maybe the mohawk was a good thing cause it made me want to talk to you." And she smiled a little, suddenly quite thankful Min had decided to mess with his hair that day. "So maybe it wasn't so bad after all." Or at least that's how she saw things. There was a bright side to everything, y'know. When he leaned in closer to her, the third year's heart starting beating really fast. Could he hear it? Cause Ella could. She tucked a strand of hair behind her hair nervously, not exactly sure why she was nervous. This was Harvey...what the heck was wrong with her? BLINK. Ella was startled for all of a second before kissing the boy back briefly and pulling away, a sheepish grin on her face. She'd never get used to that. Beam. Beam. Beam.

"You sure you're not an expert, Harvs? Cause from what I can tell, you know a lot about this stuff." And okay, maybe he wasn't ready to teach a course on the subject but in this relationship, he was totally the expert. Looking up at the boy, a small smile played on her lips as she thought over what he'd asked her. "Sure you can teach me, I'd like that." The third year could see he was excited about the idea and Ella liked to learn so she figured why not. The blonde stood there smiling while she waited for him to help. She was ready when he was.

He chuckled as she rolled her eyes at him, she loved doing that and he loved seeing it!

He watched her tilt her head to the side and he raised his eyebrows as he listened "It did? well I guess we have to thank Mins twice.. once for changing my hair and making me.. an Ella-magnet.. and secondly for pushing us together one final time" he said looking at her. He nodded "Yeah I have to agree it wasnt all that bad, cause it worked!" he smiled at her "We came back for our new term and you came looking for me and found me in the gardens, where began our new journey" a wonderful journey at that. He was so glad now that Mins had changed his hair that day and he was also so glad that it made Ella want to talk to him more, cause it could have easily put her off wanting to talk to him ever. But that mohawk drew her to him instead.

He just couldnt help himself with her biting her lip, it was kinda irresistable to NOT want to kiss her when she did bite her lip. GOSH!! Why did she have to be so adorable.. the way she tucked a strand of hair behind her ear!! Another of her cute things! He could feel himself getting deeper into all of this.. he needed to tell someone before he was going to explode.. who could he tell? MINS!!! He had... to!! he just had to!! Right.. Mins.. he made a mental note to talk to her soon enough! He chuckled at the grin on her face "I kinda.. love doing that now" he said rubbing the back of his neck a bit.. he was really enjoying the kissing part.

He smiled and nodded "I am sure! If I was an expert I am pretty sure I would have done that last hole in one go!" he said nodding some more! "Well you would too if you spent nearly every weekend playing the game for nearly 6 years. Cause I got my first golf set when I was a little three year old..and I played way up until I was nine" he stopped at this point since he just couldnt play the game, but his father got him playing again. He was glad now that he did since he could teach Ella how to play the game. He saw her smile as he asked her the question "Ok then" he then got behind and put his hands on hers holding her putter, this made an electrical shock go through his body as he looked at her, he then slowly turned her so that her putter was at an angle aiming for wall that was opposite to the hold-side. "We..er. we are going to hit it there.. to make it.. er.. go the other way.. towards the top.. wall.. and then .. er be near the hole" he said still looking at her and not the hole anymore.

RUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN! SKIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIP! GIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGGLE!

Kurumi had never felt so free and without a sense of any responsibility before and it was a glorious feeling. How had this happened again? Last thing she honestly remembered was Professor Newlin talking about fwoopers, her waving her wand, and then... Nope, nothing after that really. Not that it really mattered anyway because what DID matter was that it was a BEAUTIFUL day and the seventh year felt oh so fine.

"VIIIIIIIIIIIIIVIIIIIIIIIIIIII!" Kurumi sang as she came to a sudden halt in front of the mini golf sign. Had she known this had been here all along? Probably...but right now the Gryffindor wasn't in the right mind set to remember such details. "Do you thiiiiiiiiiink we should shrink ourselves to plaaaaay? It is MINI golf after all. OH OH OH! Are you wearing your golfer's socks." And she said this with the utmost seriousness while swaying back and forth. "The pair with a hole in one!"

And then Kurumi burst into a fit of laughter and practically hung off Vivi's right shoulder.

The song from the fwooper had ended long ago, but Vivi felt like she could still hear it in her head. Or there was a song in her head, at least, and it made her want to dance along. She shimmied and waved her arms over her head, looking like a very blond hippie seaweed in a very uneven current. Prettiest song, ever. No wonder people liked fwoopers.

Maybe she should get one for her birthday. Coming up so sooooon. Fwooper birthday.

"Rumbly-tumbly, your naaaaaame has so many syllables. You need less name. Why do you think you deserve more name than everyone else?" Said the girl named Genevieve. She let Kurumi lean on her as she considered playing mini golf, but the hole was so far away and she was so interested in dancing at the moment.

"You... You are crazy, Karate. I think that fwooper made you crazy. I'll take care of you."
