Minerva shrugged, 'Well I hope so, but I guess it isn't really my business anyway." she wasn't sure if they should be talking about his parents. She wasn't part of their lives anymore really and she wasn't sure how they would feel with Maxwell throwing their dirty laundry around to an ex.. So she turned and looked away for a bit, "Do you like living with them now?" she hadn't really asked him about his home life now that his mom was gone. That was probably a little rude of her, but since she had been avoiding him it was hard to ask.

Minerva smiled, "Well it's pretty to easy to adjust when classes started in a full swing and I have a full plate this term. I'm pretty much taking everything I think." she thought for a moment, was there any classes she decided against this term, nope none. "Well I wish I was up there, but yeah it will be okay not to be hit this term. Plus I have some plans for the stands that I am a little excited to do. I can't wait until Puff's first match." she smiled at the excitement. Minerva then tried to put on a happy face about his date, "Well I think that is fantastic. I bet she loved having a little picnic in the orchard." Yes this was Minerva trying to be friends with him and showing him she was fine if he dated someone else.

Taylor nodded, "Yeah, I remember her. I mean she is in the same house... I saw her and talked to her within an hour of the accident..." She grimaced, "I hope so..." Tay sighed then glanced at the drawing and blinked, "I dont remember it but it is definitely my technique and my signature..." Taylor looked at Harvey again and a light-bulb went off. "Oh my gosh!" A smile began to grow. She had saw a drawing she drew of him in the common room. Tay pulled at the faint memory until her headache came blaring. Taylor rubbed her head and sighed. After a few moments later, she looked at him again, "You... I drew a portrait of you the same day as that." Tay gestured to the drawing he held.

Maxwell shrugged to her question. "I guess. I don't know it's dull...I miss London, you know?" He asked

"Well, it's good to have you back here, Hufflepuff was losing without you.." He said smirking. "Thanks..it was a lot of fun..."

Minerva looked at him and felt bad, 'Well you will get use to it and at least there you have plenty of siblings with Taylor and the new baby. That should at least keep you social." she tried to give an encouraging smile, but she just felt awkward. Why was it so hard to just be normal near him. Then she felt herself blush a bit, "Well I don't know if I'm going to help enough with all these points being lost. I think the puffs have lost their minds this term." she shook her head not sure what to think about the negative numbers her house was in. "Oh your welcome, Maxwell I'm happy for you. You deserve to have someone that can like you the way you need." and that wasn't her at the moment so she knew she had to let him know she was happy for him.

That...was probably true. But Penelope didn't care enough about that class to bother with it too much. It was pretty low on her list of classes to try to do better in. So she shrugged. "It'd be better if they helped with a different subject." Like Charms or Transfiguration or something like that. Something she was really rubbish at and that she desperately needed to improve.

Favorite position? Hmmm... "The only one I've gotten to play in a match was Keeper." And it had been okay, but she hadn't really LOVED it. "So I dunno. But I think Seeker would be fun." Certainly better than Keeper, at least since you could fly around a lot more as a Seeker. Or as any of the other positions really. Keeper was the only one that was kept to one area. "What's your favorite? Chaser?" That was the position he'd played last term, right?

Maxwell shrugged. "I'm getting used to it, actually it's making me less social..there's no one around for miles, i've been spending a lot more time alone. But it's been fun, exploring...there are mountains to climb and stuff." He said thinking of how he spent the summer.

"I think if anyone can do it, it would be you.." He said thinking how she was always so close to the top of their class. The next part, while Max hoped it wasn't intended to, stung him. "Yeah....thanks.." He said awkwardly. It'snot that he wasn't happy with Elliot. She was incredible, smart, sarcastic, blunt and funny, and a good kisser...hehe...he liked having him as his girlfriend. But Minerva was his first love, and for some reason that never leaves you.

Harvey smiled as she said that she remembered Ameliah, ok so maybe she didnt exactly remember Ameliah but at least she had seen her and they had talked. He nodded as she hoped to remember him, he then watched as she looked at the drawing and revealed that she didnt remember though she did recognise her signature and her technique. As she looked at him she smiled and he thought that she had remembered him. He saw her rub her head as she looked at him "Yes I let you keep that picture! This you gave me when I was in a dilemma over something! " well at least something was coming back to her, she remembered the portrait he had let her keep in case she forgot him which apparently she did! While he kept this picture which had now turned into two hearts on one road if she wanted to draw a different version of this picture.

She glanced at the drawing again and then at Harvey. "The dilemma... you wanted to stay friends but also wanted to date this girl..." Tay grimaced and rubbed her head. Memories of the snowball fight they had last year came as well as meeting him, "Wait... you had dated my sister... and something about you being Super Harvs the Snowman is sticking to my brain..." She glanced at him, "Is any of that close?"

He watched as she looked at the picture one again before looking back at him, as she thought about his dilemma. He nodded along as she started picking bits of information, he saw her rub her head "Taylor, you are coming back. That is all spot on! Yes there was a girl for whom I was not sure how I felt. I had dated your sister previous to the girl, thats the nickname you gave me Super Harvs the Snowman. You do remember me now.. well kind of. But you will get there, so yes that is sooo close! " he smiled so he had helped her remember him, that was just awesome!

Adam nodded, finding he could juice nothing else outta this subject. "So whatcha been up to lately?" Cause Adam heard quite a few rumors about Harvs and some that blonde girl at the feast...

She smiled at him lightly, "We danced a little... not as much as Damon and I though..." When she mentioned Damon sadness came into her eyes. "Sorry... this must be frustrating to you... I know it is to me... I dont like having retrograde amnesia at all." Tay pouted then tilted her head, "Ella... is that the girl?" Taylor had remembered that name but didnt know what it connected with exactly.

Harvey smiled as Adam asked him what he had been upto "Nothing much, just been hanging out with friends and stuff. Doing classes and stuff.. just the usual" he smiled. Talking about friends had gotten him thinking about Ella and how he loved to hang out with her. "What about you and Ameliah? what you two been upto?" he asked him as he looked at him wondering if who Ameliah liked more between Logan and Adam



Harvey nodded "Yeah we did! Yeah we did dance.. thats it its coming to you." he smiled as she started picking out more things before she went sad "No.. well yeah it was fustrating but seeing you making progress in remembering things" he smiled as she tilted her head. He heard her say Ella's name he couldn't help but smile not cause Taylor had remembered her name cause that was good too! but the fact that thinking about Ella made him smile. "Yes.. that's her.. Ella is the girl" he smiled

Taylor smiled, "I adore dancing." She laughed, "That makes sense... I think?" Tay grinned at the fact that she remembered as well as seeing him smile, "By that smile, I assume things worked out and you are dating?" Taylor was curious and excited. She held back from throwing her arms around his neck in happiness for him just in case she misread his smile.

Minerva frowned, she didn't like hearing he was being less social. That wasn't a good thing. "Well you and Taylor are still pretty close aren't you?" Then it hit her, "Oh is that how you got to meet Elliot? She is a Ravenclaw, right?" It had clicked so that was probably where this Elliot came from. "Well at least your here now so you can be social with your friends."

Minerva smiled and felt herself blush, "I don't know I missed some classes with coming late, so we will see. I don't know if I can get us caught up after looking at the hourglass today." Minerva frowned, "I do have some plans to try and get some house spirit back so maybe that will help." she shrugged, not knowing what else to say about his date.

Maxwell nodded. "Yeah, Tay and i are as close as we've ever been...no Elliot and i met all on our own, Honestly i don't think Tay likes her very much...I just hope she gives, Ell a chance.."

Maxwell smiled at her blush out of habit. "Well, i'm sure you'll do an excellent Job. I have faith in you, Minnie." He said with a small sigh. He'd always had faith in her, it was what got him through the first few days after his mother passed. "Can i ask you a bit of a personal question?" he asked.

Minerva smiled, "Well it's good that you two are close, especially with Ariana and Damon dating. She is going to need her friends and for some reason I haven't seen her around much." she had been so caught up with school that she wasn't sure when the last time she saw Taylor. Frowning at this thought, she made a note to find her soon. "Well once your friends spend more time with..her they will come around." well some might, but if the girl was as full of herself as she acted the one time Minerva met her maybe they wouldn't.

Minerva smiled at Maxwell and looked into his eyes not feeling as awkward. How could she be awkward around him, it wasn't natural for her. They became friends quickly after just meeting, so why couldn't they be friends again. "Thanks Maxwell, I'm glad someone has faith in me." she smiled, it had been such a weird term so far she wasn't sure about anything at the moment. Then she looked at him with curiosity "Umm... okay, what do you want to ask me?"

"Yeah i know that's been hard for Tay, Damon's lucky i haven't run into him yet...although i promised Ariana i'd give him another chance....as much as i don't want to." He said really not wanting to. "I hope so, I know Ariana will like her...Tayolr doesn't but hopefully she'll at least be civil." He shrugged.

"I'll always have faith in you, Minerva..." He didn't mean for this to sleep out but once he had he felt even more awkward. "You're brilliant." He said trying to save himself. The question, he'd been wanting to ask her for months. "How did you manage to stay so...normal for lack of a better word after...you know, losing your family....I mean i don't ask to be rude it's just i feel like i'm going crazy and Ariana says i'm acting different and i don't want to, i'm just so angry all the time...i miss her, and i thought if anyone you might understand."

Minerva tried, but failed at rolling her eyes, "You will never change Maxwell. Just get over Damon already." she sighed, but then dropped it, she was over defending her friends to each other. If they wanted to fight that was their own issue she was not getting in the middle anymore. "Well I'm glad Ariana will like her, that will be nice for you and Taylor will probably come around, but maybe she knows more about Elliot then anyone since they are in the same house." yes, Taylor would know all the bratty ways of this girl and probably see the real side of her instead of the fake side Maxwell was seeing.

Minerva then laughed, "Normal" she shook her head, "You didn't know me when it first happened, we had just met after three months or so. When I finally came back I was furious, I was furious at everything. To think the people I thought to be the bad guys and who were after my parents were really my family and they were involved to an extent. Then I had to live with them, since they were my only family over here. " She shook her head thinking about it. "I got back here didn't really talk to anyone, started playing chicken with the Willow, changed my hair to really short and rainbow colors, started arguing with my best friends, and ended up finding a new group of friends completely." She was meaning Maxwell, Taylor, and Damon. "It was you three that really pulled me back. So maybe your just finding your own way back. Maybe..." she looked to the ground not wanting to think about it, but it was hard not to, "Maybe Elliot is your new group that is needed to help."

"I just don't trust him and i don't want to see him hurt Ariana like he did you and Taylor...it's just no one listens to me about these kinda things.." He said dropping it. "Yeah, that'll be nice..."

"Minnie, it's been more than three months...It happened in June...I just i can't stand the thought of him out there, i don't feels safe and i can't sleep at night..." But he listened to all she had to say. "The only thought in my head most days is of revenge...and that's not who i wanna be.." He ran his fingers through his hair. "But what if i don't want new friends? I mean i like Ell, but i love....all of you guys.." He said again, saving himself. He liked Elliot but at the end of the day he loved Minerva and hated himself for it.

Cardigan hadn't had a free hour of relaxation in a while! Her schedule was so hectic, as most would say. Class had seemed to become more frequent now. Astronomy had started WAY early in the year. It was...what was the word...blasphemy! The sacred break at the beginning of the school year had to be left untouched! It hadn't happened before. Maybe it had something to do with the new Headmistress! She willed more learning on them, kinda.... Eeewww.

Needless to say, she needed a mental break. Normally, she would go to the duck pond and sit on the big rock overlooking it, but that had been replaced by the hot spring. Was it even safe to go in? Were hot springs too hot to go in? It looked dangerously mysterious... At parks and stuff, they were illegal to go in, and were rainbow. Some of them, at least. If you dropped your camera in those, it would melt, sink and then die. Cameras could die, right?

Oh well. Cardigan sat by the edge of the spring, not wanting to ever go in until she was sure it was safe. She couldn't now. It wasn't swimming weather! She could just feel the heat! Wasn't heat dangerous? Didn't that make THIS dangerous? Well, there'd only be one way to tell...

"Captain, do you read me? Target is locked. I repeat, target is locked." Theo muttered into his own imaginary walky-talky. It wasn't fun playing these spy games on his own, it was something he used to do all the time with Casper. And Kathryn was always the target. But this time, it was that girl who was sitting on the edge of the spring.

Theo didn't like the hot spring, so he wasn't sure why she was here.

"And fire!" Theodore held up his fake unicorn poo, which he had purchased from Zonko's, and launched it straight for her head. "TOUCHDOOOOOOWN!" He bellowed, then he realized that small obvious error and ducked behind a bush.

Nothing to see here, folks.

WHAT WAS THAT. NO. NOT FUNNY. Who in the world would have the nerve to launch something at her head?!?! It was NOT cool. It was gross!!! Fake unicorn poo??? So ORIGINAL. Who did this??? She looked behind her, not seeing anybody around. This was just.... This person must've planned it out, cause the sure had a quick escape! Too quick, actually.... One second there, one second gone. They HAD to be here somewhere. She didn't have the willingness to yell, so she just said, "WHO did this?", hands on her hips, waiting for an answer. She obviously wasn't going to get any progress where she was, but it didn't matter. It wasn't such a big deal.

So don't worry. Just come on out, and you won't get hurt.

Ronnie walked along the grounds, feeling bored out of her mind. BLEEHHH. Today was really boring. So she had decided to take a walk along the grounds. Still pretty boring...but..what else was there to do?!

As she walked, she came across a hot spring. Wait...there was a hot spring here? Ronnie didn't know that! It must be new. 'Cause Ronnie knew pretty much everything on the grounds. She couldn't have missed THIS. Unless she was going crazy. But she was pretty sure she wasn't. Ronnie Hawkins, crazy? Nawwww. Not at ALL.

She sat down by the spring, slipping her shoes and socks off and dipping her feet in. Ahh, that felt nice. She liked this place! It'd probably become one of her new favorite places.

Now there was a real smile. Still small, but not so forced. "You could always owl me."

The tears weren't coming in full force, Callie knew how to keep her cool in front of others; even though Medea was her closest friend she wasn't about to ugly cry infront of her and no doubt other people, most likely students, within the vicinity. She wiped the few tears from her face with a splash of the warm water they were floating in and a small smile appeared on her lips, upon her friend's suggestion.

"Really? Medea, you're the best." She reached over and gave her friend a quick hug, sniffing away the last of her sadness away. They were her parents and she had the right, without being crazy, to spend time where she was with them last but she didn't need to spend all the time there wallowing in her sorrows--she had friends. "I might just have to take you up on that offer this summer." She was still hugging the brunnette when she saw a figure standing nearby on the bank.

"Dash?"

It was strange that he was there, not because he wasn't allowed to be there but he wasn't dressed to in the first place. Callie felt suddenly awkward hugging Medea and became conscious that she was in a bikini infront of the man. "How are you doing today?" She asked as she scooooted towards the wall.

Minerva frowned as he said he didn't trust Damon, "Well it's your opinion and I don't think he meant to hurt either of us, it's relationships it happens. I'm realizing that more and more. It doesn't matter how much you try not to hurt someone it always happens." she frowned and thought about that for a moment.

She then listened as he talked and shook her head, "I know how you felt, why do you think finding those files was such a struggle for me. I liked being around Leelee and Edward for those reasons, but I know now my cousins are not the best place for me and those mean thoughts were just well thoughts. In the end I don't want to be someone that would hurt anyone like that and I don't feel you could be either. Your step dad is an America, he's a muggle. I think your very safe in the wizard world, especially here at Hogwarts." she tried to reassure him. "Well your not losing any of your old friends, but some new friends might not be a horrible thing either. Plus, class could be an added change that might help your mind a bit." she made sure to throw that part in as well.
