"Um...did you run out at your table or something?" He wasn't trying to be mean, but, honestly, they were his potatoes.
Logan's mouth was practically watering as he reached out towards the bowl of potatoes.
Hello stranger talking to him. Nodding, Logan felt his stomach grumbling. He wanted the potatoes. Now.
Kalo sat down near the edge of the table. Slytherin? She should have expected it she guessed, after all her family had all been in Slytherin, apart from her uncle, who had been a Ravenclaw. She sighed and placed some lamb onto her her plate. She wondered if she could find people who could hold an interesting conversation in a house like this.

"Well maybe I should warn the WHOLE OF HOGWARTS about YOU slipping them LOVE POTIONS." she retorted, finding it hard not to raise her voice.
Grr him. Anyway, what else could he have been thinking of doubg if he was in the love potion isle? Or was it just his 'thing' to offer everyone a love potion? Either way, it was probably a good idea. Cause Serenity wasn't a tattle-tail at all.
What was his problem. Sicko. Weirdo. Who asks a girl to drink love potion?
"I didn't SLIP you a love potion. You drank it all by yourself." Theo was merely assisting the potion-take. He looked around cautiously as things started to get louder. This was awkward, he hadn't even been back a day yet....
But what if she DID tell everyone that he forced her to drink it? That would like... tarnish his whole image?
DARN IT - this girl needed stopping. The second year sighed, "LOOK - I do feel bad about the whole thing." He said, tapping his finger on the table to stop himself from getting more angry, "But can you just shut up." Oh damn.

Theo was about 5 seconds from abandoning the Slytherin table completely and joining the Hufflepuffs. Yeah, he was getting desperate. But he caught a wave from Cassia, and he beamed back.
But where was everyone else? Cos he needed rescuing.
Oh, hold the phone, there was West. "Really? I was everywhere." He said with a shrug, trying to block the view of Serenity from his bestie. Didn't wanna be seen with a mental case, ya know.

West just nodded at that. It made perfect sense. Theo was VERY POPULAR after all. Of course he'd be everywhere. "I was making money and," Breaaathe, "Lending my broom to the healer."
Which was a BIG DEAL. HIS NEW BROOM. "She owes me one now."
West tried to look curiously at the girl Theo was talking to. She didn't look like a Quidditch player, so he returned his attention to Theo. Much more important. "I met some people who totally like chocolate frogs." And really what he meant was, people that would totally buy cards off them.

Kendall wasn't confused, heading for the Slytherin table as she'd finally made it into the Great Hall for the feast. She had fully intended on going there, even though she'd detoured up to Ravenclaw tower once she'd gotten inside the castle. She'd had to drop off a wet Accio, since it seemed like it hadn't been enough to just make the train break down so they had to take portkeys to Hogsmeade. No, someone had decided it was more fun to create a storm that broke as soon as she'd climbed back out of the carriage, and both her and her cat had gotten drenched along with everyone else. She figured the new headmistress wouldn't want a disgruntled tabby cat at the feast, or her to still have been in her jeans and tshirt that she'd still been wearing when all the chaos had happened, and she'd wanted to make sure her trunk had gotten to the castle anyway. So she'd told Patrick she'd meet him here at the feast, and she didn't expect him to come over to her table.
Not after Mika and the chocolate stalking. She didn't want to make things even easier on her housemate, or make her friend have to suffer more. Especially when he still had her chocolate. She'd just visit with the snakes and get that, along with give him back whatever was left of the bag of chocolate bars she'd stolen before taking the portkey. Even if she felt like she'd stick out in her Ravenclaw robes, which didn't exactly hide the fact she hadn't changed out of her combat boots even if she'd gotten dry clothing on. Plus there was the fact she'd noticed that the pink streaks in her auburn hair had vanished amidst everything else, and she'd stopped at a mirror to concentrate on getting them back before arriving at the feast. Therefore, it was a petite Ravenclaw with pink streaked auburn hair, combat boots, and a half-empty bag of chocolate bars in her hand who had headed over to the domain of the snakes, looking for the shaggy blond head of her friend. And not finding him right off, which made her huff a little. He better not be hiding again.

Staring at the ceiling still, Emmanuelle didn't even notice the person that had sat down beside her until they spoke. Turning her attention to the other girl, she noticed that they seemed to be the same age. But Em couldn't remember having seen her around. Huh. "Especially not after the train ride from heck," she began with a kind of half smile "but, yeah, at least there's that. And the fact that everyone's still mostly in one piece." Of course, she hadn't forgotten that there had been injuries, she just didn't want to think about it anymore.
In an effort to move the conversation away from where she'd sent it, she decided to introduce herself. "Emmanuelle Moreau, seventh year." She knew it sounded lame, but that was the best she could come up with, at least until she had some food in her and maybe some sleep.
Fee sat there smiling at the girl next to,waiting for her response. Everyone seemed to be having a bit of a down low.No wonder after this train ride, seven years and never ever had something like this happened.A tad creepy. Just a tad. "Yeahh wont want to imagine if there would have been more injuries", the girl shook her head. It was terrible enough that people actually got hurt. Not a too goo sign for this school year. Oh please dont let it all go terrible her last year. The blonde wanted to have good memories of her school years.
As the other snake introduced herself, the seventh year smiled widely. How nice." Nice to meet you Emmanuelle", she said," i am Feenella Schwarzberg, also seventh year." So they even shared a dorm and she never even saw Emmanuelle. The odds of being a Hogwarts student.
Looking down at her still empty plate, the girl sighed. Why did it take so long again? Couldnt the speech be shorter. Jesus, she was hungry.
"I didn't SLIP you a love potion. You drank it all by yourself." Theo was merely assisting the potion-take. He looked around cautiously as things started to get louder. This was awkward, he hadn't even been back a day yet....

"Well once you'd BOUGHT a love potion, what did you plan on doing with it? Give it to your mother or something huh?" Serenity snapped back at him. Exactly, what WAS he doing looking at love potions if he wasn't gonna buy one. Y'know cause he'd done the whole 'try before you buy' thing.
Theo had started looking at the other tables for someone to save him from her, because, from the look on his face, he thought she was going to eat him. Or something like that.

"I don't know you Sir, but I thought I ought tell you to keep an eye on this one, apparently he enjoys giving girls love potions, and you best keep an eye on him inless you want to become his next target." SQUINT.
Sir. That was legit. West would have rolled with that entirely if it wasn't for the next part.
"IIiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii am not a girl." West pointed out. He had nothing to worry about when it came to ... wait what? LOVE potions? Why the HECK would Theo wanna mess with THOSE?
"I'm West Odessa and you must have DONE something to deserve a gross potion." Like being really annoying. But West could forgive annoying. When he was a first year he was annoying a little bit too.
"And you can keep calling me Sir." Because.

"My MUM? But she loves me anyway..." Theo guessed that Serenity missed the point of a love potion. They weren't bad things, they were to do with LOVE! So it was perfectly okay. "I wasn't GOING to buy it, I just wanted to see what would happen if someone drank it and you were the closest person to me."
Just put one and one together there, and duh.
"Excuse ME...." How dare she tell his bestie total lies. "I'm not gonna give WEST a love potion, are you crazy?" He loved him already, too, right? You know, he was starting to prefer the crazy!love potion side of Serenity to her actual self.
Theo scratched his head when West mentioned about how she probably deserved it... Actually... she was a random stranger that he felt like experimenting on.
West would understand. Le sigh.

Ah to be a first year~ Daichi remembered his first year like it was yesterday. The nerves, the wondering if anyone would like you, his plush ducky that he dragged with him everywhere...something he still does. Yup this fifth year still had a plush animal called Mr.Duckles ANDHEWASPROUDOFTHAT hmpf.
Pretending to ignore her stutter, the Slytherin grinned a little. "Nice to meet you Jennifer" he said and bowed his head in greeting. It was a habit he had learned at home and he suddenly remembered the old dueling professionalist freaking out because apparently in his world, bowing meant attacking...mweh.
Why was he talking to her? Woah that made him think! He bit his lower lip for a moment before releasing it. "Because i can" came his reply and he smiled to his own answer. "Can i sit here?" he asked as he pointed to the seat next to her.
Jen liked him. Almost as much as she liked Lilly. No, she liked Daichi more because he was bigger, older and Slytherin. Her big girl friend was Gryffindor, which sorta sucked. But oh well. "You too, Daichi," she said (in her normal voice 'cause stuttertime was over) with a REAL smile this time.
"Oh." Good answer. "Err...sure?" It was hardly her permission to give. Why didn't he go and ask the headmistress? There were hardly people queueing for the empty seat, anyway.
What did she say now? "Sooo....errr....what do you like doing?" Stupid question. Awkward question. Curse.

Katrina squinted then laughed. "I know it's uncomfortable sittingon wooden benches, Cass," Kat said. "But there's no other seat here besides this. It's better than standing up." Kat giggled.
Her summer? "Summer's fine, but not as boom-tastic," Kat nodded. "I just spent time in France and then I went back her to Scotland. How about yours?"

Then again, doubts about staff members surrounded Erin's mind. It was just sad she hadn't had that much time for Murdoch mission last term. But Gunter and Erin were so much in for that.
She watched Cass talked to the Slytherin guy near their chair. And the Slytherin guy was the rude Gary Rush. Well, they were in good terms now, somehow but she still couldn't understand why she still feels hatred over him. Maybe, she still needed some time. Yeah. Time. As she caught Gary's eyes, she smiled at him.
Kat looked at the Chocolate Frog on Erin's hand and carefully took it. She plopped it into her mouth. Yummmm...
The new Headmistress? Kat didn't notice that. She thought is was still Professor Tate. The blonde instantly turned her head to the Staff Table and saw a tall woman sitting on Professor Tate's old seat. What in the name of Merlin...? "What's with the new Headmistress?" Kat asked.
And, after everything... it was just a Train breakage? Stupid. "I don't think it was just a Train breakage." Kat defended herself. "And if it was just a malfunction, the Ministry wouldn't be hurrying as up as if there was something definitely wrong going on near the Train."
It was just a guess, ok? But... what if? Just what if?

The Slytherin doubted she'd be able to contain the tears had they asked her. She just wanted to go to bed, and wake up to find that everything that had happening in the train was just a nightmare.
Walking into the Great Hall, Delilah sighed dejectedly before going and hiding near the top end of the table. Away from the professors, away from Aurora, and hopefully - assuming he wasn't already in the Great Hall - if she kept her head down then Jonathan wouldn't notice her as he entered. He'd probably notice Aurora's bright red hair and go running off to sit with her, anyway...
The small journey from the place that they called 'Hogsmeade' to the school was at first an interesting then it became boring for two boy as moments passed. Still...he tried to enjoy it watching the castle from afar wondering how his years in this new school were going to be. He just had to live and see, of course.
When he stepped into the Great Hall place, he had to admit that he was impressed. Maybe not too much impressed but impressed enough to accept that he liked the place. He could not say that he liked all the large crowd of kids but the place was a cool one.
Slytherin was the house he belonged. The green ones. So as he eyed the rest of the place with his gray eyes, he followed other green people to the large table. Apparently it was a table only for Slytherins and the othe other ones had their own. After a moment of staring at the table, he chose to sit next to a girl who looked...a bit moody? Maybe. He did not know.
''Hello.'' he said trying to make it voice kind. He was going to make friends, right?

She'd somehow gotten separated from Kennedy, too, and so as she slid into an empty seat at the Slytherin house table, she immediately turned to look for him. Nowhere. That's where was. At least her mother was able to make the feast this time.
As he sat there, Rich kept watching the rest of the table looking at how people interacted with each other. Eh...it looked easy for them as they all probably knew each other and he did not know anyone here, except for Dylan, that is, and he was not around at all. Meh. Anyway, he did not need anyone to make friends.
After a moment or so of looking around, his gray eyes found that girl...eh...he felt like he had seen her befote but he could not remember where or how. She looked unhappy too which made the boy wonder if all girls tended to ne moody in this certain house. The idea made him smirk. His smirk reached to the girl or he just thought it did. Then he gave her a small wave and a nod as a greeting.

"Hey there!" Cass said with a bright smile and a wave "Welcome to Slyhterin!" She then held out her hand towards the new girl and introduced herself "I'm Cass by the way, seventh year. What's you name?"
Juliet was staring blankly into the plate. FOOOD! She needed food. She has been hungry since the train ride. Since she expected to come at an earlier time, which they did not, because the train was put to a stop and Merlin knows why it happened. She hadn't gotten that much to eat. Hey, maybe looking at this plate may automatically transfigure into a delicious loaf of bread or maybe some grilled chicken...
A voice suddenly disturbed her from her thoughts and as she turned her head to see, she saw a very pretty Slytherin. She had long blonde hair and had adorable big eyes which Juliet wants but sadly genetics prevailed to give her. Juliet's eyes sparkled like glitter seeing her. WAIT! Stop staring.... it'll be just weird. She doesn't want to creep her out. No.
Smiling back at the Slytherin, "thank you" she added. "Glad to be a part of this house" yeah, she's more than delighted to be in it. She couldn't stop giggling the moment the hat announced her fate.
.....CASS! Her name is Cass. Cass, the pretty Slytherin girl. Juliet took her hand and shook it "I'm Juliet" also introducing herself. "A-are you a higher year?" she asked because seriously, she looked like she was in the fourth year or maybe she just looked young for her age. Are they in the same year? THAT would be awesome if they are.

"Oh uhm..thanks? i don't know what to say next subject please!" He spoke the last few words in a fast speed and became even more flustered.
"We should work together during lessons sometimes!" he said and nodded his head. It would be fun~ "Are the lessons at ...Boboton..." yep he was at it again "the same as here?"
Looking down at her knee one last time, Daichi smiled and nodded his head yet again. "It's good that you don't feel any pain, i can't give you a piece of chocolate now cause that is only for people who have owwie."
Did Daichi just blush??? Why? Juliet gazed at him, sort of observing him. Maybe he was just really shy and humble at the same time. He did help him a lot on her first day so that's nothing really to be shy of. So Juliet ignored the blushing and didn't ask him why.
I-i am???
Juliet nodded gleefully. "Yes" well his cousin did say that if she wanted some friends in the Slytherin on a first day, Daichi is a definite candidate. Now, she sees why. But before she could further say something, Daichi cut the subject off and wanted to move to the next one. Okay, what would be a nice subject then? Looking at him, Juliet spotted something that was not with him "Where's the little guy?" the plushy she means. It was always around him even when he traveled by the portkey. Did he leave him?
Work on lessons together? That'd be awesome. Juliet loves reading, A LOT. She would like to study with a partner and hearing Daichi suggest it right now made her smile even more. "That's a great idea" agreeing to this. "I think our schools' coverage is a bit different. So maybe i'm the one who needs some catching up with the rest of the fourth years" she added.
Boboton
Again, it made Juliet laugh. Daichi had this one wrong during the first time they met. So repeating it again is just hilarious just like the first time. "Beauxbaton" she said in a French accent but not correcting him. It's fun to listen him say it in his own way. "Our subjects are mostly in French." she continued "It's similar in a way but only the contents are in French" which made things a bit harder especially for her.
Yes, she had to admit, pain is present but it's one of those pain that can vanish in a couple of hours after you sleep, yes? Maybe in the morning it would be healed as she goes to her first class. "it's bearable" she gave a faint smile looking at the bandage. Hopefully this won't scar.
OHHHHH.... Chocolate??? He has chocolate??? Juliet opened both of her arms quickly in front of Daichi when he mentioned giving her chocolate. No, she's not going to say no to this offer. "Pleeeeaaassseee" she said in a rather cute tone. She's hungry. Chocolate would do!

It isn't like that? That's good because she doesn't want going home with the same experience again. Juliet smiled at her "It's fun though" she did have a nice great adventure but she's not encouraging that this will happen again. She doesn't want to go through it again. EVER!
When the girl mentioned about enjoying she gave her a thumbs up, not sure why exactly, and smirked "Will do, Cassia" she said "Thanks"

"COOL.. I tried to sell some in Diagon Alley but this guy I was talking to wasn't interested. So I figured he wasn't worth my time." Or his friendship.
No, that was too far. Or was it?
SPOILER!!: chu guys
Le sigh.
"I did this." West gave a credible puppy dog look. "And got Galleons for the train even though I didn't get to use them at the trolley on account of the train stopping and all. AND I have extra anyways because Dora bought ice cream and paid for mine." It was GOOD. None from selling cards yet though.
Not interested? What was wrong with someone that meant they were not interested? "Must be pretty dumb if he didn't want any." He nodded his agreement. Not worth their time!
And what was all thissss anyways?
West listened to Theo tell this girl how it was and occasionally chimed in with a 'YEAH' and firm nods, backing Theo up entirely. Also he was relieved that it was just trying stuff out. That was okay.

He was IMPOSSIBLE.
She sighed and tossed her hair, plain ignoring him.
"You're real rude, did you know?" With the not talking and the attempts to ignore.
WELL that wouldn't work if he or Theo didn't want to be ignored. But it was okay because it wasn't like they needed rude people to talk to them.
And now he wanted to know stuff.
He leaned closer to Theo and whispered theatrically, "So what happened? With the.... potion."

Serenity rolled her eyes at Westie-pie. "Thanks Sir" she said sarcastically, "Actually, I'm really not sure you deserve that title.. Perhaps I ought go and ask Lafay, thats our head of house right? If thats quite nessecary? Or maybe I'll just gie up on titles completely... And you can simply be.... Serenity finally paused for a few seconds, "Ickle Westie-pie."

Sure she could go and bother Lafay with something that would annoy the woman for wasting her time. West didn't care. He just LOOKED at this FIRSTIE and then, after a moment, he leaned forward to quite matter-of-factly, thump her in the arm. Hard.
"Its West. Just West. Why are you still even sitting here?" Go AWAY mean!weird firstie. He didn't need any cutesy names from girls!
THIS was why Theo shouldn't mess with LOVE potions. Girls were weird enough as it was!

After the rather eventful arrival to Hogwarts, all Patrick had wanted to do was just settle in with the rest of his housemates so that there'd be no opportunity of a little second year Eagle coming to bother him when he had just wanted to be alone with his thoughts for now; ever since he had arrived at the Hogsmeade platform the worries of what had happened to Kendall had honestly perplexed him. He hadn't worried like that about anyone else before and that seriously confused him, sooner or later he was going to figure it out but it hadn't been entirely important right now since he wouldn't have been able to think clearly when the Great Hall was too loud for him to actually focus on anything but possibly the speech from the new Headmistress. Maybe I'll need to take some time in the next few weeks and just figure it out on my own time because evidently it's not going to happen here when everyone is talking and I'll be expected to have some form of conversation even if I don't entirely want to. His thoughts were making him wonder about actually opening up to people since earlier he had wanted to actually talk to more people but now it seemed as though shutting down again was more of a likely option.
Once he took a seat with the other Slytherins, the notice of someone in Ravenclaw robes peering around the table for some reason had caught his attention since he had only known of two people that had reason to be around the snake table. As they got closer, he couldn't help but grin since the sight of the pink streaks made him figure out exactly who it was that had been wandering around the table. "I presume you're looking for me, unless you want to talk to another Slytherin." he said, then chuckled slightly as he had seen the bag of chocolate that was in her hand; that looked oddly familiar like the one that he hid away in his trunk for emergency situations when he was running low on chocolate.
Ariana walked into the great hall after the sorting ceremony had ended because she had to go see the healer nurse lady when she approached her table she saw no one other than Faye sitting near her normal spot "Faye!" she sai as she went up to her and sat next to her "welcome to Slytherin, the most noble house of them all." she said with a smirk knowing Faye did NOT want to be in slytherin
Faye smiled when she saw Arianna, at least she still had one friend, well maybe Arianna wasn't a friend yet, seeing as Faye had been so rude to her. "At least I know one person in Slytherin" She said smiling pushing the bowl of chocolate pudding toward her.
"Want some pudding it's the best I've ever had." Faye asked her taking in her last spoon full that was on her plate. "What took you so long to get here?" Faye aske Arianna, wanting to make sure she was okay, after all Faye had nearly crushed the bones of her hand to brittle. She shivered at the thought of the lights going out on the train and prayed that the Hogwarts castle was more stable than the Hogwarts express.

That's a bit of relief to Juliet. It's a good thing that even though people struggled with the landing, no one really got that serious injury. Well, some. Juliet took a deep breath when she heard Erin is okay..... and she even lifted her arms for her to see. Juliet looked at it. Not much is seen since there is this bandage around it.
She giggled hearing about her muscles being squashed. Squashed??? How so? What does it look like? Okay, wait, maybe she didn't need to know what it looked like. She will be eating after this and quite frankly she's hungry. "That's wicked" nodding at her. Squashed muscles and all that.
Next she opened about this Isaac guy. Obviously, she doesn't know who she is, but Erin did say that he helped her about Portkeys. "Really?" now she wished someone would have taught her how to land safely without tripping. "I'm not used to portkeys." she uttered. She's more used to apparating. Technically not her. Someone who knows how. Someone who is an expert at apparating.
"I'm ready to eat" she added as she took the silverware and stared at the blank table. She did remember that before the meal begins, there will be a small speech from the headmas...mistress.
"Well, we're not actually expected to land the right safely, one because we aren't experienced neither Hogwarts taught us," she uttered as Juliet told her about not being used to Portkeys. "I am not used to them too, even Apparating."Even DADA. But being in Hogwarts meant learning all of those matters. And she's so ready for those lessons.
Before she could say more, Juliet mentioned about eating. The train hiatus drained all the calories in Erin's system and she needed to regain them by foods. Foods.
And then she realized, she was sitting in a different table. If the food's already served, she shouldn't be still here socializing with the Snakes. She needed to eat with her family, the Ravenclaws.
"Yeah. i'm ready to eat too. And that means, I should be going," Erin said with a little pout because that meant, her time with Juliet catch up has come to an end. "I'll see you somewhere, okay?"

"Well, considering that I am now legally an adult..." She began smugly, still reveling in the fact that she turned 17 two months ago "I think I deserved to grow at least a couple of inches!" She finished with a laughed "But really, don't be fooled, its just the heels." As she said it she clicked the heels of her black school shoes on the ground and grinned.
She then tilted her head to one side for a moment and asked "Hey, did you grow over the summer?"
"You are?" Cass said so that she didn't like it they haven't seen each other all summer. Erin's glad that she at least had a bowling moment with her bestfriend. It would be more fun with Cass in there. Now, she regretted the fact that she was too lazy to owl Cass about the Diagon Alley trip. "And hey, Beezus kind of told me about your plans for next summer. I am super excited!"
Heels. Yeah, one of Erin's little secrets too. Though, Erin wasn't wearing her heels today. Her feet's just a little sore for walking such a huge distance with her sister Jasmine the day before the train's departure.
Grow? Oh, wait!
"Cass, what's that?" Erin couldn't missed the drawing on her neck.

"Er, you know. On her first time as Headmas- er, mistress," Erin started while thinking really hard trying look convincing, "...something like this happened..." She just couldn't understand. And the thing is, the new Headmistress was on the train with people with her, probably people who are expected to help the students out for possible things to happen. Maybe, this was planned. Or maybe, she anticipated it.
"Yeah. I wonder about the real reason. So, what are your theories?"
Yeah I broke that mirror, so what? ll NOT backward ll Official Gryfferin ll Lemon's favourite
Hmmm...she hadn't ventured over to this table as yet. Strange...it wasn't all that far from her own table and she had already made her rounds at the others. The speech still hadn't started yet and she had nothing better to do so being here made sense, right? Right!
Lex looked around, trying to see if there was anyone that she knew; this wasn't very likely seeing as most of these students were older than her but it was still good to check and there was nothing wrong in making new friends anyway.
Glancing across the table she could pick out a few but not many. There was the boy that nearly threw up on her...the boy that glared at her and even Serenity; so this was where she was sorted. Hmm...and who else...? Lex flopped down into the nearest empty seat...no other house seemed to mind when she did so they wouldn't mind.

Was it just Cassia or everyone was feeling energetic and hyperactive. She had known that her second year would be awesome. Though she was bothered by the train's sudden stop, now she saw through the whole thing. It was fortunate that t happened because now she had extra topics to speak about and more interesting stories to tell her brother about. She will write to him tonight. And the sounds of chatting caused by the crowds of students only got Cassia's mood to get brighter. Oh and there was West, Cassia waved back at him enthusiastically. It's so cool when you already have friends not like last year when she was an oblivious, lost firstie..pffft…history!
Glancing a different color, Cassia looked closely at a girl passing by whose tie was red. And the girl slid into a seat near her. Cassia grinned for she just love having someone to chat with all the time! She scooted closer to the girl, "Hey!" She said cheerfully. "Touring among tables!" She winked at the girl whom she guessed was a newbie.

His eyes caught notice of another student that he wandered over and he smiled over at her. "Are you a Slytherin too?" he asked, although he had been sure that the Hat had called her out as a Ravenclaw. Maybe she was protesting against it. Could you do that? His stomach grumbled again and he looked at the empty table unimpressed. "I hope this food hurries up, I'm starving!" he complained.
So, no food on her house table. No food on the Slytherin table as well. Maybe she should try the staff table. They might have something there, right? Her eyes went from the empty table in front of her to the staff table. The Professors table seem empty too. No sign of foods. She barely could see anything from her seat anyway.
She should go back to her own table, she didn't know anyone in Slytherin. Not yet. She was about to leave the Snakes table when a boy smiling at her, maybe not at her but he's smiling at her direction. And he's talking. Was he talking to her?
Blink. Blink. Blink.
"I wish." she mumbled. "I'm a Ravenclaw actually." Which is not really bad. "Are you a Slytherin?" Maybe he's like her, a student from other house who wanted to be a Slytherin. The red hair heard stomach grumbled. Was that her stomach? Or was that the boy stomach? Please let it be the boy stomach. Then the boy said he's hungry. So the growling sound was from the boy stomach. Good to know. "Yeah, me too. The Headmistress needs to do the speech soon." Before her stomach decided to make an embarrassing noise too. "I'm Annabelle Blaszczykowski. But you can call me Anna." No need to torture the boy by asking him to call her by her full name.
