Veemen....VEEMEN? Veels? Vermin? WHAT DID THAT WORD MEAN?!

Okay, wait, she shouldn't panic. There were still talking about a rune and what it meant, so she just needed to glance at the definition again and she should be able to figure it out, right?

While she was flipping through her textbook, she heard the man address Alexa's answer and she threw the little lion a quick smile. See? Books, reading, applying yourself = gooooooooooood.

She then caught Lewis out of the corner of her eye and smiled at him as her cheeks flushed just a little. Did he look as though he had been zoning out a little? She would have to ask him if something was bothering him. Post Hogwarts thoughts perhaps? They were on Kurumi's mind often these days...

An owl...again? Didn't this happen often with this particular man? Class was always ending rather suddenly because of an owl delivery some sort of message to him and then he all but apparated out of the classroom? Sighing in slight frustration that they actually hadn't really done anything in today's lesson, the Gryffindor also felt a little relieved that she didn't have to internally smack her head against the wall to understand what all was going on.

Packing up her things and writing down her homework, Kurumi bowed towards the man and then made her way out of the classroom.

Weird...again...

Eliza (Elliot are you there?)

Cora frowned, unsure of what to make of this odd occurrence. She thought that that particular owl looked a bit familiar, but then again Cora couldn't be sure.

Packing up her things, she turned to Eliza, who seemed to be looking to her with the same questioning look half the class had on their faces.

"Well, I guess that's it," Cora said. She couldn't help the tone of disappointment. Wow, she thought. I must be a true nerd.

"Where are you off to now?" Cora wondered as she headed towards the door, about to say goodbye to Eliza.

Jayden beamed. She just LOOOOVED receiving praise from her instructors. It made her feel like she actually BELONGED in Ravenclaw in stead of in Griffindor and Slytherin like her parents. And then, just as she was beginning to feel pumped about the rest of the lesson, it was dismissed.

"But... But..Bu-" She stammered, trying to recover from the awkward ending to class. "Ahh.... nevermind..." She mumbled, packing up her things so that she could get ready for the next class.

Too bad his leaving wasn't sudden enough NOT to have homework.

Cora's eyes lit up about the mention of her favor subject. "Oh, don't worry about Herbology. I was a bit preoccupied myself. Ethan seemed upset about something." Cora's mind wandered, unsure of what was wrong with him. She wished she could help. "Well, I'll see you later then Eliza!" Cora said, smiling. Then she grabbed her things and skipped out of the classroom.

She had managed to get something right in Runes! Awesome. The subject confused her and she was glad that atleast one thing managed to stick with her. Then she saw the owl fly into the room and watch as the professor got his things together to leave. Hmm...something was definitely going on at Hogwarts and she so wanted to get to the bottom of it.

On the other hand she was glad that class was over. She didn't really want to be here anyways. She gathered up her belongings as well. "Bye professor." and she left without a word to anyone else.

What just happened? How could class be over that quick? Orr wondered. "What just happened?" she muttered as she gathered up her things and headed towards the door.

As she walked passed Professor Christiansen she stopped and turned towards him, "Thank you for a great lesson. I hope that everything is okay. Bye." With that she left the classroon.
