Ravenclaw Ravenclaw House Rules

Ravenclaw House Rules & Regulations:

These are the rules and regulations for Ravenclaw House and apply not only to the Common Room, but to the rest of the school as well. Failure to abide by these rules could cause the offender to be punished and possibly expelled from Hogwarts. Not that I expect any of our Ravenclaw students to have any problems.

1. Boys belong in the Boys' Dormitory and girls in the Girls' Dormitory. Any boy caught in the girls' dorm (or vice versa) will receive a very nasty detention in the dungeons, or perhaps suspension or expulsion from the school. Take it from me - the boys dorm is just like the girls dorm. You're not missing anything, so stay out.

2. Boys and girls of your age tend to show a lot of affection towards each other (this is called PDA or public display of affection). However, you are not here to kiss and hug and hand hold. You're here to learn how to become a proper witch or wizard. Keep the signs of affection to a bare minimum. Anyone who role plays excessive kissing or displays of affection will be punished.

3. No drugs or alcohol will be allowed in this House. If you are caught with any of these items you will be expelled.

4. There will be no illegal activities in this House. This includes the discussion of illegal muggle activities such as the illegal downloading of music and software. This also goes for the discussion of any inappropriate topics and lewd behavior/profanity. Please read the SS Board Rules for more details.

5. This is a Role Play. I don't want the Common Room cluttered up with useless posts which are nothing but OOC. We don't need to know that you are leaving - just have your character leave the room, go to bed, or whatever. You can even just send the people with whom you are RPing a PM or even an IM telling them goodnight or the reason you are leaving.

6. Help Ravenclaw win the House Cup by earning House Points through class partcipation, turning in homework, and other positive deeds in the school RPG.

7. And most importantly . . . have tons of FUN!
