*cracks knuckles* I don't know where this is going to go. SPOILER!!: Daaaaaaaaaaisy <3 Everything was going in, yes. Everything was registering. But Krys was almost entirely unable to retort. He was so angry. So very, very angry. Though the comment about his mother made him snigger. Honestly, Krys had thought that the man knew her. But then... It should have been YOU that got hurt... He ignored Yvonne's comment... "I was hurt." he hissed dangerously, urgh why wouldn't the man put the kid down and play fair? ... Why did he expect him to play fair..? Criminals never did. "But you wouldn't understand something like that, would you? To feel that sort of pain you have to have a heart." And Phabian clearly didn't. "If it was all so accidental, maybe you should put more planning into things. You are such an idiot to put your family in danger like that, Wayne." Let alone Kryspin's family. Though that was a whole other matter. "You seriously underestimated us, and believe me, one more little mistake and there will be no trouble getting evidence against you. Though whether I'll want to hand you over to the Aurors is another matter entirely. You are the absolute epitome of pure-" But then his father interrupted. Yes, he knew his father would be here. Krys was seething, visibly angry in every way. His eyes burning with hatred... which was something he had never felt in such strength before. Today, Audric did not look like himself. His hair was black, his stature slightly shorter and a tiny bit hunched, not a hint of green to be seen around his person. He may as well have been wearing a perception filter, he blended in so easily. And today he had come to Kings Cross with his brothers, who were also in disguise. Because his brothers had children. And Seraphinus' daughter Ignata, though she was eighteen and homeschooled, was about the right height to look like a seventh year. He was stood not so far off, observing the happenings. Even he wouldn't step in when his wife had that look in her eyes... especially right now. "Rowan, find my daughter." he said in Irish. Everything about his posture seemed normal for someone seeing off a relative but it was the tone of his voice that gave him away. Anyone but his brother wouldn't have noticed it, would have brushed it off as a regional twang, but Rowan knew Audric almost as well as he knew himself. The man disappeared down the platform and Audric turned to his other brother. "Seph, keep an eye on them, and keep Nat out of trouble." He ignored the glares from his niece and glanced back over to his son as Seraphinus moved her away. Oh Merlin he was getting angry, Audric butted in. "Kryspin, remember your training. You need to be calm. Keep a level head." he said in Irish, walking over to the group and silently removing the disguise. Then he turned to Wayne. "You endangered my children." He finally reverted to English and stared at the man. He wasn't glaring, just staring. He was an expert at hiding emotions. And other things. "And however much I would like to kill you right now, it would be foolish for this to go any further in such a public area." He was deliberately ignoring Hector - he'd brought more back up than just his brothers. Rowan nodded at his older brother and disappeared into the crowd, something he'd always been very good at, even with his stupidly red hair. The Quinn boys had all learnt to disguise that pretty quickly though, it kept them out of trouble. He spotted his nieces trunk and coat and leaned against the handle of the trolley nonchalantly, as his eyes searched for her. And there she was, leaning against a pillar, breathing heavily and close to tears. And nobody had noticed her... Someone had obviously put some sort of charm on her to redirect attention away... but it was apparently wearing off. He slowly pushed the trolley over towards her, in such a matter-of-fact manner than he could be any dad looking for a child. When he reached her he rested the trolley on next to her and flicked his wand to remove his disguise. "Come here, Squirrel." he said, holding his arms out for the girl to come to her. "It's okay, it's okay, you're safe now." Aurora's hands were pressed hard onto the pillar, keeping herself held up and hidden. Oh what on earth was going on? She was too scared to look around now - what if everything started going wrong? Her breathing was heavy and catching but nobody seemed to be noticing... maybe this was Kryspin's doing too. And then a total stranger was pushing her trolley towards her... she frowned in confusion as he parked it next to her but than. "Ro!" she exclaimed in a whisper, making sure she stayed hidden as she let him hug her. "Is daddy here?" A little wave of relief washed over her as her uncle nodded. Oh thank Merlin... Surely her daddy could fix this? He could fix everything... Seraphinus nodded as his brother spoke and put his hand on his daughter's arm, steering her away from the action - which actually just looked like a heated family argument right now - to lean against a pillar. From here he could just about see both of his brothers. He cast a quick concealing charm at Rowan and Aurora, and put an arm around Ignata, the conversation looked like any other father-daughter interchange. "Honey, if something goes wrong you are to apparate home immediately. Inform your mother and make sure she sends the rest of Fletcher's team, okay?" Ignata nodded once and Seraphinus was satisfied. Now to wait. |
totally different from your other convo here Quote:
She had planned pretty well for this trip, wearing her school skirt and blouse underneath her muggle jacket until she reached the platform where she swapped her muggle jacket for her robes. The redhead seemed to have some bounce in her step as she made her way down the platform in search of a bench to sit on until it was time to leave. She felt all important since she was already in her robes, unlike so many on the platform. As she got closer to the end of the platform, the now third year spotted a bench that wasn't fully occupied so she headed over, her broom resting on one of her shoulders. The girl there seemed occupied at the moment... looking at who knows what. "Oy! What are you looking at?" Lily said sliding onto the bench so that she sat next to the girl, accidentally knocking the other girl's broom onto the ground as she took her own broom off of her shoulder. "Sorry 'bout that..." Quickly, the redhead picked up the other broom and did her best to return it to it's position from before. |
Text Cut: Ronnie Dylan was confused at why she wanted to call him that and listened as she explained why she wanted to call him Dill Pickle. He raised an eyebrow as she did explain, and nodded well that did sound like a reasonable explanation.. right? well it seemed so "I haven't been called something like that before, I mean no-one wants my name put to some pickles.. I mean it is a bit strange." but did he really want to be called Pickles? Well it would be fun to have a different name.. and he did love fun! nothing came close to it. "Ok sure why not.. it will be fun to be called that" he chuckled. Well it looked like he was going to be called Dill Pickles by this girl.. what was her name?... ah yes Ronnie! Text Cut: Ella Here was another girl that smiled at him, were all girls like this? all smiley and stuff? cause that was nice. He didnt really want to bug/disturb them but he had no choice seeing as he was being punished, and then for some to not seem to mind him coming over and actually smiling was nice. "No worries. Thanks." he looked over at the crying girl and this smiley girl and realised they hadnt resumed the conversation and realised that he was supposed to leave now "I guess I will see you two around then" he said knowing that he would see them. It would be fun to know more people but not when they were busy with other things and with that he walked away leaving them to their business, whatever that was.. he really didnt want to know why some girl was crying.. probably boy stuff.. it usually was. |
Traaaaaaain soon? Quote:
That took guts. "Try to make it to Hogwarts without getting in trouble. Bet you... 3 chocolate frogs you can't do it." Quote:
Who threatened with cookies, anyway? Betty Crocker? Quote:
"I absolutely do think a reward will work. How much are you willing to offer?" And look at that. She'd made herself a sort-of-friend on her very first day. Hard to believe anyone found Genevieve's rationality to be her most notable quality. "Call me Sherlock and tell me about how it went missing, then." |

The next thing she said Had Lex gaping widly as she stared up at her. How did this girl know her weakness....? The sweet deliciousness that was chocolate frogs...SHE HAD TO HAVE THEM!! And the girl was offering three! She had to fight to keep some kind of composure but the mention of chocolate frogs had already weakened her resolve to create any more mischief. "It's a deal!" She barely managed to spit out through the shock....she wanted them chocolate frogs and if she had to tie Felix to her then she was prepared to do just that! |
Text Cut: Ronnie Dylan raised his eyebrows as she laughed, so she found him funny or was she just laughing just like that? he didnt know what the reason for her laugh was but he smiled anyways cause it was just nice that she laughed. There werent many people that enjoyed his company and this girl seemed to so that was a good thing. Even Alexa and Ariella did. Ok so he was going to be called Dill Pickles now by Ronnie. He nodded "Yeah I am, which is why I got into trouble for making a mistake. Gosh I am only new here how was I supposed to know that they had to stay inside their cages, they were annoying us by meowing alot so we let them out. Next thing you know.. up the train all of us and down here a punishment" he shook his head as he ran over the events in his head again. |

"So, what house are you hoping to get into?" she asked, changing the subject. He seemed a bit upset about the whole thing and she wanted to get his mind off it. That'd be terrible to be upset on the first day of Hogwarts! |
Text Cut: Ronnie Dylan nodded "I know! I agree with you, didn't need to punish us for things we didn't know!" he shook his head.. oh wells what was done was done no use moaning about it now.. it wasnt going to change what had happened. He looked at her "My friend had an owl in her cage, they went for it popping open the cage. Owl goes to the top and cats go straight after it up to the top, and we, wanting to be as heroic as possible went up after them." and ended up getting punished for it. He looked at her as she asked him what house he would want to be in "Any house without those two girls in it, wouldn't want to be punished again for just sitting down in a chair" he said still a little upset but looking at Ronnie he knew they didnt need to hear his whining about the punishment. "But Gryffindor or Ravenclaw sound good.. or even Hufflepuff" he said to her as he wondered what house he would get. |
SPOILER!!: Violet Oh...that was the reason. And then suddenly she threw her arms around him and hugged him tight while speaking her thoughts outloud and admitting her feelings over his iminentfuture departure. "Aye...it is sad," Gideon admitted in his own agreement. "But I'm far from gone yet. Still have one more year of me, Violet. No sadness yet...please." The seventh year wasn't sure he could handle it yet. SPOILER!!: Lex and Kurumi It was clear his calm words offered some comfort to the young girl, the boy nodding at her words of thanks. "Yer welcome," Gideon said as he watched her, glancing sideways at his girlfriend as Selina was mentioned. "Oh I think she will," he mused absently thinking on what could be done to stop her if she went to do something wrong. Though when Kurumi spoke up about taking away the cookies, he had to bite the inside of his cheek to keep from chuckling. Way to go Kurumi! He caught his fellow prefect's look his way and gathered the meaning behind it as best he could. The chaser returning it with a look of understand. Yep...Selina was potential very nuts, but they put up with her all the same. Even when it sometimes appeared they were a glutton for punishment like today trying to keep her from getting too far out of control. SPOILER!!: Selina and Genevieve Kurumi's threat certainly worked though, the reaction she got from Selina was priceless and Gideon moved closer to the redhead as he noticed the moisture in her eyes. His own stomach sinking hating to see her soo upset. Okay so he wasn't heartless and knew this was hurting her deep. He shrugged at the question about the reward, not really sure what help it would serve. But anything was better then just having Selina worry over it, and making a fool of herself in the process. And Selina certainly seemed to go with it...and Genevieve in general so maybe it was a good thing. "Maybe it wouldn't hurt," Gideon replied offering some agreement though what type of reward was another question entirely. |
Alice. ^_^ Phabian's patience was running out. Mostly because Quinn kept bringing up these subjects about caring and having a heart. Of course, Phabian had both of those and more than anyone thought. He's always been near Kennedy through out his entire life. From afar, but always there. If that didn't count as caring then he didn't know what else would. Quinn was just talking without any real evidence or clue and that's what wore his patience out. "You really don't know what you're saying, Quinn," Phabian said, slowly, shaking his head. His hand gripped his wand tighter. If it wasn't for Beverly in his arms, there'd be spells flying all over the place by now. Oh, so now he was the idiot. "Mistakes happen," and then he smirked, "your mother should know since she made four of them." And yes, he was implying that all her children were that, along with marrying Audric. Ciara could have been great, if only she hadn't grown so...so weak. Did this guy ever shut his trap? Phabian found himself tuning him out as Beverly settled her head on the crook of his neck and her small hands cling to him. It was her that was keeping him grounded and Quinn should feel fortunate of that. Then Audric Quinn joined them. Of course, Phabian had not expected anything less from this man. He, unlike his wife, seemed a better fit parent...from his son's point of view. And then he started blabbing away just like his son. He felt Beverly's evened out breath tickle his neck. Ah, she was sleeping. "Audric, nice seeing you," he said, not really meaning it. He still had manners. Phabian then glanced around and shrugged his shoulder. "If someone ever dared hurt my children I wouldn't worry about the public." Nope, but then that was him. He wasn't the docile type when it came to his blood. Plus, he was just trying to get to Audric, it was and most likely will always be one of Phabian's favorite pass time. Hector eyed Audric as he appeared. Just like his brother, he had a special dislike for him. Anyway, he wasn't greeted and Phabian made sure to point out manners. At least, the Jones brothers didn't forget etiquette in times of boring old drama. Unlike Phabian, Hector wasn't going to greet anyone. In fact, the tip of his fingers itched a whole lot more and it was becoming difficult to ignore his craving for a duel. So the public was the only thing holding Audric back? Heh. Fool. Hector went to stand next to his brother, his arms at either side of his and ready for anything. "If your afraid of an audience we could always move this to a more comfortable location," he smirked at Audric. Oh yes, that was a challenge. He could feel Yvonne's gaze on him. She knew if Phabian and him were to duel, Xavier would be affected by this in so many ways he couldn't control. It was his back up plan. Hector had not come here unprepared. Yvonne has never seen Krys this angry. Sure, at one point she imagined it to be hot, but right now all she wanted to do was to comfort him, but it was impossible at this moment. Then her uncle Hector said something that caused her eyes to snap toward him. He wanted to duel? Did he know what that meant? Of course, he did and she knew why he was doing this. "No," she said, shaking her head at him. "No...just no. No dueling." There was no way she was going to allow that. Kennedy rubbed his forehead. This was getting WAY out of control and it was giving him a huge headache. He took a step back...then another...and another. He needed to get away before he blew up and either yelled or sided with someone. There were so many questions he needed to ask his father, yet he couldn't stand the man right now. He slowly retreated and mixed into the crowd. He needed some time to cool down and standing here with a bunch of crazy adults wasn't going to help. |

He glared at Hector. If there was going to be dueling he wanted in on it. He was about to declare this when Yvonne spoke. No dueling. He glanced at her... he wanted to ignore it, to disobey her, but he couldn't. He just couldn't. So he shut his mouth. Four mistakes... did that mean..? Did Phabian know about the child..? The one his dad had been yelling about? He eyed the man, about to say something but then Kennedy was walking off, "Get on the train..." he said as the Nice seeing you. "Now now, Phabian, there's no point adding more lies to this mess." Audric said, still retaining his calm. He was well aware that Phabian Wayne had never liked him, or even entertained the idea of allowing himself to tolerate him. He shrugged off Phabian's attempt to rile him. "And that, Wayne, is where we differ." He wondered if his unfaltering calm attitude would annoy the man... hopefully. "It seems I've always been the better man." He smirked and ran his free hand through his hair. "Or would you rather I tried to duel you now? With your daughter in your arms?" That was what he seemed to be implying... though it was something Audric would never do. And then Hector spoke. Honestly, these brothers were... Audric couldn't think of the right word. The only one he'd ever got along with was Xavier... "It's not the audience I'm worried about, Hector." he said. "I, unlike either of you, have spent my life working to protect and save innocent people. And I'm not about to undo it." As for the other location. Audric wanted to say yes... he really did... he wanted to take both of the brothers somewhere to duel... but that would just be idiotic. And Audric Quinn was not an idiot. "I really don't think it's me you're going to have to worry about." And then Yvonne spoke. "The lady has spoken." Audric's wand disappeared back into its holster and he put his thumbs loosely in his pockets. Go on, attack an unarmed man, I dare you. The train was here. Thank Merlin. "Come on 'Rora. Get your stuff." Rowan said, searching in his pockets for something. "Here." He passed her the calming draught and walked next to her as they crossed the platform to the train. He lifted her trunk on for her and passed up the owl cage and cat basket. "Listen to me, 'Rora." He put his hands on his shoulders. "We will fix this. Don't worry. When you come back for Christmas and your brother's wedding it'll be all over." Hopefully. Rowan hated Phabian Wayne... it was a dislike that stemmed from Hogwarts... and it wasn't leaving soon. Aurora allowed herself to be guided towards the train, draining the calming draught when it was given to her. She glanced over to where the others were stood, chewing her lip nervously. Kryspin was angry... but her dad was there. So it couldn't get too bad could it? No. "Uncle Ro..." But she didn't know what to say. She took the animals from him and rested them just inside the door of the train before hugging him tight. "Tell Krys and dad that I'll write as soon as I get there." And she took her stuff to a compartment. She knew she had to stay out of sight of Wayne at least until the train had left. Urgh she was ANGRY now... the calming draught had stopped her panicking but it seemed the panic was only hiding this... Why did he have to come and ruin this? Why did he have to turn up and just... urgh. Once he had seen that Aurora was safely on the train, Seraphinus motioned for Ignata to wait where she was and walked over to the conflict. "Everything alright?" He asked as he was joined by Rowan. "The kids are on the train now," Well, he hoped Kennedy was. "So I think we should all leave." ANY OBJECTIONS? |

Looking down at her daughter in the pram now, Amelia was inwardly gushing. "Isn't she just the cutest thing? And her little stick out ears like daddy's." hah! So freaking cuuuute. :33 It was so hard not to pick the little girl up and hold her and snuggle her. "She just loves you, Ness." How could she honestly not love her godmother? "I'm glad you love it." Bending down a little to adjust Isabel's hat a little, Amelia heard Ness mutter about being nervous. Awww. OWL year was always hard. She knew that well. "It will be okay, Ness." It just was a shame she wouldn't be there at the school to offer any assistance in studying. Oh well. |

"Is that you Lily?!" Cardigan asked dramatically, quite surprised. This sure looked like her friend!! Well, a third year version of her. They hadn't really seen each other since their first year. She hadn't really seen any of her first year buddies at all since then. Well, that was SURELY gonna change! She felt quite lost without a big group of friends to guide her. That was one of her many flaws. She wasn't very independent, in most ways, and needed people to like her, or she just felt useless. What's life without friends?! Good thing she ran into Lily, she thought. "We should sit together on the train!" She said, cheerfully. |
