Dora was doing it again. Being observant and watching all the students that made their way up and down the stairs. She'd been sitting on the fifth floor balcony for a while now, legs dangling over the edge and arms wrapped around the banister while her hazel-green eyes darted around the expansive area below. All caught up with her studies and having no finals, there was nothing else for her to do.

Quietly she sung wizard rock to herself, and all but ignored any weird looks she received from passerby's.

"If I ruled the world, all the creatures in the sea, would sing love ballads to me. All muggle boys and girls, would feed me chocolate feed me fudge. All the wizard..."

Taryn had thrown herself head first into her studies. Even though next year was the work she really needed to worry about, this time of the term was making her nervous. Going back home and leaving the safe haven of Hogwarts (ironic, with a crazy plant thing on the loose, right?) was not something she wanted to be thinking about.

She was about to head down the stairs when she spotted a familiar Ravenclaw who was singing to herself. Oh, Dora. Could she get more adorable?! Carefully, Taryn sat down beside her. "Are you spying on someone?" Cause... that could be pretty fun to be honest. Heh.

Dora didn't have eyes in the back of her head, and she wasn't turning around to look and see who was walking past, they'd just ignore her anyway. But when they didn't and sat beside her instead, she shifted to look over. Oh it was Taryn! She grinned at the older girl. "Everyone," She nodded her head once. "People are busy today. I thought they'd be tired from finals and crazy plants... but they're not. Not really."

She also thought they'd be sad 'bout the deaths, but not many were that heartbroken. Neither was she actually, but that was only cause they weren't her favorite professors. "What are you doing coming from high up?"

She leaned forward a little and watched two first years run through a pack of girls. This was a pretty interesting spot here. Huh. "I guess everyone's getting excited about summer." She figured as much anyway. She'd be excited too. "How about you? Do you have any big plans?" Taryn did. She SURE did, but they were sort of overshadowed and such. Eh.

She grinned and tucked a bit of hair behind her ear, "I was at the owlery, sending a letter to my boyfriend." Taryn was still a bit giddy about calling August her BOYFRIEND again. She liked it. He was good at the title. He deserved it.
