To the far end of the hall is a big, comfy looking, bright pink throne that has been set aside for your beautiful and magnificent Headmistress Truebridge. The only colour you see is pink, and if you didn’t know your Headmistress loved this colour, then now you clearly should.
In front of the throne is a pink carpet that is decorated with sparkling glitter. This is for all you students to line up upon. To the left of the throne is a mini, pink Christmas tree with a small sign beside it saying ‘Presents Here’. On the right side of the throne is a pink closed box, with a small opening. Besides this box there is another sign, this one saying ‘Letters Here’.
Your Headmistress is now taking the time to get to know you all a little better. She is seated in her pink throne and is waiting for all of you to come by and say hi. Just one more thing, please: do not hover over her, there is a reason why you are supposed to all line up. Otherwise make sure to be polite and no jumping the queue.
Sarah was immediately attracted to the pink of the one section. She loved pink and purple... When she was younger, being the only girl her mother insisted on dressing her in pink. Upon closer inspection she felt like throwing up.. it was a whole dedicated to the headmistress. THAT WOMAN HAD AN EGO! She wondred if she and Elijah got along...
Anyway it was rude to turn back and anyway, Sarah had a letter for her. She rummaged through her things and pulled out a letter, which she deposited in the box. It was a letter of appreciation. For being a headmistress of a school like Hogwarts was not easy. And she was grateful that the headmistress had allowed Alexa back! Sarah could not afford a present however, and if she could, why waste it on a lady with a big ego. She would by a present for her friends.
She then decided to introduce herself anyways... might as well. She waited on the most awesomest carpet for her turn
~ Mrs. Steve Harrington ~ It be like that sometimes.
The pink colour caught Jory's attention instantly. He wasn't a fan of it but it was so eye catching.
The Puffer had never had a talk or anything wit the Headmistress, so he decided he would take the time to meet her. He also had a letter. It was thanking for the way she handled the situation concerning the Hogwarts Express at the beginning of the term. He saw another student deposit hers in a box and he followed.
Jory now lined up behind the Gryffindor girl and waited for his turn.

Meet 'n Greet with the Headmistress? Well...that should be interesting. Especially because he wondered if this person could remember his name because Tate had called him Mr. Ducksworth...or something like that... before. Which is NOT his name hmpf.
He walked to the back of the Great Hall towards the pinkness. On the top of his head was the Duck hat that Jonathan had send him and in his arms was Mr.Duckles his stuffed animal also fashioned with a hat that JonJon had given too. There was so much pink that he had to rub his eyes for a second before he stood behind a Hufflepuff. "Hey Jim...i mean Jory" Seeeee he had remembered~!
His eyes then went to look at the woman sitting on some sort of throne and he felt his cheeks blush a little. Yes he had seen her before but only from the faaaaaar side of the house table, so he had no idea what she really looked like up close and... "You're pretty~!"
....WHY'DHESAYTHAT?!

Ira looked on, a bit confused at the mass of pink at the far end of the Great Hall. And why were students queuing up there? Ira decided to find out, and so went ahead and joined them..
Meet n Greet? With the Headmistress? Hmm.. And pink was the only color she culd see here. Everything was pink.. wait, was that a throne? A pink throne? Throne, like that of a King or a Queen! Ira just blinked, wow! Headmistress considered herself no less than them.
But the pink put her off. Nope, Ira did not like Pink! She in fact had always hated pink! But she hadn't actually met the headmistress. Not on a personal level, anyways. So maybe this was a good chance to do so.
So, despite her irritation of the color, Ira went ahead and joined the queue, smiling at those in front of her. "Hey!" she said to them all...
o___O
And that was when she heard Daichi say pretty. Wait! Did Daichi just say that the Hadmistress was pretty? Did he.. did he just flirt with the Headmistress? Not good to flirt with teachers, Daichi! Especially not with Headmistress! Ira just stared and staaaaaared at him...
A path is not simply for walking, its purpose lies in moving forward and improving oneself.
Still wondering why on earth he had blurted his words out just now, Daichi quickly moved his eyes away from the pretty Headmistress and looked around. The pink color made him think of cotton candy and he suddenly wanted one.
Turning around, still with the blush on his cheeks, the Slytherin tried see if anywhere had a place where they made cotton candy. So when he turned he came face to face with a WIDE EYED Ira and he stared at her too. "What?" he asked and blinked his eyes a couple of times as he cocked his head to the side, his duck hat sliding off a bit.
Ira was still staaaring at Daichi open mouthed when he all of a sudden turned around and faced her. Oops! She quickly closed her mouth, and looked to the side, anywhere other than his face. Wasn't staring bad manners? But then, so was flirting with teachers!
What? What did he mean by what? "What?" Ira asked, tilting her head to the side, with a questioning look on her face, "N..Nothing Daichi.. nothing at all!" Ira replied, feeling a bit stupid herself. Not stupid maybe.. feeling just plain weird. "I probably.. um.. misunderstood something, I think" she said nodding. Yep, that was it maybe. Maybe not?
Looking at his ducky hat falling off, she raised her hand to hold it there and stop it from falling. "Are you and Indy, you know.. like.. like.. boyfriend and girlfriend?" Ira finally asked, despite not wanting to. And maybe reminding him a little about it...*shifty*
Orr thought that it was nice and thoughtful of the headmistress to have this meet and greet with the students. So she came and lined up so that she could meet her. However all the pink did make her a little nauseous-- she loved the colour but it was a little too much for her taste

The bright pink caught Olivia's attension, it looked like a lineup was forming
so she joined at the back of the line. A meet and greet with the Headmistress would not be such a bad idea! After all she had been doing so much for the school.
Presents here? No, just no. That saying is way overused, the Slytherin thought. She noticed there was a box that read letters here, so maybe she was serious about the presents? It was Christmas after all, and the new Headmistress seemed to have such a big ego that she probly would want us to bring her present.
Oh no, they were supposed to bring presents and Olivia had forgot to bring one!
Olivia smiled at those ahead of her in line "Hi" she said.

Nothing? Riiiiight. Daichi had his questions about that yet he didn't question it further. He giggled at her words though only the misunderstood part made him confused. "Wait, misunderstood what?"
As her hand came up to his head, Daichi moved back a bit. Was she going to ruffle his hair?! He didn't like it when people ruffled his hair. His perfect haaaair~
But it seemed that he was wrong and she only helped him with his duck hat. He mumbled a thanks and quickly straightened his hat. He was about to turn around when sudden questionmade him blush even harder than before. "I-Indy and i?" he stuttered and unconciously he began to fumble with the stuffed duck's beak. How did she know?! Had Indy told her? Or....

Blushing like mad at the thought, Daichi didn't dare to look at Ira now as he stared at the ground. "uhm, i-I don't know..."

So the day was finally here, hmm? It seemed they'd been working on getting this together forever, and now--here they were. She looked around, somewhat amazed at seeing everything come to life. it'd all just been a discussion amongst the leaders or something jotted down on parchment before now.
Sierra edged her way through a crowd of students standing around one particular area. What were they all here for anyway? She tried to remember what they'd planned for this certain area. Somebody had made a map, she remembered.
Glancing forward, she noticed the Headmistress up ahead. Ahh. The woman with Tori's last name. She still hadn't forgotten about that and planned to ask about it soon. She turned her gaze and made a sweeping glance around the area.
So Much Pink. Nigel felt he was in a bad dream and forgot he was even going to meet the Headmistress. He might as well ask her why she likes pink so much. It seemed like a valid question. He did have a letter fro her and deposited in the box like the other students.
He then took his place in line and waited to ask her his question.

Ronnie made her way into the Great Hall and blinked at all the pink. She made a disgusted face as she walked over to where a few students were gathered.
Yuck.
Ronnie never liked pink. She only liked red. And black. And greeeeeen. All the pink in this room...it made her want to vomit.
Well, not really but still...it was yuckeh.
Ronnie sighed and glanced around at the students around her. She didn't really know any of them too wel-WHOA HEY IT'S NIGEL! Ronnie walked up to her friend, giving him a hug. "Hey, ninja." she said with a wink.

Headmistress Truebridge calmly tapped her French-manicured nails on the handrails of her throne, watching and waiting and waiting and watching as the students lined up, dropped off letters, and then queued on her pretty pink carpet.
She hadn't actually planned this little... tribute to herself, if she were to be honest; but she was going to see to it that the Prefect who did plan this meet-and-greet was handsomely rewarded.
Or punished, depending on how the event went. As it was, Annie didn't beckon any children to her throne until there was a good-sized line, because she first wanted to look busy and important and interesting.

"Oh thank you," she beamed at the little Slytherin boy with the duck hat. "That's so sweet of you." But really, she looked QUITE classy today. You never could go wrong with white. Even in December.
The redhead tossed her hair over one shoulder and leaned forward a bit to nod at the first student in line. Right, right, all right; she would personally meet and greet them all now.
ooc: you actually don't have to take turns; just RP like you waited in line and then got called up to meet Bunz! THANKS FOR COMING! <3

"Hello Headmistress" Sarah said nervously, her stomach growling... she really needed to head over to the food place. "I love the colour... I REALLY like pink. I researched it once" for fun... welcome to the world of Sarah, "I prefer fuchisa over all the other pinks... what about you? Fuchisia is more brighter and cheerful then the other pinks."
Sarah then said "When is your birthday?" She loved collecting birthdays. If you told Sarah your birthday she will always remember it... She was like an elephant, although she was not big, she never forgot.
Nothing? Riiiiight. Daichi had his questions about that yet he didn't question it further. He giggled at her words though only the misunderstood part made him confused. "Wait, misunderstood what?"

Blushing like mad at the thought, Daichi didn't dare to look at Ira now as he stared at the ground. "uhm, i-I don't know..."
Ira giggled too, looking at him. "Misunderstood nothing!" Ira replied, with a bit irritated frown, "Really nothing! So.. what have you got for the Headmistress?" she asked, pointing towards the presents section. Which Ira thought was extremely arrogant on part of the Headmistress. Seriously, being the adult, she was supposed to give away present and gifts to her students, and not the other way round. "I'm just gonna give her a card.. that says Merry Christmas!"
"And don't worry! I'm not gonna touch your hair" she smirked as Daichi jerked back. Why were boys so edgy? Even her muggle neighbor boy was the same!
Blushing? Was Daichi actually blushing? Yep.. he really was! OMG! Ira started giggling a little, which became more and more as he stuttered, "You DON'T know?" she asked, with wide eyes and grin, "So.. does Indy know, huh?" she asked, playfully, enjoying Daichi blushing.

Ira moved forward in line when her turn came. Giving the greetings card that she herself had prepared, and with help of some Transfiguration charms, had made the letter to dance slightly, to the Headmistress. "Merry Christmas, Headmistress Truebridge!" she said with a smile on her face, with none of the arrogant thoughts in her mind showing on her face. Ira thought that she was totally right, that it should be Headmistress who should give away gifts and lots of chocolates too to the little students.
"Can I ask you a question, Headmistress Truebridge?" After all, this was a meet and greet section, right? "Why do you like Pink so much?" Was it because the color looked as arrogant as herself maybe? Or just because she was a girl, and girls were supposed to like pink? Well, Ira HATED the color!
"And do you like any other color?" Because Ira had heard that the whole office was decorated in pink! Seriously, how could a sane person tolerate that much pink around him 24/7?

Daichi's face paled a little when Ira began to ask what he was going to give the Headmistress. He turned to look at the place and indeed found that there was a place for gifts and letters. Turning back with the same shocked expression on his face, he looked at Ira. "I...i didn't know we...had to give presents...i mean....i don't know what she likes and ..what if it's something she hates?!" Seeing the card in the Gryffindor's hand he slapped his forehead. Of course! A simple christmas card!
But it was too late to get a gift or write a letter now because he was already in line. And he didn't think that he could leave like that either because again , Ira began to speak and ask weird questions that just...weirded him out.
"Uhm..i , she.. it's" he stuttered as he grabbed his duck hat and slided it over his eyes to not see the Gryffindor. Gaaah he hated these moments that made him embarrassed. "She said that she likes me" he finally whispered and turned around with a major red blush on his cheeks.

When the headmistress began to speak, Daichi turned around to face her and his face felt like it was going to explode from redness when she spoke to him. He was relieved that she wasn't angry about it though.
He waited until it was his turn and when it was he stepped up and walked to the pretty woman. His eyes looked from left to right and suddenly began to feel a little nervous. He hadn't bought any gifts or letters! He didn't know what to give, what if she didn't like iiiiit?! Biting his lower lip nervously he bowed. "Hi professor...i mean Headmistress~" he said and gave a little wave of his hand and the plush duck in it was swinging from left to right. "I'm Daichi and this is Mr.Duckles, my best friend" In a flash, the Slytherin shoved the duck almost in her face and grinned from ear to ear.
"I-i didn't bring any gifts cause....i d-didn't know what to g-give" he said with a stutter in his voice and made circles with his feet on the ground. "Sorry"
"Oh!" he suddenly remembered something. "Have you found your brooch, Headmistress?" cause Tinka had told him that it was missing and they had been looking for it.
Nigel waited patiently till it was his turn to meet the Headmistress. He walked up to her and greeted her. "Hello Headmistress Truebridge, I'm Batman". Nigel had no idea if she actually knew his name or not but whatever. It was exactly what he wrote in his note other than wishing her a Merry Christmas.
But before he got sidetrack he did have a question for her. "Headmistress, would you turn the whole castle and its ghosts pink if you could?" Nigel would hate it because he hated the bright pink, But it was a question because he heard his question asked already by someone ahead of him in the line.

Bunz smiled politely and pretended to follow the Gryffindor child's rambling about pink... well, at least the topic was somewhat relevant and interesting... "I prefer rose shades, Miss.... sorry, what was your name again?" She was sure the girl had written on the letter she submitted, but Anastasia had not yet had the opportunity to read those letters, see.
She nodded again and then raised an eyebrow. "My birthday is January 1st, New Year's Day." Note that she left the year out. "When's yours?"

Bunz accepted the dancing card from the next Gryffindor with a cheery smile. "Nice wandwork, Ms......" insert name here. "And Merry Christmas to you too." She dipped her head toward the girl in acknowledgment, and then waited for the questions.
Why was everyone so curious about the color PINK? "I don't know... it's just my favorite color." The redhead shrugged simply. "I've loved it ever since I was a little girl. It's always commonly found in nature, in flowers and such, and as an Herbologist, I love anything that relates to nature."
There, that should be a satisfactory explanation! "Yes, I DO like other colors, thank you for asking," she responded to the next query. "I actually like most all of the other colors of the spectrum, other than... orange." Her nose wrinkled slightly at mention of the color. "Green, ice blue, pink, purple, red... those are my favorites. And you?"

"Hello..." she smiled gently at the boy. Even though he'd just called her 'pretty,' now he was acting all shy. Strange little boy. He must be nervous and intimidated by her beauty presence.
Then he shoved a duck in her face, and she grew grumpy.
Swatting the stuffed duck away, the Headmistress frowned at the Slytherin. "Daichi. Do not push things in peoples' faces. It's RUDE." She shook her head at him and kept shaking it as he continued talking.
"I didn't ask for presents," she mentioned gently, "because I certainly don't need your generosity; however, whoever set this event up did a nice job and I'm not going to change their decorations. Thank you anyway, for coming to meet me."
As for the topic of the brooch... the Headmistress stiffened in her throne and shook her head much more vehemently. "No. I haven't found it. It's missing and I miss it and I'd like it back so if you find it," she paused for a breath, "PLEASE let me know."

"Hello....." the Headmistress coolly turned an ear toward the boy who thought he was Batman. "I know that's not your name, dear, because I don't recall seeing a 'Batman' on any of the rosters for this school year." So either he was a polyjuiced imposter and a threat to the school's security, or he was a student attempting to be funny.
Hmmph, she was going with the latter.
"If I could," she answered his question slowly, "I would kick all the ghosts out and create a fifth house for the school, the Haus of Pink." She smiled gently. "But no, I wouldn't turn EVERYTHING pink, because that would de-value the color and ruin the architecture and history of Hogwarts."
The castle could be drafty at times, but it was never ugly. Not really.

Did she just....no...yes...she did...SHE HIT MR.DUCKLES!! or like swatted at it BUT THAT WAS THE SAME! The Slytherin stared at the headmistress, dumbfounded as she had literally swatted the stuffed animal he was showing. He lost the grip on the duck and it fell on the ground.
Quickly bending down to pick it up, Daichi petted the duck over it's head and glared at the woman. Oh yes, he glared at the Headmistress~
"And it's RUDE to hit people's priced possessions!" he snapped and then his eyes widened. Had he really just said that? He really needed to think before he spoke!
But still, there was no reason to hit Mr.Duckles. And Daichi wasn't sure if he liked the woman now. Anyone who hurt his best friend was not nice.
He puffed his cheeks as she talked further about not having to give gifts. He was actually relieved about that though. "Oh..." he answered when she was finished and nodded his head.
And then, she began to act all strange. Even Daichi saw it. At the mention of the brooch she seemed to freeze and for a second the Slytherin thought that another attack was happening. But that had been solved right?!
The way she was speaking made him raise an eyebrow. Was that brooch that special? He could get what it was like to have something special. But...it's a brooch....A brooch. "Can't you buy a new brooch?" he asked stupidly curious and quickly added the "Headmistress" to the sentence to sound less rude. "I mean, it's just a brooch right?" He had promised Tinka that if he would happen to find the brooch he would give it to her.
Yep, he was giving it to Tinka first instead of the Headmistress because even though she was pretty, SHEHITMR.DUCKLES!
Seri quickly joinedthe queue to see the Head Mistress, with an air of seriousness. Yeah, one would say thi was important business. SERI WANTED HER BFF BACK.
All she knew was that Lex had been carted ff somewhere for snapping a girl's wand, for good reason Seri assumed. Either way, it was time she gave Mrs. Headmistress a piece of her mind. Damn woman. Oh, and she had a letter for her.
Yeah I broke that mirror, so what? ll NOT backward ll Official Gryfferin ll Lemon's favourite

This place was amazing! There were so many prettiful stuff! The prefects must have worked really hard.
As Lex made her way around the room she saw a line. Huh? Why would there be a--Meet and Greet the Headmistress?! Oooooooo. She thought about going over and saying hi but wasn't exactly sure...or well..she wasn't sure until she saw Seri in the line.
"Seri!" She hurried over and pulled her into a hug. "Merlin, I've missed you!" Which was sooooo true. It should have been illegal to not see your bestfriend in so long. "So you're gonna meet the Headmistress?" Yup. It was settled. She was gonna go up and greet her then so for now they would wait their turn. Nod.

Elliot knew this was supposed to be a 'get to know the students' type thing..but she had witnessed this..woman. This was probably in all reality a ploy to lord over them all the fact that SHE was headmistress...look at that 'throne.' Right. Elliot wasn't buying the pretense. At all.
Regardless, she should probably at least say hi...she was from a prominent family, after all...the woman's obsession with pink was blinding...truly truly blinding. Elliot had to try not to throw up.
Write this woman a letter..hmm...maybe. If she wasn't feeling TOO lazy...she spotted Alexa and sent the little girl a smirk...that child...was amusing. Truly amusing. She stepped in line and sighed, checking her watch.

*bliiiiiiiiiiink*
Sierra was suddenly hyper-aware of her surroundings. The floor beneath her was a glittery, pink carpet, and there was a single student in front of her and a single student in the back of her. WAIT. Hooooooooold up.
Was she in the line to meet and greet Truebridge?! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
She hadn't wanted to end up here. AT ALL. She knew Truebridge as much as she felt comfortable knowing her, and there really wasn't anything else she thought she should know. She wondered if she could quietly tip-toe out of line and avoid anybody finding out? Hmmm...
BUT NO. She turned around, facing forward again, and noticed the student who had been in front of her was now WITH THE HEADMISTRESS. This meant that Sierra was next in line and most definitely could NOT sneak away now. WHYYYY?!
...and then that student was gone, and Sierra realized it was her turn to meet and greet. BAH HUMBUG. She stepped up to the throne, feeling like a Hufflepuff, and approached the Headmistress. *ahem* "Hello, Headmistress Truebridge," she said. "First off..." Err... "Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays..." UGH. So Hufflepuff. "So I was just wondering....areyourelatedtoToriBunburybyanychance ?"
"Edwards" Sarah replied."Sarah Edwards" It was a good thing that she was infamous enough for the headmistress to know who she was. The headmistress knew who Laura was and Alexa...
Sarah made a mental note of Janurary first not hard to forget... first birthday of the year...
"I was born at 7:27am on the twentieth of February 2066" Sarah rattled off. Yeah, details were important...
She had a lot of questions to ask the headmistress. Well Sarah liked asking questions... she was just curious you see. She wanted to know if the headmistress had children, if yes how many? Where was she from... what house was she in...what was her favourite book...did she like animals...is she a morning person or night owl... Does she prefer quidditch or gobstones... what her favourite subject was in school... Through questions she satuated her inquisitive mind.
So she decided to ask some of the questions. "What subject did the Headmistress like best in school?" Well Sarah liked most transfiguration, well actually she liked most subjects.. she just did not like Bellaire and Lafay... "Does the headmistress prefer transfiguration to charms?" Sarah did, but she thought her opinion of charms would be higher if she had a better teacher...
