Okay stop this right now, you're being ridiculous; she's going to show up and you're going to explain yourself and things will be okay. The friendship will be intact and that's all that matters at this point. The social commentary was right, he took a deep breath and just calmed himself down since there really wasn't a need for this stupidity because it would have potentially made anything that he wanted to say disappear; probably would have ended up turning into something that could have made everything worse than it already was. Once he saw her walking into the village, he stopped walking and just stood in one place for now; they'd been heading down the street soon enough but first he had wanted to get out what he wanted to say. "Hey, I'm glad you decided to come." he said before smiling a little bit at her, it wasn't easy to smile when there was just so many questions on his mind that had needed answers to.
"Listen, I want to apologize for everything. I know that things haven't been easy for either of us since...." His voice trailed off for a few moments as he considered where to go next with it considering he was carefully choosing his words as to just make things somewhat easier for them to deal with. "But, hiding away and everything like that is completely inexcusable; I mean I wasn't being fair to you and that had just sorta gone against everything that I told you already which I still mean but.. I um.. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I just don't want you to think that there was any intentions of trying to forget what had happened even if we're no closer to actually figuring out what's going on between us though I hope we can get there since all this confusion is just starting to drive me a bit up the wall. I don't want to stop being your friend even if I feel more than that for you, cause that wouldn't be good." Well that was far more than he originally had wanted to say but once he got started talking, it seemed like he couldn't stop until he temporarily ran out of things to say which was good because it prevented him from going off into nonsense.
Kendall didn't really know what to expect on this little trip. She wasn't sure if Patrick was trying to just pretend that what had happened at the lake hadn't happened or if she should expect things to b e really awkward now. That was the one problem with her earlier idea of just staying by herself and not confronting her confusion head on like she usually did with everything. She hadn't faced this before, and while she'd spoken to Beezus, she hadn't asked the people who she knew would have understood for sure. Namely, Jeremiah and Isabel, who she hadn't felt like writing to just to ask what she should do. That was just weird, and it made her fidget a little as she'd waited for however Patrick would respond to her greeting. She'd blinked as he'd completely acted normal, too. Maybe he really didn't feel the weirdness that was still there between them, because she hadn't known what to do before. Either wawy, it made her thoughts start completely rambling as she just tried to figure out what was going on. What's he really mean by that? That he's glad I decided to come. Did he expect me not to? Is he actually pretending that the weird stuff isn't here, or is he really really glad I'm here like because...
The thoughts had trailed off as he'd continued, however. Starting off with an apology that she almost said wasn't important, but then he'd continued before she could get her voice to work and she just kind of stared at him in surprise. Was this what he felt when I was yelling at him before?, she wondered, before that had turned to wondering if he was saying it had been wrong for him to have hidden before or if it was wrong for her to have hidden now. Everything was just confusing, and then he'd answered her question of if they were forgetting what had happened before. And a whole lot of other stuff that just kept her confused and just altogether not sure what to do to stop it all. Before she just impulsively took a step forward and kissed him. Maybe that would explain the conclusion she'd made in her dorm before she'd gotten the owl. Maybe it would just stop all the uncomfortableness and confusion and just get things back to normal. Whatever normal was now, and as she stepped back she just glanced down the street as if that hadn't happened. "Honeydukes?" Chocolate was necessary, and for once she didn't have any stashed in her bag.

This was SO much better this year. This whole place, that is. She had someone to meet with and enjoy the time TOGETHER. It was almost giddy!making stuff, it was. Addy paused, huge smile on her face, and actually spun on the spot, arms out to the sides. Giving an erruption of giggles she smoothed her hair down and began walking once more, a little pep in her step.
She had to get to the Three Broomsticks and meet Lexi and her friend Orlando. Which was AWESOME. BUT, she had to find Nathan as well. HEHEHEH.
She was pretty, there was no doubt about that. Nathan smiled when he spotted her - .. she reminded him of those girls which he could never get himself to talk to. Who were always pretty .. and in their own world. A world which he could not belong in.
He still could not believe someone who was 'that' kind of pretty was his girlfriend.
"Hey you," he said, reaching her. "You look lovely."

You're her best friend so I'm sure she'll want all the details from you." And she'd probably want to find him immediately after hearing the news, yeah?
Ella shook her head, frowning slightly. Nope. Edric was definitely not happy with Harvey. Squirm. The third year bit her lip nervously, not wanting to answer the question but knowing she had to. "I um...yeah. I mean I was pretty mad at you...before. And I just told him the truth but um...he could tell I was pretty upset...because of you, so..." Frown. And he wasn't really angry with her now, was he? Meh. "Yeah...yeah, I'll tell him and um Harvs? I'd avoid the lake when there aren't many people around...just as a precaution." And no, she wasn't kidding.
Harvey chuckled as she giggled, it was a nice giggle if he had to say so. He nodded as she agreed that people would want to know about them, well he was glad that she agreed cause that meant that she was happy.. well of course she would be what stupid thinking he had! "Yeah they will of course!" he chuckled. He thought about what she said next "Well not necessarily, you can give her the details too if you want. Either way she will know what has happened and how, you are entitled to get all excited and tell her everything that you want to tell her." he wasnt going to restrict Ella whenever she would tell anyone about them cause there was nothing to be hidden at all. But he knew that Minnie would talk to him anyways even if she had the information from one of them.
He watched her bite her lip nervousily as he came to realise why Edric hated.. well disliked him. He nodded in agreement as she told him "Yeah I thought you might have, and thats understandable you wanting to talk to people rather than keeping all that hurt inside you. Its ok.. at least now you can tell him not to be too mad at me anymore of course" he smiled giving her hand a squeeze cause he was going to make sure that she was happy and not sad like before. He then looked all confused at her next comment "Avoid the lake? why? thats where I am normally, you know that. Why is he planning to catch me alone at the lake and do something?" oh boy this was alot more serious than he thought it was. He nodded "Ok I will avoid the lake when no-one is around. " well looks like he was going to have to be extra careful when it came to Ella's happiness as it seemed that she had bodyguards or something of the like to make sure that she was kept happy at all times.
Cora skipped happily along. Her fourth year had started off great, with the exception of a few...incidents. She twirled her curly brown hair as she walked, an act usually reserved for when she was nervous or scared. Now she was neither, and she realized she had developed a small habit.
Cora's eyes sparkled at the shops and all the magical things in the windows. She was happy just wandering around, though, not looking for anything in particular. I wonder who I'll meet here, she thought to herself. EVERYTHING was better with company.
Humming to herself, she did not even notice the shop sign propped up in the path in front of her. Tripping over the heavy sign, she dropped all her things onto the ground. Sighing, Cora wondered why she had to be so clumsy, and went to pick up her things. "At least I LOOK like a second year," Cora thought. Her small size had one benefit: she would seem like a young second year being too clumsy, not a fourth year who should be better at these things.
She grabbed her things, but could not find her pink hat. This is turning into a regular occurrence. She looked around, wondering if anyone had seen it.
Ethan strolled casually through the street, hands stuffed in pockets. Being that this was his first time in Hogsmeade, he was somewhat curious about what he might find there, not that he really needed anything at the moment. The fifth year had heard it was something like Diagon Alley, only smaller, and if that was the case, he might benefit from a trip to the joke shop or candy store.
The thought of candy soon set his mind wandering on chocolate frogs and the sad fact that he had used up his small stash of them nearly a month ago. That made up his mind - he would make it a point to find candy first. Hopefully there was a candy store around here somewhere... He wandered along, briefly looking up at the storefronts, searching for the candy shop. The wind suddenly picked up and he pulled his cloak a little tighter around him as his eyes landed on something flying through the breeze. -something pink. Ethan watched for a moment as the wind carried a small pink hat a short distance that landed at his feet as the wind died down. He bent down and picked it up. Someone must've lost it, he thought and looked around for anyone who seemed to be missing a hat. Not seeing anyone obvious, Ethan kept walking, clutching the hat in his hand and keeping one eye out for someone who might be looking for it and one eye out for the candy shop.
Was that the candy shop? Ethan was sure he had spotted it just up ahead and started that way when a familiar face caught his eye. "Cora... Hi," he said to his former Herbology partner as he approached. He had noticed her looking up and down the street... probably for her friends, he supposed. Remembering the pink hat in his hand, he fifth year quickly added as he held it up, "Oh... this... is not mine. I think someone lost it." Cue slightly embarrassed chuckle. He did not want the girl thinking he wore pink hats.

Pretty was something Addy had never really considered herself. Seriously. She liked her hair a lot and thought it was lovely, but most everyone else had teased her mercilessly growing up... so she assumed society thought it was a bad thing to have red hair and thus she had a complex... WOE IS THE TEENAGE MIND!
So to say she was always taken off guard when someone complimented her was an understatement. "NATHAN! Gosh... th- thank you..." she stuttered as her cheeks flame crimson. HEHEH.
Not to mention her mouth went a little dry and her palms felt sweaty being around her boyfriend. Weird stuff, teenage bodies do. WEIRD. "[B]You look dashing as ever, Nathan.[/B"]" With a little snort of laughter she slid her arm through his and beamed at him. "How about we go for a little stroll before we go meet Lexi?"

Taking her arm in his, he smiled at her. "You read my mind," he said, moving forward. What could be more pleasant than taking a nice stroll. "Do you think this would be considered our first date?" he asked her.
Because if it was - he needed to make sure she had a good time. Right?

Wait why did I just say that I was glad that she decided to come? Sure I'm happy that I won't have to wander Hogsmeade on my own but.. I don't even know honestly. There wasn't a need to go back and just question what he had said since backtracking would have simply made talking about anything else that much more difficult which Patrick didn't want cause having a conversation now was difficult enough on it's own. It was simply frustrating to just not say anything when he hadn't actually had the opportunity to speak with Kendall in a few weeks because he had been too stupid to just hide away without deciding to be brave and talk to her but now there wasn't hiding, not anymore. If something bad was going to happen then he'd stay here and just face it, but there was no way that things were going to go wrong now even if it was all confusing more than anything. As he was about to open his mouth to speak, he noticed her move closer which had caused him to wonder what she was doing before she had kissed him; well that definitely hadn't been what he was expecting. She just kissed me! I mean.. even without hesitating. That's got to mean that she's figured things out... unless it's something else entirely. He tried to think of what exactly to say which seemed to be a challenge since the words weren't coming to him, it was almost like there had been a fog in his mind that shrouded every single thought that bubbled around.
"Wow.. I um.. so does this mean that we're more than just friends.. like um.. that you're my girlfriend?" It was a valid question considering he wanted to make sure that what had just happened hadn't been meaning something else entirely that he had no idea about and once she had actually spoken, he thought about it for a second before just deciding to answer since his thoughts had still been all twisted from before. "Yeah, let's go! The candy awaits." He slipped his hands out of his pockets and reached out to take her hand in his before starting to walk, sure it could have been a bit of a spectacle to see the superhero holding his sidekick's hand but he didn't care; he liked her and that was all that mattered.
Ethan strolled casually through the street, hands stuffed in pockets. Being that this was his first time in Hogsmeade, he was somewhat curious about what he might find there, not that he really needed anything at the moment. He did not want the girl thinking he wore pink hats.
Cora looked up and down the street for her hat. Not that it was so important to her, she just hated losing things. Right when she was about to give up, she heard a familiar voice. Turning to look in the direction it was coming from, Cora's eyes lit up as she saw where it was coming from. "Ethan!" Cora exclaimed, a bit too enthusiastically, and then toned it down a bit. Leaving her smile on her face, she continued, "Hi." Okay. A bit short. She was going for short and sweet anyway. Cora laughed internally at that thought. Short and sweet, like me.
Seeing his immediate embarrassment Cora looked down at what Ethan was holding. "My hat! You found it!" Cora's eyes widened happily. "I was just looking for it." She then turned her attention back to what he just said the moment before she noticed what Ethan had in his hand.
"Oh, it's not yours?" she questioned jokingly. "Really? I don't know. I would think it would look great on you." Cora giggled, taking the hat from his hand and standing on tiptoes to place it on his head. "There. Perfect fit." It was anything but, really. Practically resting on his head rather than going around it. Oh, well.
Tay nodded, "I prefer the common room if you dont mind." She smiled sweetly at them. "I mean since I dont want to bother the healer with a simple headache."
"Alright Taylor, if it is a simple headache, a simple nap would help." Belle smiled. "Go up to the common room now and sleep, if it continues to hurt, you can contact your head girl and tell her the problem ok?" Belle said kindly. Belle knew she was a big girl and didn't need a second mother around.

Not able to hold her serious face for too long, she cracked a smile and nudged Harvey. "Kidding." But he already knew that, right?
"Yeah...well I mean I pretty much tell Edric everything and erm...it just kind of came out so..." But Harvey wasn't angry and he was smiling at her so all was good, yeah? "I'll tell him not to be mad anymore, promise." And she extended the pinky on her free hand out to him, wiggling it with a smile. As for the lake business, Ella tried to make Harvey a little less worried. "No, I know you do and I...well don't worry or anything it's just..." How could she put this without freaking him out? "Just if a sixth year who happens to be my ogre asks you to go for a swim, say no, okay?" And if he did that, he'd be all set! "He's really a big softy, y'know it's just...he's kind of protective." But Ella kind of loved that about Edric. He was a brilliant evil fairy godfather. Mhm!
Taylor smiled and nodded, "Okay, will do." She turned and quickly walked away. That Lily girl was on her nerves now but she decided not to do anything to her... yet.

Harvey raised his eyebrows as she asked who had said that she would be excited "B..but I.. He nodded as she talked about Edric "Yeah.. well he sounds like a brother and as a brother you would tell him everything obviously, including about ... me" he smiled a little. He listened as she told him not to worry or anything when he went to hang out at his spot by the lake. "Go for a... swim? why? oh my! you think he is going to push me under.. dont you?" oh man what kind of bodyguard did she have? but he would listen to her since she knew that guy more than he did. He nodded and smiled a little "Yeah just like any other brother-like guy protective of his sister-like girl. Thats good, its good to see you have someone like that" but Harvey was wondering what would happen if Edric saw them together here or even after she told him, what would his initial reaction be?

The stuttering? It made Ella want to laugh...and to apologize for being such a good actress. Sheesh. She had no idea she was that good at feigning emotions. Maybe Gran was right and she should look into acting or something. She could ask Treyen for help with that, yeah? Anyway...Ella grinned as Harvey was now smiling and laughing at her. She returned the smile and nodded enthusiastically. "Yup. Lots more." So he'd need to be prepared at all times. Mwahahaha!
"Yeah...like a brother! Exactly!" Her brother/evil fairy godfather/ogre, that was Edric. "Of course we'll be hanging out! Don't be silly I mean now that-" O__O And then Harvey said the G word and Ella couldn't help but grin. SQUEE. "Girlfriend." She repeated quietly to herself, trying it on for size. It sounded nice to her. Really nice. She looked up at Harvey, raising an eyebrow at him. "You mean to say I'm you're girlfrienddddd now?" She was teasing him again, obviously. It was quite fun, too. Oh..and she'd scared him, yeah? About the whole swimming thing? Shoot. "I just...don't want to risk it, y'know?" Ogres were pretty unpredictable beings. "Yeah...he's like my own personal body guard or something." Grin.

Harvey laughed as she agreed "I see, well I guess I had better get used to it then. Although with you round I dont think it's gonna be that hard he grinned. Gosh what had happened to him, in the matter of like an hour he went from this scared and nervous guy to one that couldn't stop grinning at the sight of the girl next to him. Looking at her again he knew that this was what he had always wanted but not realised it, and now that it had happened he felt like he was the happiest guy on the face of this earth.
Harvey nodded "I thought so, he sure is doing the job like one" he smiled even though he knew that he could be in trouble if Edric saw them here right now, but he actually didn't care right now. He was having fun with his..... girlfriend, yup she was his girlfriend now. He smiled and nodded "Thats great! I was hoping you would sa...." he grinned and nodded "Yes girlfriend" he said as she seemed to try it out being called a girlfriend. He then raised his eyebrows at her question "Well .. if you want to be" he said hoping that she would wanna be his girlfriend, although that is the next step right? Two people liking each other equalled a couple, a boyfriend and a girlfriend. So yeah she would be the girlfriend. He nodded "Yeah I guess you don't, afterall, me being who I am, Harvey, you don't want to risk things with me" he chuckled! He nodded "Well .. I er.. I guess I had better make sure that ... you don't have to unleash him onto me" he chuckled some more half jokingly, cause he knew that making her sad and a bodyguard was coming his way definitely.

"I guess so." Ella said, smiling sheepishly. The smile was soon accompanied by a blush as Harvey spoke next. Sheesh. He really had to stop doing that! ...The making her blush thing.
"Yup." Ella said, nodding her head in agreement. Not that she had any idea what big brothers were supposed to do, she just kind of assumed Edric acted like one. ...If you want to be. The third year looked down for a minute, as if seriously considering her options. In reality she knew her answer instantaneously but best not to seem like an eager beaver, yeah? Looking up again, a smile slowly spread across her face and she let go of Harvey's hand. "Course I do." She said seriously before giving him a huge hug. Stepping back again after a minute...or two...or three...the small blonde shuffled her feet in front of her. "So erm...that's settled, then." Harvey was officially her boyfriend. MERLIN'S BEARD. What was her Dad going to say?! She quickly put those thoughts out of her mind. "Course I don't want you to drown, Harvs!" That went without saying though, right? "Yeah...you better make sure." The badger said, poking the ravenclaw in the chest before giggling.
Oh, well.
"Oh... it's your hat?" Ethan said with some surprise. Well, wasn't that a coincidence? "Lucky I was in the right place then," he added, the hint of a grin tugging at the corners of his mouth. The fifth year raised his eyebrows in amusement as Cora began to tease him and he suppressed a chuckle. Yeah, he was sure pink was his color... wait, what was she doing?
Ethan's eyes widened as he watched Cora take the hat from his grasp and reached up to put it on his head. He was sure he looked... "ridiculous," Ethan murmured as he caught a glimpse of his reflection in the store window and let out a genuine laugh at the sight of the tall teenage boy with the tiny pink hat on his head. "Actually," he said, as he took the hat off his head. "I think it suits you better." Ethan placed the hat on the girl's head and gently tugged it down. He looked at the girl appraisingly for a moment, then nodded. "Just as I thought," he added with a smile.
After a moment's thought, Ethan remembered where he had originally been going. "So... have you been inside yet?" Ethan gestured to the store they were standing in front of. "I was just going to get some chocolate frogs. Do you want to go in?"

Hogsmeade! She was so excited to hear the news that even first years could visit the village from now on. She thought it would only be a privilege she earned in time - she hadn’t even dared to dream that she could go right away! “There is so much to see and do here!” she thought to herself, in awe of the quaint little village. The street was full of students and adults alike, all happy to get a break from their daily routines. It wasn’t quite as busy as Diagon Alley and Eliza decided she liked that. It was nice to have a cozy, relaxing place to visit every now and then. Looking up and down the streets at the shop signs she saw three that stood out to her the most: The Three Broomsticks, Scrivenshaft’s Quill Shop, and Maddame Puddifoot’s. “Well of course a lot of students will be at The Three Broomsticks,” she thought. “I’d really like to see what the quill shop has to offer first though. Maybe if I have time, I‘ll pop in to the others to see what they're like later.”

As Renesmee walked past the gate she began twirling a piece of her bright red hair from habit. Her hair had grown loads over the past few weeks and as she twirled it she began thinking about the same idea she had, had in her mind for quite some time. A red heads club. It was just an idea now, but soon Ness planned on actually doing this.
Deep in thougt, she wasn't focused on her footsteps at all and in a matter of seconds she tripped and ended up falling towards the floor.
Why did she always have to be so clumsy on the ground?
She began walking towards Scrivenshaft’s, her mind buzzing with the anticipation of viewing all of the shops that interested her. As it was a weekend and she didn’t have to wear her school robes, she had picked out her caramel colored courdoroys, a maroon & mustard striped over-sized sweater, and her grey Converse that her mom had bought her at a Muggle shopping center. Looking down at her shoes now, she supposed there wasn’t much grey left on them anymore, since they had been splattered time and time again with drops of paint that managed to flee from her brush whilst painting at home. “I’m sure Mom would want me to get new ones, but I like them this way.” She had just looked up from her shoes to notice a girl who had tripped over her own feet and was sprawled on the ground.
She hurried over to her and asked, “Are you all right?” She offered the girl her hand to help her to her feet.

The silence that had followed her impulsive action only made Kendall start worrying that maybe it was too late. Maybe Patrick really had decided that he'd rather just forget about the feelings he'd told her about at the lake. Maybe he'd actually gotten over them and had decided she was better off as just his friend and maybe sidekick. In any case, it just made her worry, and usually worrying needed chocolate to get over. And of course she didn't have any with her, since she'd been so not normal the past, well, however long it had been since the lake that she hadn't felt like eating chocolate. At least now she wanted that again, so at least that was fixed. Even if she still didn't know what was happening with everything else since Patrick was still annoyingly silent. It was almost enough that she either was going to smack him, kiss him again, or just leave. Any of those ideas were better than just standing there and waiting for him to say something so she'd stop being all worried and stuff, and maybe they could just go get some chocolate finally.
She didn't get the chance to actually do anything, though, as he'd finally broken his silence only to surprise her with what he'd said. She blinked, trying to figure out an answer. She hadn't actually thought that part through, and it really did sound kind of weird hearing him say it out loud, but... "I guess so? Does that make me not your sidekick anymore though? Or your friend?," she finally replied. She didn't want to be if that meant the other stuff wasn't true anymore. If it couldn't be true. This was where it would have helped if she'd actually talked to Jeremiah and Isabel, since at least then maybe she'd have those answers. As far as she knew her brother and his wife were still friends too, so maybe it was possible. And at least she still had chocolate, as Patrick had agreed with the idea of continuing on there and it helped her push some of her new worries to the back of her mind. Although she'd glanced down as he'd caught her hand before starting to walk down the street. That felt kind of good. Normal, and she managed a smile as she ran a little bit to catch up to his stride. "We can get some chocolate, right? I kinda don't have any with me right now."

Harvey grinned as she agreed with him, there it was! THE blush! The sweet read color on her face, man he would never get bored of seeing that on her face. So he just had to make sure that it continues! Mmm now else could he get her to blush!
He nodded as she seemed to agree with him, he then saw Her look down and wondered what she was thinking, oh no was she not wanting to be his girlfriend? Did he drop too much onto her all at once! It was possible maybe he maybe could have waited before saying that, but this doubt soon disappeared and was replaced with a huge smile as she said she did. He then got one of his favourite hugs but this time it was longer giving him a chance to hug her back and to hold her there until she stepped away, he grinned and nodded "Yeah... I guess so" wow.. Ella was his girlfriend now, and he could tell that good things were to come for them. Oh boy how to tell his parents everything that had happened after arriving here, the train thing was easy.. but then to tell them about Ameliah and Ella that was a tough thing.
It was not easy telling them that your 4th girlfriend broke up with you and you already had a 5th. But they would understand that he was happy with Ella so it would be ok right? He smiled "Well after that hug I would say of course you don't! Afterall who would give you a long hug like that?" he chuckled teasing her a little since he could do that now, she was his girlfriend now. He nodded "Oh I will make sure, shouldn't be too hard to make sure I don't. Cause its very hard to be mad at someone like you, who is hard to be mad at" he chuckled. Cause it was true! It was hard to be mad at Ella when she didn't do anything to make anyone mad, she might be upset with people but she didn't seem to get mad at anyone. She hardly yelled, well she hadn't yelled at him....yet.
"Oh... it's your hat?" Ethan said with some surprise.

"Actually," he said, as he took the hat off his head. "I think it suits you better." Ethan placed the hat on the girl's head and gently tugged it down. He looked at the girl appraisingly for a moment, then nodded. "Just as I thought," he added with a smile.
After a moment's thought, Ethan remembered where he had originally been going. "So... have you been inside yet?" Ethan gestured to the store they were standing in front of. "I was just going to get some chocolate frogs. Do you want to go in?"
Cora giggled. She knew Ethan would take the hat off in a second. He did sort of look ridiculous with it anyway. As he placed it on her head, Cora marveled at how gently he did so. He really was sweet. She squirmed a little as he judged the hat on Cora. "Thank you," she said confidently.
Realizing she never thanked Ethan, she continued sweetly, "Thank you for finding my hat. First the bucket in Herbology, now my hat. Do you always make a habit of coming to the rescue?" Cora was genuinely thankful that someone would be so nice, and she smiled.
Looking in the direction that Ethan was gesturing, Cora replied, "I haven't been in yet, so I'd love to. I do have a weakness for chocolate," she added. And by this, she didn't actually mean a weakness. She did not consider loving chocolate a weakness. What's come over me?" she thought. She hadn't spoken this much in a while, or smiled this much. "I hope they have enough in that store when I'm finished with them," she joked. This was her first time in Hogsmeade, since her last time at Hogwarts was her first year, and she was happy to be able to enjoy it with a...friend.

"We can get some chocolate, right? I kinda don't have any with me right now."
The questions that had been asked made Patrick go quiet again but not in a bad way, he just needed to think about what everything had meant now that Kendall had basically shown him that she felt exactly the same for him that he had for her which meant the frustrations and confusion had dissipated like storm clouds shrouding the sunlight from being seen by those who wanted it. "No, you're still my sidekick and friend too; it's just that now we just have a change in what everything means. I already said that I hadn't wanted to lose you as a friend and I meant it but now that you're my girlfriend; it means that I won't run off and hide anymore. There's no reason for it." he replied, basically wanting her to know what was on his mind immediately; there definitely was no need to hide because if anything was wrong then he'd just go to her and talk about it. It would take some getting used to for that since he was always one to lock himself from the world whenever there was something that was wrong and he hadn't wanted to deal with it but this way it would have just gotten whatever was on his mind away so that he could focus on not only saving the world but coming up with different kinds of chocolate.
Noticing that she hadn't had a problem with the fact that he was holding her hand had made a tiny smile appear on his face, it wasn't like it had felt weird at all; it was just nice. And he knew that he could have gotten away with doing it again without a wonder as to why, it definitely would have gone without saying for anyone who hadn't understood what was going on between the two fourth years. He linked their fingers together as she had asked about what else they were going to get at Honeydukes besides candy which was always good. "Of course we can, I actually didn't bring any chocolate either; it's still all tucked away in my trunk down in the dorm but I can give you some more of it when we get back to the school." For now, other chocolate was going to have to do.

"Right...I um...I feel like we need to shake on this or something." Giggle. "It just feels so...so official." So...in true Ella Bishop style, the third year extended her hand to Har-Her boyfriend, eyebrows raised. Yup, Ella wanted to seal the deal with a shake.
"Hmm...I dunno...I'm sure there are other people who give long hugs." She said thoughtfully, looking at Harvey before cracking a smile. "But fine...maybee I prefer yours." Not that he should let that go to his head or anything. Ella was an all around hug enthusiast. A total hugger, that badger. Blink.Blink. Ells looked at Harvey, raising an eyebrow at him. She was hard to be mad at? Hmm. Well not according to some people but she was curious as to why he thought so. Hey! Maybe her puppy dog eyes were getting better? Grin. "Why do you say that, Harvs?" Because now she was curious. "Y'know, I've been practicing my puppy dog eyes and I wonder if that's one of the reasons! Maybe I'm getting better at them." And she looked up at them, making her eyes all big and puppy-like. Heh. It was totally working, right? "What do you think?"

Harvey listened as she said that she wanted to seal the deal with a hand shake, he would have preferred something more personal but a shake was good too, he wanted her to be comfortable with what she did. Besides they had only just got together so he didn't mind main thing was that they were together! He nodded "Yeah we can do that" her giggle made him smile "Yeah I guess it does feel that way" he smiled as she saw her extend her arm to shake hands to make it official that they were together. He shook her hand, so there it was official now they were together. But he didn't let go of her hand, he just held onto it cause he just didn't want to let go he just wanted to keep a hold of her.
He frowned a little "There are? mm.. I see.. anyone I know?" he asked as she looked at him before cracking a smile and kinda agreed that she may prefer his "Mm thats good, so long hugs it is then!" he smiled, he hoped that she loved hugs cause he was thinking of giving her alot of hugs, and preferably long ones. He saw her raise her eyebrows as she seemed to wonder why he was saying that she was hard to be mad at "I don't know, I look at you right now and I can't see myself being mad you. Maybe sad if... something made me sad but other than that nothing." nope he could only see himself smiling like an idiot all the time when he was around her.
It was his turn to raise his eyebrows as she revealed that she had been working on her puppy-dog eyes look, she had? Getting better at them? he then watched as she showed him her puppy dog eyes. He looked at them and he tried to resist the look as he continued to look at her, but the more he looked into those eyes the more he felt himself feel like saying 'awww' to her. In the end it was too much "Oh they do work, you were always good at those I think. You never needed to practice the look cause you already had it. " he said smiling and moving in closer as he looked into those eyes, those green eyes. "I think I am starting to like green eyes, what do you think?" he asked her jokingly but tried to look like he was being serious about asking her opinion. But he was telling the truth about liking her eyes cause he well and truly did.
